Background
In the weaving process of the fabric, due to the improvement of the textile technology, the original fabric can be woven only by sizing and increasing the strength, part of enterprises at present change oiling to reduce friction to weave, and the oil on the fabric can generate impurity dirt agglomeration in the cylinder connecting process of printing and dyeing processing to influence the printing and dyeing effect.
The traditional printing and dyeing processing needs to remove sizing agent, machine oil and other impurities on the fabric, and all the traditional printing and dyeing processing uses a compound product of emulsifiers with corresponding HBL values and surfactants with dispersive washing power.
However, most spinning oil in the existing market adopts mixed oil, the HBL value of the mixed oil is widely distributed, and the oil removing agent products, such as NP, AEO and isomeric alcohol ether emulsifiers, are difficult to be fully emulsified and dispersed, so that oil stains suspended in water are easy to agglomerate and adhere to equipment and fabrics. Therefore, those skilled in the art have provided an emulsified oil removing agent for textile printing processing to solve the problems set forth in the background art described above.
