In a specific implementation process, the strength of the job hunting intention of the applicant can be judged by using a job hunting intention model, the job hunting intention model can be a two-classification model, a value of the job hunting intention of the applicant is obtained by judging the behavior and operation of the applicant about job hunting, a threshold value is set, and if the value of the job hunting intention exceeds the threshold value, a job position invitation can be issued.
In the specific implementation process, the trigger time for judging the strength of the job hunting intention of the applicant comprises the following steps: the system comprises a near-time scheme and an off-line scheme, wherein the near-time scheme means that after an applicant actively expresses that communication can be carried out or resumes can be delivered to other positions, an intelligent position offer can be received in a few minutes; the offline scheme is to preset triggering time and trigger the judgment of job hunting intention of an applicant at the preset time point.

The process of obtaining the first position based on the application position determines an initial position from a plurality of candidate positions, and then screens the plurality of initial positions to obtain the first position.
The purpose of the screening is to select positions with the relevance meeting preset conditions. Unrelated positions may include: skill requirement mismatch, working age requirement mismatch, educational background mismatch, and the like. In the embodiment, by acquiring at least one of the work information of the applicant and the operation information of the applicant for the designated application program, a plurality of first positions associated with the applicant are determined from a plurality of candidate recruiting positions, the operation information of the applicant for the applicant can represent a preliminary intention of job hunting, first preliminary screening can be performed by combining the preliminary intention and the work information of the applicant for job hunting, accuracy of job forwarding can be effectively improved, a communication value of each first position is determined, at least one target position is determined according to the communication intention value, the target position is pushed to the applicant, the communication intention value can represent communication intentions of the applicant and the applicant, and probability of two-way communication between the applicant and the applicant can be effectively improved, so that recruitment efficiency is improved.
To more clearly understand the job invitation method described in the embodiment of the present application, the following description will be made in further detail with reference to examples.
In one example, as shown in fig. 5, the position invitation method of the present application may include:
acquiring job hunting information of an applicant, wherein the job hunting information comprises work information and operation information of the applicant, namely consumption information of a user in an APP (Application program) shown in the figure is acquired;
judging the job hunting intention of an applicant; the job hunting intention is judged, for example, if the user is on line recently and has an operation of delivering the applicable position, a position offer is pushed to the user within a preset few minutes, and if the user is not on line recently, the position offer is sent to the user at a preset time;
if the job hunting intention of the applicant is high, determining the applicant position of the applicant from the obtained job hunting information, determining a plurality of initial positions associated with the applicant position from a plurality of candidate applicant positions based on the position information, and determining a plurality of first positions from the plurality of initial positions according to a preset screening rule; namely, the job recall and the job filtering shown in the figures, for example, the job recall may use a basic recall based on the employment job and may also use an extended recall based on at least one of job information and operation information of the applicant; the job filtering can screen out irrelevant jobs or other inappropriate jobs;
determining a communication intention value corresponding to each first position, and selecting at least one position with the communication intention value higher than a threshold value from the plurality of first positions as a target position according to the communication intention values; job ranking as shown in the figure;
pushing the at least one target position to an applicant, thereby realizing one position invitation; i.e. the post card shown in the figure.
The process enables the pushed target position to be matched with the demand of the applicant, and can effectively improve the accuracy of position pushing and the probability of two-way communication between two parties, so that the recruitment efficiency is improved.
An embodiment of the present application provides a position offer apparatus, and as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus 60 may include: an acquisition module 601, a determination module 602, a job screening module 603, and a job pushing module 604, wherein,
the acquisition module 601 is used for acquiring job hunting information of an applicant; the job hunting information comprises at least one of work information of an applicant and operation information of the applicant for a specified application program; the designated application is an application associated with the employment of an applicant;
a determining module 602, configured to determine an application position of an application party from the job hunting information;
a job screening module 603 configured to determine a first plurality of positions associated with the employment position from a plurality of candidate recruitment positions based on the job hunting information;
the position pushing module is used for determining a communication intention value corresponding to each first position, determining at least one target position from the plurality of first positions according to the communication intention values, and pushing the at least one target position to the applicant; and the communication intention value is used for representing the communication intentions of the applicant and the recruiter.
In some possible embodiments, the job screening module 603 is further configured to determine the job hunting intention of the applicant before determining the first job position;
the method comprises the following steps:
determining job hunting intentions of the applicants according to the job hunting information;
determining, based on the employment position, a first position associated with the employment position from a plurality of candidate recruitment positions, comprising:
and when the job hunting intention of the applicant meets a preset condition, determining the first position associated with the application position from the plurality of candidate job positions based on the application position.
In some possible implementations, the position screening module 603 is further configured to determine an initial position from the candidate recruiting positions, the method comprising:
determining, based on the application position, a plurality of initial positions associated with the application position from the plurality of candidate recruitment positions;
obtaining a screening condition of each initial position; the screening condition comprises at least one of the validity of each initial position, the black and white list of the employing party and the recruiting party for each initial position, the unit where the employing party is currently located and the employed position of the employing party;
and screening the plurality of initial positions according to the screening conditions to obtain the first position.
In the position invitation device, a plurality of first positions associated with the application positions are determined from a plurality of candidate recruitment positions by acquiring at least one of the work information of the application party and the operation information of the application party for a designated application program, the operation information of the application program corresponding to the application program can represent the initial intention of job hunting, the initial intention and the work information of the application party can be combined for primary screening, the accuracy of job forwarding can be effectively improved, the communication intention value of each first position is determined, at least one target position is determined according to the communication intention value, the target position is pushed to the application party, the communication intention value can represent the communication intention of the application party and the application party, the probability of two-way communication between the two parties can be effectively improved, and the recruitment efficiency is improved.
An embodiment of the present application provides an electronic device, including a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory, where the processor executes the computer program to implement the steps of the position invitation method, and compared with the related art, the method can implement: and one position invitation is completed, so that the pushed target position is more matched with the requirements of the recruiter, and the recruitment and recruitment efficiency of the recruiter and the recruiter is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, an electronic device is provided, as shown in FIG. 7, where electronic device 7000 shown in FIG. 7 comprises: a processor 7001 and a memory 7003. Where processor 7001 is coupled to memory 7003, such as via bus 7002. Optionally, the electronic device 7000 may further include the transceiver 7004, and the transceiver 7004 may be used for data interaction between the electronic device and other electronic devices, such as transmission of data and/or reception of data. Which may implement or perform the various illustrative logical blocks, modules, and circuits described in connection with the disclosure. The processor 7001 may also be a combination implementing computing functionality, e.g., comprising one or more microprocessors, a combination of DSPs and microprocessors, or the like.
Bus 7002 may include a path to transfer information between the above components. The bus 7002 may be a PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) bus, an EISA (Extended Industry Standard Architecture) bus, or the like. The bus 7002 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, and the like. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 7, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
The Memory 7003 may be a ROM (Read Only Memory) or other type of static storage device that can store static information and instructions, a RAM (Random Access Memory) or other type of dynamic storage device that can store information and instructions, an EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory), a CD-ROM (Compact Disc Read Only Memory) or other optical Disc storage, optical Disc storage (including Compact Disc, laser Disc, optical Disc, digital versatile Disc, blu-ray Disc, etc.), a magnetic Disc storage medium, other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium that can be used to carry or store a computer program and that can be Read by a computer, without limitation.
The memory 7003 is used for storing computer programs for executing the embodiments of the present application, and execution is controlled by the processor 7001. The processor 7001 is used to execute computer programs stored in the memory 7003 to implement the steps shown in the foregoing method embodiments.

It should be understood that the data so used are interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application described herein are capable of operation in other sequences than illustrated or otherwise described herein.
It should be understood that, although each operation step is indicated by an arrow in the flowchart of the embodiment of the present application, the implementation order of the steps is not limited to the order indicated by the arrow. In some implementation scenarios of the embodiments of the present application, the implementation steps in the flowcharts may be performed in other sequences as needed, unless explicitly stated otherwise herein. In addition, some or all of the steps in each flowchart may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages based on an actual implementation scenario. Some or all of these sub-steps or stages may be performed at the same time, or each of these sub-steps or stages may be performed at different times, respectively. Under the scenario that the execution time is different, the execution sequence of the sub-steps or phases may be flexibly configured according to the requirement, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
The foregoing is only an optional implementation manner of a part of implementation scenarios in the present application, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, other similar implementation means based on the technical idea of the present application are also within the protection scope of the embodiments of the present application without departing from the technical idea of the present application.

Claims (12)

1. A method of job invitation, comprising:
acquiring job hunting information of an applicant; the job hunting information comprises at least one of work information of an applicant and operation information of the applicant for a specified application program; the designated application is an application associated with the employment of an applicant;
determining the application positions of the applications from the job hunting information;
determining a first plurality of positions associated with the employment position from a plurality of candidate recruitment positions based on the job hunting information;
determining a communication intention value corresponding to each first position, determining at least one target position from the plurality of first positions according to the communication intention values, and pushing the at least one target position to an applicant; and the communication intention value is used for representing the communication intentions of the applicant and the recruiter.
2. The position invitation method of claim 1, wherein determining a first plurality of positions associated with the employment position from among a candidate plurality of recruitment positions based on the job information comprises:
determining a first level of the employment position;
determining at least one layer of parent level corresponding to the first level;
determining the first position associated with the employment position from a sub-level of the at least one parent level.
3. The position invitation method of claim 1, wherein the operational information includes an applicant entering search data for the job application;
said determining a first plurality of positions associated with the employment position from a plurality of candidate recruitment positions based on the job hunting information, comprising:
acquiring target search data of an applicant in a preset time period from the search data;
determining the first position from the plurality of candidate recruitment positions according to the target search data.
4. The position invitation method of claim 1 wherein the job information includes at least one historical position of the applicant;
the determining, based on the job hunting information, a first plurality of positions associated with the employment position from a plurality of candidate recruitment positions, comprising:
determining a target industry corresponding to the application position;
screening out a target historical position matched with the target industry from the at least one historical position;
and determining the first position from the candidate plurality of recruitment positions according to the screened target historical position.
5. The position invitation method of claim 1, wherein the operational information includes selection information of an applicant for a recruitment position;
the determining, based on the job hunting information, a first plurality of positions associated with the employment position from a plurality of candidate recruitment positions, comprising:
determining the direction quantity of the application according to the selection information;
determining corresponding position vectors according to the candidate plurality of recruitment positions;
and determining the similarity corresponding to the direction vector of the employment and the position vector respectively, and screening the first position from the candidate recruitment positions according to the determined similarity.
6. The method of the position invitation of claim 1 wherein the operation information of the recruiter further includes an operation of the recruiter to respond to the invitation request by the recruiter for the first position;
the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a reply operation of the recruiter for the response operation of the applicant;
the determining of the communication intention value corresponding to each first position comprises:
determining a corresponding first numerical value according to the response operation of the employing party; the first value is indicative of an intention of the recruiter to respond to the solicitation by the recruiter for the first position;
determining a corresponding second numerical value according to the reply operation of the recruiter; the second value is indicative of an intention to reply to the response operation by the recruiter for the applicant;
and taking the product of the first numerical value and the second numerical value as the communication intention numerical value.
7. The position invitation method of claim 1, wherein prior to determining a first plurality of positions associated with the employment position from the candidate plurality of recruitment positions based on the job hunting information, further comprising:
determining job hunting intentions of the applicants according to the job hunting information;
determining a first position associated with the application position from among a plurality of candidate recruitment positions based on the application position, comprising:
and when the job hunting intention of the applicant meets a preset condition, determining the first position associated with the application position from the plurality of candidate job positions based on the application position.
8. The position invitation method of claim 1, wherein determining a first plurality of positions associated with the employment position from among the candidate plurality of recruitment positions based on the job information further comprises:
determining, based on the employment position, a plurality of initial positions associated with the employment position from the plurality of candidate recruitment positions;
obtaining a screening condition of each initial position; the screening condition comprises at least one of the validity of each initial position, the black and white list of the employing party and the recruiting party for each initial position, the unit where the employing party is currently located and the employed position of the employing party;
and screening the plurality of initial positions according to the screening conditions to obtain the first position.
9. A position offer apparatus, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring job hunting information of an applicant; the job hunting information comprises at least one of work information of an applicant and operation information of the applicant for a specified application program; the designated application is an application associated with the job application of the applicant;
the determination module is used for determining the application positions of the application parties from the job hunting information;
a position screening module for determining a plurality of first positions associated with the employment position from a plurality of candidate recruitment positions based on the job hunting information;
the position pushing module is used for determining a communication intention value corresponding to each first position, determining at least one target position from a plurality of first positions according to the communication intention values, and pushing the at least one target position to an applicant; and the communication intention value is used for representing the communication intentions of the applicant and the recruiter.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory, characterized in that the processor executes the computer program to implement the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 8.
11. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the position invitation method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
12. A computer program product comprising a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 8.
