5. The collagen mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein said skin conditioning agent is one or more of a first skin conditioning agent, a second skin conditioning agent, carboxymethyl chitosan, β -glucan and soluble collagen;

the first skin conditioning agent consists of water, collagen, 1, 2-hexanediol and hyaluronic acid, wherein the proportion of water in the first skin conditioning agent is 86.80 percent, the proportion of collagen is 9.56 percent, the proportion of 1, 2-hexanediol is 3.00 percent, and the proportion of hyaluronic acid is 0.64 percent;
