Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a seed dressing agent for pseudo-ginseng seed strips and a method for treating the seed strips to improve pseudo-ginseng seedling storage, belonging to the field of medicinal plant cultivation.
Background
Notoginseng radix [ Panax notoginseng (Burk.) F.H.Chen ] is a special traditional rare Chinese medicinal material in China, and its root, stem, leaf and flower can be used as medicine, and has effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, detumescence and relieving pain; pseudo-ginseng is a perennial root herb which is native under the forest, and has a history of artificial cultivation as early as 400 years ago because of the unique medicinal value. In recent years, as the medicinal value of the pseudo-ginseng is further explored, the demand is further increased, but the traditional production of the pseudo-ginseng directly causes the problems of exceeding standards of pesticide and heavy metal residues due to excessive use of pesticides, fertilizers and plant growth regulators, so that the quality and the yield of the pseudo-ginseng are seriously influenced, and the sustainable development of the pseudo-ginseng industry faces a great challenge.
The healthy management relationship of cultivating strong seedlings and seedlings is that the seedlings are stored in pseudo-ginseng, and plays a vital role in increasing yield and income in the later period of pseudo-ginseng growth; the occurrence of root rot of the underground part is the key for influencing the life rate of the pseudo-ginseng, so that the effective treatment of the pseudo-ginseng seed strips is the premise and guarantee of ensuring the survival of the pseudo-ginseng seed strips and improving the seedling storage rate of the pseudo-ginseng. In the production, the pseudo-ginseng seed strip treatment is mainly carried out by seed strip seed dressing and seed soaking methods. The seed soaking method is to soak the pseudo-ginseng seed strips in a liquid medicament with a certain concentration and then transplant, wherein the treatment of the medicament concentration and seed soaking time is key; the pseudo-ginseng is transplanted in winter, the weather is cold, the pseudo-ginseng is not easy to air-dry, germs have the risk of invading pseudo-ginseng seed strips through the cutting openings, and the seed strips are provided with bacteria which are not beneficial to the emergence of pseudo-ginseng seedlings. Aiming at the serious root rot disease after seed soaking treatment and pseudo-ginseng seed strip transplanting. Compared with seed soaking treatment, the seed dressing method is simpler and is easy to operate. The seed dressing method is to put the pseudo-ginseng seed strips into solid medicament powder and repeatedly stir the powder in a rolling way, so that the medicament is adhered to the surfaces of the pseudo-ginseng seed strips and transplanted together.
Traditional planting researches of pseudo-ginseng report that the seed dressing treatment of pseudo-ginseng seedlings by using a biocontrol microbial inoculum has a certain limiting effect on root rot; the seed treatment of the pseudo-ginseng seed strips is carried out by mixing the mixture of the number 1 thiram plus carbendazim plus She Kuning and the number 2 Lvheng plus the number 1 plus Fumeishuang plus She Kuning according to a certain proportion, the emergence rates are 83.23 percent and 86.96 percent respectively, and the root rot incidence rates are 10.52 percent and 10.70 percent; patent CN106068777A describes that bactericide 1% -20%, insecticide 3% -30% and thickener 0.1% -1% are compounded, and the pseudo-ginseng seed strips are treated by adopting a dry mixing method, a seed soaking method and a spraying method, and the seed storage rate is 72.4%, 81.6% and 96% respectively. As practical experience shows, the seed soaking treatment of the pseudo-ginseng seed strips causes serious root rot and is unfavorable for emergence of seedlings.
Tetramycin is a metabolite of Streptomyces coelicolor subspecies, and the main active ingredients comprise four components A1, A2, B and C, wherein the two components A1 and A2 belong to polyene macrolide tetraene antibiotics; the component B is the minocycline, belongs to cyclic peptide antibiotics, the component C is the anisomycin, and belongs to nitrogen-containing heterocycle antibiotics and aromatic derivative antibiotics. The research shows that tetramycin has high inhibition activity on various plant pathogenic bacteria, low toxicity, strong systemic property, high bactericidal activity and broad bactericidal spectrum, and has extremely strong killing effect on ascomycetes, basidiomycetes, half-known bacteria and gram-negative and positive bacteria.
