本发明涉及一种用于包封一种拼接接头的装置,它包含一个围绕该拼接接头的包套,该包套在其圆周面上有一个开口;还包括一个可热缩的套环,该套环套在包套上,并具有一个开口,阀就安置在该开口中。
专利EP-0244209B1公开过一种用于包封例如一种拼接接头的衬底的装置,该装置包含一种可回弹的织物,其上有一开口,开口中装有一个阀;还包含一个围绕着该接头的包套。该包套同样有一个开口,此开口是作为“缘饰孔(Ausgefranste Bohrung)”加以设计制做的。上述的阀如大家所知道的轮胎阀一样有一个阀底,织物就夹紧在该阀底与拧在阀杆上的一个螺母之间。阀底具有一个朝外的筋条,在将阀底压入“缘饰孔”时,该筋条便啮合在该孔中,从而使该阀与包套连接起来。
上述技术花费极大,因为必须使用特殊的阀,而且必须做出“缘饰孔”。而一个严重缺点在于:在将该阀压入包套的开口中时向内形成的“缘饰孔”的尖角可能导致所拼接的芯线的绝缘层受到损伤。
因此,本发明的任务是改进已公开的那种装置,以便用简单的方法就能使上述开口或者套环中的阀与包套中的开口相重叠,或者说使它们彼此同心,而且这种状态即使在热缩的套环冷却之后仍然存在。此外,亦可大大消除芯线的绝缘层或者说光波导体(光缆)的包层受损伤的现象。
上述任务是通过下述的特征加以解决的:在上述包封装置中,至少在套环热缩之前和热缩过程中,在阀中装有一个型芯,该型芯伸入包套的开口中,并可让套环上的开口与包套上的开口对中。
利用型芯就能以特别简单的方式确保套环上的开口与包套上的开口对准中心。无论在收缩过程中还是在冷却过程中都可完全消除上述两个开口彼此相对产生位移的现象。冷却结束之后,将型芯取下,并将阀箱拧入。不言而喻,型芯不可太长,也不可伸入包套的内部过深。一般情况下,型芯伸入到包套的开口中就足够了。
本发明还有其它的有利结构。
下面将参照图1和2中概略地示明的实施例对本发明做较详细的说明。
图1和2中示明一种装置,在该装置上阀1被固定在套环2的开口2a中。该阀由一个管状件1a和一个挡件1b构成。该管状件1a(以下称为阀套)具有一个内外螺纹。阀套1a被引导通过套环2上的开口2a。套环2系由一种可以热复位的塑料材料制成,其中可嵌装一种高强度纤维织物。与套环2上的开口2a相毗邻的区域两侧各用绝热材料制成的一个圆片3覆盖。圆片3最好用不含石棉的纤维材料制成。装有两个金属片4,以便保护敏感的圆片3在拧紧螺母5时不受损坏或损伤。螺母5被拧在阀套1a上。以6表示一个所谓的包套,该包套围绕着在图上未示出的电缆或光缆的拼接接头加以安置,以便保护拼接处,并形成一个由拼接接头点的大直径到电缆或光缆的较小直径的逐渐过渡。包套6有一个开口6a,利用此开口可以实现由包套6的内部向外的连通。用热熔胶制成的一个圆片7被装在挡件1b和下面的金属片4之间。
在加热套环2时为了使其收缩,需要经过用金属制成的阀套1a对热熔胶片7进行适当加热,使热熔胶化开,从而在开口6a的范围内实现密封。通过由绝热材料制成的圆片3,套环2上的开口2a的边缘区域的收缩便被有意地抑制。圈中虚线表示套环2由于收缩而壁厚增大。为了避免套环2在热缩或冷却时发生位移,须在阀套1a中引入一个型芯8,该型芯以其圆环8a支撑在阀套1a的上端。芯轴8b具有一定长度使得它刚好伸入包套6中而冒出一小段。芯轴8b还可配有外螺纹,以便拧入阀套1a中。
如图2所示,管子9***在阀套1a中,该管子经过其凸缘9a支撑在阀套1a的上缘上。管子9在其与管子凸缘9a相对的一端上有几个槽口9b,使得在槽口9b之间形成舌片9c。舌片9c是向外变形的。在管子9被引入阀套1a之后,舌片9c在包套的开口6a中是向内成形的,并在开口6a的后面彼此弹开。这样,阀1和包套6便如此连接起来,使得阀1以至套环2上的开口2a与包套6上的开口6a同心。
如不用管子9,也可使用一个图上未示出的公知的心轴,该心轴被推入阀套1a中,并以它的夹头夹紧在开口6a的后面。
在将型芯8或者管子9引入并将阀1固定在包套6的开口6a的范围中之后,便可用柔和的火焰加热套环2使之收缩并冷却。在冷却完毕之后,将型芯8或管子9从阀套1a中拔出,然后将未示明的阀箱拧入阀套1a中。

Claims (5)

1.用于包封电缆或光缆的拼接接头的装置,它包含一个围绕该拼接接头的包套(6),该包套在其圆周面上有一个开口(6a);还包括一个可热缩的套环(2),该套环套在包套(6)上,并具有一个开口(2a),阀(1)就安置在该开口中,其特征在于:至少在套环(2)热缩之前和热缩过程中,在阀(1)中装有一个型芯(8,9),该型芯伸入包套(6)的开口(6a)中,并可让套环(2)上的开口(2a)与包套(6)上的开口(6a)对中。
2.按照权利要求1中所述的装置,其特征在于:阀(1)具有一个带内外螺纹的阀套(1a),型芯(8,9)以其凸缘(8a,9a)支撑在阀套(1a)的朝外的一端上,并一直伸入到包套(6)上的开口(6a)中。
3.按照权利要求1或2中所述的装置,其特征在于:型芯(8,9)至少在一定长度上有外螺纹并拧入阀套(1a)中。
4.按照权利要求1至3中的一项所述的装置,其特征在于:在型芯(9)的朝向包套(6)的一端上配有制动钩件(9c),该钩件夹紧在包套(6)上的开口(6a)后面。
5.按照权利要求4中所述的装置,其特征在于:型芯(8,9)至少在其朝向包套(6)的一端是作为管子(9)加以设计成形的,这样,管端在形成舌片(9c)的情况下就具有槽口了,而且舌片(9c)的端部是向外弯曲的。
