Abstract
本发明一种含有啶菌噁唑的杀菌组合物,该组合物有效活性成分包括啶菌噁唑和双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐,组合物中,啶菌噁唑和双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐的质量比为20:1‑1:20,优选为10:1‑1:10。所述有效活性成分占所述组合物的重量百分含量为1%‑90%,组合物可以制成农业上允许的多种农药剂型,本发明通过将啶菌噁唑和双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐进行二元复配,防治效果相比于单剂有显著的提高,能够有效降低农药使用量,减少农药使用次数,减少成本,并且能够延缓病原菌抗药性的产生。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种杀菌组合物,由第一活性成分啶菌噁唑和第二活性成分双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐及助剂组成,属于复配农药技术领域。
背景技术
啶菌噁唑,是沈阳化工研究院开发的异噁唑啉类化合物,其属于甾醇合成抑制剂类杀菌剂,具有广谱的杀菌活性,同时具有保护和治疗作用,有良好的内吸性,可以通过根部和叶茎吸收从而有效控制叶部病害。可有效防治黄瓜、番茄、韭菜、草莓等蔬菜、水果的灰霉病,番茄叶霉病,小麦、黄瓜白粉病,黄瓜、梨黑星病,苹果斑点落叶病,花生叶斑病,花生褐斑病,水稻稻瘟病等。
双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐,其主要作用于病原菌的类脂化合物的合成和细胞膜机能,能够抑制孢子萌发、芽管伸长、附着孢和菌丝的形成。杀菌谱较广,用于防治由子囊菌和半知菌引起的病害。可广泛用于防治大多数子囊菌和半知菌引起的真菌病害的水果、蔬菜以及多种农作物的灰霉病、白粉病、菌核病、蔓枯病、炭疽病、叶斑病和果实软腐病等病害。
长期连续高剂量地施用单一的化学杀菌剂,容易造成药剂残留、环境污染以及耐抗药性真菌发展等问题。开发新品杀菌剂投入资金大、耗时长、开发难度大,而合理的化学杀菌剂复配或混配能够提高防治效果、扩大杀菌谱、减少用药量、降低成本、减少药害、减少残留、延缓真菌耐药性和抗药性的发生与发展等积极特点,因此杀菌剂的合理复配是解决上述问题的最为有效的方法之一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种合理的复配杀菌组合物,该组合物通过合理复配能够达到增效作用,杀菌效果好,用药成本低,对作物安全。
本发明的技术方案是这样解决的:
A)第一活性成分:啶菌噁唑
B)第二活性成分:双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐
第一活性成分与第二活性成分的重量比为20:1-1:20,优选为10:1-1:10。
第一活性成分与第二活性成分的含量之和为所述组合物总重量的1%~90%。
本发明一种含有啶菌噁唑的杀菌组合物,按照本技术领域技术人员所公知的方法可以配制成农业上允许使用的多种剂型。
发明农药组合物制备成的各种应用剂型中,除了有效活性成分外,还包括不同农药剂型中允许使用和可以接受的各种辅助成分。
所述的辅助成分包括但不限于乳化剂、分散剂、润湿剂、溶剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、增稠剂、崩解剂、增效剂、防腐剂和填料等,都是农药制剂中常用或允许使用的成分,并无特别限定,具体成分和用量根据配方要求通过试验确定。
所述乳化剂可以为农药剂型领域所公知的各种乳化剂,该乳化剂可以为苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙稀醚、烷基芳基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、甘油月桂酸酯聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙烯基苯基聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯聚氧乙烯基醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯甲醛缩合物、十二烷基磺酸钙、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚丁二酸单酯磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磺化琥珀酸酯中的一种或多种。

所述溶剂可以为农药制剂领域所公知的各种溶剂,该溶剂可以为水、甲醇、乙醇、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N,N-二甲基乙酰胺、四氢糠醇、甲苯、二甲苯、二甲基亚砜、四氢呋喃、环己酮、正丁醇、异丙醇、溶剂油100号、150号、180号、200号中的一种或多种。
所述防冻剂可以为农药制剂领域所公知的各种防冻剂,该防冻剂可以为乙二醇、丙二醇丙三醇、二甘醇、尿素、无机盐中一种或几种。
所述消泡剂可以为农药制剂领域所公知的各种消泡剂,该消泡剂可以为硅酮类化合物、环氧大豆油、乳化硅油、脂肪醇中的一种或几种。
所述增稠剂可以为农药制剂领域所公知的各种增稠剂,该增稠剂可以为黄原胶、聚乙烯醇、海藻酸钠、***树胶、硅酸镁铝中的一种或多种。
所述崩解剂可以为农药制剂领域所公知的各种崩解剂,该崩解剂可以为硫酸铵、羧甲基淀粉钠、尿素、低取代羟丙基纤维素、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、交联聚维酮、海藻酸钠、碳酸氢钠、氯化钠中的一种或多种。
所述载体可以为农药制剂领域所公知的各种载体,该载体可以为葡萄糖、白炭黑、高岭土、硅藻土、轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙、凹凸棒土、可溶性淀粉、尿素、麦芽糖、蔗糖、柠檬酸、碳酸钾、碳酸钠、无水硫酸钠中的一种或多种。
所述防腐剂可以为农药制剂领域所公知的各种防腐剂,该防腐剂可以为卡松,苯甲酸钠,苯甲酸,山梨酸钾、甲醛中的一种或多种。
所述的去离子水为工业化去离子水。
所述农药组合物的各种应用剂型的生产工艺均属于现有已知技术,在此不再赘述。
本发明一种含有啶菌噁唑的杀菌组合物用于防治植物治病真菌的用途,所述植物治病真菌引起的病害主要有作物灰霉病、白粉病、叶霉病、黑星病、早疫病、颖枯病、网斑病、锈病、炭疽病,黑星病、灰星病,黑斑病、轮纹病,落叶病、蔓枯病等。
本发明达到的有益效果:
1、本发明啶菌噁唑和双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐复配,在一定的混配比例下,增效作用明显;
2、相对于单剂,本发明啶菌噁唑和双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐混配的组合物田间防效有明显提高,可以有效减少药剂使用量,降低成本;
3、本发明有效活性成分啶菌噁唑和双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐具有不同的作用机理,混配之后可有效延缓病菌抗性的产生,延长药剂使用寿命,保护环境。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行描述,但是本发明的具体保护范围包含并不限于以下具体实施例。
1、啶菌噁唑与双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐复配对番茄灰霉病菌的室内毒力测定
试验方法:试验方法为菌丝生长速率法。
首先准备含药平板PDA培养基。将供试药剂配成5个浓度梯度,用移液枪吸取不同浓度梯度的待测药液注入的无菌培养皿内,药剂和培养基的体积比为1:9,混匀,制成含药平板PDA培养基,每处理3次重复。然后用打孔器在培养3d后的菌落边缘打菌饼,倒置放入含药平板中央,以不加药剂的平板接菌饼作对照,于25℃恒温箱中培养。3d后用十字交叉法测量菌落直径,并计算不同药剂及不同浓度的药剂对病菌菌丝生长的抑制率。
通过抑制率的几率值和系列浓度的对数值之间的线性回归分析,求出各药剂的EC50值,以孙云沛法共毒系数法(CTC),评价两种药剂联合作用。复配制剂的共毒系数CTC≥120表现为增效作用;CTC≤80表现为拮抗作用;80<CTC<120表现为相加作用。
计算公式:抑菌率=(对照菌落直径一处理菌落直径)/对照菌落直径×100%

由表1可得,啶菌噁唑和双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐以20:1—1:20的比例进行混配,对番茄灰霉病菌都表现出一定的增效作用,当啶菌噁唑和双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐配比为2:1时,共毒系数最大,增效作用最为明显。
为了更好地说明本发明,下面结合制剂实施例对本发明内容作进一步说明,配方中的百分比均为重量百分比。
制剂实施例1
啶菌噁唑20%、双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐10%、2.5%烷基硫酸钠、3%烷基萘磺酸钠、2%膨润土、3%丙二醇、1.5%异噻唑啉酮、1%丁醇,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得30%啶菌噁唑·双胍悬浮剂。
制剂实施例2
啶菌噁唑15%、双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐5%、3.6%三苯乙基苯酚聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯嵌段聚合物、3%烷基聚氧乙烯醚磺酸钠、3%硅酸镁铝、1.5%羧乙基纤维素、3%聚乙二醇、1.5%苯甲酸钠、1%硅油,去离子水加至100%重量份。上述原料经混合,高速剪切分散30min,用砂磨机砂磨后制得20%啶菌噁唑·双胍悬浮剂。
生物实施例1:防治葡萄灰霉病田间药效试验。
2022年进行了制剂实施例1、制剂实施例2防治葡萄灰霉病的田间药效试验,试验地设在陕西省西安市临潼区葡萄园,验证了各制剂对葡萄灰霉病的防治效果及对葡萄的安全性。
试验方法:每小区2株葡萄树,每处理4次重复,小区区组随机排列,施药方法采用常规喷雾法,以药液均匀喷施到所有叶片和果实上为宜。第一次施药时间为2022年6月10号,间隔7天后进行第二次施药,共施药2次,对照采用清水处理。
调查方法:于第二次施药后7天、药后14天分别进行调查。每小区调查全部2株葡萄的全部果穗,记录总穗数、各级病果穗数。
病果穗分级标准:
0级:全穗无病果;
1级:病果数量占整个果穗的5%以下;
3级:病果数量占整个果穗的6%~15%;
5级:病果数量占整个果穗的16%~25%;
7级:病果数量占整个果穗的26%~50%为;
9级:病果数量占整个果穗的51%以上。

由表2可得,啶菌噁唑与双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐复配后能有效防治葡萄灰霉病,药后7天防效达到88%以上,药后14天防效达到89%以上,说明该复配药剂速效性好,持效期长,并且防治效果均优于单剂的防效,具有一定的增效作用。
安全性调查表明,试验用药范围内对靶标无不良影响。
生物实施例2:防治番茄灰霉病田间药效试验。
2022年在陕西省武功县进行了制剂实施例1、制剂实施例2防治番茄灰霉病田间试验,验证了该药剂对番茄灰霉病的防治效果及对番茄的安全性。
试验方法:试验小区15m2,每处理4次重复,小区区组随机排列。施药方法采用常规喷雾法。于番茄灰霉病发病初期时开始施药,间隔7天再施药一次,共施药三次。
调查方法:最后一次药后7天、14天各调查一次,每小区随机取5点调查,每点调查2株,每株调查全部果实,记录各级病果个数。
病果分级标准:
0级:无病斑;
1级:残留花瓣发病或柱头发病;
3级:萼片腐烂或柱头发病蔓延到果脐部;
5级:果脐部有浸润斑但无霉层;
7级:果脐部有霉层但未扩展到其他部位;
9级:果脐部霉层扩展到其他部位。

由表3可得,啶菌噁唑与双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐复配后能有效防治番茄灰霉病,药后7天防效达到87%以上,药后14天防效达到89%以上,说明该复配药剂速效性好,持效期长,并且防治效果均优于单剂的防效,增效作用显著。
综上所述,本发明一种含啶菌噁唑和双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐为有效活性成分的杀菌组合物,两种化合物复配之后增效作用显著,对作物灰霉病均具有良好的防治效果,田间防效表明,复配制剂速效性好,持效期长,且对靶标作物安全,在使用剂量范围内没有药害发生。本发明能够有效降低成本,减少环境污染,说明本复配制剂的发明与推广对社会具有非常重要的意义。
Claims (7)
1.一种含有啶菌噁唑的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述杀菌组合物有效活性成分包括啶菌噁唑和双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐,啶菌噁唑和双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐的质量比为20:1-1:20,啶菌噁唑和双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐占所述组合物的重量百分含量为1%-90%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有啶菌噁唑的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述活性成分啶菌噁唑和双胍三辛烷基苯磺酸盐的质量比为10:1-1:10。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有啶菌噁唑的杀菌组合物,其特征在于:所述杀菌组合物的剂型为悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂。
4.权利要求1所述的一种含有啶菌噁唑的杀菌组合物用于防治植物致病真菌的用途。
5.权利要求1所述的一种含有啶菌噁唑的杀菌组合物用于防治谷物、果树、蔬菜、经济作物上致病真菌的用途。
6.根据权利要求4所述的用途,其特征在于:所述致病真菌为半知菌亚门真菌。
7.根据权利要求4所述的用途,其特征在于:所述用途为防治作物灰霉病。
