Description

Clothes treatment equipment and drying control method
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of clothes treatment equipment, in particular to clothes treatment equipment and a drying control method.
Background
Along with people's intelligence demand to laundry equipment is higher and higher, the laundry equipment that possesses the stoving function is generally used. The user only needs to select the drying function at the laundry equipment, and the laundry equipment can intelligently dry the clothes.
In the drying process, the laundry device usually executes the drying process according to the operation parameters set by the user or the preset parameters of the laundry device, and stops the drying process until the stop condition of the drying process is satisfied. The drying time period of the above-described drying process is generally determined according to a preset drying time period. However, there are many factors (e.g., heating environment factors) affecting the drying time period during the drying process, and the variation of the factors is complex, that is, the drying process is complicated and variable, and then the laundry is dried by using the predetermined drying time period, which is not suitable for the complicated and variable drying process. Therefore, the drying time determined by adopting the static mode has low accuracy.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the application provides clothes processing equipment and a drying control method, and aims to at least solve the problem that clothes drying degree is unreasonable in the related art.
In a first aspect, there is provided a laundry treating apparatus comprising: an inner tub for accommodating target laundry; the motor is used for driving the inner cylinder to rotate; weight detecting means for detecting the weight of the target laundry; a controller; the controller is connected with the inner cylinder, the motor and the weight detection device; the controller is configured to: when the clothes processing equipment is started to execute a drying operation program according to the target operation parameters, determining a first target weight of target clothes and determining a target rotating speed of a motor in a drying process; the target operating parameter comprises a target rotational speed; determining a target weight range corresponding to the first target weight and the target rotating speed according to the weight of the target clothes when the drying operation program is started and the corresponding relation between the rotating speed of the motor and the drying weight range; the drying weight range represents the weight range of the target clothes when the target clothes reach a preset drying degree; controlling a weight detection device to detect a second target weight of the target clothes in the drying operation process to obtain the second target weight; and when the second target weight is within the target weight range, stopping executing the drying operation program.
The second target weight is within the target weight range as a drying condition satisfying the drying degree.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application at least has the following beneficial effects: the clothes treatment equipment can determine the target weight range of the target clothes after the target clothes reach the target drying degree according to the initial weight of the target clothes and the corresponding relation between the rotating speed of the motor and the drying weight range; and detecting a second target weight of the target clothes in the drying process in real time, judging whether the second target weight is in the target weight range, and determining that the drying operation program is ended when the second target weight is in the target weight range. The clothes treatment equipment is provided with weight ranges which are required by the clothes after the clothes with different motor rotating speeds and different initial weights are dried; therefore, in the process of drying the target clothes, when the target clothes reaches the target weight range, the target clothes is dried, and the drying is stopped. The above-mentioned mode of using the target weight range of clothes as the drying condition and flexibly determining the drying time can ensure that the dried clothes reach the target drying degree, and the clothes can not be dried incompletely or excessively because of being influenced by different drying environmental factors (such as drying temperature, air flow speed, etc.) in the drying process.
In addition, in the related art, in a drying mode in which a temperature variation value is greater than a certain preset temperature value as a drying condition, a corresponding temperature sensor needs to be additionally arranged to acquire the temperature variation value. Therefore, compared with the related art, the drying method with the target weight range of the target clothes in the drying process as the drying stop condition does not need to additionally arrange a corresponding temperature sensor, the manufacturing cost of the clothes processing equipment is reduced, the use cost of a user is reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In some embodiments, the controller is further configured to: and determining a target water content corresponding to the target drying grade according to the target drying grade corresponding to the drying operation program.
The target drying grade corresponds to a target drying degree. The target drying level may be set by a user; or may be preset by the laundry treating apparatus.
In this embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus sets a drying level to target water content correspondence relationship, and the drying operation program is associated with the target drying level. Based on this, the controller can determine the target water content based on the drying operation program.
In some embodiments, the controller determines a target weight range corresponding to the first target weight and the target rotation speed according to the weight of the target clothes when the drying operation program is started and the corresponding relationship between the rotation speed of the motor and the drying weight range; is specifically configured to perform: and determining a target weight range corresponding to the first target weight, the target rotating speed and the target water content according to the corresponding relation among the weight of the target clothes during the starting and drying operation, the rotating speed of the motor and the water content of the target clothes and the drying weight range.
It should be noted that, after the clothes with the same weight and different materials are dried after being operated at the same rotation speed of the motor, the moisture content of the clothes is basically consistent. Therefore, if the initial weight of the target laundry and the target moisture content of the target laundry are determined under a constant rotation speed, the dried weight of the target laundry will be within a certain weight range.
In this embodiment, the correspondence relationship between the weight of the target laundry at the start of the drying operation, the rotation speed of the motor, and the water content of the target laundry and the drying weight range is stored in advance in the laundry treating apparatus, so that the laundry treating apparatus determines the target drying weight range from the first target weight, the target rotation speed, and the target water content. Based on this embodiment, considered the user to the demand of clothing stoving degree, different users are to the demand of the clothing water content after drying promptly, further to the water content of different stoving degrees, set up different weight ranges correspondingly to guarantee that the clothing after the stoving more accords with user's stoving demand.
In some embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus further comprises: the water inlet valve is used for introducing water into the water inlet channel according to a target control time sequence in the drying process; the target control time sequence represents a first time length for continuously injecting water into the water inlet channel and a second time length for stopping injecting water into the water inlet channel; a drying heating pipe for heating the target laundry according to a target heating time period; the fan is used for providing wind energy for the cavity of the inner cylinder according to the target operation rotating speed; the target operation parameters further include a target control timing, a target heating duration, and a target operation speed.
In this embodiment, the target operation parameters including the target control timing sequence, the target heating time, the target operation speed and the target rotation speed are all fixed to reduce the influence on the water content of the dried target clothes, so that it is ensured that the target weight range is determined more accurately according to the weight when the drying operation is started, the rotation speed of the motor, and the corresponding relationship between the water content of the target clothes and the drying weight range.
In some embodiments, the controller is further configured to: and controlling the clothes treatment equipment to execute the drying operation program according to the target operation parameters when the second target weight is in the weight range outside the target weight range.
It is understood that, in the drying process, when the drying condition is not reached, the second target weight is greater than or equal to the larger limit weight in the target weight range.
In this embodiment, the target weight range is used as the execution condition of the drying process, ensuring the normal execution of the drying process.
In some embodiments, the controller is further configured to: and stopping executing the drying operation program when the execution time of the clothes processing equipment executing the drying operation program reaches a time threshold.
Based on the above, the maximum time of the execution time of the drying operation program is limited by the time threshold value, so as to prevent the problems that the water inlet valve does not feed water or the flow is too small, and the like, so that the drying operation program is continuously executed without drying all the time.
In some embodiments, the second target weight is obtained according to a preset period; stopping executing the drying operation program when the second target weight is within the target weight range; is specifically configured to: acquiring a second target weight of a continuous preset period; and when each second target weight of the preset periods is within the target weight range, stopping executing the drying operation program.
Based on this, the drying condition that the continuous preset times reach the drying condition is taken as the drying ending condition, so that the target clothes can meet the drying condition for multiple times when the drying is ended, the target clothes are ensured to be in a stable drying state, and the misoperation that the target clothes meet the drying condition and are dried as a result is avoided.
In some embodiments, before the controller performs determining the first target weight of the target laundry, it is further configured to perform: the target laundry is dehydrated.
Based on this, the influence of the overlarge humidity of the target clothes on the drying degree is considered, if the target clothes are completely wet clothes, the wet clothes are directly dried, and the condition that the drying time is too long or the drying cannot be performed at all occurs, then the target clothes are dehydrated first, and then the drying function is started, so as to ensure the drying efficiency.
In a second aspect, there is provided a drying control method of a laundry treating apparatus, the drying control method including: when the clothes processing equipment is started to execute a drying operation program according to the target operation parameters, determining a first target weight of target clothes and determining a target rotating speed of a motor in a drying process; the target operating parameter comprises a target rotational speed; determining a target weight range corresponding to the first target weight and the target rotating speed according to the weight of the target clothes when the drying operation program is started and the corresponding relation between the rotating speed of the motor and the drying weight range; the drying weight range represents the weight range of the target clothes when the target clothes reach a preset drying degree; controlling a weight detection device to detect a second target weight of the target clothes in the drying operation process to obtain the second target weight; and stopping executing the drying operation program when the second target weight is within the target weight range.
In some embodiments, the drying control method further includes:
and determining a target water content corresponding to the target drying grade according to the target drying grade corresponding to the drying operation program.

Along with people's intelligence demand to laundry equipment is higher and higher, the laundry equipment that possesses the stoving function is generally used. The user only needs to select the drying function at the laundry equipment, and the laundry equipment can intelligently dry the clothes.
In the drying process, the laundry device usually executes the drying process according to the operation parameters set by the user or the preset parameters of the laundry device, and the drying process is stopped until the stopping condition of the drying process is met. The drying time period of the above-mentioned drying process is generally determined according to a preset drying time period.
In view of the above, an embodiment of the present application provides a laundry processing apparatus, which is capable of determining a target weight range of target laundry after the target laundry reaches a target drying degree according to an initial weight of the target laundry and a corresponding relationship between a rotation speed of a motor and a drying weight range; and detecting a second target weight of the target clothes in the drying process in real time, judging whether the second target weight is in a target weight range, and determining that the drying operation program is ended when the second target weight is in the target weight range.
The clothes processing equipment is provided with the weight range which is required to be reached by the dried clothes with different motor rotating speeds and different initial weights, and when the target clothes reaches the target weight range in the drying process of the target clothes, the target clothes are dried, and the drying is stopped.
In the present embodiment, the laundry treating apparatus may be a drum laundry treating apparatus having a drying function, i.e., a drum washing machine, a pulsator laundry treating apparatus having a drying function, i.e., a pulsator laundry washing machine, or the like. To further describe the solution of the present application, a mechanical structure of a clothes treating apparatus provided in the embodiments of the present application will be described below by taking a drum clothes treating apparatus as an example.

The target operating parameter includes a target rotational speed. And the target rotation speed is a fixed rotation speed in the drying process. The first target weight may be understood as an initial weight of the target laundry when the drying operation course is started.
For convenience of description, the laundry will be hereinafter referred to as target laundry.
The above-mentioned manner of starting the drying operation program can be realized by a manner of starting the operation signal. The operation signal may be a signal for starting a drying program input by a user, for example, when the user only needs to dry clothes separately, the user selects a confirmation key of a "drying control" on the clothes treating apparatus after putting the clothes into the drum assembly, and then generates an operation signal of the drying process. The operation signal may also be a signal generated when the drying program is triggered when the drying program is prepared to enter in the process of executing each function program of the washing machine, for example, a signal generated when the drying program is prepared to enter after the washing program is executed. Therefore, the present application does not specifically limit the manner of starting the drying function.
In some embodiments, the target operating parameters further include a target control schedule, a target heating period, and a target operating speed.
The above target operation parameter may be determined based on the laundry treating apparatus including the following means.
(1) The water inlet valve is used for introducing water into the water inlet channel according to a target control time sequence in the drying process; the target control time sequence represents a first time length for continuously filling water into the water inlet channel and a second time length for stopping filling water into the water inlet channel. (2) And the drying heating pipe is used for heating the target clothes according to the target heating time length. (3) And the fan is used for providing wind energy for the cavity of the inner cylinder according to the target operation rotating speed.
Based on the above embodiment of the target operation parameters, the process of controlling the laundry processing setting to perform the drying processing on the target laundry according to the target operation parameters after the controller determines the target operation parameters includes the following processing steps: (1) And controlling the drying heating pipe to heat the target clothes according to the target heating time. (2) And controlling the motor to drive the target clothes to rotate according to the target rotating speed. (3) And controlling the fan to rotate according to the target running rotating speed, and driving air in the barrel assembly to circulate by the wind at the rotating speed. (4) The water inlet valve is controlled to beat and control water to be injected into the water inlet channel from the water inlet valve according to the target time sequence.
Step S302, determining a target weight range corresponding to the first target weight and the target rotating speed according to the weight of the target clothes when the drying operation program is started and the corresponding relation between the rotating speed of the motor and the drying weight range.
The drying weight range represents the weight range of the target clothes when the target clothes reach the preset drying degree.
In this step, the laundry processing apparatus may determine a target weight range of the target laundry after the target laundry reaches the target drying degree, according to the initial weight of the target laundry and the corresponding relationship between the rotation speed of the motor and the drying weight range. Step S303, controlling the weight detecting device to detect a second target weight of the target laundry during the drying operation to obtain the second target weight.
In this step, a second target weight of the target laundry in the drying process is detected in real time.
And step S304, stopping executing the drying operation program when the second target weight is within the target weight range.
The second target weight is within the target weight range as a drying condition satisfying the drying degree.
In the step, a second target weight of the target clothes detected in real time in the drying process is obtained in real time, whether the second target weight is within the target weight range is judged, and the drying operation program is determined to be finished until the second target weight is within the target weight range.
The technical scheme shown in fig. 3 brings at least the following beneficial effects: the clothes treatment equipment is provided with weight ranges which are required by clothes after the clothes with different motor rotating speeds and different initial weights are dried; therefore, in the process of drying the target clothes, when the target clothes reaches the target weight range, the target clothes is dried, and the drying is stopped.
As an embodiment, the controller of the laundry processing apparatus may determine the target weight range according to the target water content and the weight during the drying operation, the rotation speed of the motor, and the corresponding relationship between the water content of the target laundry and the drying weight range. The step S302 may be implemented as the following steps:
and determining a target weight range corresponding to the first target weight, the target rotating speed and the target water content according to the corresponding relation among the weight of the target clothes during the starting and drying operation, the rotating speed of the motor and the water content of the target clothes and the drying weight range.
The above drying weight range may be understood as a weight range corresponding to the target laundry after reaching a certain drying degree.
For example, the initial weight of the target laundry at the time of starting the drying operation, the rotation speed of the motor, and the corresponding relationship between the water content of the target laundry and the drying weight range may be stored in the controller in the form of a table, and the storage form of the corresponding relationship may be as shown in fig. 4.
In some embodiments, the first target weight of the target garment, also referred to as a load, is a different weight of the target garment, simply referred to as a different load or a different weight of the load. The water content may also be referred to as a water content.
In the table in fig. 4, different rotation speeds and different loads are listed according to actual test conditions, and the range of the weighing value interval corresponding to different water contents, that is, the drying weight range, of the target clothes is reached. In fig. 4, the second target weight is represented as the water content weight value Wb. The first target weight is the weighing value Wa before drying.
Fig. 4 illustrates, by taking three different target rotation speeds and 3 loads of different weights at the same target rotation speed as an example, the corresponding relationship between the weight of the target laundry at the time of starting the drying operation, the rotation speed of the motor, and the water content of the target laundry and the drying weight range. Wherein n1, n2 and n3 respectively represent three different target rotating speeds.
Specifically, in the case of the target rotational speed n1, the initial weight Wa corresponds to three initial weight ranges, namely, wa < W1, W1. Ltoreq. Wa < W2, and Wa. Gtoreq.W 2. In the case of the target rotational speed n2, the initial weight Wa corresponds to three initial weight ranges, namely Wa < W1', W1' ≦ Wa < W2', and Wa ≧ W2'. In the case of the target rotational speed n3, the initial weight Wa corresponds to three initial weight ranges, namely Wa < W1', W1' < Wa < W2', and Wa ≧ W2'.
In some examples, the different drying levels correspond to different moisture contents, i.e., a moisture content a% corresponding to the first drying level; the water content corresponding to the second drying grade is B%; and the water content corresponding to the third drying grade is C%.
Specifically, in the case where the target rotation speed and the initial weight are constant, the target weight range is determined depending on the target moisture content. If the target rotation speed belongs to n1 and the initial weight Wa is determined to belong to Wa < W1, when the target water content is A%, the target weight range is Wb which is more than or equal to W1A; when the target water content is B%, the target weight range is W1B is not more than Wb and is less than W1A; when the target water content is C%, the target weight range is W1C ≦ Wb < W1B.
In other examples, the target rotational speed belongs to which of three target rotational speeds n1, n2, n 3; then according to which of the initial weight ranges formed by W1 to W2 or W1 'to W2' or W1 'to W2' in the table of FIG. 4 the weighing value Wa before drying belongs. Finally, the target weight range is obtained based on the correspondence in the graph shown in fig. 4.
If the standard rotating speed belongs to n1, the initial weight Wa is determined to belong to Wa < W1, and the target water content is A% corresponding to the first drying grade, and the target weight range is that Wb is larger than or equal to W1A.
In detail, at the target rotation speed n1, the water contents of a% to C% corresponding to the initial weight range of the initial weight Wa from W1 to W2 are in the following target weight ranges in order: 3 target weight ranges of W1A to W1C, 3 target weight ranges of W2A to W2C, and 3 target weight ranges of W3A to W3C.
At the target rotation speed n2, the water contents of A% to C% corresponding to the initial weight range of W1 'to W2' of the initial weight Wa are in the following target weight ranges in order: 3 target weight ranges of W1'a to W1' C, 3 target weight ranges of W2'a to W2' C, and 3 target weight ranges of W3'a to W3' C.
At the target rotation speed n3, the initial weight Wa is in the following target weight ranges in order of a% to C% water content corresponding to the initial weight range of W1 "to W2": 3 target weight ranges of W1"a to W1" C, 3 target weight ranges of W2"a to W2" C, and 3 target weight ranges of W3"a to W3" C.
Note that, the table in fig. 4 only lists the weighting values of different loads corresponding to the n1, n2, and n3 rotation speeds at different water cut rates, but the present application is not limited to setting parameters corresponding to three target rotation speeds, and may set parameters corresponding to a plurality of target rotation speeds. Therefore, the number of target rotational speeds is not particularly limited in the present application.
Correspondingly, in the table of fig. 4, only the parameters corresponding to 3 different weight loads are listed for the same target rotation speed, but the present application is not limited to setting 3 different weight loads, and a plurality of different weight loads may be set. Therefore, the number of weight loads is not particularly limited in the present application.
Correspondingly, in the table of fig. 4, parameters of 3 water content weighing values of a% -C% are set for the same target rotation speed and the same weight load, but the present application is not limited to setting 3, and a plurality of weighing value ranges corresponding to the water content may be set. Therefore, the number of weight loads is not particularly limited in the present application.
Based on the above-described embodiment of determining the target weight range according to the target moisture content, as one possible implementation, the target moisture content may be determined by: and determining a target water content corresponding to the target drying grade according to the target drying grade corresponding to the drying operation program.
The target drying grade corresponds to a target drying degree. The target drying level may be set by a user; or may be preset by the laundry treating apparatus.
For example, different drying levels are preset in the laundry treating apparatus for selection by the user, and the drying level selected by the user is taken as a target drying level. Specifically, when the user starts the drying program, different drying levels are displayed for the user, such as: full dry, half dry, etc., the user selects a target drying level as desired. Wherein, the manner of displaying the drying level may be displaying on a display panel of the laundry treating apparatus; or the user terminal device communicates with the clothes treatment device, and the drying grade is displayed on the user terminal device for the user to select.
As still another example, in a case where the user does not select the drying level, a drying level corresponding to a preset corresponding drying operation course is set as the target drying level. Specifically, when the user starts the drying program, the preset drying level of the drying program may be directly determined as the target drying level; alternatively, the washing mode of the target laundry (e.g., cotton laundry washing mode, wool laundry washing mode, or fiber laundry washing mode) may be detected first, and the drying level corresponding to the washing mode of the target laundry may be determined as the target drying level based on the correspondence between the washing mode and the drying level.
In this implementation, the laundry treating apparatus sets a drying level and target water content correspondence relationship, and the drying operation program is associated with the target drying level. Based on this implementation, the controller can determine the target water content based on the drying operation program.
As an embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, after step S303 is executed, the following steps may be further executed:
and S501, when the second target weight is in a weight range outside the target weight range, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to execute a drying operation program according to the target operation parameters.
It is understood that, in the drying process, when the drying condition is not reached, the second target weight is greater than or equal to the larger limit weight in the target weight range.
Illustratively, the user selects a certain drying program, which sets a target rotation speed Rx of the motor to be n1, i.e., rx = n1. Moreover, the drying grade set by the user is H% water content; and starting a drying program, drying and weighing after the drying program runs the dewatering process for Ts time, wherein the weighing value is Wa, namely the first target weight is Wa, and a table look-up shows that the target weight range corresponding to Wa is [ W4W 5 ]. The weighing is carried out once every time interval delta Tb in the running process, and the weighing value is recorded as a second target weight Wb. Judging whether Wb is less than W5, if Wb is more than or equal to W5, continuing to execute the drying program until Wb is less than W5, namely Wb meets the target weight drying range: and W4 is more than or equal to Wb and less than W5, the target clothes are judged to be dried, and the drying process is finished.
In this embodiment, the normal execution of the drying process is ensured with the target weight range not reached as the execution condition of the drying process.
As an embodiment, referring to fig. 3, as shown in fig. 6, after step S303 is executed, the end time of the drying end may also be determined by the execution time reaching the time threshold, that is, the drying operation program is stopped from being executed when the execution time of the drying operation program executed by the laundry processing apparatus reaches the time threshold. The following steps may be specifically performed:
step S301, when the laundry processing apparatus is started to execute the drying operation program according to the target operation parameter, determining a first target weight of the target laundry, and determining a target rotation speed of the motor during the drying process.
Step S302, determining a target weight range corresponding to the first target weight and the target rotating speed according to the weight of the target clothes when the drying operation program is started and the corresponding relation between the rotating speed of the motor and the drying weight range.
Step S303, controlling the weight detecting device to detect a second target weight of the target laundry during the drying operation to obtain the second target weight.
Step S601, judging whether the execution time is greater than or equal to a time threshold value, if so, entering step S602; if not, the process proceeds to step S603.
The execution time in the above step S601 is the execution time for the laundry processing apparatus to execute the drying operation program.
Step S602, the drying operation program is stopped.
Step S603, determining whether the second target weight is within the target weight range; if yes, go to step S602; if not, the process proceeds to step S303.
Illustratively, the time threshold for executing the drying operation program is TM1, the starting time of the drying operation program is T1, and the execution time of the drying operation program in the drying process is Tn1, so the execution time of the drying operation program is Tn1-T1. When the execution time Tn1-T1 is not less than TM1, the drying operation procedure is ended no matter whether the second target weight Wb reaches the drying condition, i.e. whether the second target weight Wb is within the target weight range.
Based on the above, the maximum time of the execution time of the drying operation program is limited by the time threshold value, so as to prevent the problems that the water inlet valve does not feed water or the flow is too small, and the like, so that the drying operation program is continuously executed without drying all the time.
As an embodiment, referring to fig. 3, as shown in fig. 7, as a condition for ending the drying operation process, the drying condition may be satisfied for a plurality of times in succession, where the drying condition is that the second target weight is within the target weight range, and then the step S304 may be implemented as follows.
Step S701, a second target weight for a preset period is obtained.
Wherein the second target weight is obtained according to a preset period.
Step S702, when each second target weight of the preset period is within the target weight range, stopping executing the drying operation program.
For example, taking a preset number N1 as an example, if the drying condition is reached for N1 consecutive time intervals Δ Tb, it is determined that the target laundry is dried, and the drying process is ended.
For another example, when the drying process starts, N2 consecutive time intervals Δ Tb are used to determine whether Wa-Wb ≦ Wc is satisfied once, if N3 consecutive times are all Wa-Wb ≦ Wc, the drying process is ended, otherwise, the drying process is continued.
Based on this, the drying condition reached by the continuous preset times is taken as the drying ending condition, so that the target clothes can meet the drying condition for multiple times when the drying is ended, the target clothes are ensured to be in a stable drying state, and the misoperation that the target clothes meet the drying condition and are dried as a result is avoided.
As an implementation manner, in order to ensure that the first target weight matches the weight in the corresponding relationship, if the target clothes is too wet, before step S301 is executed, that is, before the first target weight of the target clothes is determined, the following steps may be executed: the target laundry is dehydrated.
In the case where the target laundry is too wet, the user may set the dehydration process before drying, knowing that the target laundry is too wet. The laundry treating apparatus may set the dehydration process step in the step of the drying operation course. The laundry processing apparatus may further include a control unit configured to control the laundry processing device to perform a drying operation procedure after the drying operation procedure is started.
In addition, when the laundry treating apparatus performs the washing process first and then transits to the drying process, the dehydration process is generally performed.
Illustratively, the drying program defaults to the dewatering process, and after the drying program is started, a target rotation speed of a motor set in the drying program selected by the user is identified, and is denoted as Rx. Then, the dehydration process is performed for a certain time, denoted as Ts. After the dehydration treatment, the dried material is weighed, and the weighing value is marked as Wa according to the above example. And then, controlling components such as a heating pipe, a fan, a water inlet valve and the like to execute a drying process according to the set logic of software, and timing the starting moment of drying and recording as T1.
