After passing through the turning device 7, the material tray repeatedly passes through the masking paper pasting device 8, the back spraying device 6 and the masking paper tearing device 9, and finally flows to the defective product discharge device 10. The front spraying device 5, the turnover device 7 and the back spraying device 6 together form a processing module of a spraying assembly line, and finished materials with both sides being sprayed can be obtained through the processing module.
The defective product discharge device 10 is provided with a detection camera before the defective product discharge device 10, and the defective product discharge device 10 includes a discharge rail 102 disposed above the vertical direction of the material conveying line 2, and two defective product boxes 101 are disposed at one end of the discharge rail 102 away from the material conveying line 2. The implementation principle of the embodiment is as follows: when spraying operation is performed, the tray is conveyed to the material conveying assembly line 2 by means of the tray feeding device 3, conveyed to the material feeding device 4, filled with materials to be sprayed by means of the material feeding device 4, conveyed to the position of the masking paper pasting device 8 to be pasted with masking paper, conveyed to the front spraying device 5 to be sprayed, after spraying is completed, masking paper on the surface of the tray is torn off by the masking paper tearing device 9, and conveyed to the turning device 7 to turn over the tray, so that the materials in the tray are turned over to one side which is not sprayed, and then repeatedly pass through the masking paper pasting device 8, the back spraying device 6 and the masking paper tearing device 9, finally flow to the position of the defective product discharging device 10, and after defective products are discharged by the defective product discharging device 10, the finished product tray is piled by the finished product piling device 11, so that spraying operation is completed. According to the application, each machining station is connected while machining in each step is performed by using mechanized equipment, so that the working efficiency of spraying operation is greatly improved, the labor cost is optimized, the operators required by the spraying operation are reduced, and the machining cost is reduced.
