1. An efficient drying rack for nut roasted food processing, which comprises two brackets and is characterized in that,

the efficient drying rack for nut roasted seeds and nuts processing further comprises a discharging assembly, and the discharging assembly is arranged on the two supports.
5. The efficient rack of claim 4, wherein the rack further comprises a plurality of air holes,
the discharging assembly comprises two hooks, two connecting plates, two discharging boxes, a plurality of sliding blocks and two door plate units, wherein the two hooks are fixedly connected with the corresponding supports and located on one side, away from the first airing box, of the support, the two connecting plates are provided with through holes, each through hole is matched with the corresponding hook, the two discharging boxes are fixedly connected with the corresponding connecting plates, the sliding blocks are fixedly connected with the corresponding discharging boxes and symmetrically distributed on two sides of the corresponding discharging boxes, each sliding groove is formed in the support, each sliding block is slidably connected with the corresponding sliding groove, and the two door plate units are arranged on the first airing box and the second airing box respectively.
6. The efficient rack of claim 5, wherein the rack further comprises a second support frame,
the door plate unit comprises a door plate, a clamping block and a clamping rod, the door plate is rotatably connected with the first drying box, the clamping block is fixedly connected with the door plate and is located above the door plate, the first drying box is provided with a limiting hole, and one end of the clamping rod penetrates through the clamping block and is matched with the limiting hole.
