when a speed limit opening signal is received, the speed and the opening degree of an accelerator pedal of the vehicle are obtained;
controlling the vehicle to enter a speed limiting state according to the vehicle speed and the opening degree of the accelerator pedal;
and acquiring a road section speed limiting signal and a traffic sign speed limiting signal in the speed limiting state, and limiting the speed of the vehicle according to the road section speed limiting signal and the traffic sign speed limiting signal.
2. The vehicle speed limit control method according to claim 1, wherein the controlling the vehicle to enter a speed limit state according to the vehicle speed and the accelerator pedal opening degree comprises:

8. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a vehicle speed limit control program is stored thereon, which when executed by a processor implements the vehicle speed limit control method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.

A vehicle control unit, comprising: the vehicle speed limit control system comprises a memory, a processor and a vehicle speed limit control program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, wherein when the processor executes the program, the vehicle speed limit control method according to any one of claims 1-7 is realized.
10. A vehicle speed limit control apparatus, characterized in that the apparatus comprises:
