Abstract
The invention relates to an inorganic straw-solid wood composite board and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the vinyl resin glue and flour, adding the isocyanate curing agent, continuously stirring and aging to obtain compound glue; roll-coating the compound glue on the surface of a plate, performing cold pressing, and then relieving pressure and standing to obtain a prefabricated plate; and maintaining the prefabricated plates, and obtaining the inorganic straw-solid wood composite plate after the maintenance is finished. According to the preparation method, the aldehyde-free raw materials are adopted for glue compounding, then cold pressing is carried out after glue rolling, and finally the inorganic straw-solid wood composite board is maintained in a health-preserving mode.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of plates, and particularly relates to an inorganic straw-solid wood composite plate and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the compounding process of inorganic plates usually adopts a permeation method, namely, the surface of the inorganic plate is subjected to permeation treatment by an interface agent, then is dried, and finally is subjected to hot-pressing compounding by using resin glue such as urea-formaldehyde glue and the like. However, the method has complex process and low efficiency, and the glue contains formaldehyde and is not resistant to boiling.

Preferably, in the step (3), the temperature of the health maintenance is 20-25 ℃, and the time of the health maintenance is 68-72 hours. The lower the temperature is, the longer the curing and maintaining time should be, and the subsequent deep processing or packaging can be carried out after curing.
It should be noted that: the environmental temperature is kept above 10 ℃ during winter production; the isocyanate curing agent should be protected from contact with water and air to avoid failure; the gluing tool should be cleaned in time, and gloves should be worn during gluing to prevent hands from being stuck.
Based on the same technical concept, the invention further provides the inorganic straw-solid wood composite board prepared by the method.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:

In order to detect the formaldehyde emission of the inorganic straw-solid wood composite board, the inorganic straw-solid wood composite board obtained in example 3 was used as an object, 5 boards (the numbers are I, II, III, IV, and V, respectively) were selected for detection, and the detection results are shown in table 4.

In order to detect the warm water impregnation stripping effect of the inorganic straw-solid wood composite board, the inorganic straw-solid wood composite board obtained in example 3 is taken as an object, 5 boards (with the serial numbers of I, II, III, IV and V respectively) are selected for detection, and the detection results are shown in Table 5.
The detection method comprises the following steps: placing the inorganic straw-solid wood composite board to be detected into a water bath at 70 ℃ for 2 hours, then moving the inorganic straw-solid wood composite board to an oven for drying, and then observing whether the inorganic straw-solid wood composite board has an automatic layering phenomenon or not, wherein if the inorganic straw-solid wood composite board has the automatic layering phenomenon, the inorganic straw-solid wood composite board is unqualified to peel; if not, the peeling is qualified.
