Then, the first telescopic piece is driven to move the inner container assembly and the outer container assembly together so as to expose one side of the connection part between the U-shaped thin plates, which is positioned in the U-shaped thin plates. And then, controlling the second extensible member, the third extensible member, the eighth extensible member, the fourth extensible member and the fifth extensible member to extend out so as to clamp and fix the inner side and the outer side of the U-shaped thin plate.
Specifically, when the U-shaped thin plates are respectively placed on the two sides of the inner container assembly, the third telescopic piece and the eighth telescopic piece of the inner container assembly extend out to support the inner sides of the U-shaped thin plates on the two sides;
then, the fourth expansion piece and the fifth expansion piece sleeved on the U-shaped seat of the previous U-shaped thin plate extend out to clamp the outer side of the previous U-shaped thin plate.
When the U-shaped thin plate is the last one, the seventh telescopic piece is driven when the U-shaped thin plate is placed on the liner assembly and the tail assembly, so that the tail assembly can position the last U-shaped thin plate.
And then, driving a fourth expansion piece and a fifth expansion piece on the U-shaped seat of the last U-shaped thin plate to extend out so as to clamp the outer side of the last U-shaped thin plate.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, taking the embodiment of the present invention as an example:
the method comprises the following steps: manually hoisting the 1 st U-shaped thin plate, and placing the thin plate by the head assembly. Initially, the first support plate on top of all of the bladder assemblies is raised to the same height as the head assembly. The second support plate and the corner support block are in a retracted state.
Step two: the U-shaped sheet end face is inserted into the sheet limiting groove of the head assembly to be fixed, after the fixing is completed, the 2 nd U-shaped sheet is hoisted, after the 2 nd U-shaped sheet is placed, the second supporting plate of the first liner assembly is unfolded to be in contact with the sheet, and the angle supporting block is opened and lifted to be in angular contact with the sheet C.
Step three: manually drag first outer courage subassembly to the butt joint position of 1 st U-shaped sheet metal and 2 nd U-shaped sheet metal, stir the bolt and string outer courage subassembly 1 and inner bag subassembly 1. Preferably, the bolt is in position and is detected by a sensor, and if the bolt is not in position, the next operation cannot be carried out. In other embodiments, the latch may instead be manually controlled by a human operator or automatically controlled by a processor.

Step six: and thirdly, stringing the second outer liner assembly and the second inner liner assembly.
Step seven: the third supporting plate and the fourth supporting plate on the right side of the first outer container assembly and the left side of the second outer container assembly extend out in sequence, and clamping and pressing of the 2 nd U-shaped thin plate are achieved.
Step eight: and hoisting a 4 th U-shaped thin plate, and after the 4 th U-shaped thin plate is placed, completing clamping of the 3 rd U-shaped thin plate according to the fifth step to the seventh step.
Step ten: the seventh telescopic piece drives the tail assembly to stretch out and push tightly. And the third supporting plate and the fourth supporting plate on the right side of the third outer container assembly sequentially extend out, so that the 4 th U-shaped thin plate is clamped and compressed, and the thin plate is installed.
The internal process flow of the turning welding of the thin plate is as follows:
and after the welding of the external welding seam is finished, turning over the tool. The inside butt weld of 3 positions altogether, when welding 1 st welding seam, the third backup pad and the fourth backup pad of outer courage subassembly, inner bag subassembly angle supporting shoe, first backup pad and second backup pad are packed up in proper order. Then, the first telescopic piece on the base assembly retracts, and when the first inner container assembly and the first outer container assembly are synchronously pulled apart (the inner container and the outer container are synchronously moved by the bolt), the position of the inner weld bead is displayed. And then the cylinders on the first inner container assembly and the first outer container assembly extend out in sequence to clamp the workpiece again. Internal welding may then be performed.
And after the welding of the 1 st welding channel is finished, presenting the 2 nd welding seam by the same action flow, and welding. Thereby, the 3 rd weld was welded. Namely, the welding of all the inner welding passes is completed.

Claims (10)

1. A welding fixture for U-shaped thin plates is characterized by comprising:
a base assembly (3), the base assembly (3) extending along a first direction; the base component (3) is provided with a hollow hole;
a head assembly (1) arranged on the base assembly (3) for positioning a first end of the U-shaped thin plate;
a tail assembly (4) movably arranged on the base assembly (3) and used for positioning the second end of the U-shaped thin plate;
at least one liner assembly (2) which comprises a liner base (24) which can move along the first direction and is arranged on the base assembly (3), a first expansion piece (7) which is jointed between the base assembly (3) and the liner base (24), a first supporting plate (20) which can move up and down and is arranged on the liner base (24), a second expansion piece (21) which is jointed between the liner base (24) and the first supporting plate (20), a second supporting plate (22) which can move left and right and is arranged on the liner base (24), and a third expansion piece (23) which is jointed between the liner base (24) and the second supporting plate (22); the inner container assembly (2) can be embedded into the U-shaped thin plate; the first telescopic piece (7) is used for driving the inner container base (24) to move along the first direction; the second telescopic piece (21) can drive the first supporting plate (20) to ascend so as to support the inner top wall of the U-shaped thin plate; the third telescopic piece (23) can drive the second supporting plate (22) to extend out laterally to support the inner side wall of the U-shaped thin plate;
at least one outer bladder assembly (5) including an outer bladder base (33) disposed on the base assembly (3) to be movable in the first direction, two U-shaped seats (29) disposed at intervals on the outer bladder base (33), two third support plates (34) disposed on the two U-shaped seats (29) to be movable in the up-down direction, and two fourth expansion members (30) joined to the U-shaped seats (29) and the third support plates (34); two fourth support plates (31) disposed on the two U-shaped seats (29) so as to be movable laterally, and two fifth expansion members (32) joined to the U-shaped seats (29) and the fourth support plates (31); the U-shaped seat (29) can be sleeved outside the U-shaped thin plate; the fourth expansion piece (30) can drive the third support plate (34) to descend to abut against the outer top surface of the U-shaped thin plate; the fifth expansion piece (32) can drive the side surface of the fourth supporting plate (31) to extend out to be abutted against the outer side surface of the U-shaped thin plate.
2. The welding and fixing device for the U-shaped thin plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the liner assembly (2) comprises an outer liner positioning groove (19) arranged on the liner base (24); the outer container assembly (5) comprises a sixth telescopic piece (40) arranged on the outer container base (33) and an outer container positioning block (39) arranged at the output end of the sixth telescopic piece (40);
the outer container assemblies (5) correspond to the inner container assemblies (2) one by one, and the outer container positioning blocks (39) can be embedded into the outer container positioning grooves (19) so that the outer container assemblies (5) are fixed to the inner container assemblies (2).
3. A U-shaped sheet welding fixture as claimed in claim 1, wherein said bladder assembly (2) further comprises corner support blocks (25) hinged to both ends of said first support plate (20), and eighth telescopic members (28) engaged between said corner support blocks (25) and said first support plate (20);
the inner container assembly (2) further comprises a first swing rod (26) and a second swing rod (27); the first end of the first swing rod (26) is hinged to the angle supporting block (25); the first end of the second swing rod (27) is hinged to the second end of the first swing rod (26); the second end of the second swing rod (27) is hinged to the first supporting plate (20); the output end of the eighth telescopic piece (28) is hinged to the middle part of the second swing rod (27).

A U-web weld fixture according to claim 1, wherein the tail assembly (4) includes a tail seat (18) movably arranged in the base assembly (3) in a first direction, a seventh telescopic member (8) coupled between the base assembly (3) and the tail seat (18), and web stoppers arranged on the tail seat (18); the thin plate limiting block is provided with a thin plate limiting groove; the tail seat (18) can be partially embedded into the U-shaped thin plate, so that the end part of the U-shaped thin plate is embedded into the thin plate limiting groove.
5. A U-shaped thin plate welding and fixing device according to claim 4,
the plurality of thin plate limiting blocks of the tail assembly (4) comprise a first thin plate limiting block (14) arranged at the top of the tail seat (18), a second thin plate limiting block (15) arranged on the side surface of the tail seat (18) and a third thin plate limiting block (16); the length of the first thin plate limiting block (14) is longer than that of the second thin plate limiting block (15); the first thin plate limiting block (14) is provided with a first supporting surface (13) for supporting a thin plate; the third thin plate limiting block (16) is longer than the first thin plate limiting block (14); the third thin plate limiting block (16) is provided with a guide groove (17); the opening direction of the guide groove (17) faces the head assembly, and the opening of the guide groove (17) is a horn mouth;
the number of the first thin plate limiting blocks (14) is two; the number of the second thin plate limiting blocks (15) is four; the number of the third thin plate limiting blocks (16) is two; the thin plate limiting blocks are symmetrically arranged on the tail seat (18).

A U-shaped sheet welding fixture according to claim 1, wherein said head assembly (1) comprises a head seat (12) disposed on said base assembly (3) and movable in a first direction, a ninth extensible member (6) coupled between said base assembly (3) and said head seat (12), and a plurality of sheet stoppers disposed on said head seat (12); the thin plate limiting block is provided with a thin plate limiting groove; the head seat (12) can be partially embedded into the U-shaped thin plate, so that the end part of the U-shaped thin plate is embedded into the thin plate limiting groove.
7. A U-shaped thin plate welding and fixing device according to claim 6,
the plurality of thin plate limiting blocks of the head assembly (1) comprise a fourth thin plate limiting block (10) arranged at the top of the head seat (12) and a fifth thin plate limiting block (9) arranged on the side surface of the head seat (12); the length of the fourth thin plate limiting block (10) is longer than that of the fifth thin plate limiting block (9); the fourth thin plate limiting block (10) is provided with a second supporting surface (11) for supporting a thin plate;
the number of the fourth thin plate limiting blocks (10) is two; the number of the fifth thin plate limiting blocks (9) is four; the thin plate limiting blocks are symmetrically arranged on the head seat (12).

A U-shaped sheet welding fixture according to claim 1, wherein said outer bladder assembly (5) further comprises abutment members disposed at intervals between said third support plate (34) and said fourth support plate (31); the two U-shaped seats (29) are arranged in parallel, and the abutting components on the two U-shaped seats (29) are arranged oppositely;
the abutting component comprises an abutting seat (35) configured on the third supporting plate (34) and the fourth supporting plate (31), a pressing claw (38) hinged on the abutting seat (35), a fastening piece (36) configured on the abutting seat (35), and an elastic piece (37) configured between the fastening piece (36) and the pressing claw (38);
the pressing claw (38) is hinged to one side of the abutting seat (35) far away from the U-shaped thin plate and is provided with an inclined part extending towards the U-shaped thin plate.

The U-shaped sheet welding fixture according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the base assembly (3) comprises two longitudinal supports extending along the first direction, and a transverse connecting member disposed between the two longitudinal supports at an interval, at least two guide rails disposed on the longitudinal supports, respectively; the inner container assembly (2) and the outer container assembly (5) are movably arranged on the two guide rails respectively.

The welding and fixing device for U-shaped thin plates is characterized in that the number of the inner container assemblies (2) and the number of the outer container assemblies (5) are at least two, so that at least three U-shaped thin plates can be fixed; the welding fixture for U-shaped thin plates further comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program stored in the memory;
the processor is electrically connected with the first telescopic piece (7), the second telescopic piece (21), the third telescopic piece (23), the fourth telescopic piece (30), the fifth telescopic piece (32), the sixth telescopic piece (40), the seventh telescopic piece (8) and the eighth telescopic piece (28);
the computer program is executable by the processor to implement the steps of:
all the first telescopic assemblies are controlled to drive the liner assembly to move to the position of a welding seam between the U-shaped thin plates, and all the second telescopic members are controlled to be in an extending state;
after the first U-shaped thin plate is placed between the head assembly and the first liner assembly, the end part of the first U-shaped thin plate is positioned at the head assembly, and the second U-shaped thin plate is placed between the first liner assembly and the second liner assembly, the third telescopic piece and the eighth telescopic piece of the first liner assembly are controlled to extend out, so that the inner side of the lap joint of the first U-shaped thin plate and the second U-shaped thin plate is supported;
after the first outer container assembly is fixed through the outer container positioning block and the first inner container assembly, the first outer container assembly is driven to be sleeved on the fourth telescopic piece and the fifth telescopic piece of the first U-shaped thin plate to extend out so as to clamp the outer side of the first U-shaped thin plate;
after the third U-shaped thin plate is placed between the second inner container assembly and the tail assembly, the third telescopic piece and the eighth telescopic piece of the second inner container assembly are controlled to extend out so as to support the inner side of the lap joint of the second U-shaped thin plate and the third U-shaped thin plate;
after the second outer container assembly is fixed through the outer container positioning block and the second inner container assembly, the first outer container assembly and the second outer container assembly are driven to be sleeved on a fourth telescopic piece and a fifth telescopic piece of the second U-shaped thin plate to extend out, so that the outer side of the second U-shaped thin plate is clamped;
driving the seventh telescopic piece to enable the tail assembly to position the third U-shaped thin plate in place;
driving a second outer container assembly to be sleeved on a fourth expansion piece and a fifth expansion piece of the third U-shaped thin plate to extend out so as to clamp the outer side of the third U-shaped thin plate;
after the welding of the outer surfaces of the joints among the U-shaped thin plates is finished, driving the fourth telescopic piece, the fifth telescopic piece, the eighth telescopic piece, the second telescopic piece and the third telescopic piece to retract; then, driving the first telescopic piece to move the inner container assembly and the outer container assembly together so as to expose one side of the connecting part between the U-shaped thin plates, which is positioned in the U-shaped thin plates; and then, controlling the second extensible member, the third extensible member, the eighth extensible member, the fourth extensible member and the fifth extensible member to extend out so as to clamp and fix the inner side and the outer side of the U-shaped thin plate.
