Abstract

本发明提供了一种双组份无溶剂植物油基聚氨酯砂浆中涂地坪涂料,包括树脂主剂、固化剂和骨料砂,所述树脂主剂、固化剂和骨料砂之间的质量之比为4:1:1.5;所述固化剂包括4,4'‑二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯50‑70%;六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体20‑40%;本发明以刚性的4,4'‑二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)作为主固化剂,配合六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体(HDI三聚体)调节固化时间和柔韧性,可涂覆成硬而韧的厚漆膜;本发明很好的解决了现有漆膜无法做厚涂中涂层,漆膜硬度不足的问题,适用于室内外地坪中涂层涂装。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯地坪涂料,具体是双组份无溶剂植物油基聚氨酯砂浆中涂地坪涂料。
背景技术
在2020年的《电镀与涂饰》第14期第39卷“无溶剂型耐候抗划伤生物基聚氨酯地坪面漆的制备”中记载有:以树脂Sovermol 750及Sovermol 1058 30-50份,助剂03-0.9粉,色粉10-20份,分子筛5-10份,硫酸钡20-30粉制备色漆组份;Desmodur3900作为固化剂组份制备聚氨酯面涂涂料,5:2混合室温固化成膜。
但是,单使用HDI三聚体作为固化剂,会造成漆膜无法做厚涂,如果厚涂会导致漆膜硬度不够,因此不适合做中涂承载。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双组份无溶剂植物油基聚氨酯砂浆中涂地坪涂料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
双组份无溶剂植物油基聚氨酯砂浆中涂地坪涂料,包括树脂主剂、固化剂和骨料砂,所述树脂主剂、固化剂和骨料砂之间的质量之比为4:1:1.5;
所述固化剂包括以下质量百分含量的各原料:
4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯50-70%;六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体20-40%。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述树脂主剂包括以下质量百分含量的各原料:
改性植物油基多元醇30%-40%;大豆油基增塑剂5%-10%;三羟甲基丙烷2%-5%;催化剂0.05%-0.1%;消泡流平助剂0.5%-1%;3A分子筛3-5%;硅灰粉20-30%;碳酸钙粉10-20%。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述硅灰粉的目数为400目,碳酸钙粉的目数为800目。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述改性植物油基多元醇为改性蓖麻油多元醇,所述催化剂为有机铋和有机锌混合物。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述骨料砂为60-80目的石英砂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明以刚性的4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)作为主固化剂,配合六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体(HDI三聚体)调节固化时间和柔韧性,可涂覆成硬而韧的厚漆膜。由于MDI为芳香族的异氰酸酯,具有刚性,厚涂可保证达到合适的硬度。但单使用MDI反应速度较快,容易发泡;而单使用柔性的脂肪族异氰酸酯HDI三聚体,反应速度较慢,厚涂固化物无法达到合适的硬度;因此本发明将两种异氰酸酯混合使用,通过调节两种异氰酸酯的比例,使得漆膜的硬度、反应速度等性能达到最佳的状态,从而达到聚氨酯砂浆厚涂硬度要求,并且不需制备预聚体异氰酸酯固化剂,工艺简单,容易实现。
另外,树脂主剂:固化剂:骨料砂=4:1:1.5进行混合,刮涂成厚层膜,24小时后即可固化成硬度达60-70D的漆膜,很好的解决了现有漆膜无法做厚涂中涂层,漆膜硬度不足的问题,适用于室内外地坪中涂层涂装。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本专利的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
双组份无溶剂植物油基聚氨酯砂浆中涂地坪涂料,包括树脂主剂、固化剂和骨料砂,所述树脂主剂、固化剂和骨料砂之间的质量之比为4:1:1.5;按比例对树脂主剂、固化剂、骨料砂进行混合,刮涂成厚层膜,24小时后即可固化成硬度达60-70D的漆膜。其中,所述骨料砂为60-80目的石英砂。
所述固化剂包括以下质量百分含量的各原料:
4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯50-70%;六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体20-40%。其中,4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为纯净物,芳香族,刚性强,活性大,固化速度快。六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体(HDI三聚体)为纯净物,脂肪族,固化速度适中。由于MDI为芳香族的异氰酸酯,具有刚性,厚涂可保证达到合适的硬度。但单使用MDI反应速度较快,容易发泡;而单使用柔性的脂肪族异氰酸酯HDI三聚体,反应速度较慢,厚涂固化物无法达到合适的硬度;因此本发明将两种异氰酸酯混合使用,通过调节两种异氰酸酯的比例,使得漆膜的硬度、反应速度等性能达到最佳的状态,从而达到聚氨酯砂浆厚涂硬度要求,并且不需制备预聚体异氰酸酯固化剂,工艺简单,容易实现。另外,通过调整刚性和柔性固化剂的配比,能够实现聚氨酯砂浆厚涂硬度要求,合适配比时,硬度可达65D。并且,可通过调整固化剂配比,制备不同硬度的厚涂漆膜,如MDI:HDI三聚体=8:2,固化物硬度65D;MDI:HDI三聚体=7:3,固化物硬度56D。
所述树脂主剂包括以下质量百分含量的各原料:
改性植物油基多元醇30%-40%;大豆油基增塑剂5%-10%;三羟甲基丙烷2%-5%;催化剂0.05%-0.1%;消泡流平助剂0.5%-1%;3A分子筛3-5%;硅灰粉20-30%;碳酸钙粉10-20%。其中,所述改性植物油基多元醇为改性蓖麻油多元醇,粘度700cps,羟值155mgKOH/g,官能度2.7,通过普通蓖麻油经酸化裂解而成,该多元醇相对分子质量在1000左右,低分子量高羟值,提供高的反应活性。所述大豆油基增塑剂是由大豆油经氧化处理而成,无毒,可用于食品,粘度200cps,不参与固化反应,作为非VOC稀释剂。所述三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)纯净物,三官能度,固体,可溶于醇类,作为扩链剂使固化物形成空间网络结构。所述催化剂为有机铋和有机锌类混合物。所述硅灰粉的目数为400目,碳酸钙粉的目数为800目。所述3A分子筛能够吸水,从而使得树脂主剂原材料不需做脱水工艺。现有的漆膜使用进口树脂和固化剂材料,成本较高,本发明全部采用非进口的环保原材料,使用成本较低。
本发明的工作原理是:本发明以改性植物油多元醇作为主树脂成分,采用环保的大豆油基作为稀释剂,以TMP作为扩链剂,配合环保催化剂、消泡流平助剂和普通粉料、3A分子筛制备树脂主剂部分。
制备树脂主剂时,只需先将改性植物油多元醇、大豆油基增塑剂和TMP投入封闭分散釜,加热到100℃让TMP完全溶解,加入粉料和3A分子筛分散0.5小时,最后加入催化剂和消泡流平助剂即可。
本发明中采用的固化剂可直接购买市面销售的MDI和HDI三聚体,简单搅拌混合,不需作任何调整。使用时,按树脂主剂:固化剂:骨料砂=4:1:1.5进行简单搅拌混合后进行涂刮,放置让其自然反应固化即可。
近似产品和本发明同时使用60-80目石英砂进行刮涂,漆膜厚度0.3mm;漆膜硬度:近似产品10D(最差),厚涂为柔性漆膜,本发明产品65D(最优)。
上面对本专利的较佳实施方式作了详细说明,但是本专利并不限于上述实施方式,在本领域的普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本专利宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。

1.双组份无溶剂植物油基聚氨酯砂浆中涂地坪涂料,其特征在于,包括树脂主剂、固化剂和骨料砂,所述树脂主剂、固化剂和骨料砂之间的质量之比为4:1:1.5;
所述固化剂包括以下质量百分含量的各原料:
4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯50-70%;六亚甲基二异氰酸酯三聚体20-40%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双组份无溶剂植物油基聚氨酯砂浆中涂地坪涂料,其特征在于,所述树脂主剂包括以下质量百分含量的各原料:
改性植物油基多元醇30%-40%;大豆油基增塑剂5%-10%;三羟甲基丙烷2%-5%;催化剂0.05%-0.1%;消泡流平助剂0.5%-1%;3A分子筛3-5%;硅灰粉20-30%;碳酸钙粉10-20%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双组份无溶剂植物油基聚氨酯砂浆中涂地坪涂料,其特征在于,所述硅灰粉的目数为400目,碳酸钙粉的目数为800目。
4.根据权利要求2所述的双组份无溶剂植物油基聚氨酯砂浆中涂地坪涂料,其特征在于,所述改性植物油基多元醇为改性蓖麻油多元醇,所述催化剂为有机铋和有机锌混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双组份无溶剂植物油基聚氨酯砂浆中涂地坪涂料,其特征在于,所述骨料砂为60-80目的石英砂。
