According to the technical scheme, the method comprises the steps of acquiring a second accommodating number, a second place and a second open time period of a second meeting room; then, the number of participants, the participant location and the participant time period are sequentially matched with the second number of accommodators, the second location and the second open time period of the second meeting room, and a first result is obtained; and then according to the first result, the technical scheme of the target conference room is selected from the second conference room, so that the preset target conference room is more in line with the requirement.
Optionally, determining, according to a first matching result between the number of participating people and the second number of holding people, a second matching result between the participating location and the second location, and a third matching result between the participating time period and the second open time period, a first result specifically includes:
the first weighting factor corresponding to the second accommodating person number, the second weighting factor corresponding to the second location and the third weighting factor corresponding to the second open time period can be obtained. Corresponding alignment conditions may be set for each alignment parameter. Specifically, when the number of participants is smaller than the second accommodating number, the first matching result between the number of participants and the second accommodating number is determined to be 100, otherwise, the first matching result is 0; when the joining place is located in the preset range of the second place, determining that a second matching result of the joining place and the second place is 100, and otherwise, determining that the second matching result is 0; when the joining time period is within the preset range of the second opening time period, it may be determined that the third matching result of the joining time period and the second opening time period is 100, and otherwise, it is recorded as 0. After determining a first matching result, a second matching result, and a third matching result, determining a first weight of the number of participants based on the first matching result and the first weight factor, determining a second weight of the location of the participant based on the second matching result and the second weight factor, and determining a third weight of the session based on the third matching result and the third weight factor. For example, assume that the first matching result, the second matching result, and the third matching result are 100, 0, and 100 in this order; the first weight factor, the second weight factor and the third weight factor are sequentially as follows: 0.5, 0.4, and 0.5, the first weight of the number of participants, the second weight of the location of the participant, and the third weight of the session are 50, 0, and 50, respectively. After determining the first weight of the number of participants, the second weight of the location of the participant, and the third weight of the session, a first result may be determined based on a sum of the first weight of the number of participants, the second weight of the location of the participant, and the third weight of the session, i.e., the first result is determined to be 100.
According to the technical scheme, the corresponding weights are determined according to the second accommodating number, the second place and the second open time period of each second conference room and the corresponding weight factors, and then the first result corresponding to each second conference room is determined according to each weight, so that the matching condition of each second conference room is obtained.
Optionally, the selecting the target conference room from the second conference room according to the first result specifically includes the following two implementation manners:
first, a first result of each second conference room can be obtained, the second conference room with the largest first result is selected from the first conference rooms, and the second conference room with the largest first result is determined as a target conference room. Optionally, a conference room whose first result meets a preset condition may be determined as the target conference room, where the preset condition may be a preset value or a preset range, and the preset value or the preset range may be set according to an actual situation.
Secondly, when the first result does not meet the preset condition, acquiring a first accommodating number, a first place and a first open time period of the first meeting room; and matching the number of participants, the participant location and the participant time period with the first number of the participants, the first location and the first open time period of the first meeting room in sequence to obtain a second result. Alternatively, the second result may be determined according to a fourth matching result between the number of participants and the first accommodating number, a fifth matching result between the location of the participant and the first location, and a sixth matching result between the session of the participant and the first open session. After determining the second result, determining the target conference room according to the second result. The preset condition corresponding to the first result in the alternative may be a preset value or a preset range, and the preset value and the preset range may be set according to an actual situation. Optionally, the second result of each first conference room may be obtained, the first conference room with the largest second result is selected from the second results, and the first conference room with the largest second result is determined as the target conference room.
According to the technical scheme, the target conference room is determined according to the first result of each second conference room. When the target conference room can not be determined according to the first result of the second conference room, the target conference room is determined according to the second result of the first conference room, so that the corresponding target conference room can be accurately determined in different scenes.
While a logical order is shown in the flow chart, in some cases, the steps shown or described may be performed in an order different than that shown or described herein.
As shown in fig. 4, the present application provides a conference room reservation system, which includes:
the system comprises a receiving module 10, a processing module and a display module, wherein the receiving module is used for determining a pricing standard, the number of participants, the participant position and the participant time period according to a meeting room reservation request sent by terminal equipment when receiving the meeting room reservation request;
a first determining module 20 for determining the conference room charge and the conference room open time based on said pricing criteria.
Optionally, the first determining module 20 is configured to determine, when the pricing criterion is a unit price criterion, a conference room charge and a conference room open time associated with the unit price criterion; when the pricing standard is a set meal standard, determining a conference room open time period associated with the set meal standard, and determining a conference room charge corresponding to the conference room open time period.
A second determining module 30, configured to determine a target meeting room according to the meeting room charge, the opening time of the meeting room, the number of participants, the meeting location, and the meeting time period.
Optionally, the second determining module 30 is configured to determine a first conference room and a second conference room according to the conference room charge and the conference room open time; determining the first conference room and the second conference room as matching conference rooms; and selecting the target meeting room from the matched meeting rooms based on the number of participants, the meeting places and the meeting time periods.
Optionally, the second determining module 30 is configured to determine the first conference room based on the conference room charge and the conference room status; determining a second conference room based on the conference room open time and the first conference room.
Optionally, the second determining module 30 is configured to obtain a second accommodating number, a second location and a second open period of the second meeting room; determining a first result according to a first matching result between the number of the participants and the second number of the holding persons, a second matching result between the participant location and the second location, and a third matching result between the participant time period and the second open time period; and selecting the target conference room from the second conference room according to the first result.
Optionally, the second determining module 30 is configured to determine a first weight according to the first matching result and the first weight factor, determine a second weight according to the second matching result and the second weight factor, and determine a third weight according to the third matching result and the third weight factor; determining the first result according to the first weight, the second weight and a third weight.
Optionally, the second determining module 30 is configured to obtain a second meeting room with the largest first result; and determining the second conference room with the largest first result as the target conference room.
Optionally, the second determining module 30 is configured to, when the first result does not satisfy the preset condition, obtain a first number of people in the first meeting room, a first place, and a first open period; determining a second result according to a fourth matching result between the number of the participants and the first accommodating number, a fifth matching result between the participant location and the first location, and a sixth matching result between the participant time period and the first open time period; and determining the target conference room according to the second result.
A sending module 40, configured to send the predetermined result of the target conference room to the terminal device, so as to display the predetermined result on the terminal device.
The specific implementation of the conference room reservation system of the present invention is substantially the same as the embodiments of the conference room reservation method, and will not be described herein again.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, where a meeting room reservation program is stored, and when the meeting room reservation program is executed by a processor, the steps of the meeting room reservation method described above are implemented, and the same technical effects can be achieved, and are not described herein again to avoid repetition.
Since the storage medium provided in the embodiments of the present application is a storage medium used for implementing the method in the embodiments of the present application, based on the method described in the embodiments of the present application, a person skilled in the art can understand a specific structure and a modification of the storage medium, and thus details are not described herein. Any storage medium used in the method of the embodiment of the present application is intended to be protected by the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A conference room reservation method, characterized in that the conference room reservation method comprises:
when a meeting room reservation request sent by terminal equipment is received, determining a pricing standard, the number of participants, the participant positions and the participant time periods according to the meeting room reservation request;
determining the conference room charge and the conference room open time according to the pricing standard;
determining a target conference room according to the conference room charge, the conference room opening time, the number of the participants, the conference location and the conference time period;
and sending the preset result of the target meeting room to the terminal equipment so as to display the preset result on the terminal equipment.
2. The meeting room reservation method of claim 1, wherein the step of determining a target meeting room based on the meeting room charge, the meeting room open time, the number of participants, the location of the participant, and the time period of the participant comprises:
determining a first meeting room and a second meeting room according to the meeting room charge and the meeting room opening time;
determining the first meeting room and the second meeting room as matched meeting rooms;
and selecting the target meeting room from the matched meeting rooms based on the number of participants, the meeting places and the meeting time periods.
3. The meeting room reservation method of claim 2, wherein the step of determining a first meeting room and a second meeting room based on the meeting room charge and the meeting room open time comprises:
determining a first conference room based on the conference room charge and a conference room status;
determining a second conference room based on the conference room open time and the first conference room.
4. The meeting room reservation method of claim 2, wherein the step of selecting the target meeting room from the matched meeting rooms based on the number of participants, the location of the participants and the session of the participants comprises:
acquiring a second accommodating number, a second place and a second open time period of the second meeting room;
determining a first result according to a first matching result between the number of the participants and the second number of the holding persons, a second matching result between the participant location and the second location, and a third matching result between the participant time period and the second open time period;
and selecting the target conference room from the second conference room according to the first result.
5. The meeting room reservation method of claim 4, wherein the determining of the first result based on the first matching result between the number of the participants and the second accommodating number, the second matching result between the location of the participants and the second location, and the third matching result between the session of the participants and the second open session comprises:
determining a first weight according to the first matching result and a first weight factor, determining a second weight according to the second matching result and a second weight factor, and determining a third weight according to the third matching result and a third weight factor;
determining the first result according to the first weight, the second weight and a third weight.
6. The meeting room reservation method of claim 4, wherein the step of selecting the target meeting room from the second meeting room according to the first result comprises:
obtaining a second meeting room with the largest first result;
and determining the second conference room with the largest first result as the target conference room.
7. The meeting room reservation method of claim 4, wherein the step of selecting the target meeting room from the second meeting room according to the first result comprises:
when the first result does not meet the preset condition, acquiring a first accommodating number, a first place and a first open time period of the first meeting room;
determining a second result according to a fourth matching result between the number of the participants and the first accommodating number, a fifth matching result between the participant location and the first location, and a sixth matching result between the participant time period and the first open time period;
and determining the target conference room according to the second result.
8. The method of meeting room reservation according to claim 1, wherein the step of determining the meeting room charge and the meeting room open time based on the pricing criteria comprises:
when the pricing standard is a unit price standard, determining the conference room charge and the conference room open time associated with the unit price standard;
and when the pricing standard is a package standard, determining a conference room open time period associated with the package standard, and determining a conference room charge corresponding to the conference room open time period.
9. A conference room reservation system, characterized in that the conference room reservation system comprises:
the conference reservation system comprises a receiving module, a setting module and a scheduling module, wherein the receiving module is used for determining a pricing standard, the number of participants, the participant position and the participant time period according to a conference room reservation request sent by terminal equipment when receiving the conference room reservation request;
the first determining module is used for determining the conference room charge and the conference room open time according to the pricing standard;
the second determining module is used for determining a target conference room according to the conference room charge, the conference room opening time, the number of participants, the conference place and the conference time period;
and the sending module is used for sending the preset result of the target meeting room to the terminal equipment so as to display the preset result on the terminal equipment.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a meeting room reservation program that, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the meeting room reservation method of any of claims 1-8.
