According to the invention, the middle chamber 3 can be used for rapidly sterilizing and disinfecting articles such as express packages, when the middle chamber 3 is used for rapidly sterilizing and disinfecting, the electromagnetic valve on the air inlet interface of the second three-way pipe 8 connected with the oxygen generator 9 and the electromagnetic valve on the air inlet interface of the second three-way pipe 8 connected with the ozone generating device can be respectively opened, the oxygen generator 9 and the plasma generating device are opened, a large amount of plasma gas generated by the plasma generating device enters the middle chamber 3, the pressure sensor in the middle chamber 3 detects the gas pressure therein, when the gas pressure in the middle chamber 3 is too high, the pressure sensor transmits a signal of too high pressure to the controller, the controller controls the air outlet valve to open and exhaust, the pressure sensor and the air outlet valve always keep the plasma gas with certain pressure in the middle chamber 3, and the plasma gas with certain pressure can effectively and thoroughly disinfect the articles such as the express packages, so as to enhance the disinfection effect, and the ozone generator can be opened simultaneously.
The air inlets of the oxygenerator 9 and the blower 10 are respectively provided with an air inlet cover, and the air inlet covers are provided with a filter screen.
According to the invention, an air inlet cover can be arranged at the air inlet of the oxygen generator 9 and the air feeder 10, and a filter screen on the air inlet cover can filter out large particulate matters such as dust in the air.
The plasma generating device comprises a first outer shell 16 provided with an ionization cavity, a high-voltage electrode 17 and a grounding electrode 18 are arranged in the ionization cavity in the first outer shell 16, insulating layers 22 are respectively arranged on two opposite surfaces of the high-voltage electrode 17 and the grounding electrode 18, and the grounding electrode 18 is grounded.
The plasma generating device comprises a plurality of first outer shells 16 which are communicated in sequence, and the plurality of first outer shells 16 are distributed in a spiral mode.
The high-voltage electrode 17 and the grounding electrode 18 are respectively connected with a power supply, the high-voltage electrode 17 is arranged on the upper side of the grounding electrode 18, the high-voltage motor and the grounding electrode 18 form a vertical electric field, air passing through an ionization cavity is broken down and ionized, the aim of sterilization and disinfection is achieved, meanwhile, plasmas are discharged into a room or an intermediate chamber 3 for sterilization and disinfection, a plurality of first outer shells 16 are designed to be spirally distributed, the ionization path of the air can be increased, and the area of the insulating layer 22 is larger than that of the high-voltage motor and the grounding electrode 18.
The high-voltage electrode 17 and the ground electrode 18 are both made of copper. The insulating layer 22 is made of quartz glass.
The ozone generating device comprises a second outer shell 21 provided with an ozone generating cavity, and an ozone ultraviolet lamp 20 is arranged in the ozone generating cavity in the second outer shell 21.
The ozone ultraviolet lamp 20 can well meet the aim of fresh-keeping of vegetables and fruits in the upper chamber 2, and the ozone ultraviolet lamp 20 with low power can be selected to be started for a long time.
And active carbon filter screens are arranged at one ends of the first air outlet pipe 7 and the second air outlet pipe 23.
The active carbon filter screen can absorb a certain amount of ozone, and can absorb ozone generated by ionization or an ozone generator when in use.
The four-way pipe 24 is connected with the water tank 13 through a U-shaped pipe 19, and a one-way valve is arranged on the U-shaped pipe 19. According to the invention, the U-shaped pipe 19 can well prevent water in the water tank 13 from generating backwater, one end of the U-shaped pipe 19 is inserted into water in the water tank 13, and the backwater is further prevented from generating by arranging the one-way valve.
A liquid level sensor is arranged in the water tank 13, and a water inlet valve is arranged on the water inlet pipe.
The liquid level sensor can detect the water level in the water tank 13, when the liquid level sensor detects that the water level in the water tank 13 is too low, the liquid level sensor transmits a water level too low signal to the controller, the controller controls the water inlet valve to be opened, and when the water level in the water tank 13 rises to a certain height, the liquid level sensor transmits a water level too high signal to the controller, and the controller controls the water inlet valve to be closed, so that automatic water inlet is realized.
The upper bracket 11 and the middle bracket 15 are made of silver ion antibacterial ceramics.
According to the invention, the ultrasonic atomizer 29 is arranged in the water tank 13, when the room needs to be humidified, the ultrasonic atomizer 29 is only required to be opened, so that a large amount of water mist is generated by the super-oxygen water in the water tank 13 through the ultrasonic atomizer 29, and is discharged into the room through the first air outlet 27 in the upper chamber 2, and the humidity is increased.
The working process of the invention comprises the following steps:
1. sterilizing and disinfecting the room: the electromagnetic valve on the air inlet interface of the second three-way pipe 8 connected with the air feeder 10 and the electromagnetic valve on the air outlet interface of the second three-way pipe 8 connected with the first exhaust pipe are respectively opened, the air feeder 10 and the plasma generator are opened, the air in the room is conveyed into the plasma generator by the air feeder 10, and the ionized air is discharged into the room by the plasma generator through the first exhaust pipe, so that the sterilization and disinfection of the whole room are completed; in order to enhance the sterilization effect, the electromagnetic valve on the air inlet interface of the second three-way pipe 8 connected with the blower 10, the electromagnetic valve on the air outlet interface of the second three-way pipe 8 connected with the ozone generating device and the electromagnetic valve on the air outlet interface of the four-way pipe 24 connected with the second exhaust pipe can be respectively opened, and meanwhile, the blower 10, the plasma generating device and the ozone generating device are opened, and the plasma generating device and the ozone generating device perform sterilization and disinfection on the air in a room at the same time.
2. Fresh-keeping is carried out on the fruits and vegetables in the upper chamber 2: the electromagnetic valve on the air inlet joint of the second three-way valve and the blower 10, the electromagnetic valve on the air outlet joint of the second three-way pipe 8 and the ozone generating device and the electromagnetic valve on the air outlet joint of the four-way pipe 24 and the water tank 13 are respectively opened, the ozone generating device is opened, air with a certain ozone concentration is discharged into the water of the water tank 13 through the air pipe, and when the air pipe is used, the air pipe is inserted into the water of the water tank 13, so that part of ozone is dissolved into the water to form super-oxidized water, the other part of ozone is discharged from the water and enters the upper chamber 2 through the air holes 26 to sterilize, disinfect and preserve vegetables and fruits in the water.
3. The articles in the intermediate chamber 3 are rapidly sterilized: the electromagnetic valve on the air inlet interface of the second three-way pipe 8 connected with the oxygen generator 9 and the electromagnetic valve on the air inlet interface of the second three-way pipe 8 connected with the ozone generating device are respectively opened, the oxygen generator 9 and the plasma generating device are opened, a large amount of plasma gas generated by the plasma generating device enters the middle chamber 3 for sterilization and disinfection, and in order to enhance the sterilization effect, the ozone generator can be opened simultaneously.
