when the electric vehicle 1 walks on the ground, the power mechanism generates suction to suck chicken manure into the first collecting channel 3 through the opening of the collecting hopper 2, the chicken manure sucked into the second collecting channel 4 is scattered and continuously conveyed through the fan 11, the chicken manure in the second collecting channel 4 is heated through the heating mechanism, the chicken manure is conveyed to the bottom of the drying cavity 5 after being heated, is further dried through the bucket lift 9, and the dried chicken manure particles are conveyed into the collecting box 7 in the collecting cavity 6 from the air separation opening 27 through residual air in the drying cavity 5.
The separation filter mechanism comprises a filter plate 23, a separation falling port 13 and a baffle 21, wherein the separation falling port 13 is communicated with the first collection channel 3 and the bottom of the electric vehicle 1, the baffle 21 is obliquely arranged on the upper surface of the separation falling port 13, one end of the baffle 21, which is communicated with the first collection channel 3, of the separation falling port 13 forms a separation port 22 facing the filter plate 23, the filter plate 23 is arranged in the first collection channel 3, and a plurality of groups of filter holes 38 are formed in the surface of the filter plate 23.
The invention can realize the integrated operation of collecting, drying and collecting the chicken manure from the ground, is formed by using the electric vehicle 1 to reform, has lower cost, is particularly suitable for large, medium and small chicken farms, does not need to clean the chicken manure from the ground and transport the chicken manure to a factory for drying and packaging, greatly reduces the processing cost of chicken manure drying, and improves the efficiency of chicken manure drying processing.
During operation, the fan 11 uses high-power fan, the suction that the fan produced is acted on chicken manure on ground from the opening part of collecting hopper 2, chicken manure is inhaled in collecting hopper 2 through big suction, chicken manure in the suction collecting hopper 2 gets into in collecting channel one 3 and separates the filtration through separating filter mechanism, chicken manure because inhale and get into collecting channel one 3, consequently can flow at a high speed, chicken manure can be broken up through filter hole 38 and continue to carry in collecting channel two 4 through the filtration of filter plate 23, and impurity such as branch, rubble are filtered by filter plate 23 and remain collecting channel one end inside of collecting channel one 3 keeping away from collecting channel two 4, can not get into collecting channel two 4 along with chicken manure, the separation filtration of impurity in the chicken manure has been accomplished, impurity piles up in filter plate 23 one side keeping away from collecting channel two 4, get into in separating the whereabouts 13 when impurity piles up too much, and separating whereabouts 13 sets up in electric motor car 1 advance the rear side of collecting hopper 2 in the direction, just can be filtered to the ground after the clearance excrement, can not carry to get into the impurity and clear up the ground that the second time is inhaled and cause the phenomenon that the load increases.
In the equipment, baffle 21 just in time shelter from in the top of falling mouth 13 for the separation, chicken manure can get into the position that is close to filter plate 23 smoothly when getting into in the collection passageway one 3 from collecting the fill 2, can not directly drop from falling mouth 13 for the separation, only pile up too much impurity and can get into in falling mouth 13 for the separation from separating mouth 22, realize separation filtration purpose.
The bottom of filter plate 23 articulates in the inside of collecting channel one 3 through articulated shaft 39 activity, and collecting channel one 3's top inner wall is provided with spacing groove 36, and filter plate 23 slope sets up, and the one side that the upper end of filter plate 23 is close to separation and is used whereabouts mouth 13 is fixed to be welded with spring 37, and the one end that spring 37 kept away from filter plate 23 is fixed to be welded on the inner wall of spacing groove 36.

The inner wall below the first collecting channel 3 is provided with a mounting groove, an electric push rod 25 is fixedly arranged in the mounting groove, a brush plate 24 is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the electric push rod 25, the brush plate 24 is movably attached to one surface of the filter plate 23, which is far away from the separating falling opening 13, and the brush plate 24 is positioned at the bottom of the filter plate 23.
Still further, when the brush plate 24 is pushed to rise through the electric push rod 25, the filter plate 23 is enabled to rotate in the direction that the hinge shaft 39 is axially far away from the second collecting channel 4, on one hand, cleaning of the filter plate 23 is achieved, separation and filtering effects of the filter plate 23 are guaranteed, on the other hand, impurities on the surface of the filter plate 23 are easy to be pressed by wind force to separate from the surface of the filter plate 23 and are accumulated at the bottom of the first collecting channel 3 when the filter plate 23 rotates, and meanwhile, impurities accumulated at the bottom of the first collecting channel 3 are pushed to a certain extent to move towards the separation falling opening 13.
The power mechanism comprises a bracket 12 and a fan 11, wherein the bracket 12 is fixedly arranged on the lower inner wall of the second collecting channel 4, the fan 11 is arranged at the upper end of the bracket 12, and the air supply direction of the fan 11 is the direction from the second collecting channel 4 to the drying cavity 5.
In the device, the fan 11 generates wind power and simultaneously makes chicken manure passing through the second 4 position of the collecting channel be further scattered and separated by the beating of the fan blades on the fan 11, so that the chicken manure is easier to dry.
The heating mechanism comprises an electric heating plate 10 fixedly arranged on the inner wall above the second collecting channel 4, and the electric heating plate 10 is arranged in the air supply direction of the fan 11.
The electric heating plate 10 can heat the wind power, so that the chicken manure is dried by hot air, and the chicken manure drying efficiency is quickened.
The bucket elevator 9 comprises a driving belt 31, a driving shaft 30 and a material bucket 28, wherein the driving belt 31 is vertically arranged in a drying cavity 5, the driving belt 31 is in transmission connection with two driving shafts 30 positioned on the upper side and the lower side of the drying cavity 5, the middle part of each driving shaft 30 is fixedly connected with a supporting shaft 29, the supporting shafts 29 are rotationally connected to the inner wall of the drying cavity 5, a plurality of groups of wind holes 32 are formed in the driving belt 31, the material hoppers 28 are provided with a plurality of groups, the material hoppers 28 are distributed at equal intervals, and the material hoppers 28 are fixedly connected to the outer surface of the driving belt 31 through connecting frames 33.
It should be noted that, the side of the electric vehicle 1 is provided with a motor, which is not shown in the figure, the motor is connected to the end of a group of support shafts 29 to drive the support shafts 29 to rotate, when the support shafts 29 rotate, the drive belt 31 is driven to rotate, and the material hopper 28 mounted on the outer surface of the support shafts is enabled to move up and down circularly when the drive belt 31 rotates, so that the chicken manure piled at the bottom of the drying cavity 5 is continuously conveyed to the upper part of the drying cavity 5 and then is scattered down, the hot air entering the drying cavity 5 from the second position of the collecting channel 4 enters the drying cavity 5 during the falling process of the chicken manure, the heated area of the scattered chicken manure is increased, the drying efficiency of the chicken manure is further accelerated, after the chicken manure is dried to a certain extent, the weight of chicken manure particles is lightened, and the chicken manure particles are easily conveyed from the air inlet 27 at the upper end of the drying cavity 5 to the collecting cavity 6 to fall into the collecting box 7, and the collection of the chicken manure after the drying is completed.
Specifically, an exhaust hole for exhausting air in the collecting cavity 6 is arranged above the electric vehicle 1, and the exhaust hole is not shown in the figure, and is a common technology in the prior art, and is not described herein.
According to the invention, the same group of power mechanism is utilized to complete the transportation of chicken manure from the ground to the collection hopper 2, the collection channel I3, the collection channel II 4, the drying cavity 5 and the collection cavity 6 in sequence, wind power is fully utilized, the wind power utilization rate is high, and one wind source is fully utilized in the processes of separating and filtering, scattering, drying, sprinkling, winnowing, collecting and the like of the chicken manure.
The air separation opening 27 is internally provided with a humidity sensor 26 for detecting the dryness of chicken manure, the upper end of the drying cavity 5 is provided with a pressure release hole 35 leading to the outside of the electric vehicle 1, and the pressure release hole 35 is internally provided with a quantity control valve 34.
If the humidity of the chicken manure after drying needs to be regulated, the humidity sensor 26 can be used for detecting the humidity of the chicken manure, when the humidity of the chicken manure needs to be regulated down, the controllable quantity control valve 34 is opened, so that a part of wind force in the drying cavity 5 is discharged from the pressure release hole 35, wind force for wind separation entering the collecting cavity 6 from the wind separation opening 27 is reduced, when the chicken manure is dried to a proper degree, the chicken manure is light enough to be conveyed into the collecting cavity 6 by the wind force for wind separation, and the opening size of the controllable quantity control valve 34 is controllable, so that the dryness of the collected chicken manure in the collecting box 7 is convenient to control.
The one side that the chamber 6 kept away from dry chamber 5 is provided with the opening, and the opening part is through screw fixation having sealing door 8, and collection box 7 is placed in chamber 6, and collection box 7 upper end opening part is located the wind gap 27 below.
When the sealing door 8 is opened, the chicken manure collected in the collecting box 7 is conveniently taken out, and the use is convenient.
The middle part of the lower end of the collecting bucket 2 is provided with a rubber pipe section 14, one side of the lower end of the collecting bucket 2, which is far away from the electric vehicle 1, is provided with a connecting plate 15 through a screw, the lower end of the connecting plate 15 is fixedly provided with a rotating shaft 16, wheels 17 are arranged on the rotating shaft 16 in a rotating way, the lowest point of the wheels 17 is lower than the lower end face of the collecting bucket 2, one side of the collecting bucket 2, which is positioned below the rubber pipe section 14, and is close to the electric vehicle 1 is fixedly welded with a guide plate 20, a guide hole which vertically penetrates through the guide plate 20 is formed in the guide plate 20, one side of the collecting bucket 2, which is positioned above the rubber pipe section 14 and is close to the electric vehicle 1, is fixedly welded with a guide rod 18, the guide rods 18 are vertically distributed, the guide rods 18 are movably inserted into the guide holes, and the lower ends of the guide rods 18 are connected with limit nuts 19 through screw threads in a matching way, and the limit nuts 19 are positioned below the guide plate 20.
In consideration of road conditions on the ground, the elastic deformation rubber pipe section 14 is arranged at the lower end of the collecting bucket 2, so that the collecting bucket 2 can be in telescopic adaptation in a certain range, and the phenomenon that the collecting bucket 2 is blocked due to too low distance from the ground is avoided.
And the wheels 17 can rotate around the rotating shaft 16 as an axis, and the wheels 17 are equivalent to a protection guide wheel, so that the collecting hopper 2 can easily pass through the raised position of the road surface, and when the collecting hopper 2 encounters the raised position, the collecting hopper 2 contacts the raised position through the wheels 17 at first, so that the lower section of the compressed rubber pipe section 14 of the collecting hopper 2 moves upwards to avoid.
In order to avoid the phenomenon that the lower section of the collecting hopper 2 is inclined to one side and is extruded between the ground and the upper section of the collecting hopper 2, a guide plate 20 and a guide rod 18 are arranged, and the lower section of the collecting hopper 2 can vertically lift under the limiting action of the guide rod 18 and the guide plate 20 when lifting.
