技术领域
本发明属于微生物技术领域,具体公开了一种唾液乳杆菌及其应用。
背景技术
炎症性肠炎是影响和威胁猕猴等多种动物健康的重要因素,其发生原因综合而复杂,因此难以预防及根治。临床上通常使用广谱性抗生素对发病猕猴进行治疗,但长期使用抗生素会破坏猕猴肠道的正常微生物结构,从而导致菌群失调。作为抗生素的替代品,益生菌近年来在人类和动物健康领域引起了广泛关注,其被认为拥有提高免疫力、缓解炎症、增加营养物质及调整肠道菌群等功效。
然而现目前公开的具有针对肠道菌群进行调节以及改善肠道环境的相关益生菌种类较少,已公开的唾液乳杆菌无法有效作为缓解炎症性肠炎的药物而使用。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种唾液乳杆菌(Lactobacillus salivarius),其于2022年9月2日保藏于中国微生物菌种保藏管理委员会普通微生物中心,地址:北京市朝阳区北辰西路1号院3号,中国科学院微生物研究所,保藏编号为CGMCC NO.25641,其能够解决现目前缓解炎症性肠炎的相关益生菌种类较少的技术问题。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种唾液乳杆菌在制备防治结肠炎、保护肠道组织和调节肠道菌群结构的药物中的应用。
本发明的第三目的在于提供一种包括该唾液乳杆菌的菌剂,其能够作为制备缓解动物炎症性肠炎的药物的原料或者直接作为药物进行使用,为缓解炎症性肠炎提供一种新的益生菌药物。
本发明的第四目的在于提供一种包括该唾液乳杆菌的药物,该药物能够直接作为临床使用以缓解动物炎症性肠炎。
与现有技术相比,本发明至少具有如下的优点与积极效果:本发明提供了一种唾液乳杆菌及其应用,该唾液乳杆菌有助于恢复体重、缓解炎症水平、保护肠道组织及调节肠道菌群结构,可作为益生菌候选菌株,用于动物的肠炎预防及治疗。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考具体实施例来详细说明本发明。
实施例
1、菌株的分离纯化以及鉴定:
试剂和耗材:
主要的试剂包括:MRS琼脂培养基、MRS肉汤培养基、营养琼脂(Nutrient agar,NA)培养基、胰酪胨大豆肉汤(Trypticase soy broth,TSB)培养基、革兰氏染色液均购于广东环凯微生物科技有限公司;猪胆盐购于北京鸿润宝顺科技有限公司;血平板购于成都瑞琦医疗科技有限责任公司;人工胃液、人工肠液、抗生素药敏纸片购于上海源叶生物科技有限公司;胰蛋白酶-EDTA溶液、DMEM(Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium)培养基购于赛默飞世尔科技(中国)有限公司;PCR Premix购于成都奥克生物有限公司;16S rRNA基因引物(27F:见SEQ ID NO.2,1492R:见SEQ ID NO.3)由生工生物工程(成都)有限公司合成;HT-29细胞由学院其它实验室提供。主要的耗材包括:离心管、细胞培养瓶、细胞培养板、一次性移液管、一次性塑料培养皿、一次性细胞涂布棒、菌种保存管、载玻片等。
仪器设备:
主要的仪器设备包括:超净工作台、恒温培养箱、振荡培养箱、涡旋振荡器、立式高压灭菌锅、PCR仪、离心机、微量移液器、光学显微镜、pH计、游标卡尺、电子天平等。
健康猕猴粪便样品采集:
在四川省眉山市某猕猴养殖基地采集了10只健康幼年猕猴的新鲜粪便。这些幼年猕猴未发生过腹泻状况,且在一年时间内未使用过抗生素。使用无菌采样器将新鲜猕猴粪便收集于无菌采样管中,储存于放置冰袋的保温箱中,最后转移至实验室立即处理。
菌株分离及纯化:
取约5克的猕猴新鲜粪便于10 mL无菌离心管中,加入5mL的无菌生理盐水,使用涡旋振荡器充分振荡成均匀粪液,使用10倍稀释法对粪液进行稀释,选择103-105的稀释度的粪液涂布于MRS琼脂平板上,于37℃培养24h。根据在培养基上的菌落形态差异,使用接种环挑选单菌落接种于MRS琼脂平板上,于37℃培养24h,然后挑选单菌落进行第二次纯化。用接种环蘸取纯化后的单菌落在装有600μL MRS肉汤培养基的菌种保存管中振荡,于37℃过夜振荡培养,加入400μL 50%甘油,保存于-80℃备用。
细菌的革兰氏染色:
使用移液器吸取适当的无菌生理盐水于载玻片上,使用接种环挑选单菌落于生理盐水中,并涂匀菌液。使用酒精灯将载玻片快速灼烤,直至菌液干燥。在固定干燥后的载玻片滴加2滴结晶紫染液,初染1min后,使用无菌水冲洗,直至无色。滴加2滴碘液,媒染1min后,使用无菌水冲洗,直至无色。使用95%酒精洗脱30s后,使用无菌水冲洗。在载玻片上滴加2滴番红染液,复染1min后,使用无菌水冲洗,直至无色。使用吸水纸将多余的水吸干,等待载玻片干燥后,使用油镜(×100倍)进行观察,记录菌体形态、颜色。革兰氏阳性菌呈现紫色,革兰氏阴性菌呈现红色。
16S rRNA基因鉴定:
使用接种环蘸取细菌冻存液于MRS琼脂平板划线后,37℃培养24h,挑选单菌落于MRS肉汤培养基中,于37℃培养24h后,使用CTAB/NaCl法提取细菌DNA。使用PCR方法扩增细菌的16S rRNA基因,PCR体系为:12.5μL Taq MasterMix、1μL上游引物、1μL下游引物、1μLDNA模板、9.5μL ddH2O,最终总体积为25μL。PCR的反应程序为:95℃预变性5min,95℃变性30s、54℃退火30s、72℃延伸45s,共进行30个循环,最终72℃终延伸10min。PCR 产物采用1.0%的琼脂糖凝胶进行电泳检测,检测合格的样品送于生工生物工程(成都)有限公司进行测序。测序后的序列使用BLAST进行比对,其16SrRNA序列如SEQ ID NO.1所示。
菌株的初筛:
使用接种环蘸取待测菌株的冻存液于MRS琼脂平板划线后,37℃培养18h。准备MRS肉汤培养基,使用盐酸将MRS肉汤培养基的pH调至3,吸取3mL调整好的MRS肉汤培养基于5mL无菌离心管中,使用无菌棉签蘸取4个单菌落于离心管中,充分振荡,将菌落洗脱,将菌液浓度调整至约1×108CFU/mL,于37℃振荡培养18h,然后吸取1μL菌液点于MRS琼脂平板上,37℃培养24h。
之后使用接种环蘸取待测菌株的冻存液于MRS琼脂平板划线后,于37℃培养18h。准备MRS肉汤培养基,使用猪胆盐配置含0.3%胆盐的MRS肉汤培养基,吸取3mL配置好的MRS肉汤培养基于5mL无菌离心管中,使用无菌棉签蘸取4个单菌落于离心管中,充分振荡,将菌落洗脱,将菌液浓度调整至约1×108CFU/mL,于37℃振荡培养18h,然后吸取1μL菌液点于MRS琼脂平板,37℃培养24h,观察生长情况(详情见图1)。
通过革兰氏染色以及16S rRNA基因的鉴定,一共从猕猴粪便中分离出69株唾液乳杆菌(Lactobacillus salivarius)。通过对所有分离菌株进行耐酸性、耐胆盐性的初筛,共获得唾液乳杆菌6株。在NCBI中下载参考基因组,构建了***发育树(详情见图2),在进化树上,菌株的分布与16S rRNA鉴定结果是一致的。
成功筛选得到目的菌株,并命名为唾液乳杆菌MK0901。
实验例1
1、唾液乳杆菌MK0901菌株的溶血性检测:
将待测菌株的冻存液使用接种环在MRS琼脂平板划线后,挑选单菌落,在血平板上划线,培养24h后,观察溶血情况。溶血情况主要分为α溶血(菌落周围出现草绿色的溶血环)、β溶血(菌落周围出现清晰透明的溶血环)、γ溶血(菌落周围无溶血环),每个菌株做三次重复。使用溶血葡萄球菌ATCC29970(Staphylococcus haemolyticusATCC29970)作为阳性对照,所得结果如图3所示,根据图3结果所示,该唾液乳杆菌为非溶血性。
实验例2
1、唾液乳杆菌MK0901菌株的药敏试验:
使用纸片琼脂扩散法(K-B)对菌株进行药敏试验(Cockerill, 2015)。将待测菌株的冻存液使用接种环在MRS琼脂平板划线后,37℃培养24h。吸取3mL无菌生理盐水于5mL离心管中,使用无菌棉签蘸取5个单菌落于离心管中充分振荡,将菌液浓度调整至约1.5×108CFU/mL,使用无菌棉花蘸取菌液,挤出多余菌液,均匀涂布于MRS琼脂平板上。将抗生素药敏纸片贴于MRS琼脂平板,每种抗生素做三个重复,将MRS琼脂平板于37℃培养24h,使用游标卡尺测定抑菌圈直径,每种菌株抑菌圈直径为三个抑菌圈直径的平均值。检测的抗生素包括:四环素、氨苄西林、头孢曲松、克拉霉素、氯霉素、克林霉素、环丙沙星,其检测结果如表1所示。

根据表1结果所示,该菌株对四环素、氨苄西林、环丙沙星、头孢曲松、克林霉素、克拉霉素、氯霉素7种抗生素均表现为敏感,耐药性差,长期使用不会使身体产生耐药效果,具有优秀的益生菌性质。
实验例3
1、唾液乳杆菌MK0901的抑菌活性
抑菌性测定选择大肠埃希氏菌CMCC(B) 44102(Escherichia coliCMCC(B)44102)、乙型副伤寒沙门氏菌CMCC(B) 50094(Salmonella entericaserovar ParatyphiBCMCC(B) 50094)、金黄色葡萄球菌CMCC(B) 26003(Staphylococcus aureusCMCC(B)26003)、铜绿假单胞菌CMCC(B) 10104(Pseudomonas aeruginosaCMCC(B) 10104)作为病原菌,将病原菌使用TSB培养基于37℃过夜培养。将400mL NA培养基使用锥形瓶灭菌后,逐渐冷却至45℃后,吸取1mL病原菌菌液于NA培养基中,混匀培养基,然后倒平板,待平板充分凝固后,使用无菌的6mm打孔器在平板上垂直打6个孔。将待测菌株使用MRS肉汤培养基于37℃培养24h后,将待测菌株肉汤培养基使用10000r/min离心10min,吸取50μL上清液加入孔中,每个待测菌株选择三个孔作为重复,将平板于37℃培养24h后,使用游标卡尺测定抑菌圈直径,每种菌株的抑菌圈直径为三个抑菌圈直径的平均值。使用鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG(Lactobacillus rhamnosusGG,LGG)作为对照,所得结果如表2所示。

根据表2结果所示,该唾液乳杆菌菌株对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌4种致病菌均有较好的抑制作用,抑制效果相当或优于鼠李糖乳杆菌LGG标准菌株。
实验例4
1、唾液乳杆菌MK0901菌株对人工胃液、人工肠液的耐受性测定:
使用接种环蘸取待测菌株的冻存液于MRS琼脂平板划线后,于37℃培养18h。吸取3mL人工胃液于5mL无菌离心管中,使用无菌棉签蘸取3个单菌落于人工胃液中,充分振荡,将菌落洗脱,将菌液浓度调至约1×108CFU/mL,使用10倍稀释法进行活菌计数。将人工胃液于37℃培养3h后,使用10倍稀释法再次进行活菌计数,同时吸取1mL培养后的人工胃液于9mL的人工肠液中,培养3h之后,使用10倍稀释法进行活菌计数。菌株在人工胃液、人工肠液中的存活率计算公式为:存活率=培养后活菌数/培养前活菌数100%,将待测菌株的冻存液使用接种环在MRS琼脂平板划线后,挑选单菌落,接种于MRS肉汤培养基中,37℃培养24h,5000r/min离心10min,使用无菌PBS冲洗,将菌液浓度调至约1×106CFU/mL,使用10倍稀释法对菌液进行活菌计数。
菌株对HT-29细胞的黏附性测定:
将培养好的HT-29细胞进行传代培养,将细胞浓度调至5×106个/mL,在每个细胞培养板中加入1mL细胞悬浮液,于37℃、5%CO2培养箱中培养,待细胞形成单层,倒掉DMEM培养液,使用无菌PBS冲洗后,倒掉BPS,每孔加入1mL菌液,每个样品做三个重复,于37℃培养2h。培养完成后,倒掉菌液,使用无菌PBS进行冲洗,去掉未黏附的菌株,使用0.7mL的0.25%胰蛋白酶-EDTA进行消化10min,加入0.3mL的DMEM停止消化,使用10倍稀释法对培养液进行活菌计数。细胞的黏附率的计算公式为:黏附率=培养后菌液浓度/培养前菌液浓度100%。活菌数和粘附率的所得结果如表3所示。

根据表3结果所示,该唾液乳杆菌能在胃液和肠液中具有很高的成活率,且具有优秀的粘附率,能够为胃部和肠道提供保护,并改善胃部和肠道的环境。
实验例5
1、唾液乳杆菌MK0901菌株发酵液短链脂肪酸含量测定:
发酵液的制备:将唾液乳杆菌MK0901保存菌株活化培养24h后,吸取4uL菌液加入到4 mL肉汤培养基中,37℃培养24 h 备用。
短链脂肪酸的检测:检测仪器为日本岛津公司气质联用仪(GCMS-QP2010 Plus),色谱柱为美国RESTEK(瑞斯泰克)公司Rtx-5熔融石英毛细管柱(30m×0.25mm×0.25m)。GC升温程序为初始温度40℃保持5min,每分钟5℃升至150℃,以每分钟10℃升到280℃,并维持2 min。载气为高纯氦气(纯度 > 99.999%),流速:1.0 mL/min。MS条件:电离方式为EI;温度为200℃,接口温度220℃,质量扫描范围m/z 33-500。取发酵液4 mL,加入浓度为200g/mL 2-乙基丁酸内标液10 L,样品以分流模式1:3的方式进样1 L,溶剂延迟时间设定为0.1 min,进样口温度270℃。5种短链脂肪酸(乙酸、正丁酸、异丁酸、异戊酸、异己酸)的浓度采用内标法计算,所得结果如表4和图8所示。

根据表4结果表明唾液乳杆菌MK0901发酵液中含多种短链脂肪酸,其中乙酸含量最高,达到10.876 g/mL,其次是异戊酸和异己酸,并检测到3种丁酸(表4)。
实验例6
1、唾液乳杆菌MK0901对小鼠肠道微生物的调节能力:
选取约20g的SPF级雄性昆明小鼠15只,在适应一周后,将小鼠随机分为3组,分为空白对照组、自然恢复组和唾液乳杆菌实验组,每组5只小鼠,同时对每只小鼠进行标号。所有的小鼠生活在相似的环境中,提供相同的食物和水,并保证都能够自由采食和饮水。
实验开始后,除空白对照组小鼠每只每日灌胃0.2mL的无菌生理盐水外,其它两组每日每只灌胃浓度为200mg/mL头孢曲松抗生素溶液0.2mL,连续灌胃10天。然后每天对实验组灌胃唾液乳杆菌12天,每只0.2mL,菌液浓度为1×108CFU/mL。对照组和自然恢复组小鼠灌胃0.2mL无菌生理盐水外,每3天收集一次小鼠粪便,保存于-80℃备用。16S rRNA基因扩增子测序使用Illumina MiSeq PE250平台进行,测定细菌16S rRNA基因的V3-V4区,扩增引物为338F:见SEQ ID NO.4和806R:见SEQ ID NO.5。计算并比较了各组小鼠肠道微生物的Shannon指数以及Simpson指数。所得结果如表5所示。

根据表5结果所示,抗生素灌胃后小鼠肠道微生物多样性显著下降,Shannon指数和Simpson指数大大低于空白对照组;当饲喂唾液乳杆菌MK0901三天后可以看到多样性明显回升,第9-12天基本恢复正常水平,与空白对照组十分接近。而抗生素灌胃后自然恢复组在第12天Shannon指数和Simpson指数仍然明显低于空白对照组和唾液乳杆菌处理组,说明唾液乳杆菌MK0901对小鼠肠道菌群具有很好的调剂作用。
实验例7
实验动物:
由成都达硕实验动物有限公司提供4周龄SPF级雄性昆明小鼠60只,饲养于本实验室动物房中。正式实验前进行7d适应性饲养,饲养条件:湿度50%左右,温度24℃左右,每日光照与黑暗各12h,及时添加饲料和饮用水,使其自由饮食饮水。
实验菌株:
本发明提供的菌株唾液乳杆菌MK0901(Lactobacillus salivarius MK0901),由本课题组先前自健康猕猴粪便样品中分离得出,保存于本实验室菌种库,保存条件为-80℃。鼠李糖乳杆菌(Lactobacillus rhamnosusATCC 53103)LGG购自益加生物科技成都有限公司。
主要试剂:
无菌DPBS缓冲液、4%多聚甲醛固定液、氯化钠(分析纯):白鲨生物;MRS肉汤培养基、MRS琼脂培养基:环凯生物;葡聚糖硫酸钠(DSS):翌圣生物;肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)检测试剂盒:江苏晶美生物;粪便DNA提取试剂盒:天根生化科技。
主要仪器及设备:
高压蒸汽灭菌锅:上海申安;生化培养箱:三洋电机;无菌操作台:浙江苏净;多功能酶标仪:Bio Tek;超低温冰箱:海尔。
1、灌胃剂制备:
将本发明提供的菌株与对照菌株LGG复苏并活化。将其置于-4℃、6000r/min条件下离心5min,弃掉上清液,收集菌泥。使用无菌PBS缓冲液重悬菌体,调节菌液浓度达109CFU/mL。
2、动物分组及处理:
适应性饲养结束后,将60只昆明雄性小鼠随机分为4组12笼,每3笼为1组,分别为空白组、模型组、LGG组和唾液乳杆菌处理组。正式实验共计16d,分为DSS造模阶段和恢复阶段(详情见表6)。造模期每隔一天更换一次DSS溶液,实验期每日观察小鼠的精神及活动状态,每日测量一次小鼠体重并按组采集小鼠粪便,采集的粪便样冻存于-80℃超低温冰箱。

3、小鼠体重变化及免疫器官指数测定:
每日称量小鼠体重并绘制其变化曲线。实验结束日脱颈处死小鼠,迅速取其脾脏并用生理盐水冲洗,滤纸吸干水分后称量。脾脏指数=脾脏质量(g)/小鼠体重(g)100%,所得结果如图4A和图4B所示,由各组小鼠平均体重变化趋势可知(图4A),造模期经DSS溶液处理8天后的各组小鼠平均体重非常接近,但均明显低于空白对照组小鼠平均体重,即表明DSS溶液对小鼠肠道结构造成负面影响,降低了其对食物的吸收功能,导致其体重增加速度缓慢。进入恢复期后,唾液乳杆菌和LGG处理组小鼠平均体重快速恢复,8天恢复期结束时平均体重明显高于自然恢复组小鼠平均体重,表明益生菌的干涉有助于小鼠恢复体重。脾是最重要的免疫器官,炎症反应会导致脾脏肿大,从而使脾脏指数升高。实验结束时,各组小鼠脾脏指数比较结果显示(图4B),唾液乳杆菌处理组、LGG处理组小鼠的脾脏指数与空白对照组小鼠的脾脏指数没有显著差异,但明显低于DSS自然恢复组小鼠的脾脏指数,表明益生菌可能有缓解脾脏肿大和炎症反应的功效。
4、结肠组织病理学表现:
用镊子和剪刀取出小鼠结直肠,以盲肠为辨识标志测量其长度。截取1cm结肠并用4%多聚甲醛固定液将其固定24h。采用HE染色法进行制片,主要步骤包括石蜡切片、脱蜡、染色、脱水及封片。用光学显微镜观察小鼠结肠组织的病理学表现。所得结果如图5A-D所示,由病理分析可知,空白对照组小鼠(图5A)肠黏膜组织完整,未见溃疡,黏膜可见淋巴滤泡形成;而DSS处理组小鼠(图5B)结肠黏膜及肌层变薄,腺体层次减少,肠腔扩张,局部溃疡形成,表面未见腺上皮被覆,其下出血及小血管增生;与CK相比,LGG组(图5C)和唾液乳杆菌组(图5D)黏膜及肌层稍变薄,腺体层次减少,肠腔扩张,但较DSS组而言,未出现明显溃疡,黏膜仅见少许慢性炎症细胞浸润。这表明益生菌对小鼠的结肠组织具有保护作用,一定程度上抵消了DSS溶液对肠粘膜的破坏作用,减缓了炎症反应。
5、血清炎症因子测定:
采用眼眶取血法获得小鼠新鲜血样,将血样置于3000r/min条件下离心10min,收集血清。使用TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6检测试剂盒,严格按照说明书实验步骤测定血清样品的三项炎症因子指标。所得结果如图6A-C所示,由结果可知,DSS溶液的刺激作用显著地上调了小鼠血清中的IL-1β水平(p<0.05),极显著地上调了TNF-α和IL-6水平(p<0.01)。唾液乳杆菌组与LGG组的TNF-α和IL-6水平均极显著地低于DSS组(p<0.01)。LGG组显著高于CK组(p<0.05),唾液乳杆菌组则与CK组在IL-1β水平上无明显差异(p>0.05),但显著低于LGG组和DSS组。从整体上看,本发明提供的该唾液乳杆菌MK0901具有降低DSS溶液所引发的炎症因子表达的作用,其调节TNF-α和IL-6水平的功效与LGG相似,而调节IL-1β水平的功效要优于LGG。
6、肠道菌群分析:
从超低温冰箱取出实验结束期(第16d)小鼠粪便样品,使用粪便基因组DNA试剂盒提取粪便总DNA。使用PCR扩增细菌16S rRNA基因V3-V4高变区,扩增引物为338F和806R。采用Illumina MiSeq PE250平台完成16S rRNA基因扩增子测序,并基于QIIME2完成原始数据的降噪及后续分析,所得结果如图7A-D所示,如图所示,四组样品所含OTU数目分别为523、513、556和617个,其中DSS组所具有的OTU数目最低,而唾液乳杆菌组所具有的OTU数目最高。此外,CK组、DSS组、LGG组和唾液乳杆菌组所含的独有OTU数目分别为135、115、129和174个,这表明不同样品的菌群组成具有明显差异,且唾液乳杆菌组所含的独特菌群类型最为丰富。
主坐标分析(PCoA)可直观反应不同样本间的结构差异,四组样品的PCoA分析结果如图7B所示,其PC1与PC2之和达53.98%(>50%),表明有着较好的分组关系。DSS组的菌群结构位置远离其余三组,说明DSS破坏了小鼠肠道菌群结构,自然恢复比较缓慢,而LGG组和唾液乳杆菌组菌群结构位置趋近于CK组,表明灌胃益生菌有助于小鼠肠道微生物结构恢复至正常水平。
物种堆积图可比较不同样本所含菌群的类型及其丰度差异。四组样品在门水平的物种堆积图显示(图7C),拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota)和厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)在各组均占据较高丰度,为主要菌群门类。在DSS组中,拟杆菌门占据明显优势(P=70.98%),而所含厚壁菌门的比例较其他组而言最低(P=25.24%),该组成结构与CK组差异最大。进一步分析各组属水平的微生物组成结构(图7D),结果显示,各组间的菌群结构差异较大,但Muri菌(Muribaculaceae)和乳杆菌属(Lactobacillus)的丰度最高,特别是LGG组所含有的乳杆菌丰富达到41.56%,此外,拟杆菌属(Bacteroides)也较为丰富。与其它3组相比,唾液乳杆菌处理组肠道微生物在属的水平上的丰富性和均衡性较高,进一步说明唾液乳杆菌MK0901对小鼠肠道菌群对的调剂作用较好。

2. 一种如权利要求1所述的唾液乳杆菌(Lactobacillus salivarius)在制备防治结肠炎和调节肠道菌群结构的药物中的应用。
3. 一种菌剂,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1所述的唾液乳杆菌(Lactobacillus salivarius)。
4. 一种用于缓解炎症性肠炎的药物,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1所述的唾液乳杆菌(Lactobacillus salivarius)。
