When the gardening pruning device 1000 encounters an obstacle or a road surface irregularity, the distance between the upper cutter 2022 and the road surface in the front pruning cutterhead 202 of the vehicle is identified through the self-floating system 30, the buffer member 305 is adjusted to avoid, after the obstacle is overcome, the buffer member 305 is restored to the original shape under the action of internal force, and the self-floating system 30 is compensated, so that the pruning is smoother, and the stability of the pruning operation is improved.
The fixing plate 303 and the mounting plate 301 may be fixed at two ends of the guide rail shaft 302 by bolts, the guide rail shaft 302 may be a stepped shaft, and the distance between the mounting plate 301 and the fixing plate 303 of the self-floating system 30 is fixed by limiting the end surface, the movable plate 304 and the buffer member 305 are mounted on the guide rail shaft 302, and can realize linear motion after overcoming the force of the buffer member 305, the other end of the hydraulic driving assembly 306 is connected with the mounting frame 40 to drive the trimming cutter 202 to move up and down, when the righting unit 201 encounters an obstacle, the buffer member 305 is used for avoiding, after the obstacle is overcome, the buffer member 305 is restored to the original shape under the action of the internal force, and compensates the self-floating system 30, so that the gardening trimming device 1000 works more stably from the floating system 30 when encountering the obstacle or the road surface is uneven, and the gardening trimming device 1000 is protected.
For convenience of description, the present application will be mainly described by taking an example that the gardening pruning assembly 20 may include two serially arranged gardening pruning assemblies, and the gardening pruning assembly 20 positioned at the front side is set as a first pruning assembly 20a, the first pruning assembly 20a includes a first righting unit 201a and a first pruning cutterhead 202a, and the gardening pruning assembly 20 positioned at the rear side is set as a second pruning assembly 20b, wherein the second pruning assembly 20b includes a second righting unit 201b and a second pruning cutterhead 202b. Of course, this is only for convenience to specifically describe the technical solution of the present application, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present application.
For example, the gardening pruning assembly 20 may comprise two pruning assemblies arranged in a tandem manner, wherein the first pruning assembly 20a is rotatably connected with the casing 10 and is connected with the casing 10 by a self-floating system 30, and the mounting frame 40 of the second pruning assembly 20b is fixedly connected with the casing 10. The two gardening pruning assemblies 20 are of a front rake rear cutting structure, double-crushing of articles to be pruned is achieved, pruning speed is improved, one-time pruning flatness is achieved, when the gardening pruning device 1000 encounters jolt or obstacle, the self-floating system 30 acts, the self-floating system 30 can identify the distance between the cutter 2022 on the first pruning cutterhead 202a and the road surface, distance information is transmitted to the main control module, the relative distance between the cutterhead and a state line after pruning of a green belt is adjusted in time, and the pruning flatness is improved. For example, when two working areas are provided, the first trimming cutter 202a may be provided with three groups of trimming cutters 202, the second trimming cutter 202b may be provided with four groups of trimming cutters 202, wherein the trimming cutter 202 may adopt a three-layer cutter 2022 structure, the front trimming cutter 202 trims thick branches, the rear trimming cutter 202 trims thin branches and branches which are missed to be trimmed, the front trimming cutter 202 power device is mounted on the bearing seat of the front trimming cutter 202, the upper cutter 2022, the middle cutter 2022 and the lower cutter 2022 are driven to rotate by a shaft, the trimming effect is achieved, the trimming branch diameter can reach 80mm, the trimming efficiency is high, the trimming cutter 202 mounting structure of the second trimming assembly 20b is similar to the trimming cutter 202 of the first trimming assembly 20a, and mainly the cutters 2022 are different, and a protective cover is arranged on the trimming cutter 202 to protect the working device. By the structural arrangement, the pruning efficiency can be fully improved, and the phenomenon of pruning omission is prevented.
As shown in fig. 1-3, gardening pruning assembly 20 further includes a mounting frame 40, and a righting unit 201 and a pruning cutterhead 202 may be provided on mounting frame 40. Wherein the mounting bracket 40 includes a first link 41, a second link 42, and a cross member 43, the first link 41 extending in the front-rear direction; the second link 42 extends in the front-rear direction, and the second link 42 and the first link 41 are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction, and the left-right ends of the righting unit 201 are respectively connected with the front portions of the first link 41 and the second link 42; the cross beam 43 extends in the left-right direction, and both ends are respectively connected with the middle parts of the first link 41 and the second link 42, the trimming cutter head 202 is mounted on the cross beam 43, and the trimming cutter head 202 includes a plurality of trimming cutters arranged in the left-right direction on the cross beam 43. Through connecting the trimming cutter 202 and the righting unit 201 in the gardening trimming assembly 20 on the same mounting frame 40, the distance between the trimming cutter 202 and the righting unit 201 can be ensured, the righting unit 201 is convenient for conveying materials backwards to the trimming cutter 202 for trimming, and the trimming efficiency and effect are improved. In addition, the two ends of the righting unit 201 are respectively connected with the first link 41 and the second link 42, so that the stability of rotation of the righting unit 201 can be improved. The beam 43 is arranged, so that stable trimming of materials by the plurality of trimming cutterheads 202 can be facilitated. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the self-floating system 30 is installed on the right side of the gardening pruning assembly 20, one end of the hydraulic driving assembly 306 is fixedly connected with the movable plate 304, the other end of the hydraulic driving assembly 306 is hinged with the middle part of the first connecting rod 41, and the rear parts of the first connecting rod 41 and the second connecting rod 42 are respectively hinged with the housing 10, so that the self-floating system 30 can enable the pruning cutterhead 202 to float up and down relative to the housing 10, and precise and flexible adjustment of the position of the pruning cutterhead 202 is realized without integrally adjusting the position of the gardening pruning device 1000 by adjusting a cantilever.
In addition, the present application also provides a gardening pruning device 1000, wherein the gardening pruning device 1000 comprises the aforementioned gardening pruning assembly 20.
As shown in fig. 11 to 16, the gardening pruning device 1000 according to the embodiment of the present application includes a casing 10 and a gardening pruning assembly 20, wherein the gardening pruning assembly 20 is mounted on the casing 10, and the gardening pruning assembly 20 may be the aforementioned gardening pruning assembly 20. Wherein, the housing 10 can have a working space therein, and the housing 10 is provided with an air suction port, and the righting unit 201 is configured to hold the trimmed article and to be sent to a position opposite to the air suction port.
According to the gardening pruning device 1000 of the embodiment of the application, the pruning cutterhead 202 is arranged at the rear of the righting unit 201, branches or lawn articles to be pruned and the like enter from the position of the righting unit 201, the branches or lawns to be pruned are tidied through the righting unit 201, and then the articles are chopped through the pruning cutterhead 202. The trimming efficiency is improved by trimming the trimmed articles first and then trimming the trimmed articles.
The number of gardening pruning assemblies 20 according to the present application may be one, and articles such as branches or lawns to be pruned are arranged by the righting unit 201, and then cut by the pruning cutterhead 202. The number of gardening pruning assemblies 20 according to the present application may be plural, for example, the objects to be pruned may be branches with different thicknesses or with disorder, multiple groups of gardening pruning assemblies 20 may be provided, and after the objects are pruned by the first gardening pruning assembly 20, the pruned objects are supplemented and pruned by the second gardening pruning assembly 20, so as to prevent missing phenomena.
Referring to fig. 12-13, in some embodiments of the present application, gardening trimmer assembly 20 may include a plurality of trimming cutterheads 202 arranged in a front-to-back arrangement, each gardening trimmer assembly 20 including a plurality of trimming cutterheads 202 arranged in a left-to-right direction, the plurality of trimming cutterheads 202 in two adjacent gardening trimmer assemblies 20 being staggered front-to-back. By arranging a plurality of front and rear gardening pruning assemblies 20, after the articles to be pruned enter the first gardening pruning assembly 20, the righting unit 201 sorts the articles to be pruned, and the articles in the rotary rake 2012 are chopped by the cutters 2022 on the pruning cutterhead 202; supplemental trimming of the trimmed items by the second set of gardening trim components 20; and so on. Through setting up a plurality of horticulture trimming members 20 around, be equipped with on every horticulture trimming member 20 and right unit 201 and a plurality of trimming blade disc 202, promote and prune efficiency, can prevent simultaneously to prune the omission phenomenon. Through the design of the centralizing unit 201, the situation that the cutter head overturns branches when the vehicle speed is too high is prevented, so that the pruning efficiency is low, and the pruning speed and the one-time pruning flatness are improved, the phenomenon that pruning is omitted is avoided, and the pruning efficiency is improved through the plurality of pruning gardening pruning assemblies 20.
In some embodiments of the application, as shown in fig. 17, the enclosure 10 may include a housing and a front barrier rib 104. The housing may have a receiving cavity therein, in which the gardening pruning assembly 20 is mounted, the front wall of the receiving cavity being provided with a notch penetrating the lower edge; the front barrier rib 104 is installed at a notch of the front wall of the receiving chamber to openably cover the notch of the cover 10, and the front barrier rib 104 includes a plurality of vertical bar-shaped gaskets arranged at left and right intervals. The front barrier rib 104 may be made of rubber, such as polyurethane rubber, butyl rubber, polyurethane rubber, etc., and has good toughness and wear resistance. Articles to be trimmed can effectively enter the working area from the gaps of the front barrier strips 104, the internal sealing performance of the working area is improved, and the requirement for fan power in the working process of the gardening trimming device 1000 is reduced. Specifically, in the gardening pruning device 1000 of the present application, during use, the air flow in the casing 10 is sucked by the blower, so that a negative pressure is generated in the casing 10, and the sealing performance of the casing 10 can be optimized due to the gap on the casing being closed by the front barrier strip 104, so that the suction force of the blower can be improved.
As shown in fig. 11, in some embodiments of the present application, the housing shell 10 may include an impact block 50, with the impact block 50 being provided at left and right sides outside the housing. The anti-collision blocks 50 are disposed on the left and right sides of the housing, and may be one or more, and in the pruning process of the gardening pruning device 1000, the objects to be pruned are thick or hard branches, so that damage caused by collision of the pruning object to the housing shell 10 can be effectively reduced by the design of the anti-collision blocks 50.
Further, the housing case 10 may further include a bump wheel 60, the bump wheel 60 being connected to the housing and rotatable about an axis in the up-down direction, and the circumferential surface of the bump wheel 60 extending out of the left and right sides of the housing. Therefore, branches or lawns to be trimmed are prevented from colliding with the shell housing 10 or being blocked on the shell housing 10, and the impact of objects to be trimmed on the shell housing 10 can be effectively avoided, so that the trimming device can stably move forwards.
As shown in fig. 20-21, in some embodiments of the present application, a gardening pruning device 1000 may be provided with a spray system 70. A spray system 70 is provided inside the housing 10 for spraying around the gardening pruning assembly 20 to reduce dust during operation of the gardening pruning device 1000. The spray system 70 includes a plurality of spray pipes 701, wherein the spray pipes 701 are provided with a pipe body 702, a water inlet joint 703 and an atomizing nozzle 704, and the atomizing nozzle 704 can be arranged at the tail end of the spray pipes 701. Atomized water droplets sprayed by the spraying system 70 spray water to moisten crushed objects and dust-containing air in surrounding areas generated in the gardening pruning process, so that secondary dust pollution generated during pruning operation is controlled and reduced, and the cleaning quality of an operation pavement and the air quality of an operation area are improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 22, the present application provides a gardening trimmer which may include a body 1, an adjusting boom 2 and the above-described gardening trimming device 1000, the adjusting boom 2 being connected to the body 1, the gardening trimming device 1000 being connected to the boom, the adjusting boom 2 being used to adjust the position of the gardening trimming device 1000. One section of the adjusting cantilever 2 is fixed on the vehicle body 1, and the other end of the adjusting cantilever can extend out of the trimming device, so that the trimming device can flexibly trim the area needing trimming.
As shown in fig. 22, the gardening trimmer may comprise a gardening trimmer 1000, a hydraulic system 4, a dustbin 6, a secondary engine system, a carriage, an electric control system and the like, wherein the carriage of the gardening trimmer is fixed on a whole vehicle auxiliary frame, is a decorative part and is also a closed thin-shell-shaped stressed part, and is used for rain shielding, sun shading, heat insulation and sound insulation, and is also used for preventing water, oil pollution, protecting the secondary engine system and the like. The dustbin 6 is used for collecting the waste which affects the highway green belt such as the trimmed leaves and broken objects, the power of the whole vehicle comes from the auxiliary engine system, the auxiliary engine system provides power for the power unit in the hydraulic system 4, the hydraulic system 4 provides power for the trimming device for various hydraulic pumps, and the working principle of the whole vehicle is as follows: the gardening pruning device 1000 performs pruning operation under the action of the hydraulic system 4 and the electric control system, and after pruning, pruned branches are collected into the dustbin 6 through a steel wire hose.
The gardening pruning device 1000 is fixed at the tail end of the cantilever crane system through bolts, is static above the cab through a limiting block, and the whole gardening pruning device 1000 is unchanged relative to the position of the whole truck under the combined action of the hydraulic system 4 and the limiting block, so that vibration of the gardening pruning device 1000 is reduced in the whole truck transferring process, and stability and reliability are improved.
The gardening pruning device 1000 of the application can be applied to a gardening pruning automobile, when the gardening pruning device 1000 is applied to the gardening pruning automobile, the righting unit 201 and the front pruning cutterhead 202 are mounted on the mounting frame 40, the mounting frame 40 is hinged with the housing 10, and one end of the hydraulic driving component 306 of the self-floating system 30 acts on the mounting frame 40 to control the righting unit 201 and the front pruning cutterhead 202 to move. When the vehicle runs and jolts, the self-floating system 30 is used for identifying the distance between the lower cutter 2022 in the front trimming cutter disc 202 of the vehicle and the road surface, the distance is transmitted to the main control module through the N bus, the main control module controls the expansion and contraction of the hydraulic driving assembly 306 according to the distance value, the power source of the hydraulic system 4 can be a gear pump, the flow direction of liquid in the hydraulic system 4 is controlled by utilizing the electromagnetic proportional reversing valve, and the self-floating system has high performance such as quick response, high repetition precision and the like, and the response time is calculated according to 60 ms. The sensor accuracy of the hydraulic drive assembly 306 may be up to 1 μm, with the response time of the hydraulic drive assembly 306 being within 0.3 ms. The electronic control system is generally described as follows: the relative position of the object to be trimmed and the gardening trimming device 1000 can be detected by a detection system consisting of a depth camera, an industrial personal computer and the like which are arranged around the vehicle body. Each camera obtains RG images and depth images in a binocular+structured light mode, and three-dimensional imaging can be stably carried out in outdoor direct sunlight and dark night environments. So as to accurately and timely adjust the relative distance between the cutter and the state line after the green belt is trimmed, and prevent the gardening trimming device 1000 from trimming unevenness due to jolt and affecting the trimming effect of gardening.
The gardening pruning device 1000 of the present application may be applied to a gardening pruning vehicle, for example, when applied to a gardening pruning vehicle, a water tank may be provided in the gardening pruning vehicle, clean water in the water tank is pressurized by a filter through a pressure pump, the clean water reaches an atomizing nozzle 704 at the end of a spray pipe 701 through a control unit in the vehicle, and dust is reduced by water mist sprayed from the atomizing nozzle 704. Wherein, a plurality of spray pipes 701 can be opened and closed independently, and the driver controls the waterway through the electric ball valve controlled by the electric power system in the cab, thereby reducing the labor intensity of the driver, carrying out dust fall on dust and broken objects, controlling and reducing the secondary dust pollution generated during the pruning operation, and avoiding influencing the air quality and traffic.
As shown in fig. 17 to 19, the present application further provides a housing 10 of a gardening pruning device 1000, which may have a first working space 1021, a second working space 1022, a blowback 1023, a first suction inlet 1024, a second suction inlet 1025 and a wind channel 1026; the first suction inlet 1024 communicates with the first working space 1021, and the second suction inlet 1025 communicates with the second working space 1022; the air duct 1026 is communicated with the blowback port 1023, and the air duct 1026 is provided with a first air outlet 1027 and a second air outlet 1028, the first air outlet 1027 is communicated with the first working space 1021, the first air outlet 1027 is lower than the first air suction port 1024, the second air outlet 1028 is communicated with the second working space 1022, and the second air outlet 1028 is lower than the second air suction port 1025. The air flow enters from the back blowing port 1023, reaches the air outlet through the air duct 1026, flows to the corresponding working space, and forms an air flow channel with the air suction port of the corresponding working space, so that crushed materials in the working space can be recovered conveniently.
The blowback port 1023 and the air suction port in the housing 10 of the present application may be disposed on the same plane or may be disposed on different planes, wherein the number of blowback ports 1023 may be plural, the number of air suction ports in the corresponding working space may be plural, and the housing 10 may be a closed space or may be a containing cavity with an open bottom.
As shown in fig. 18, in some embodiments of the application, the enclosure 10 may include a housing 103, a partition 104, and a duct plate 105; the shell 103 is internally provided with an accommodating cavity with an open bottom, and the back blowing port 1023, the first air suction port 1024 and the second air suction port 1025 are all arranged on the shell 103; the partition 104 is provided in the housing 103 and extends in the up-down direction, and the partition separates a first working space 1021 and a second working space 1022 within the housing 103; the duct plate 105 includes a first plate portion 1051 and a second plate portion 1052, the first plate portion 1051 and the second plate portion 1052 are connected, the first plate portion 1051 is laminated on the inner side of the housing 103 and covers the blowback port 1023, a gap is provided between the first plate portion 1051 and the housing 103 to construct a first duct 1026a, the second plate portion 1052 is laminated with the partition plate 104, a gap is provided between the first plate portion 1051 and the housing 103 to construct a second duct 1026b, the first duct 1026a and the second duct 1026b are communicated to construct an air duct 1026, the partition plate 104 partitions the first and second workspaces 1021 and 1022 in the housing 103, and air flow entering the blowback port 1023 flows to the corresponding air outlet through the first duct 1026a and the second duct 1026b, enters the first workspaces 1021 from the first air outlet 1027, enters the second workspaces 1022 from the second air outlet 1028, and forms an air flow loop with the suction port of the corresponding workspaces. The broken objects in the two working spaces can be effectively recycled to the dustbin 6, and the recycling efficiency is improved.
The gardening device of the application can be applied to a gardening pruning vehicle, and when the gardening pruning vehicle is applied, when a main fan of the vehicle is started, negative pressure generated by the main fan through a first air suction inlet 1024, a second air suction inlet 1025 and the like sucks broken objects on a first working space 1021 and a second working space 1022 into a dustbin 6.
As shown in fig. 18 and 19, in some embodiments of the present application, the blowback port 1023 and the first suction port 1024 may be provided on a top wall of the first working space 1021, the second suction port 1025 may be provided on a top wall of the second working space 1022, the first plate portion may include a first division plate 1051a and a second division plate 1051b, one end of the first division plate 1051a is opposite to the blowback port 1023, and the other end extends obliquely toward the first suction port 1024 in a top-down direction; one end of the second flow dividing plate 1051b is opposite to the blowback port 1023, and the other end extends obliquely toward the partition plate 104 in a top-down direction. After the air flow enters from the blowback port 1023, the air flow enters the first working space 1021 through the first flow dividing plate 1051a, enters the second working space 1022 through the second flow dividing plate 1051b, and forms an air flow passage with the suction port of the corresponding working space. Through the design of the first splitter plate 1051a and the second splitter plate 1051b, the air flow of the back suction port can be more effectively guided into the first working space 1021 and the second working space 1022, so that the recovery efficiency of broken objects of the two working spaces is improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 18 and 19, the first and second flow dividing plates 1051a and 1051b may be configured to: the first and second flow dividing plates 1051a and 1051b are each configured in an arc shape in which the inclination angle with respect to the axis of the blowback 1023 gradually increases in the top-down direction. The first splitter plate 1051a and the second splitter plate 1051b are arranged in the middle of the back-blowing port 1023, so that the air flow of the back-blowing port 1023 is effectively divided into two paths, the air flow enters the first working space 1021 from the first air outlet 1027, and the air flow enters the second working space 1022 from the second air outlet 1028, the air flow passing efficiency is improved, and the loss is reduced.
As shown in fig. 18 and 19, in some embodiments of the present application, the top wall of the housing 103 may include a third plate portion 1011a and a fourth plate portion 1011b, the third plate portion 1011a may be higher than the fourth plate portion 1011b, the first air suction inlet 1024 is disposed on the third plate portion 1011a, the back blowing inlet 1023 is disposed on the fourth plate portion 1011b, the first plate portion 1051 is laminated on the inner side of the fourth plate portion 1011b to construct the first air duct 1027, and the first air outlet 1027 is formed between the edge of the fourth plate portion 1011b near the third plate portion 1011a and the corresponding edge of the first plate portion 1051. In the first working space 1021, the righting unit 201 throws the crushed material to the upper right through centrifugal force, the first air outlet 1027 is located at the upper right corner of the first trimming assembly 20a, and the crushed material is conveyed into the dustbin 6 through the air flow passages of the first air outlet 1027 and the first air suction inlet 1024.
Further, a lower end of the second plate portion 1052 is provided with a folded edge, the folded edge extends to a lower portion of the partition plate, and a second air outlet 1028 is formed between the folded edge and a lower edge of the partition plate 104. The second air outlet 1028 is arranged at the lower end of the partition plate 104, and broken objects left in the first working area float again through the second air outlet 1028, so that the recovery efficiency is more efficient.
In some embodiments of the application, the air outlet areas of first and second air outlets 1027 and 1028 may be smaller than the cross-sectional area of air duct 1026. The air quantity of the air outlet is improved, so that the air quantity of the air outlet is increased, a high-speed air flow channel can be formed in the working space, the air quantity of the main fan is reduced, and the power of the main fan is reduced.
As shown in fig. 17 to 19, the present application provides a gardening pruning device 1000, the gardening pruning device 1000 may include the above-described casing 10, a first pruning assembly 20a and a second pruning assembly 20b; the first trimming member 20a is disposed in the first working space 1021, and the second trimming member 20b is disposed in the second working space 1022. Through setting up two pruning workspaces, every pruning workspace all sets up trimming subassembly and pneumatic system, improves operation speed and operating efficiency.
Further, both the first trimming assembly 20a and the second trimming assembly 20b may include a trimming blade 202 and a forward pushing righting unit 201. The righting unit 201 is arranged in front of the trimming cutter head 202, the righting unit 201 comprises a rotating shaft and a rotating rake, and the rotating shaft 2011 extends along the left-right direction and is rotatably connected with the housing assembly 10 around the axis of the rotating shaft; the rotating rake has a fixed end and a free end, the fixed end of the rotating rake 2012 is connected with the rotating shaft 2011, the free end extends towards the direction away from the rotating shaft along the radial direction of the rotating shaft 2011, and the rotating rake is configured into an arc shape inclined towards the same direction as the rotating direction of the rotating rake in the direction away from the rotating shaft, the rotating rake is in a concave shape with an upward opening when approaching the trimming cutter 202 and suitable for holding the trimmed articles, wherein the rotating rake of the first trimming assembly 20a is positioned right below the first air suction port when approaching the corresponding trimming cutter 202; the rake of the second trimming assembly 20b is positioned directly below the second suction opening when approaching the corresponding trimming blade 202. Through setting up righting unit, the branch or the lawn that need prune earlier is pruned again, turn the harrow and be the opening when being close to prune blade disc 202 upwards, so that can catch the branch and leaf after pruning and turn over to the bin outlet, help discharging and the collection of branch and leaf, thereby also avoid leading to branch and leaf to pile up on the blade disc because of discharging is unsmooth, thereby influence follow-up pruning operation and make the broken thing that prunes the production carry in dustbin 6 under the air outlet and the air-flow passage effect of inlet scoop, improve pruning roughness and pruning efficiency, and in time retrieve the broken thing of pruning, avoid environmental pollution, improve operating efficiency.
For example, the casing 10 of the gardening pruning device 1000 may be formed by three blowing ports and four air suction ports to form two air flow channels, the splitter plate is made of two circular arc-shaped steel plates, the splitter plate is arranged in the middle of the back blowing port 1023 in a splayed structure, the splitter plate divides the air flow entering from the back blowing port 1023 into two channels, and the air flow enters the first working space 1021 from the first air outlet 1027, enters the second working space 1022 from the second air outlet 1028, and forms the air flow channels with the air suction ports of the corresponding working spaces. When the main fan is started, the broken objects in the first working space 1021 and the second working space 1022 are sucked into the dustbin 6 by the first air suction inlet 1024, the second air suction inlet 1025, the suction pipe and the like through the negative pressure generated by the main fan. a rotating rake (2012), the rotating rake (2012) has a fixed end and a free end, the fixed end of the rotating rake (2012) is connected with the rotating shaft (2011), and the free end extends along the radial direction of the rotating shaft (2011) towards the direction far away from the rotating shaft (2011), the rotating rake (2012) is configured into an arc shape inclined towards the same direction as the rotating direction of the rotating rake (2012) in the direction far away from the rotating shaft (2011), the rotating rake (2012) is in a concave shape with an opening upwards direction suitable for holding a trimmed article when approaching the trimming cutter head (202), and the rotating rake (2012) comprises a plurality of circumferentially spaced arrangement parts along the rotating shaft (2011).

a cutter shaft (2021), the cutter shaft (2021) extending in the up-down direction and being rotatable about an axis thereof;
a plurality of cutters (2022), wherein the plurality of cutters (2022) are mounted on the cutter head shaft (2021) and are arranged along the up-down direction, and gaps are arranged among the plurality of cutters (2022);
and the power assembly (2023) is connected with the cutter head shaft (2021) to drive the cutter head shaft (2021) to rotate.
4. The gardening pruning assembly (20) of claim 1, wherein the gardening pruning assembly (20) further comprises:
the centering unit (201) and the trimming cutter head (202) are both arranged on the mounting frame (40);
-a self-floating system (30), said self-floating system (30) being connected to said mounting frame (40) such that said mounting frame (40) is floatable.
5. The gardening pruning assembly (20) of claim 4, wherein said self-floating system (30) comprises:
-a mounting plate (301), the mounting plate (301) being for positioning the gardening pruning assembly (20);
the upper end of the guide rail shaft (302) is fixedly connected with the mounting plate (301);
The fixing plate (303), the said fixing plate (303) is fixedly connected with lower end of the said guide rail axle (302);
the movable plate (304) is movably sleeved with the guide rail shaft (302) along the up-down direction;
