Abstract
本发明公开了一种等离子焚烧炉用铝铬质不定形耐火材料,以重量份计,包括如下组分:电熔白刚玉58份、煅烧氧化铝微粉22‑27份、氧化铬绿微粉10‑15份、固体磷酸二氢铝3份、改性膨润土2份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.1份、木质素磺酸盐0.2份、水10‑15份。本发明制备出的耐火材料熔点能达到1600℃以上,同时具有极好的耐压及抗折强度,附着率达到95%,可将其直接喷补到铝铬砖的表面,可以在线修补,保护炉壁工作层铝铬砖被进一步侵蚀,大大的延长了工作层耐火材料的使用寿命,提高了等离子焚烧炉的作业率。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐火材料技术领域,特别是一种等离子焚烧炉用铝铬质不定形耐火材料。
背景技术
随着等离子垃圾焚烧技术的逐渐使用,危废焚烧的温度进一步提高,局部温度甚至达到2000℃,在这样的苛刻环境下,传统铝铬或者高铬系耐火材料抗侵蚀程度低,使用寿命不足一个月,目前熔池部位的耐火材料修补方式基本为拆除后重新砌筑,该种方式成本高,而且耗时较长,严重降低了焚烧炉的作业率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种等离子焚烧炉用铝铬质不定形耐火材料。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现,一种等离子焚烧炉用铝铬质不定形耐火材料,以重量份计,包括如下组分:电熔白刚玉58份、煅烧氧化铝微粉22-27份、氧化铬绿微粉10-15份、固体磷酸二氢铝3份、改性膨润土2份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.1份、木质素磺酸盐0.2份、水10-15份。
优选的,所述电熔白刚玉为如下组成:1-3mm电熔白刚玉15份、0-1mm电熔白刚玉25份、200目电熔白刚玉18份。
优选的,所述煅烧氧化铝微粉为5μm。
优选的,所述氧化铬绿微粉为1-5μm。
本发明具有以下优点:制备出的耐火材料熔点能达到1600℃以上,同时具有极好的耐压及抗折强度,附着率达到95%,可将其直接喷补到铝铬砖的表面,可以在线修补,保护炉壁工作层铝铬砖被进一步侵蚀,大大的延长了工作层耐火材料的使用寿命,提高了等离子焚烧炉的作业率。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实施方式的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合具体实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1,一种等离子焚烧炉用铝铬质不定形耐火材料,按照如下比例进行配比:1-3mm电熔白刚玉15kg、0-1mm电熔白刚玉25kg、200目电熔白刚玉18kg、5μm煅烧氧化铝微粉27kg、1-5μm氧化铬绿微粉10kg、固体磷酸二氢铝3kg、改性膨润土2kg、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)0.1kg、木质素磺酸盐0.2kg、水10kg,然后投入预混机内,预混3-5分钟,通过喷补机直接喷补到需要修补的工作面上。
实施例2,将原料按照如下比例配比:1-3mm电熔白刚玉15kg、0-1mm电熔白刚玉25kg、200目电熔白刚玉18kg、5μm煅烧氧化铝微粉22kg、1-5μm氧化铬绿微粉15kg、固体磷酸二氢铝3kg、改性膨润土2kg、羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)0.1kg、木质素磺酸盐0.2kg、水15kg,其余步骤与实施例1相同。
检测实施例1与实施例2制备的耐火材料性能,结果如下表:
根据实验结果,不定形耐火材料具有较高的熔点,能达到1600℃以上,随着氧化铬绿含量的增加,熔点进一步提高;采用膨润土,CMC,木质素常温塑性结合剂使得在喷补过程中的附着率均达到95%以上,喷补质量良好;烧结温度的提高促进了该铝铬结合相的形成,明显提高了高温强度及产品耐用性能。

1.一种等离子焚烧炉用铝铬质不定形耐火材料,其特征在于,以重量份计,包括如下组分:电熔白刚玉58份、煅烧氧化铝微粉22-27份、氧化铬绿微粉10-15份、固体磷酸二氢铝3份、改性膨润土2份、羧甲基纤维素钠0.1份、木质素磺酸盐0.2份、水10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种等离子焚烧炉用铝铬质不定形耐火材料,其特征在于,所述电熔白刚玉为如下组成:1-3mm电熔白刚玉15份、0-1mm电熔白刚玉25份、200目电熔白刚玉18份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种等离子焚烧炉用铝铬质不定形耐火材料,其特征在于,所述煅烧氧化铝微粉为5μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种等离子焚烧炉用铝铬质不定形耐火材料,其特征在于,所述氧化铬绿微粉为1-5μm。
