The system for automatically guiding, shooting, judging and accurately parking by the mobile phone according to claim 1, wherein the image recognition and comparison system comprises an automatic guiding unit, a mobile phone shooting unit, an image shooting correct judgment unit, an image recognition and comparison unit, a parking accuracy judgment unit, a vehicle identity authentication unit and a user interaction unit, and the image recognition and comparison unit is respectively connected with the automatic guiding unit, the mobile phone shooting unit, the image shooting correct judgment unit, the parking accuracy judgment unit, the vehicle identity authentication unit and the user interaction unit.

The mobile phone automatic guided shooting judgment accurate parking system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mobile phone shooting unit graphically guides the user to shoot the reference object and the ground mark line at the determined position of the mobile phone shot image through a mobile phone program.
4. The mobile phone automatic guided shooting judgment precision parking system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the parking spot ground mark line is a multi-color pattern.
5. The mobile phone automatic guidance shooting judgment precision parking system according to claim 1, wherein the ground marking is located at the upper part, the middle part or the lower part of a parking space of a parking spot.
6. The mobile phone automatic guidance shooting judgment precision parking system according to claim 1, wherein the reference object is a part, a special identification part inherent to the vehicle, or a specific object printed or posted.

The system for mobile phone automatic guided photography judgment precision parking according to claim 6, wherein the printed and posted specific target comprises vehicle identification information, and for a pedal vehicle, N rows are divided in a certain area on the upper surface of the pedal, and different colors are applied to different rows.

The system for automatically guiding, shooting, judging and accurately parking by the mobile phone according to claim 6, wherein for a vehicle with a pedal, a plurality of blocks in N rows and M columns are divided in a certain area on the upper surface of the pedal, a gap is left between each block, and the length and the width of each block can be equal or unequal; the M blocks of each row are set to the same color, and different colors may be set.

The system for automatically guiding shooting, judging and accurately parking by the mobile phone as claimed in claim 1 and the using method thereof are characterized in that the image recognition and comparison unit is composed of a picture, parameters, an algorithm and a judgment result, and the algorithm obtains the judgment result through image data and the parameters.

A method for automatically guiding shooting and judging accurate parking system by using a mobile phone and a using method thereof are disclosed, wherein the using method comprises the following steps: drawing ground marking lines on the ground of a parking spot, drawing a reference target mark on a vehicle, parking the vehicle and then taking a picture by using a mobile phone when a user returns the vehicle, operating an image recognition comparison system during taking the picture, prompting the user by the image recognition comparison system according to result information on the mobile phone, and if the parking accuracy requirement is not met, sending a voice prompt by the mobile phone to prompt that the vehicle is failed to return to the original state and reminding the user of stopping the vehicle and taking the picture again for recognition; if the parking accuracy requirement is met, the mobile phone gives out a voice prompt to prompt that the vehicle returning is successful.
12. The user of the system for automatically guiding shooting, judging and parking accurately by using the mobile phone as claimed in claim 10, wherein the specific using method comprises:
(1) Drawing a ground marking on the ground, adjusting the color according to the ground condition, and adjusting the width of the marking according to the ground condition; the ground marking line painted on the ground is matched with the parking space for use and is positioned in the middle of the parking space;
(2) Drawing a reference target mark on the vehicle, wherein the drawing position is preferably a pedal, a battery surface and a vehicle lever according to different vehicle types; the reference target is a component, a part, a dedicated identification member, or a specific target printed or posted on the vehicle; the printed and posted specific target contains vehicle identity information, and the background program binds a vehicle number and the vehicle identity information;
(3) When a user returns the vehicle, the vehicle is stopped and then the user takes a picture by using the mobile phone, when the user clicks 'running out and returning the vehicle' on a mobile phone program interface, the camera is automatically switched to, a graph of a reference target is changed at a certain angle and then is drawn on a mobile phone screen, the user shakes the mobile phone to align the reference target with a guide graph, and the mobile phone program processes image data to judge accurate parking; when in photographing, the screen covers other layers to guide a user to photograph the reference target and the ground mark line in the same picture;
(4) Inputting the shot image data into an image recognition comparison system for image recognition comparison, and processing the shot image data by the image recognition comparison system to judge whether the ground mark and the reference target are correct or not;
(5) Inquiring a database to compare whether the vehicle number is matched with the reference target or not according to the reference target identification comparison result, and prompting a user to take a picture again for identification by voice if the vehicle number is not matched with the reference target;
(6) Setting an offset angle and an offset displacement threshold value by the image identification and comparison system, and adjusting the threshold value by an operating enterprise according to city requirements and operating requirements;
(7) When the image identification comparison system identifies and compares, comparing the image judgment result with the offset angle and the offset displacement threshold value, and judging whether the relation between the ground marking and the reference target meets the accurate parking requirement or not;
(8) The image recognition comparison system transmits the result information to the mobile phone, and if the parking accuracy requirement is not met, the mobile phone sends out a voice prompt for failure of returning the vehicle and reminds the user of parking again for photographing recognition; if the parking accuracy requirement is met, the mobile phone sends out a voice prompt to prompt that the vehicle returning is successful;
(9) And managing and maintaining a management server of the image recognition comparison system, continuously optimizing the recognition algorithm aiming at the user photographing, and promoting the algorithm upgrading.
