Detailed Description
The inventor of the invention has long and intensive research and prepares a meal replacement composition, and the meal replacement composition is taken to replace three meals a day, can effectively reduce the inflammatory symptoms of an object to be taken, has certain improvement on diseases such as II type diabetes, metabolic diseases, eczema and the like, and can be independently used as meal replacement food for inflammatory patients or used for assisting other treatment means to improve the inflammatory symptoms of the patients. Based on the above findings, the inventors have completed the present invention.
Coix seed drink meal replacement composition
The basic research on the phlegm-dampness and damp-heat constitution of the traditional Chinese medicine shows that the constitution of the traditional Chinese medicine can be objectively reflected to be the inflammation constitution of the modern medicine, and the inflammation constitution is an important common pathogenesis and basis for causing type II diabetes, metabolic diseases, eczema, various tissue nodular lesions, polyps and tumors.
The traditional Chinese medicine considers that qi and blood deficiency is one of the causes of phlegm-dampness accumulation, and the phlegm-dampness accumulation is the pathogenesis of aggravating qi and blood deficiency and is harmful to each other. The inventor takes the idea that 'qi is the long term of all diseases and blood is the fetus of all diseases' to coordinate qi and blood and stabilize the five internal organs, takes the functions of nourishing the acquired spleen and stomach as the entry point, and aims at eliminating phlegm dampness and clearing away heat accumulation, thereby establishing a dietetic therapy prescription with the efficacies of strengthening the middle-jiao and tonifying yang, and clearing damp and promoting diuresis.
Specifically, the invention provides a meal replacement composition, which consists of the following components (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e):
(a) The group includes: coix seed, yam, or combinations thereof;
(b) The group includes: white gourd, red bean, watermelon peel, or a combination thereof;
(c) The group includes: celery, radish, towel gourd, or a combination thereof;
(d) The group includes: taro, konjac, or a combination thereof;
(e) The group includes: brown rice, corn, buckwheat, sorghum, highland barley, oat, wheat, or a combination thereof.
In the present invention, the most preferred formulation consists of the following five components: coix seed, white gourd, celery, taro and brown rice.
Preparation of meal replacement compositions
The invention also provides a preparation method of the coix seed meal replacement composition, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) Providing said (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) components;
(2) Crushing and spray drying the components to obtain group (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) raw material micro powder; wherein, the pulverization can be respectively carried out on the components (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) and spray drying, or can be carried out on the components after part or all of the components are mixed and then are pulverized and spray dried.
(3) Sieving the group (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) raw material micro powder to obtain refined raw material micro powder; the sieving is not particularly limited, and may be a 50-100 mesh sieve, preferably a 50 mesh sieve.
(4) The fine raw material powder is mixed in the amounts of the components (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of the formula and baked to obtain a meal replacement composition.
In the production process, the method further comprises the following steps: packaging said meal replacement composition to produce a unit dose of meal replacement composition. The unit dose meal replacement composition can be used for a single serving to replace a conventional main meal. In a preferred embodiment, the meal replacement composition is administered in a unit dose of about 20 to about 40 grams, preferably about 25 to about 35 grams, and is administered after brewing with hot or ambient water to meet meal replacement needs.
It should be understood that the above embodiment is a preferred form of the present invention, and in other embodiments, the meal replacement composition may be packaged in a single-use, multi-serving package, such as a can or a pouch.
Drinking method of coix seeds
Taking a bag of coix seed drink (about 30 g), cutting the front end package, putting the powder into a small bowl, adding 100ml of boiling water, waiting for 2 minutes, slightly stirring with chopsticks until the powder is fully dissolved in water, and cooling to about 50 ℃ for direct administration. Or pouring the coix seed beverage powder into a cup, and after 2 minutes, uniformly stirring and cooling by adopting a trace electric stirring rod for taking.
The coix seed beverage disclosed by the invention has a light plant faint scent after being boiled with boiling water, and is slightly sweet and comfortable in taste. It is preferably taken orally in warm state, but it can be taken completely at room temperature in summer.
The invention will be further illustrated with reference to the following specific examples. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. The experimental procedures, in which specific conditions are not noted in the following examples, are generally carried out under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturers. Unless otherwise indicated, percentages and parts are by weight.

Patient F, male, 25 years old, was clinically examined by ultrasound for thyroid nodules (5.9 x2.7 mm size for the lower middle thyroid nodule on the right side; 2.7 x 1.5mm size for the thyroid nodule on the left side). While not receiving other drug treatment, the unit dose of the coix seed meal replacement composition was taken 3 times a day instead of carbohydrates (30 g, taken with about 100mL of hot water), and vegetables and proteins were simultaneously supplemented for 50 days, and then clinical ultrasonic examination was performed again.
The results show that the symptoms of thyroid nodules in the patients are obviously relieved, the thyroid nodules on the right side are reduced to 2.8 multiplied by 1.4mm, and the thyroid nodules on the left side are reduced to 2.1 multiplied by 1.6mm, which indicates that the meal replacement composition provided by the invention plays a role in relieving the symptoms of the thyroid nodules in the patients after the regular meals.
Example 12 chemotherapy in combination with Coix seed drink for reducing Lung cancer nodules
Patient G, male, 54 years old, was clinically diagnosed with non-small cell lung cancer, and after receiving first chemotherapy, symptoms improved and the lung mass reduced. After stopping chemotherapy for 3 months, local inflammation appears on both sides of the lung, and multiple small nodules appear on both lungs, which indicates that the lung cancer nodules recur. While receiving the second chemotherapy, the unit dose of the coix seed meal replacement composition was taken 3 times a day to replace the carbohydrates (30 g, taken with about 100mL of hot water) in the main meal and simultaneously supplemented with vegetables and proteins, and the CT diagnosis was performed again after 2 months.
The results show that the pulmonary nodules were reduced from 2.8x2.7cm to 1.5x1.2cm (1 half month later) from the mass before the second chemotherapy and maintained the reduced mass at 1.5x1.2cm (2 half months). The meal replacement composition provided by the invention is used for replacing the conventional regular meal, can well assist chemotherapy to play a role in treating lung cancer nodules and effectively prevent relapse.
Example 13 Coix seed drink for reducing gallbladder polyps and liver cysts
Patient H, male, 60 years old, was diagnosed with multiple cysts and gallbladder polyps by clinical ultrasound examination. After 3 times a day without receiving other drug treatments, a unit dose of the coix seed meal replacement composition (30 g, infused with about 100mL of hot water) was taken 3 times a day to replace the carbohydrates in the meal and simultaneously supplement the vegetables and proteins for 5 months, the clinic was consulted.
The result shows that the gallbladder of a patient is not abnormal, the hepatic cyst is obviously improved, and the cyst volume is reduced from 34x21mm to 22x24mm, which indicates that the meal replacement composition provided by the invention has the effects of reducing the gallbladder polyps of the patient and improving the symptoms of the hepatic cyst after replacing a conventional regular meal.
