By adopting the method, the problem of unnecessary energy waste is reduced while the optimal clothes drying effect is ensured.
Further, in one embodiment, the state information further includes malfunction state information of the laundry treating apparatus.

In the scheme, the cloud server analyzes the fault reasons according to the received fault parameter information, generates a fault processing scheme and related fault prompt information for a user to select, and sends the fault processing scheme and the related fault prompt information to the user through the mobile terminal to guide the user to eliminate part of faults by himself, so that normal use of equipment is guaranteed, and use experience of the user is improved.
Preferably, the fault parameter information includes a fault name, a fault status description, a currently executed program, and/or an operation status of the executed program.
Preferably, the following steps are also performed before step S304:
the cloud server judges whether the obstacle is an obstacle which can be eliminated by the user according to the received fault parameter information, and if the obstacle is judged to be the obstacle which can be eliminated by the user, the fault processing scheme and related fault prompt information are sent to the user through the mobile terminal; and if the cloud server judges that the obstacle is not the obstacle which can not be eliminated by the user, the cloud server directly sends the fault parameter information to the after-sales platform.
Further, the mobile terminal displays the fault processing scheme and related fault prompt information;
and/or the mobile terminal sends the fault treatment scheme and the related fault prompt information to the clothes treatment equipment, and the clothes treatment equipment displays the fault treatment scheme and the related fault prompt information.
In the above scheme, the mobile terminal and/or the clothes processing device can display the fault processing scheme and the related fault prompt information in a graphic and/or text and/or voice manner, so that the user can more intuitively know how to solve the fault, and the use experience of the user is improved.
The system further comprises a plurality of mobile terminals which are respectively in communication connection with the cloud server;
any one of the mobile terminals can acquire the current state information of the clothes processing equipment from a cloud server, and/or a processing program and/or related prompt information generated by the cloud server.

Further, as shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the off-line control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes the steps of:
s401: establishing near field communication between the mobile terminal and the clothes treatment equipment;
s402: acquiring current state information of the clothes processing equipment and feeding the current state information back to the cloud server;
s403: the cloud server generates an optimal processing program and/or related prompt information in a matching manner according to the received state information of the clothes processing equipment;
s404: sending the processing program and/or the related prompt information to a mobile terminal;
s405: the mobile terminal converts the acquired optimal processing program and/or the acquired related prompt information into a related control instruction and writes the related control instruction into the near field communication tag;
s406: in the subsequent clothes treatment process, the near field communication is directly established with the clothes treatment equipment through the near field communication tag, and the control instruction is sent to the clothes treatment equipment.
In the above scheme, the optimal processing program and/or the related prompt information generated by the cloud server are written into the near field communication tag, so that the clothes processing equipment can be triggered to execute the optimal processing program under the condition that the subsequent washing and protecting state information parameters are the same, the optimal processing program is not required to be generated through the cloud server in a matching mode every time, the carrying is convenient, the repeated use is realized, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Further, the control instruction includes a first instruction and a second instruction executed in sequence, where: the second instruction is provided with a set execution waiting time.

in the above scheme, the NFC tag is an NFC tag supporting a sequence control instruction, a first instruction and a second instruction are stored in the NFC tag, and the second instruction is provided with an execution waiting time. For example, the first instruction is a washing program instruction executed first, the second program is a drying program instruction executed later, the duration of the washing program is T1 duration, for example, 20 minutes, the execution waiting time of the second instruction is set to T, then T is greater than T1, for example, T may be 25 minutes.
The NFC tag closely triggers an NFC module of the clothes treatment equipment, the NFC module reads a first instruction and a second instruction in the NFC tag, then the clothes treatment equipment starts to execute the washing program, namely the first instruction, and the clothes treatment equipment starts to execute the drying program, namely the second instruction after 25 minutes. The user can set the duration of the execution waiting time T according to the requirement of the user.
Preferably, the off-line control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes the steps of:
s504: and the clothes treatment equipment and/or the mobile terminal can control the clothes treatment equipment to cancel the execution of the second instruction according to the received instruction information of the user within the set execution waiting time. the near field communication mode comprises one or more of Bluetooth, infrared ray, radio frequency and NFC communication;

1. An off-line control method of a laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
establishing near field communication between the mobile terminal and the clothes treatment equipment;
acquiring current state information of the clothes processing equipment, and feeding the current state information back to the cloud server;
the cloud server matches an optimal processing program and/or related prompt information according to the received state information of the clothes processing equipment, and sends the optimal processing program and/or the related prompt information to the clothes processing equipment through the mobile terminal.
2. The offline control method of a laundry processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the state information comprises washing and caring state information;
establishing near field communication between the mobile terminal and the clothes treatment equipment;
acquiring current washing and caring state information parameters of the clothes treatment equipment, and feeding the current washing and caring state information parameters back to the cloud server;
the cloud server matches the optimal washing program and parameters according to the received washing state information parameters, and sends the optimal washing program and parameters to the clothes processing equipment through the mobile terminal;
the laundry treating apparatus starts to perform the washing course.
3. The offline control method of a laundry processing apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the washing and caring state information parameters comprise:
the load of the clothes, and/or the material of the clothes, and/or the degree of dirt, and/or the type of dirt, and/or the humidity of the clothes, and/or the water intake, and/or the water quality, and/or the water temperature.
4. The offline control method of a laundry processing apparatus according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein: the state information further includes fault state information of the laundry treating apparatus;
near field communication is established between the mobile terminal and the clothes processing equipment, fault parameter information of the clothes processing equipment is obtained and fed back to the cloud server;
the cloud server analyzes the fault reason according to the received fault parameter information, generates a fault processing scheme and related fault prompt information for a user to select, and sends the fault processing scheme and the related fault prompt information to the user through the mobile terminal;
preferably, the fault parameter information includes a fault name, a fault status description, a currently executed program, and/or an operation status of the executed program.
5. The offline control method of the clothes treatment apparatus according to claim 4, wherein: the mobile terminal displays the fault processing scheme and related fault prompt information;
and/or the mobile terminal sends the fault treatment scheme and the related fault prompt information to the clothes treatment equipment, and the clothes treatment equipment displays the fault treatment scheme and the related fault prompt information.
6. The offline control method of a laundry processing apparatus according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein: the system comprises a plurality of mobile terminals which are respectively in communication connection with a cloud server;
any one of the mobile terminals can acquire the current state information of the clothes processing equipment from a cloud server, and/or a processing program and/or related prompt information generated by the cloud server.
7. The offline control method of the clothes treating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising the steps of;
the mobile terminal converts the acquired optimal processing program and/or the acquired related prompt information into a related control instruction and writes the related control instruction into the near field communication tag;
in the subsequent clothes treatment process, the near field communication is directly established with the clothes treatment equipment through the near field communication tag, and the control instruction is sent to the clothes treatment equipment.
8. The off-line control method of the laundry processing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein: the control instruction comprises a first instruction and a second instruction which are executed in sequence, wherein: the second instruction is provided with set execution waiting time;
after the near field communication tag establishes near field communication with the clothes treatment equipment, the clothes treatment equipment respectively reads a first instruction and a second instruction in the near field communication tag;
the clothes treatment equipment starts to execute the first instruction, and starts to execute the second instruction when a set execution waiting time is reached;
preferably, the laundry processing device and/or the mobile terminal may control the laundry processing device to cancel execution of the second instruction according to the received instruction information of the user within the set execution waiting time.
