2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the material of the metal powder in step (1) comprises any one of tantalum, tantalum alloy, niobium or niobium alloy;
preferably, the metal powder of step (1) has a particle size of 3 to 20 μm.
3. The preparation method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the material of the sheath in the step (1) comprises any one of rubber, latex or plastic;
preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the sheath in step (1) is round or square.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the material of the sealing plug in the step (1) comprises rubber or polyurethane;
preferably, the adhesive tape of step (1) comprises a scotch tape;
preferably, the number of turns of the tape wrapping of step (1) is at least fifteen turns.
5. The production method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the plastic film of step (2) comprises a polyethylene wrap or a polyvinyl chloride wrap;
preferably, the adhesive tape of step (2) comprises a scotch tape;
preferably, the plastic film and the adhesive tape of step (2) are independently wrapped at least two times.
6. The method of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the fasteners of step (2) comprise a hoop;
preferably, the fastener in step (2) is made of metal, and preferably comprises stainless steel.
7. The production method according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the cold isostatic pressure in step (3) is 100 to 300MPa;
preferably, the pressure of the cold isostatic pressing in the step (3) is provided by a cold isostatic pressing machine;
preferably, the time of the cold isostatic pressing in the step (3) is 5-60 min.
8. The production method according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the adhesive tape and the plastic film of step (4) are cut off with a cutter;
preferably, the demolding treatment of step (4) includes: inserting the flat structural member between the sheath and the formed metal bar to move up and down until the metal bar is separated from the sheath;
preferably, the flat structural member comprises a metal rule.
9. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein after the demolding treatment in the step (4), the flat structural member is taken out, and the metal bar is poured out;
preferably, the shape of the metal bar of step (4) is cylindrical or prismatic;
preferably, the length-diameter ratio or the length-diameter ratio of the metal bar in the step (4) is 1 to 10.
10. The method for preparing a composite material according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:
(1) Putting metal powder into a sheath and compacting, wherein the metal powder is made of any one of tantalum, tantalum alloy, niobium or niobium alloy and has the particle size of 3-20 microns, the sheath is made of any one of rubber, latex or plastic, a sealing plug is plugged into the sheath and is made of rubber or polyurethane, a transparent adhesive tape is used for wrapping the joint of the sealing plug and the sheath, and the number of turns of wrapping of the adhesive tape is at least fifteen turns;
(2) After the wrapping in the step (1) is finished, sequentially wrapping the plastic film and the transparent adhesive tape, wherein the plastic film comprises a polyethylene preservative film or a polyvinyl chloride preservative film, the plastic film and the adhesive tape are independently wrapped for at least two circles, and then hooping the wrapped position on the sheath by using a fastening piece, wherein the fastening piece comprises a hoop, so that the sheath sealing is finished;
(3) Carrying out cold isostatic pressing treatment on the sheath sealed in the step (2), wherein the pressure of the cold isostatic pressing is 100-300 MPa, and the time is 5-60 min;
(4) And (4) after the cold isostatic pressing treatment in the step (3), opening the fastening piece, cutting off the adhesive tape and the plastic film by using a cutter, taking out the sealing plug, and then performing demoulding treatment, wherein the demoulding treatment comprises the following steps: and inserting the flat structural part between the sheath and the formed metal bar, moving up and down until the metal bar is separated from the sheath, and obtaining the metal bar.
