Background

In the prior art, taking a clothes dryer as an example, a user often places wet and percolated clothes into the clothes dryer directly, and then dries the clothes through the clothes dryer, and this operation mode can cause the clothes dryer to need a long time and a very high temperature to completely dry the clothes, which is not beneficial to saving time and electricity, thereby causing waste of energy and time.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a new control method of a clothes drying apparatus to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems in the prior art, that is, to solve the problem that the user directly puts the wet clothes into the clothes drying equipment for drying, the energy and time waste is caused, the invention provides a control method of the clothes drying equipment, which comprises the following steps: acquiring the moisture content of the clothes; and according to the water content of the clothes, selectively prompting to carry out dewatering treatment before drying.

Furthermore, when the drying equipment is arranged at home of a user, if the moisture content of the clothes is too high, the user can be prompted to carry out drying treatment, so that the moisture content of the clothes is reduced through the drying operation of the drying equipment, the drying equipment adopts mechanical drying, the drying equipment adopts heating drying, and the energy consumed by the drying equipment is less than that consumed by the drying equipment, so that the clothes can be dried by utilizing the combination of the drying equipment and the clothes drying equipment with less energy and time, the time and the electricity are saved, and the user experience is improved.

Based on the problem that the user directly places the wet and percolated clothes into the clothes dryer for drying, which is pointed out by the background art, can cause waste of energy and time, the invention provides a control method of the clothes dryer, which aims to ensure that the clothes dryer can perform corresponding control operation according to different water contents of the clothes, avoid that the clothes dryer wastes a large amount of energy and time to dry the clothes after the user places the wet and percolated clothes into the clothes dryer, avoid causing waste of energy and time, and improve user experience.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the control method of the dryer of the present invention includes: acquiring the moisture content of the clothes; and according to the water content of the clothes, selectively prompting to carry out dewatering treatment before drying. The moisture content of the clothes can be detected by the clothes moisture content tester or can be calculated, for example, the wet clothes can be weighed to obtain the wet weight, then the material of the clothes is obtained, the average density of the clothes is obtained according to the material of the clothes, then the dry weight of the clothes is obtained according to the average density of the clothes and the volume of the clothes, then the difference value between the wet weight and the dry weight is calculated, and then the difference value and the wet weight are divided to obtain the moisture content of the clothes. In addition, the way of prompting the user to perform the dewatering treatment before drying may be a voice way prompt, a buzzer way prompt, a display panel display prompt of the clothes dryer, or an information prompt sent by the clothes dryer to a control terminal (such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer, etc.) in communication interaction with the clothes dryer, and a person skilled in the art can flexibly set the way of prompting the user to perform the dewatering treatment before drying in practical application, and the adjustment and change of the prompting way do not limit the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention. Example one

Example two
The step of selectively prompting the dewatering treatment before drying according to the water content of the clothes comprises the following steps: and if the water content of the clothes is greater than the standard water content, prompting to spin-dry, wherein the standard water content is the spin-dry water content. In this embodiment, if the user has a spin-drying apparatus at home, the dryer may be set to determine whether to prompt the user to perform a pre-drying spin-drying operation based only on the moisture content of the laundry, when the moisture content of the clothes is larger than the spin-drying moisture content, it indicates that the moisture content of the clothes can be reduced by further spin-drying the clothes by the spin-drying equipment, and then in order to save time and electricity (it needs to be noted that the spin-drying equipment adopts mechanical spin-drying, and consumes less electric energy compared with the clothes dryer which is heated and dried), the clothes dryer prompts the user to spin, the user can take the clothes out of the clothes dryer and then put the clothes into the spin-drying equipment, so that part of water in the clothes can be thrown out, the clothes are put into the clothes dryer after being thrown, the clothes dryer can continuously obtain the moisture content of the clothes at the moment, and if the moisture content is still larger than the moisture content of the dried clothes, the prompt is continued. It should be noted that the drying of the laundry does not completely remove water from the laundry, and thus drying by the dryer is finally required. Preferably, the step of "selectively prompting the pre-drying dewatering treatment according to the moisture content of the laundry" further includes: if the moisture content of the laundry is less than or equal to the standard moisture content, the spin-drying process is not prompted. That is to say, if the moisture content of the clothes reaches the spin-drying moisture content, it indicates that the spin-drying device is fully spin-dried, and it is difficult to spin the clothes again, and at this time, the clothes dryer does not prompt the user to perform the spin-drying process before drying, and the user can select to start the drying program, or the clothes dryer automatically starts the drying program.

EXAMPLE III
The step of selectively prompting the dewatering treatment before drying according to the water content of the clothes comprises the following steps: if the moisture content of the clothes is larger than the first standard moisture content, the wringing processing is prompted; and if the moisture content of the clothes is smaller than or equal to a first standard moisture content and larger than a second standard moisture content, prompting to spin-dry, wherein the first standard moisture content is a wringing moisture content, the second standard moisture content is a spin-drying moisture content, and the wringing moisture content is larger than the spin-drying moisture content. In this embodiment, if the user has a spin-drying device at home, the dryer may determine whether to prompt the user to perform a pre-drying spin-drying operation or a spin-drying operation according to the moisture content of the laundry, and under normal conditions, the moisture content of the laundry after being wrung by the user is higher than the moisture content of the laundry after being spin-dried by the spin-drying device, so that when the moisture content of the laundry is greater than the moisture content of the laundry after being wrung, it indicates that the user can reduce the moisture content of the laundry by performing the spin-drying operation on the laundry. That is, no matter the user twists the hands or the spin-drying device spins, the moisture content of the clothes cannot be further reduced, and at this time, the dryer does not prompt the user to perform the pre-drying twisting process and the spin-drying process, and the user can select to start the drying program or the dryer automatically starts the drying program.

In the first to third embodiments, the clothes material detection manner of the clothes dryer may be that the clothes material is identified by an RFID identification module, and at this time, the clothes is provided with a radio frequency tag, and the clothes material detection manner of the clothes dryer may also be that the clothes is image-captured by an image capture device, and then the controller of the clothes dryer analyzes and processes image information transmitted by the image capture device, and then determines the material of the clothes.
Preferably, the step of "obtaining the moisture content of the laundry" includes: judging whether a door body of the clothes dryer is opened or not within preset time; and if the door body of the clothes dryer is not opened all the time within the preset time, acquiring the moisture content of the clothes. That is to say, before the clothes dryer obtains the moisture content of the clothes, a certain decision time is given for a user, at this time, the clothes dryer waits first, if the user opens the door within a preset time, it is indicated that the user wants to perform dewatering treatment before drying the clothes or does not want to dry the clothes by using the clothes dryer, the clothes dryer does not obtain the moisture content of the clothes, if the user does not open the door within the preset time, it is indicated that the user needs to dry the clothes by using the clothes dryer, but the moisture content of the clothes is not clear, at this time, the clothes dryer needs to obtain the moisture content of the clothes, and then a corresponding. The preset time may be 30 seconds, or one minute, or two minutes, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific time value of the preset time in practical application, and such adjustment and change of the specific time value of the preset time do not limit the present invention, and should be limited within the protection scope of the present invention.
In addition, the judgment of the moisture content of the clothes before drying can be set to be automatically started when the clothes dryer leaves a factory, and can be automatically closed when a user uses the clothes dryer, so that the requirements of the user on multiple uses are met.
