Description

Moisturizing composition and moisturizing liquid for skin
Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of daily cosmetics, and particularly relates to a moisturizing composition and a moisturizing liquid for skin.
Background
Skin, which is located on the surface of the human body, has the function of preventing the loss of body components such as water in the body, and is also an essential barrier. The moisture content of the skin is about 70% in the dermis layer, and decreases as the skin layer approaches, and 10 to 20% of the moisture is retained in the horny layer of the epidermis. The epidermis layer of the skin has a skin barrier function to prevent evaporation of water in the body and to prevent excessive invasion of external substances into the body. In the case of dry skin, the decrease in cohesion between corneocytes or the loss of skin water due to the abnormality of the lipid membrane components of the stratum corneum may not be prevented.
Most of the existing moisturizing cosmetics only adopt different moisturizing agents, so that moisture stays on skin, and the moisturizing effect is poor.

Detailed Description
In order to make the application purpose, technical solution and beneficial technical effects of the present application clearer, the present application is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the embodiments described in this specification are only for the purpose of explaining the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
For the sake of brevity, only some numerical ranges are explicitly disclosed herein. However, any lower limit may be combined with any upper limit to form ranges not explicitly recited; and any lower limit may be combined with any other lower limit to form a range not explicitly recited, and similarly any upper limit may be combined with any other upper limit to form a range not explicitly recited. Also, although not explicitly recited, each point or individual value between endpoints of a range is encompassed within the range. Thus, each point or individual value can form a range not explicitly recited as its own lower or upper limit in combination with any other point or individual value or in combination with other lower or upper limits.
In the description of the present application, it is to be noted that "more" and "below" are intended to include the present numbers, and "more" of "one or more" means two or more, unless otherwise specified.
The above summary of the present application is not intended to describe each disclosed embodiment or every implementation of the present application. The following description more particularly exemplifies illustrative embodiments. At various points throughout this application, guidance is provided through a list of embodiments that can be used in various combinations. In each instance, the list is merely a representative group and should not be construed as exhaustive.
The skin is roughly divided into three layers: the epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous fat, act primarily as physical barriers. The stratum corneum in the epidermis inhibits the loss of water and electrolytes to the exterior, thereby preventing the skin from drying out and providing an environment for the normal biochemical metabolism of the skin.
When the moisture content of the keratinocyte layer is equal to or less than 10%, the skin becomes dry, cracked and rough; and moisture is difficult to keep in the skin.
In order to improve the phenomenon that the skin is easily dehydrated, the loss of oil and moisture may be provided to the skin by using the moisturizing composition for cosmetics. In the conventional art, research on cosmetics for providing oil and moisture to the skin is active, and most of the cosmetics are combined by using different humectants, so that the combined moisture stays on the surface layer of the skin, thereby achieving a moisturizing effect. The moisturizing effect of the skin surface layer is greatly reduced after the skin surface layer is washed by water, and the skin surface layer can keep not dry by repeatedly using the product for people who wash hands frequently. And after the skin is stopped, the skin is still dry due to the dry external environment, and the problem of how to keep the skin wet is not solved.
Conventionally, there are also moisturizing substances added with occlusion properties such as vaseline, mineral oil or other oils, but these substances retain water on the outer surface and upper layer of the stratum corneum in a chemically attractive manner, thereby increasing the total water content of the skin. Moisturizing materials of the occlusive nature described above do not provide good sensory feel when applied to the skin, often resulting in a sticky and tacky feel. The skin care product coated surface layer has high water content, and the cutin layer bottom or the position below the cutin layer has low water content, so that the phenomenon of external wetting and internal drying is caused. None of the above methods addresses the problem of deep skin moisturization.
In view of this, the inventors have studied to provide a moisturizing composition gently applied to the skin, which is used to solve the above problems.
Moisturizing composition for skin
In one aspect, the present embodiments provide a moisturizing composition for skin, comprising the following components in parts by weight:
tetradecyl aminobutyroylvalerian amidobutyric acid urea trifluoroacetate, 10 parts,
0.2-2000 parts of schizophyllan;
0.2-1000 parts of trehalose;
0.02-500 parts of monosaccharide, disaccharide, polysaccharide or combination thereof with the number average molecular weight of 180-600000 for cosmetics;
dihydroxypropyl arginine hydrochloride, 0.02-500 parts.
According to the embodiment of the application, the tetradecyl aminobutyroylvalerian amidobutyric acid urea trifluoroacetate is used in the moisturizing composition, can stimulate the organism to synthesize collagen in a large batch, and simultaneously promote the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, thereby promoting the water retention of connective tissues to enable the skin to be more moisturized and elastic. The myristylaminobutyroylvalinamidobutyric acid urea trifluoroacetate and the dihydroxypropyl arginine hydrochloride jointly promote the generation of endogenous hyaluronic acid. The endogenously produced hyaluronic acid can reconstruct extracellular space of keratinocyte in epidermis, so that the exchange of nutrients is smoother, the function of a ligand for signal transmission is exerted, and the skin is promoted to be healthier, more compact and more moist.
According to the embodiment of the application, dihydroxypropyl arginine hydrochloride is also called dihydroxypropyl arginine HCl, and the moisturizing composition used for the application is safe and has a moisturizing effect; promoting the generation of endogenous hyaluronic acid together with tetradecyl aminobutyroylvalinamide butyrate trifluoroacetate
According to the embodiment of the application, schizophyllan is used for the moisturizing composition of the application, is safe, has a moisturizing effect, and also has the effects of resisting inflammation and enhancing immunity. The schizophyllan and other components act together to further effectively repair the sunburned skin, improve the effects of moisturizing and resisting wrinkles on the skin and ensure that the skin is tender and plump. The schizophyllan component is suitable for 8 types of skin, such as dry skin, wrinkled skin, tight skin, tolerant skin, sensitive skin, non-pigmented skin, pigmented skin and oily skin, and has moisturizing and anti-inflammatory effects. The schizophyllan and the myristyl amino butyryl valinamide butyrate urea trifluoroacetate act together, can rapidly permeate into the skin on the surface of the skin and are recognized and combined by receptors on skin tissue cells and immune cells, the generation of endogenous hyaluronic acid is promoted together, and the water content of the skin is fundamentally improved.
According to the embodiment of the application, the trehalose has the effects of moisturizing, improving the environment adaptation capability of the skin, resisting radiation, stabilizing oxide polyphenol and resisting skin aging; the trehalose can replace the water in cells during severe dehydration, can complement with endogenously generated hyaluronic acid, can keep tissues, skin and cosmetics fresh all the time, and can also achieve the intelligent moisturizing effect. More importantly, there is an interaction between trehalose and endogenous hyaluronic acid in the inner layer of the skin, and it is probably due to the interaction between-OH of trehalose and phospholipid PO 2- The trehalose and the like are not easy to elute due to interaction, and the effect of long-acting moisture retention is achieved. Thoroughly solves the problem that people who frequently wash hands cannot keep the skin moisture for a long time.
According to an embodiment of the present application, the cosmetic monosaccharide, disaccharide, polysaccharide, or combination thereof having a number average molecular weight of 180 to 600000 has a polar functional group that can form a hydrogen bond, and the polar functional group includes a hydroxyl group and may further include a carboxyl group. Polar functional groups such as hydroxyl and the like can interact with endogenous hyaluronic acid in the inner layer of the skin, are not easy to elute, and achieve the effect of long-acting moisture retention. The saccharides having a number average molecular weight of 180 to 600000 are more likely to interact with endogenous hyaluronic acid, thereby achieving the purpose of being less likely to elute.
Through the research of the inventor, 0.2-2000 parts by weight of schizophyllan, 0.2-1000 parts by weight of trehalose and 0.02-500 parts by weight of monosaccharide, disaccharide, polysaccharide or combination thereof for cosmetics with number average molecular weight of 180-600000 act together to form the moisturizing composition without stimulation or low irritation, and the substances can rapidly permeate into the skin on the surface of the skin to be identified and combined by receptors on skin tissue cells and immune cells and are not easy to wash away by water; on the other hand, instantaneous moisturizing and long-acting moisturizing can be achieved together according to the action of different components, and then the moisturizing composition is comfortable to touch, does not stick greasy and achieves the effect of moisturizing from the deep layer of skin; after a period of use, the moisture content of the skin can be maintained at a relatively high level even when the user deactivates the moisturizing composition of the present application.

Test section
1) Chick embryo chorioallantoic Membrane test results
Basic principle of the test: the chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) is a respiratory membrane that surrounds the chick embryo. Because the surface blood vessels of the chick embryo allantoic membrane are rich and can be regarded as a complete organism, the test utilizes the characteristics of complete, clear and transparent blood vessel system of the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane in the middle period of incubation, a certain amount of test object is directly contacted with the chick embryo allantoic membrane, the change of chorioallantoic membrane toxicity effect indexes (such as bleeding, blood coagulation and blood vessel dissolution) is observed after the test object acts for a specified time, the score is given, and the mathematical average value is calculated for evaluating the eye irritation of the test object.
Test method and procedure
1. CAM preparation
Removing eggshell from the top of the air chamber of 9-day-old chick embryo, adding proper amount of normal saline on the egg membrane, pouring out, carefully peeling off the egg membrane by using medical elbow tweezers to expose the allantoic membrane, and observing the integrity of the allantoic membrane.
2. Positive/negative control
Before the main test, a negative control test and a positive control test are performed. Negative control adopts 0.9% sodium chloride solution; the positive control was selected from the substance capable of producing a severe reaction, 1% SDS, 0.1mol/L sodium hydroxide.
3. Observing the test object and calculating the score
In the case of the official test, 6 chick embryos per test subject were used. Sucking or weighing 0.3ml or 0.3g sample on allantoic membrane, covering the surface as much as possible, exposing for 5min (if the sample is solid, after contacting for 3min, washing with physiological saline, and then pouring out), immediately observing the variation degree of each toxic effect under a stereoscopic microscope, observing and recording the time or degree from the test start to the appearance of each hemorrhage, blood coagulation and vascular thawing, and performing irritation scoring by using a time evaluation method and an end point scoring method.
And, the score range is set to 0-10, 10 is the safest, and 0 is the most irritating.
And (3) detecting results: the safety of the example group and the comparative example group was 10 points, and neither stimulation was observed.
2) Patch test

2. Test method
Subject: a total of 30 subjects; the minimum age is 21 years, the maximum age is 35 years; mean age 29 ± 5.4 year old volunteers met the enrollment criteria.
The spot-sticking test method comprises the following steps: selecting a qualified spot tester, placing 0.020-0.025g (essence) of a tested object in the spot tester by a closed spot patch test method, externally applying a medical adhesive tape to the back of the tested object, removing the tested object after 24 hours, observing skin reactions respectively at 0.5, 24 and 48 hours after the spot patch is removed, and recording the result according to the skin reaction grading standard in the technical Specification for cosmetic safety.
3. Basis of examination
The fifth part of the technical Specification for cosmetic safety, namely the classification standard of adverse skin reactions in a human skin closed patch test, shows the detection results in Table 5.
The specific reaction degree is classified into grades:
1. negative reaction;
2. and (3) suspicious reaction: only faint erythema;
3. weak positive reaction (erythema reaction): erythema, infiltration, edema, and possibly papules;
4. strong positive reaction (herpes reaction): erythema, infiltration, edema, papules, herpes, reactions that may be beyond the test area;
5. very strong positive reaction (fusogenic herpes reaction): erythema, severe infiltration, edema, fusional herpes, and response beyond the test area.

Figure BDA0003931041370000211
From the above conclusion of table 3 it can be seen that: the result of the human skin closed patch test shows that 0 of 30 persons has positive reaction, and the tested substance does not cause adverse skin reaction to the batch of tested persons according to the technical Specification for cosmetic safety. Indicating that the moisturizing composition prepared using the moisturizing composition of the present invention has less irritation.
2) Moisturizing effect after elution
Performed on the skin of the forearms of men and women at 25 degrees celsius at 50% relative humidity. The forearm test site was cleaned with tap water (pH 6-9 and at ambient temperature above) for 15 seconds and dried with a paper towel (gentle wipe). After 20 minutes, a baseline skin moisture meter reading was taken, the sample compositions of the examples and comparative examples (25 uL) were dispensed onto the test site (12 cm 2), and spread using a non-absorbent finger cot.
10 minutes after application, skin moisture meter readings were taken at five different sites of each panelist test site (deep skin moisturization was measured using a skin tissue moisture meter from Delfin company, model finland Delfin, mousteemeter SC compact, mousteemeter d).
Experiments were conducted using the moisturizing solutions of examples and comparative examples. For a total of 32 subjects, the above moisturizers were applied to the forearms for 4 weeks.
The water retention was measured for 48 hours using a skin stratum corneum water tester from bio Systems Ltd, england, model E100, and the same left hand side transition site was measured before, after and after 48 hours after the use of the moisturizer product described above, using the value of epsilon representing the overall average dielectric constant of the skin. The more the measured value is increased, the higher the moisture retention effect at 48 hours.
The external moisture retention was measured using a skin stratum corneum moisture tester of bio Systems Ltd, england, model E100, and the same forearm site was measured before, after and four weeks after the use of the above product, and the measurement value used is the value of ∈ indicating the overall average dielectric constant of the skin. The more the measured value increases, the more the moisturizing degree improves.
The degree of deep skin moisturization was measured using a skin tissue moisture content measuring instrument of Delfin moluremeter SC compact model, finland Delfin corporation, moluremeter d, and the same forearm site was measured before using the above product and after four weeks after use, and the measured values were au (arbitraryunit) using the unit of skin moisture content in proportion to the total amount of moisture in the tissue. The more the measurement increases, the more the deep skin moisturizes.
The measurements were performed periodically with the epidermal water loss measurements, and the same forearm sites were measured before and after four weeks of use of the product. The measurement value is the value of g/square meter/h used for measuring the moisture release degree of the skin epidermis, and the decrease of the measurement value is the better the moisture loss of the epidermis is. The results of the human suitability test are shown in table 4 below.
TABLE 4
Figure BDA0003931041370000221
