The invention provides a cooking appliance, which is provided with a first guide plate and a second guide plate with different guide directions, so that hot air is more uniformly distributed in a grill, and the baking effect is improved.
Specifically, the cooking utensil according to the invention comprises a pot body, a pot cover and an air heating assembly, wherein the pot body comprises an inner pot and a grill detachably arranged on the inner pot, the air heating assembly comprises a fan assembly, a heating element and a hot air outlet, the pot cover comprises a flow guide assembly fixed inside the pot cover, one end of the flow guide assembly is communicated with the hot air outlet, and the other end opposite to the flow guide assembly is provided with a first flow guide plate, and the cooking utensil is characterized in that: the flow guide assembly comprises a top plate fixed on the pot cover and a second flow guide plate extending downwards from the top plate, the second flow guide plate is located on the upstream of the first flow guide plate, and the second flow guide plate and the first flow guide plate are different in guide direction and respectively guide a part of hot air to the inside of the grill.
The second baffle is located "upstream" of the first baffle, meaning that it is located upstream in the direction of flow of the heated air. For example, the first baffle may be located in a central region of the lid, while the second baffle is closer to the end of the baffle assembly that communicates with the hot air outlet, and thus closer to the side wall of the grill. Thus, after the hot air is injected into the baffle assembly, a portion of the hot air first encounters the second baffle, which is positioned and oriented such that the portion of the hot air is directed primarily toward the upper and middle portions of the side walls of the grill. And the other part of the hot air continues to flow to the first deflector and is guided to the middle part and the lower side part of the grill by the first deflector. Therefore, in the cooking appliance implemented by the invention, hot air can be distributed in the grill more uniformly, so that food materials in the grill obtain more uniform heating effect, and the control difficulty of the baking function is reduced. Of course, the positions of the first and second baffles are not limited to the above illustration, but may be arranged as desired, for example, when the length of the flow guide assembly in the hot air flowing direction is longer, the first baffle may be located in the peripheral region of the lid and the second baffle may be located in the central region of the lid, as long as the guiding directions of the two are different, so as to obtain the technical effect of the present invention.
In addition, the term "inside of the pot cover" may refer to an inside of a space surrounded by an outer periphery of the pot cover, or to an inside of a cooking space defined by the pot cover and the inner pot when the pot cover is covered on the pot body. The "one end communicates with the hot air outlet", and the communication may be direct or indirect via another member. It will be understood that the end of the flow guide assembly communicating with the hot air outlet is an inlet end of the hot air inlet flow guide assembly, and the opposite end is the end opposite to the inlet end in the direction of hot air injection. The downward extension refers to the direction of the pot cover when the pot cover is covered on the pot body as a reference system, i.e. the downward extension is from the pot cover to the inner pot.
In addition, the flow guide assembly further comprises a top plate fixed on the pot cover, the top plate can participate in guiding hot air, and elements inside the pot cover can be protected from being affected by direct injection of the hot air.
