技术领域
本发明涉及屏蔽膜领域,具体是一种用于电磁干扰的屏蔽膜。
背景技术
电磁屏蔽是电磁兼容工程中广泛采用的抑制电磁骚扰的有效方法之一。所谓屏蔽(Shielding),就是用导电导磁材料制成的屏蔽体(Shield)将电磁波限定在一定的范围内,使电磁波从屏蔽体的一面耦合或辐射到另一面时受到抑制或衰减。
电磁屏蔽薄膜主要是靠具有导电性能的材料(Ag,ITO氧化铟锡等)制成的薄膜,可以镀在玻璃上,或是在其它的基板上,如塑料薄膜上,材料主要性能指标是:透光率,和屏蔽效能,即有百分之多少能量被屏蔽。
近年来,伴随着信息化社会的快速发展,与信息相关联的电子设备急速发展,对航天航空设备、先进光学仪器、通讯设备、医疗诊断仪器等的电磁屏蔽要求越来越高。然而,现有的电磁屏蔽膜的屏蔽波段窄,随着电磁干扰技术的不断更新,容易被干扰信号击透而失去屏蔽效果,且屏蔽膜在使用的时候容易发生腐蚀或者加工不良,用不了多久便需要进行更换,会增加使用的成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是克服以上的技术缺陷,提供一种可以调高屏蔽的效果和延长使用寿命的用于电磁干扰的屏蔽膜。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种用于电磁干扰的屏蔽膜,其特征在于:包括基层、涂有油墨的良导体层、防护层和安装层;
基层的材料为:低密度聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、开口剂、抗静电剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、胶黏剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、紫外线吸收剂。
进一步,低密度聚乙烯薄膜300~400份、聚酯薄膜300~400份、开口剂50~60份、抗静电剂20~30份、增塑剂40~50份、稳定剂20~40份、胶黏剂30~40份、增稠剂50~80份、润湿剂20~30份、消泡剂20~30份、PH调节剂30~50份、紫外线吸收剂20~40份。

(2)根据上述各种比例选取相应重量:低密度聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、开口剂、抗静电剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、胶黏剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、紫外线吸收剂;
(3)先把选取的低密度聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、开口剂放入速度为2000~4500转/分钟的搅拌机中,在搅拌的需要加热,以400~500℃的温度进行加热30~60分钟;
(4)在加热结束以后放入抗静电剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、胶黏剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、紫外线吸收剂,搅拌机的速度为800~1000转/分钟;
(5)把混合好的材料放入模具中,然后进行降温,取出基层;
(6)通过热熔胶安装上涂有油墨的良导体层、防护层和安装层;
(7)取样5~10份检验,进行外观检视,粘度测定,固含量测定,涂刷样板观察有无缩孔、气泡和胀边现象,然后检测屏蔽性。
本发明与现有的技术相比的优点在于:
(1)本发明的基层内部含有抗静电剂和紫外线吸收剂,基层的两端设有防护层,防护层的材料为水层、石蜡层和含硼物质,可以增强屏蔽电磁干扰的能力;
本发明的基层内部设有开口剂、抗静电剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、胶黏剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂,增加了基层的质量,也方便下一步的加工。
开口剂:具有抗粘结、爽滑、增滑、流平、防水、防湿、防沉淀、抗污损、抗静电及分散等功效。
抗静电剂:抗静电剂是添加在塑料之中或涂敷于模塑制品的表面,以达到减少静电积累目的的一类添加剂。通常根据使用方法的不同,抗静电剂可分为内加型和外涂型两大类,用于塑料的主要是内加型抗静电剂。
稳定剂:是能增加溶液、胶体、固体、混合物等稳定性能的化学物,具有减慢反应、保持化学平衡、降低表面张力以及防止光、热分解或氧化分解等作用。
胶黏剂:是指通过界面的黏附和内聚等作用,能使两种或两种以上的制件或材料连接在一起的天然的或合成的、有机的或无机的一类物质。
润湿剂:能使固体物料更易被水浸湿的物质。通过降低其表面张力或界面张力,使水能展开在固体物料表面上,或透入其表面,从而把固体物料润湿。
消泡剂:也称消沫剂,是在食品加工过程中降低表面张力,抑制泡沫产生或消除已产生泡沫的食品添加剂。:

制备方法:
(1)低密度聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、开口剂、抗静电剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、胶黏剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、紫外线吸收剂、涂有油墨的良导体层、防护层和安装层。
(2)根据上述各种比例选取相应重量:低密度聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、开口剂、抗静电剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、胶黏剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、紫外线吸收剂;

(1)低密度聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、开口剂、抗静电剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、胶黏剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、紫外线吸收剂、涂有油墨的良导体层、防护层和安装层。

(1)低密度聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、开口剂、抗静电剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、胶黏剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、紫外线吸收剂、涂有油墨的良导体层、防护层和安装层。
(2)根据上述各种比例选取相应重量:低密度聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、开口剂、抗静电剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、胶黏剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、紫外线吸收剂;
(3)先把选取的低密度聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、开口剂放入速度为4500转/分钟的搅拌机中,在搅拌的需要加热,以500℃的温度进行加热60分钟;
(4)在加热结束以后放入抗静电剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、胶黏剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、紫外线吸收剂,搅拌机的速度为1000转/分钟;
(5)把混合好的材料放入模具中,然后进行降温,取出基层;
(6)通过热熔胶安装上涂有油墨的良导体层、防护层和安装层;
(7)取样10份检验,进行外观检视,粘度测定,固含量测定,涂刷样板观察有无缩孔、气泡和胀边现象,然后检测屏蔽性。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于电磁干扰的屏蔽膜,其特征在于:包括基层(1)、涂有油墨的良导体层(2)、防护层(3)和安装层(4);
基层的材料为:低密度聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、开口剂、抗静电剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、胶黏剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、紫外线吸收剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电磁干扰的屏蔽膜,其特征在于:低密度聚乙烯薄膜300~400份、聚酯薄膜300~400份、开口剂50~60份、抗静电剂20~30份、增塑剂40~50份、稳定剂20~40份、胶黏剂30~40份、增稠剂50~80份、润湿剂20~30份、消泡剂20~30份、PH调节剂30~50份、紫外线吸收剂20~40份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于电磁干扰的屏蔽膜,其特征在于:低密度聚乙烯薄膜300份、聚酯薄膜300份、开口剂50份、抗静电剂20份、增塑剂40份、稳定剂20份、胶黏剂30份、增稠剂50份、润湿剂20份、消泡剂20份、PH调节剂30份、紫外线吸收剂20份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于电磁干扰的屏蔽膜,其特征在于:低密度聚乙烯薄膜350份、聚酯薄膜350份、开口剂55份、抗静电剂25份、增塑剂45份、稳定剂30份、胶黏剂35份、增稠剂65份、润湿剂25份、消泡剂25份、PH调节剂40份、紫外线吸收剂30份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于电磁干扰的屏蔽膜,其特征在于:低密度聚乙烯薄膜400份、聚酯薄膜400份、开口剂60份、抗静电剂30份、增塑剂50份、稳定剂40份、胶黏剂40份、增稠剂80份、润湿剂30份、消泡剂30份、PH调节剂50份、紫外线吸收剂40份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电磁干扰的屏蔽膜,其特征在于:涂有油墨的良导体层(2)为涂有油墨的铝材。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电磁干扰的屏蔽膜,其特征在于:所述防护层(3)的材料为水层、石蜡层和含硼物质。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电磁干扰的屏蔽膜,其特征在于:安装层(4)上涂有胶水,胶水的材料为环氧树脂胶。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于电磁干扰的屏蔽膜,其特征在于:制备方法:
(1)低密度聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、开口剂、抗静电剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、胶黏剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、紫外线吸收剂、涂有油墨的良导体层(2)、防护层(3)和安装层(4)。
(2)根据上述各种比例选取相应重量:低密度聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、开口剂、抗静电剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、胶黏剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、紫外线吸收剂;
(3)先把选取的低密度聚乙烯薄膜、聚酯薄膜、开口剂放入速度为2000~4500转/分钟的搅拌机中,在搅拌的需要加热,以400~500℃的温度进行加热30~60分钟;
(4)在加热结束以后放入抗静电剂、增塑剂、稳定剂、胶黏剂、增稠剂、润湿剂、消泡剂、PH调节剂、紫外线吸收剂,搅拌机的速度为800~1000转/分钟;
(5)把混合好的材料放入模具中,然后进行降温,取出基层;
(6)通过热熔胶安装上涂有油墨的良导体层(2)、防护层(3)和安装层(4);
(7)取样5~10份检验,进行外观检视,粘度测定,固含量测定,涂刷样板观察有无缩孔、气泡和胀边现象,然后检测屏蔽性。
