the method comprises the following steps of S1 pretreatment electrophoresis area, S2 electrophoresis drying area, S3 gluing sealing area, S4 gluing drying area, S5 wiping and polishing area, S6 metallic paint spraying area, S7 transparent paint spraying area, S8 flash drying area, S9 varnish spraying area, S10 finish drying area, S11 inspection modification area and S12 vehicle body storage area;
(3) Resetting the carrier to the original length after finishing coating;
before entering the S1 pretreatment electrophoresis zone, the method comprises the following steps: adjusting the distance between a carrier carrying a target automobile body and an adjacent previous carrier to a first fixed pitch, wherein the first fixed pitch is larger than the length of the target automobile body; the carrier carrying the target automobile body is not contacted with the previous carrier when entering the pretreatment electrophoresis zone;
before entering any operation area of an S2 electrophoresis drying area, an S4 glue drying area, an S8 flash drying area, an S10 finish paint drying area and an S12 vehicle body storage warehouse area, the method comprises the following steps: according to the vehicle type information of the target automobile body, adjusting the distance between the carrier carrying the target automobile body and the adjacent previous carrier on the coating conveying line to a first flexible pitch; if the length of the target automobile body is not more than 2.3m, the first flexible pitch is 2.5m; if the length of the target automobile body is more than 2.3m and less than 2.9m, the first flexible pitch is 2.9m; the carrier carrying the target automobile body is just contacted with the carrier which completes the corresponding procedure before entering any operation area of an S2 electrophoresis drying area, an S4 glue drying area, an S8 flash drying area, an S10 finish paint drying area and an S12 automobile body storage area;
before entering any operation area of the S3 gluing sealing area, the S5 wiping polishing area and the S11 inspection finishing area, the method comprises the following steps: according to the time required by the corresponding coating process, the distance between the carrier carrying the target automobile body and the adjacent previous carrier is adjusted to a second fixed pitch, wherein the second fixed pitch is 4.5m; the carrier carrying the target automobile body does not contact with the carrier which completes the corresponding procedure before entering any operation area of the S3 gluing sealing area, the S5 wiping polishing area and the S11 inspection modification area;
before entering any one of the working areas of the S6 metallic paint spraying area, the S7 transparent paint spraying area and the S9 varnish spraying area, the method comprises the following steps: according to the time required by the corresponding coating process and the vehicle type information of the target automobile body, the distance between the carrier carrying the target automobile body and the adjacent previous carrier is adjusted to a second flexible pitch; if the length of the target automobile body is not more than 2.3m, the second flexible pitch is 4.5m; if the length of the target automobile body is more than 2.3m and less than 2.9m, the second flexible pitch is 5.5m; the carrier carrying the target automobile body is not contacted with the previous carrier completing the corresponding procedure when entering any operation area of the S6 metallic paint spraying area, the S7 transparent paint spraying area and the S9 varnish spraying area;
the carrier comprises two side-by-side carrier units, each carrier unit comprises two longitudinal beams which are arranged in parallel, a stop piece, a first support piece, a second support piece and a length adjusting piece are sequentially arranged on each longitudinal beam, and the stop pieces are matched with the length adjusting pieces.
2. The flexible coating process for an automobile body according to claim 1, wherein a carrier corresponding to the target automobile body is arranged on the carrier, and the recognition device reads the carrier to acquire the vehicle type information of the target automobile body.

The automotive body flexible coating process according to claim 1, wherein the vehicle type information of the target automotive body includes a length of the target automotive body, and in the step (1), the step of adjusting specifically includes: if the length of the target automobile body is not more than 2.3m, adjusting the length of the carrier to 2.4mm; if the length of the target automobile body is more than 2.3m and less than 2.9m, adjusting the length of the carrier to 3m; the target automobile body is loaded on the adjusted carrier.
