Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of animal feed, and particularly relates to a feed additive and a functional feed for dog or cat dermatosis rehabilitation nutritional nursing and application thereof. The invention provides a feed additive for dog or cat dermatosis rehabilitation nutritional nursing, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5 to 21 parts of compound vitamin, 10 to 50 parts of liquorice extract, 2 to 5 parts of nano zinc oxide and 100 to 300 parts of compound amino acid. The feed additive provided by the invention is simple in raw materials, can shorten the medication time of canine or feline skin diseases and the recovery time after withdrawal of the drugs when being applied to functional feeds, and can effectively prevent relapse.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of animal feed, and particularly relates to a feed additive and a functional feed for dog or cat dermatosis rehabilitation nutritional nursing and application thereof.
Background
The skin diseases are common and multiple diseases of dogs or cats, the skin diseases of dogs or cats are various, and the four major types of skin diseases are common, namely trauma, parasitic skin diseases, fungal skin diseases and bacterial skin diseases. If the skin disease is caused by bacterial infection, pyoderma can be caused when the skin disease is serious, debridement treatment is required firstly, pus is cleaned, iodophor is used for disinfection, and external antibiotic spray or ointment such as erythromycin eye ointment, lysozyme spray and the like are used in a matching manner. In more severe cases, antibiotics such as ampicillin, amoxicillin, and the like may also be administered orally. In case of fungal infection, symptoms such as skin depilation, dandruff, scab, and red swelling are usually manifested, and topical application of terbinafine and ketoconazole is possible, and oral antifungal such as itraconazole is also required in severe cases. If the external antiparasitic agent is used for skin diseases caused by external parasite bites, the skin diseases are usually accompanied by severe itching feeling, such as mites, lice and the like, and the external antiparasitic agent such as ivermectin, selamectin and the like needs to be used for treatment. However, canine or feline skin diseases tend to be difficult, long-lasting and expensive to treat.
When pets suffer from skin diseases, the pets are in a severe stress state, the nutritional metabolism and nutritional requirements of the pets are changed, and special nutrition of stress conditions is required to be supplied, so that clinically, in addition to the development of drug treatment, the pets also need to strengthen nutritional nursing, promote the regeneration and repair of skin tissues, and finally can realize quick recovery and prevent relapse. The existing feed cannot provide special nutrition for the dogs or cats with skin diseases, so that the dogs or cats with skin diseases are slow to recover and easy to relapse, and the dogs or cats with skin diseases are rarely treated repeatedly and cannot be cured for a long time.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a feed additive, a functional feed and application thereof for nutritional nursing in the rehabilitation period of canine or feline dermatosis.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
the invention provides a feed additive for dog or cat dermatosis convalescence nutrition nursing, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 5 to 21 parts of compound vitamin, 10 to 50 parts of liquorice extract, 2 to 5 parts of nano zinc oxide and 100 to 300 parts of compound amino acid.
Preferably, the multivitamins include vitamin a, vitamin C and vitamin E;
the mass ratio of the vitamin A to the vitamin C to the vitamin E is (1-3): (2-6): (2 to 12).
Preferably, the complex amino acids include arginine and glutamine;
the mass ratio of the arginine to the glutamine is (50-150): (50-150).
Preferably, the particle size of the nano zinc oxide is 20-80 nm.
Preferably, the concentration ratio of the licorice extract is (5-20): 1.

The invention also provides a functional feed which comprises a non-functional feed and a feed additive.
Preferably, the non-functional feed comprises a non-functional complete feed, a non-functional concentrated feed or a non-functional premix feed.
Preferably, when the non-functional feed is a non-functional complete feed, the mass percentage content of the feed additive in the functional feed is 0.5-2%.
Preferably, when the non-functional feed is a non-functional concentrated feed or a non-functional premixed feed, the mass percentage of the feed additive in the functional feed is 0.5-50%.
The invention also provides application of the functional feed in the technical scheme in feeding of dogs or cats.
The invention provides a feed additive for dog or cat dermatosis rehabilitation nutritional nursing, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5 to 21 parts of compound vitamin, 10 to 50 parts of liquorice extract, 2 to 5 parts of nano zinc oxide and 100 to 300 parts of compound amino acid. The feed additive provided by the invention is simple in raw materials, can accelerate the recovery of the canine or feline skin disease, and can reduce the recurrence rate. In particular, during the treatment of canine or feline dermatosis, the multivitamins can improve the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant capacity of the body; the Glycyrrhrizae radix extract has bidirectional immunoregulation effect, especially for dermatosis caused by skin allergy, and has effects of resisting inflammation and enhancing immunity; vitamins and zinc are key nutrient elements for regenerating epithelial tissues such as skin and the like, can promote the regeneration of the epithelial tissues, and the nano zinc oxide can also promote the lysozyme level of an organism to rise and enhance the anti-infection capability of the organism; meanwhile, skin diseases are often accompanied with the stress state of dogs or cats, under the state, the required amount of amino acid is greatly increased, and the compound amino acid provided by the invention is used as a key nutrient substance for resisting stress, so that the compound amino acid plays a role in strengthening the body resistance.
Detailed Description
The invention provides a feed additive for dog or cat dermatosis rehabilitation nutritional nursing, which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 5 to 21 parts of compound vitamin, 10 to 50 parts of liquorice extract, 2 to 5 parts of nano zinc oxide and 100 to 300 parts of compound amino acid.
According to the mass portion, the feed additive provided by the invention comprises 5-21 portions of compound vitamin, preferably 8-18 portions, and more preferably 10-15 portions; the compound vitamin preferably comprises vitamin A, vitamin C and vitamin E; the mass ratio of the vitamin A, the vitamin C and the vitamin E is preferably (1-3): (2-6): (2 to 12), more preferably (1.5 to 2.5): (3-5): (4 to 10), most preferably 2: (3.5-4.5): (6-8).
In the present invention, the vitamin a is preferably vitamin a palmitate; the quality specification of the vitamin A is preferably more than 100 ten thousand IU/g, more preferably 100 ten thousand to 200 ten thousand IU/g, and most preferably 120 to 180 ten thousand IU/g; the source of the vitamin A is not limited in any way, and the vitamin A can be prepared from conventional commercial products. In an embodiment of the invention, the vitamin A is in particular vitamin A palmitate in an amount of 100 ten thousand IU/g.
In the present invention, the purity of the vitamin C is preferably 95 to 100wt%, more preferably 96 to 99wt%, most preferably 97 to 98wt%; the source of the vitamin C is not limited in any way, and the vitamin C can be prepared from conventional commercial products. In the examples of the present invention, the vitamin C is specifically commercially available vitamin C having a purity of 98 wt%.
In the present invention, the purity of the vitamin E is preferably 50 to 100wt%, more preferably 60 to 95wt%, and most preferably 80 to 90wt%; the source of the vitamin E is not limited in any way, and the vitamin E can be prepared from conventional commercial products. In the examples of the present invention, the vitamin E is specifically commercially available vitamin E with a purity of 50 wt%.
In the invention, the compound vitamin has the function of improving the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant capacity of the body during the treatment of canine or feline skin diseases.
Based on the mass parts of the compound vitamin, the feed additive provided by the invention comprises 10-50 parts of licorice extract, preferably 20-40 parts, and more preferably 25-35 parts. In the present invention, the concentration ratio of the licorice extract is preferably (5 to 20): 1, more preferably (8 to 18): 1, most preferably (10 to 15): 1. the source of the licorice extract is not limited in any way, and the licorice extract can be prepared from conventional commercial products. In the embodiment of the invention, the licorice extract is specifically a licorice extract with a concentration ratio of 10:1, a commercially available licorice extract.
In the present invention, the licorice extract comprises: glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhizic acid, liquiritin, licorice flavonoid and the like, and has the functions of bidirectional immune regulation, especially on skin diseases caused by skin allergy, and has the effects of resisting inflammation and enhancing immune function.
Based on the mass portion of the compound vitamin, the feed additive provided by the invention comprises 2-5 parts of nano zinc oxide, preferably 3-4 parts. In the invention, the particle size of the nano zinc oxide is preferably 20-80 nm, more preferably 30-70 nm, and most preferably 40-60 nm; the purity is preferably 85 to 100 wt.%, more preferably 90 to 99.9 wt.%, most preferably 95 to 99.8 wt.%. The source of the nano zinc oxide is not limited in any way, and the nano zinc oxide can be prepared from conventional commercial products. In the embodiment of the invention, the nano zinc oxide is specifically commercial nano zinc oxide with the purity of 99.5wt%, and the average particle size is 52nm.
In the invention, the nano zinc oxide has the functions of providing key nutrient elements for the regeneration of epithelial tissues such as skin and the like, promoting the regeneration of the epithelial tissues, promoting the increase of lysozyme level of an organism and enhancing the anti-infection capability of the organism.
Based on the mass parts of the compound vitamin, the feed additive provided by the invention comprises 100-300 parts of compound amino acid, preferably 150-280 parts, and more preferably 200-250 parts. In the present invention, the complex amino acid preferably includes arginine and glutamine; the mass ratio of arginine to glutamine is preferably (50 to 150): (50 to 150), more preferably 100: (50 to 150), most preferably 100: (80-120).
In the present invention, the purity of the arginine is preferably 95 to 100wt%, more preferably 96 to 99wt%, and most preferably 97 to 98wt%; the source of the arginine is not limited in any way, and the arginine can be obtained by adopting a conventional commercial product. In the examples of the present invention, the arginine is specifically commercially available arginine with a purity of 98 wt%.
In the present invention, the purity of the glutamine is preferably 95 to 100wt%, more preferably 96 to 99wt%, most preferably 97 to 98wt%; the source of the glutamine is not limited in any way, and the glutamine can be obtained by adopting a conventional commercial product. In the examples of the present invention, the glutamine is specifically commercially available glutamine having a purity of 98 wt%.
In the invention, the compound amino acid has the functions of meeting the greatly increased nutritional requirement of dogs or cats on the special amino acid under the stress state, promoting the regeneration of epithelial tissues and strengthening the body resistance.
The preparation method of the feed additive is not limited in any way, and the process known by the technical personnel in the field can be adopted.
The feed additive provided by the invention is simple in raw materials, can accelerate the recovery of canine or feline skin diseases, and can reduce the recurrence rate.
The invention also provides the application of the feed additive in the technical scheme in functional feed.
In the present invention, the feed additive is preferably applied to the preparation of a canine functional feed or a feline functional feed.
The invention does not have any special limitation on the application of the feed additive in the functional feed, and the process known by the technical personnel in the field can be adopted.
The invention also provides a functional feed which comprises a non-functional feed and a feed additive.
In the present invention, the non-functional feed preferably comprises a non-functional complete feed, a non-functional concentrated feed or a non-functional premix feed. The non-functional complete feed, non-functional concentrated feed or non-functional premix feed according to the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be commercially available products known to those skilled in the art.
In the invention, when the non-functional feed is a non-functional complete feed, the mass percentage content of the feed additive in the functional feed is preferably 0.5-2%, more preferably 0.8-1.8%, and most preferably 1-1.5%; when the non-functional feed is a non-functional concentrated feed or a non-functional premixed feed, the mass percentage content of the feed additive in the functional feed is preferably 0.5 to 50%, more preferably 5 to 40%, and more preferably 10 to 30%.
The preparation method of the functional feed is not limited in any way, and the process known by the technical personnel in the field can be adopted.
The functional feed provided by the invention is fed during the treatment period of the canine or feline dermatosis medicine, so that the resistance and anti-stress capability of an organism can be enhanced, and the cure rate of the dermatosis is improved; the medicine is fed during the medicine stopping rehabilitation period, so that the skin regeneration can be promoted, and the rehabilitation speed is accelerated; the feed is assisted after rehabilitation, the curative effect can be built, and the recurrence is reduced.
The invention also provides application of the functional feed in the technical scheme in feeding of dogs or cats.
In the invention, the application mode of the functional feed in dog or cat feeding is preferably as follows: feeding is started in the medication period of the skin diseases of the dogs or cats, the feeding is continuously carried out for 20 to 30 days after the medication is stopped, and then the functional feed and the non-functional feed are mixed by 50 percent respectively and continuously fed for 30 days.
In order to further illustrate the present invention, the following examples are provided to describe in detail the feed additive, functional feed and its application for the convalescent nutritional care of canine or feline skin disease provided by the present invention, but they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
Example 1
The raw materials of the dog non-functional complete feed are fed according to the proportion that 10680g of feed additives are added into each ton of feed, and the feed additives added into each ton of feed comprise 50g of vitamin A, 150g of vitamin C, 300g of vitamin E, 1000g of licorice extract, 180g of nano zinc oxide, 4500g of arginine and 4500g of glutamine, so as to prepare the dog functional complete feed.
Example 2
The raw materials of the dog non-functional complete feed are fed according to the proportion that 14250g of feed additives are added into each ton of the feed, and the feed additives added into each ton of the feed comprise 100g of vitamin A, 300g of vitamin C, 600g of vitamin E, 2000g of licorice extract, 250g of nano zinc oxide, 5500g of arginine and 5500g of glutamine, so that the dog functional complete feed is prepared.
Example 3
The raw materials of the dog non-functional complete feed are fed according to the proportion that 12400g of feed additive is added into each ton of feed, and the feed additive added into each ton of feed comprises 100g of vitamin A, 200g of vitamin C, 400g of vitamin E, 1500g of licorice extract, 200g of nano zinc oxide, 5000g of arginine and 5000g of glutamine, so as to prepare the dog functional complete feed.
Example 4
The raw materials of the non-functional complete feed for cats are fed according to the proportion that 10155g of feed additive is added into each ton of feed, the feed additive added into each ton of feed comprises 80g of vitamin A, 150g of vitamin C, 300g of vitamin E, 500g of licorice extract, 125g of nano zinc oxide, 4500g of arginine and 4500g of glutamine, and the non-functional complete feed for cats is prepared.
Example 5
13450g of feed additive is added into each ton of raw materials of the non-functional complete feed for cats according to the proportion that each ton of feed is added with feed additive, the feed additive added into each ton of feed comprises 150g of vitamin A, 200g of vitamin C, 400g of vitamin E, 1500g of licorice extract, 200g of nano zinc oxide, 5500g of arginine and 5500g of glutamine, and the functional complete feed for cats is prepared.
Example 6
The raw materials of the non-functional complete feed for cats are fed according to the proportion that 11900g of feed additives are added into each ton of the feed, and the feed additives added into each ton of the feed comprise 100g of vitamin A, 200g of vitamin C, 400g of vitamin E, 1000g of licorice extract, 200g of nano zinc oxide, 5000g of arginine and 5000g of glutamine, so as to prepare the functional complete feed for cats.
Application example 1
Retrospective investigation is carried out on diagnosis and treatment records of 2017 years in a Changsha pet hospital, 27 canine pyoderma cases are accepted and treated, the average period of medication is 11.7 days, and the average period of recovery after the medication is stopped is 36.5 days.
12 canine pyoderma cases are treated from 3 months to 9 months in 2018, the treatment period begins to be fed by the canine functional complete feed provided in the example 3, the medication period is averagely 9.6 days, and is shortened by 2.1 days.
