Corresponding alignment conditions may be set for each alignment parameter. Specifically, when the number of the participants is smaller than the second accommodating number, determining that the first matching result of the number of the participants and the second accommodating number is 100, otherwise, determining that the first matching result is 0; the second matching result of the reference location and the second location can be determined to be 100 when the reference location is located in the preset range of the second location, otherwise, the second matching result is 0; the third matching result of the reference period and the second open period may be determined to be 100 when the reference period is within the preset range of the second open period, otherwise, it is recorded as 0. After determining a first, second and third matching result, determining a first weight of the participant according to the first matching result and the first weight factor, determining a second weight of the participant site according to the second matching result and the second weight factor, and determining a third weight of the participant time period according to the third matching result and the third weight factor. For example, assume that the first, second, and third matching results are 100, 0, and 100 in this order; the first weight factor, the second weight factor and the third weight factor are sequentially as follows: 0.5, 0.4 and 0.5, the first weight of the participant, the second weight of the participant site and the third weight of the participant time period are 50, 0 and 50, respectively. After determining the first weight of the participant, the second weight of the participant site, and the third weight of the participant period, a first result may be determined based on the sum of the first weight of the participant, the second weight of the participant site, and the third weight of the participant period, i.e., the determined first result is 100.
According to the technical scheme, the corresponding weights are determined according to the second accommodation number, the second place and the second opening period of each second conference room and the corresponding weight factors, and then the corresponding first result of each second conference room is determined according to the weights, so that the matching condition of each second conference room is obtained.
Optionally, selecting the target conference room from the second conference room according to the first result specifically includes the following two implementation manners:
and firstly, acquiring a first result of each second conference room, selecting a second conference room with the largest first result from the first results, and determining the second conference room with the largest first result as a target conference room. Optionally, the conference room with the first result satisfying the preset condition may be determined as the target conference room, where the preset condition may be a preset value or a preset range, and the preset value or the preset range may be set according to an actual situation.
Secondly, when the first result does not meet the preset condition, acquiring a first accommodation number, a first place and a first opening period of the first meeting room; and sequentially matching the number of the participants, the participant positions and the participant time periods with the first accommodation number, the first position and the first opening time period of the first conference room to obtain a second result. Alternatively, the second result may be determined based on a fourth matching result between the participant and the first receiving population, a fifth matching result between the participant site and the first location, and a sixth matching result between the participant period and the first open period. After the second result is determined, a target conference room is determined according to the second result. The preset condition corresponding to the first result in the alternative may be a preset value or a preset range, where the preset value and the preset range may be set according to the actual situation. Alternatively, the second result of each first conference room may be obtained, the first conference room with the largest second result is selected from the second result, and the first conference room with the largest second result is determined as the target conference room.
According to the technical scheme, the target conference room is determined according to the first result of each second conference room. When the target conference room cannot be determined according to the first result of the second conference room, determining the target conference room according to the second result of the first conference room is considered, so that the corresponding target conference room can be accurately determined under different scenes.
Embodiments of the present application provide embodiments of a conference room reservation method, it being noted that although a logical sequence is shown in the flow chart, in some cases the steps shown or described may be performed in a different order than here.
As shown in fig. 4, the present application provides a conference room reservation system, which includes:
a receiving module 10, configured to determine a pricing standard, a participant number, a participant location and a participant period according to a meeting room reservation request when receiving the meeting room reservation request sent by a terminal device;
a first determining module 20 for determining conference room charges and conference room open times based on the pricing criteria.
Optionally, the first determining module 20 is configured to determine a conference room charge and a conference room open time associated with the price criteria when the price criteria is a unit price criteria; when the pricing criteria is a package criteria, a meeting room opening time period associated with the package criteria is determined, and a meeting room charge corresponding to the meeting room opening time period is determined.
A second determining module 30 is configured to determine a target conference room according to the conference room charge, the conference room open time, the participant number, the participant location and the participant period.
Optionally, the second determining module 30 is configured to determine a first conference room and a second conference room according to the conference room charge and the conference room open time; determining the first conference room and the second conference room as matching conference rooms; and selecting the target conference room from the matched conference rooms based on the participant, the participant position and the participant period.
Optionally, the second determining module 30 is configured to determine the first conference room based on the conference room tariff and the conference room status; a second conference room is determined based on the conference room open time and the first conference room.
Alternatively, the second determining module 30 is configured to obtain a second number of persons accommodated in the second conference room, a second place, and a second open period; determining a first result according to a first matching result between the participant and the second accommodation number, a second matching result between the participant site and the second site, and a third matching result between the participant period and the second open period; and selecting the target conference room from the second conference rooms according to the first result.
Optionally, the second determining module 30 is configured to determine a first weight according to the first matching result and a first weight factor, determine a second weight according to the second matching result and a second weight factor, and determine a third weight according to the third matching result and a third weight factor; and determining the first result according to the first weight, the second weight and the third weight.
Optionally, the second determining module 30 is configured to obtain a second conference room with the largest first result; and determining a second conference room with the largest first result as the target conference room.
Optionally, the second determining module 30 is configured to obtain a first number of persons accommodated in the first conference room, a first place, and a first open period when the first result does not meet a preset condition; determining a second result according to a fourth matching result between the participant and the first accommodation number, a fifth matching result between the participant site and the first site, and a sixth matching result between the participant period and the first open period; and determining the target conference room according to the second result.
And a sending module 40, configured to send a predetermined result of the target conference room to the terminal device, so as to display the predetermined result on the terminal device.
The specific implementation of the conference room reservation system of the present application is basically the same as the embodiments of the conference room reservation method described above, and will not be described here again.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiments of the present application further provide a computer readable storage medium, where the computer readable storage medium stores a conference room reservation program, where each step of the conference room reservation method described above is implemented when the conference room reservation program is executed by a processor, and the same technical effects can be achieved, and in order to avoid repetition, a detailed description is omitted herein.
Because the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present application is a storage medium used for implementing the method of the embodiment of the present application, based on the method introduced by the embodiment of the present application, a person skilled in the art can understand the specific structure and the modification of the storage medium, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted herein. All storage media adopted by the method of the embodiment of the application belong to the scope of protection of the application.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that embodiments of the present application may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present application may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present application may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.

Claims (6)

1. A conference room reservation method, wherein the conference room reservation method is applied to an intelligent terminal, the conference room reservation method comprising:
when meeting room reservation requests sent by terminal equipment are received, pricing standards, meeting numbers, meeting places and meeting time periods are determined according to the meeting room reservation requests, wherein an intermediate device is connected between the intelligent terminal and the terminal equipment, the intermediate device receives the meeting room reservation requests of a plurality of terminal equipment and forwards each meeting room reservation request to the corresponding intelligent terminal according to the corresponding function and responsibility of each intelligent terminal, or after receiving the meeting room reservation requests of the plurality of terminal equipment, the intermediate device classifies each meeting room reservation request according to the content of the meeting room reservation requests of each terminal equipment and sends each type of meeting room reservation request to the corresponding intelligent terminal;
determining a meeting room charge and a meeting room open time associated with the monovalent standard when the pricing standard is a monovalent standard, or determining a meeting room open time period associated with a package standard and determining a meeting room charge corresponding to the meeting room open time period when the pricing standard is the package standard;
determining a first conference room and a second conference room according to the conference room charge and the conference room open time;
determining the first conference room and the second conference room as matching conference rooms;
acquiring a second accommodation number, a second place and a second opening period of the second conference room;
determining a first result according to a first matching result between the participant and the second accommodation number, a second matching result between the participant site and the second site, and a third matching result between the participant period and the second open period;
when the first result meets the preset condition, determining a second conference room of which the first result meets the preset condition as a target conference room; or when the first result does not meet the preset condition, acquiring a first accommodation number, a first place and a first opening period of the first conference room; determining a second result according to a fourth matching result between the participant and the first accommodation number, a fifth matching result between the participant site and the first site, and a sixth matching result between the participant period and the first open period; determining a target conference room according to the second result;
and sending the preset result of the target conference room to the terminal equipment so as to display the preset result at the terminal equipment.
2. The conference room reservation method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining a first conference room and a second conference room based on the conference room charge and the conference room open time comprises:
determining a first meeting room based on the meeting room charge and a meeting room status;
a second conference room is determined based on the conference room open time and the first conference room.
3. The conference room reservation method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining the first result based on a first match between the participant number and the second receiver number, a second match between the participant location and the second location, and a third match between the participant period and the second open period comprises:
determining a first weight according to the first matching result and a first weight factor, determining a second weight according to the second matching result and a second weight factor, and determining a third weight according to the third matching result and a third weight factor;
and determining the first result according to the sum value of the first weight, the second weight and the third weight.
4. The conference room reservation method of claim 1, wherein the step of selecting the target conference room from the second conference room based on the first result comprises:
acquiring a second conference room with the largest first result;
and determining a second conference room with the largest first result as the target conference room.
5. A conference room reservation system, characterized in that the conference room reservation system comprises:
the intelligent terminal is used for receiving conference room reservation requests sent by the terminal equipment, determining pricing standards, participants, meeting places and meeting time periods according to the conference room reservation requests, wherein an intermediate device is connected between the intelligent terminal and the terminal equipment, the intermediate device receives the conference room reservation requests of the plurality of terminal equipment and forwards each conference room reservation request to the corresponding intelligent terminal according to the corresponding function and responsibility of each intelligent terminal, or the intermediate device classifies each conference room reservation request according to the content of the conference room reservation request of each terminal equipment and sends each type of conference room reservation request to the corresponding intelligent terminal after receiving the conference room reservation requests of the plurality of terminal equipment;
a first determining module, configured to determine a meeting room charge and a meeting room opening time associated with the unit price standard when the pricing standard is a unit price standard, or determine a meeting room opening time period associated with a package standard when the pricing standard is the package standard, and determine a meeting room charge corresponding to the meeting room opening time period;
a second determining module for determining a first conference room and a second conference room according to the conference room charge and the conference room open time; determining the first conference room and the second conference room as matching conference rooms; acquiring a second accommodation number, a second place and a second opening period of the second conference room; determining a first result according to a first matching result between the participant and the second accommodation number, a second matching result between the participant site and the second site, and a third matching result between the participant period and the second open period; when the first result meets the preset condition, determining a second conference room of which the first result meets the preset condition as a target conference room; or when the first result does not meet the preset condition, acquiring a first accommodation number, a first place and a first opening period of the first conference room; determining a second result according to a fourth matching result between the participant and the first accommodation number, a fifth matching result between the participant site and the first site, and a sixth matching result between the participant period and the first open period; determining a target conference room according to the second result;
and the sending module is used for sending the preset result of the target conference room to the terminal equipment so as to display the preset result at the terminal equipment.
6. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a conference room reservation program, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the conference room reservation method of any one of claims 1-4.
