Specifically, as shown in fig. 1-2, each of the first loading portion 301 and the second loading portion 302 may include a shovel 31, a fourth drive 33, and a star wheel 32, the shovel 31 may be installed on the rack 11 and located below the cutting portion 2 on the same side of the rack 11, the star wheel 32 may be rotatably installed on the shovel 31, the fourth drive 33 may be a motor, the fourth drive 33 may be installed below the star wheel 32 and an output end of the fourth drive 33 may be connected to the star wheel 32, when the fourth drive 33 is controlled to operate, the star wheel 32 may be driven to rotate, and as the star wheel 32 rotates, the coal and rock cut by the cutting portion 2 may be conveyed to the discharging portion 4.
The walking part 1 can also include two walking assemblies, two walking assemblies can be symmetrical locate the front and back both sides of frame 11, every walking assembly all can be including walking frame 51, the drive wheel, leading wheel 52, track and fifth drive, frame 11 is located to walking frame 51, left and right direction interval distribution can be followed to drive wheel and leading wheel 52, and all rotate and install on walking frame 51, the track encircles the periphery side at drive wheel and leading wheel 52, the fifth drive links to each other with the drive wheel, and be suitable for the drive wheel to rotate, and then can drive the track walking, still including the overspeed device tensioner who is used for the track on the walking part 1, so that the track keeps the tensioning state at the walking in-process always.
In some embodiments, the cutting shearer comprises an electrical system and a hydraulic system adapted to provide powered support and control for the travelling part 1, the cutting part 2, the loading part 3, the discharge part 4, etc. of the cutting shearer, and a waterway system adapted to provide cooling and spray water for the cutting shearer.
A coal mining system of an embodiment of the present invention is described below.
The coal mining system of the embodiment of the invention comprises a cutting coal mining machine which can be the cutting coal mining machine in the above embodiment and a conveyor which is butted with the discharge end 42 of the discharging part 4. The coal mining system can be applied to a plurality of scenes such as a long-wall working face, a short-wall working face, a tunneling working face and the like, the application range of the coal mining machine is enlarged, and the matching mode of the discharge end 42 of the discharge part 4 and the belt conveyor is more convenient to adjust and use.
A coal mining method of an embodiment of the present invention is described below.
The coal mining method provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps:
s1: the first cutting part 201 is controlled to cut the coal rock on one side of the roadway, the feeding end 41 of the discharging part 4 is controlled to move to the first loading part 301, and the first loading part 301 conveys the coal rock cut by the first cutting part 201 to the discharging part 4.
Specifically, when coal rock on a working face on one side of a roadway needs to be cut, firstly, the first cutting part 201 can be driven by the walking part 1 to move to a position to be cut, meanwhile, the feeding end 41 of the discharging part 4 can be controlled to move towards the direction of the first loading part 301 and be in butt joint with the first loading part 301, the second drive 22 and the third drive 23 in the first cutting part 201 are controlled to operate, the coal rock on the working face can be cut by the cutting head 24, the fourth drive 33 in the first loading part 301 is controlled to operate, the cut coal rock can be conveyed to the feeding end 41 of the discharging part 4 through the star wheel 32, and finally the coal rock can be conveyed to a specified position through the discharging part 4 and the belt conveyor.
And controlling the second cutting part 202 to cut the coal rock on the other side of the roadway, controlling the feeding end 41 of the discharging part 4 to move to the second loading part 302, and conveying the coal rock cut by the second cutting part 202 to the discharging part 4 by the second loading part 302.
Specifically, when coal rock on the working face on the other side of the roadway needs to be cut, the second cutting part 202 can be driven to move to a position to be cut through the walking part 1, meanwhile, the feeding end 41 of the discharging part 4 can be controlled to move towards the direction of the second loading part 302 and be in butt joint with the second loading part 302, the second drive 22 and the third drive 23 in the second cutting part 202 are controlled to operate, the coal rock on the working face can be cut through the cutting head 24, the fourth drive 33 in the second loading part 302 is controlled to operate, the cut coal rock can be conveyed to the feeding end 41 of the discharging part 4 through the star wheel 32, and finally the coal rock can be conveyed to a specified position through the discharging part 4 and the belt conveyor.
The coal mining method can be applied to a plurality of scenes such as a long-wall working face, a short-wall working face, a tunneling working face and the like, the application range of the coal mining machine is enlarged, triangular coal processing and inclined cutting feed are not needed, a scraper conveyor and a hydraulic support are not needed for alignment, and the coal (ore) mining process is simplified.

Claims (10)

1. A shearer loader, comprising:
the walking part can realize the self-moving of the coal mining machine;
the cutting part is arranged on the walking part and is suitable for cutting the coal rock;
the loading part is arranged on the walking part and is suitable for collecting and conveying the coal rocks cut by the cutting part;
the portion of unloading, the portion of unloading is located walking portion, just the portion of unloading the direction of delivery of portion with the direction of delivery of loading portion is the contained angle, the portion of unloading has feed end and discharge end, the feed end of the portion of unloading is suitable for accepting the portion of loading is carried the coal petrography, the discharge end of the portion of unloading is suitable for and docks with the conveyer, at least part but the every single move adjustment of the portion of unloading so that the discharge end height is adjustable.

The shearer of claim 1, wherein the shearer includes two shearer assemblies, the two shearer assemblies include a first shearer assembly and a second shearer assembly, the two loader assemblies include a first loader assembly and a second loader assembly, the first loader assembly is adapted to receive the first shearer assembly for sheating the coal, the second loader assembly is adapted to receive the second shearer assembly for sheating the coal, and the unloader assembly is disposed between the first loader assembly and the second loader assembly and adapted to receive the coal conveyed by the first loader assembly and the second loader assembly.
3. The shearer loader of claim 2, wherein the discharge portion is swingable and/or translatable relative to the walking portion to enable the feed end to be moved toward the first loading portion or the second loading portion.
4. The shearer loader of claim 3, wherein the discharge unit is translatable along a length of the traveling unit, the first and second loading units are arranged opposite to each other with a conveying direction thereof aligned with the length of the traveling unit, and the discharge unit is arranged with a conveying direction thereof aligned with a width of the traveling unit.
5. The shearer loader of claim 1, wherein the discharge portion comprises:
the feeding device comprises a first conveying section and a second conveying section, wherein one end of the first conveying section forms the feeding end, the other end of the first conveying section is connected with one end of the second conveying section, the other end of the second conveying section forms the discharging end, and the second conveying section can be adjusted in a pitching mode relative to the first conveying section;
the telescopic driving device comprises a telescopic driving device, one end of the telescopic driving device is rotatably connected with the walking part, the other end of the telescopic driving device is rotatably connected with the second conveying section, and the telescopic driving device can stretch and retract to drive the second conveying section to vertically swing relative to the first conveying section.
6. The shearer loader of claim 5, wherein the discharge portion further comprises a discharge conveyor assembly, the discharge conveyor assembly comprising:
a first roller rotatably mounted at the infeed end and a second roller rotatably mounted at the outfeed end and slidably movable in a conveying direction of the second conveying run;
a scraper chain wound around outer circumferential sides of the first and second drums, the scraper chain being adapted to convey the coal petrography;
the first driving device is arranged on the first conveying section and is suitable for driving the first roller to rotate;
a tensioning member disposed between the second roller and the second conveyor section to maintain a tensioned state of the scraper chain.

The shearer loader of claim 1, wherein the cutting section includes an arm body, a second drive, a third drive, and a cutter head, the arm body is rotatably coupled to the traveling section, the second drive is disposed on the arm body, the cutter head is coupled to the second drive, the second drive is adapted to rotate the cutter head, the third drive is disposed between the arm body and the traveling section, the third drive is adapted to pitch and oscillate the arm body;
and/or, loading portion includes shovel board, fourth drive and star gear, the shovel board is located walking portion, the fourth drive with the star gear is all located the shovel board, the star gear with the fourth drive links to each other, and the fourth drive is suitable for the drive the star gear rotates, the star gear is suitable for with the coal petrography on the shovel board to when the fourth driven drive is rotatory down the portion of unloading department is dialled and is sent.
8. The shearer loader of any of claims 1-7, comprising an electrical system, a hydraulic system, and a waterway system, the electrical system and the hydraulic system adapted to provide powered support and control for the shearer loader, the waterway system adapted to provide cooling and spray water for the shearer loader.
9. A coal mining system comprising a shearer according to any of claims 1 to 8 and a conveyor that interfaces with a discharge end of the discharge portion.
10. A coal mining method based on the shearer loader of claim 3, characterized by comprising the following steps:
the first cutting part is controlled to cut the coal rock on one side of the roadway, the feeding end of the discharging part is controlled to move to the first loading part, and the first loading part conveys the coal rock cut by the first cutting part to the discharging part;
and controlling the coal rock on the other side of the second cutting part cutting roadway, controlling the feeding end of the discharging part to move to the second loading part, and conveying the coal rock cut by the second cutting part to the discharging part by the second loading part.
