the scraping plate assembly is arranged in the tank body, the lower edge of the scraping plate assembly is attached to the spiral curved surface, the inner end of the scraping plate assembly is movably connected with the upright post, and the outer end of the scraping plate assembly is provided with a guide wheel which moves along the spiral track;
the scraper component is connected with the driving spiral arm through the vertical arm so as to be driven by the driving spiral arm to rotate in the circumferential direction, and the vertical arm is arranged in a telescopic mode and is respectively connected with the driving spiral arm and the scraper component in a rotating mode, so that the scraper component can swing along with the spiral track in a pitching mode under the action of the guide wheel in the rotating process, and the lower edge of the scraper component is kept to be attached to the spiral curved surface.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3 together, an environmental protection and purification apparatus for industrial wastewater provided by the embodiment of the present application will now be described. The scraper component is arranged in the tank body, the lower edge of the scraper component is attached to the spiral curved surface, the inner end of the scraper component is movably connected with the upright post, and the outer end of the scraper component is provided with a guide wheel which moves along the spiral track.
The scraper component is connected with the driving spiral arm through the vertical arm to be driven by the driving spiral arm to rotate in the circumferential direction, the vertical arm is arranged in a telescopic mode and is respectively connected with the driving spiral arm and the scraper component in a rotating mode, so that the scraper component can swing along with the pitch of the spiral track under the action of the guide wheel in the rotating process, and the lower edge of the scraper component is kept to be attached to the spiral curved surface.
In this embodiment, the reservoir, the driving arm and the scraper assembly, which are not illustrated, may be configured similarly to a conventional peripheral drive mud scraper.
When the sludge treatment device is operated, impurities in the sewage are precipitated on the spiral curved surface at the bottom of the tank, and after the sludge reaches a certain thickness, the power unit drives the driving spiral arm to rotate along the spiral direction of the outer edge of the spiral curved surface, so that the vertical arm drives the scraper assembly to rotate. In the rotation process of the scraper component, the inner end of the scraper component is movably connected with the upright column, and the guide wheel at the outer end moves along the spiral track, so that the scraper component can fluctuate along with the spiral curved surface at the bottom of the tank body under the driving of the guide wheel, the scraper component is always attached to the spiral curved surface, and sludge is scraped to the sludge discharge ditch along the spiral curved surface.

When the amount of sludge is slightly more, the resistance of the sludge can be greatly reduced by adopting the spiral curved surface; however, when the amount of sludge is too large, there is still a problem of an excessive load. The following examples are further modified on the basis of the above examples.
Referring to fig. 1, as an embodiment of the environmentally friendly sewage purification apparatus for industrial production provided by the present application, a scraper assembly includes: the scraper comprises a rotating frame, a fixed scraper, a movable scraper and an elastic structure.
The rotating frame is connected with the vertical arm and arranged along the radial direction of the tank body, the inner end of the rotating frame is movably connected with the upright post, and the outer end of the rotating frame is provided with a guide wheel which moves along the spiral track; the fixed scraper is fixed on the rotating frame, and the lower edge of the fixed scraper is attached to the inner side of the spiral curved surface; the movable scraper is arranged on the rotating frame in a radial sliding manner, the lower edge of the movable scraper is attached to the outer side of the spiral curved surface, and the outer end of the movable scraper deflects backwards to form an included angle with the radial direction; the elastic structure is arranged between the rotating frame and the movable scraper and provides outward elastic force for the movable scraper.
The rotating frame is used as a framework of the scraper component and drives the fixed scraper and the movable scraper to move. The rotating frame is connected with the vertical arm, so that the driven rotating arm is driven by the vertical arm and can swing in a pitching mode. The fixed scraper and the movable scraper are arranged below the rotating frame and scrape the sludge on the spiral curved surface together.
The movable scraper is arranged on the rotating frame in a radial sliding manner, and the outer end of the movable scraper deflects backwards to form an included angle with the radial direction, so that when the sludge is excessive, the movable scraper is excessively resistant to the sludge, the movable scraper can compress the elastic structure to slide inwards, the resistance of the movable scraper to the sludge is reduced, and the movable scraper is prevented from being damaged; after the scraper component rotates for one circle, only the sludge in the inner ring of the spiral curved surface is scraped away; when the scraper blade subassembly began the second circle and rotates, because the mud of inner circle has been scraped away for the resistance of activity scraper blade reduces greatly, and the activity scraper blade outwards slides under the elasticity effect of elastic construction and resets, thereby scrapes away the mud of spiral curved surface outer lane.
It will be appreciated that although the movable scrapers slide inwardly and then frictionally contact the helical curved surfaces and thereby jack the rotating frame up and separate the idler from the helical track, this does not affect the normal scraping of the scraper assembly. When personnel forget to clear up or mud increases suddenly in the sewage, the mud volume that leads to increases suddenly, and this embodiment can avoid equipment overload to damage with the less cost of activity scraper blade and helical surface wearing and tearing, protects the safety of whole equipment, reduces the loss.
Referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the sewage environmental-friendly purification device for industrial production provided by the present application, a rotating sleeve is sleeved on an upright post, an ear plate is arranged outside the rotating sleeve, and the inner end of a rotating frame is hinged with the ear plate to swing in a pitching manner.
Referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the sewage environmental-protection purification device for industrial production provided by the present application, two guide rods are disposed at the outer end of the rotating frame along the radial direction, and the movable scraper is slidably connected to the two guide rods through guide sleeves, respectively. The sliding stability of the movable scraper is ensured.
Specifically, two guide sleeves are sleeved on each guide rod, and the movable scraper is fixed with the four guide sleeves.
Referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the sewage environmental-friendly purification device for industrial production provided by the present application, the elastic structure includes a baffle and a spring. The baffle is fixed on the guide rod; the spring is sleeved outside the guide rod and compressed between the baffle and the guide sleeve.
Specifically, two guide rods are respectively provided with a baffle, and the two baffles are connected into a whole. Springs are sleeved on the two guide rods.
Referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the sewage environmental-friendly purification device for industrial production provided by the present application, the vertical arm is provided with an axial elongated hole, and the driving swing arm is provided with an upper rotating shaft penetrating through the elongated hole and connected with the vertical arm. And meanwhile, the stretching of the vertical arm and the rotating connection of the vertical arm and the driving spiral arm are realized.
Referring to fig. 1, as a specific embodiment of the environmentally friendly sewage purification apparatus for industrial production provided by the present application, the driving swing arm is provided with a vertical through hole, the vertical arm passes through the through hole, a movable gap is provided between an inner wall of the through hole and the vertical arm, and the upper rotation shaft passes through the through hole in a transverse direction and passes through the vertical arm from the elongated hole. The space of the through hole is far larger than the volume of the vertical arm, so that the vertical arm can freely rotate around the upper rotating shaft in the through hole.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, as a specific embodiment of the sewage environmental-protection purification apparatus for industrial production provided by the present application, the power unit is a wheel-type moving apparatus moving along the upper edge of the tank body.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, as an embodiment of the sewage environmental-friendly purification device for industrial production provided by the present application, a spiral sludge discharge machine is disposed in the sludge discharge trench.
The embodiment of this application still provides a sewage purification method for industrial production, adopts above arbitrary sewage environmental protection purifier for industrial production, includes:

in the rotation process of the scraper component, the guide wheel at the outer end moves along the spiral track, so that the pitching swing of the scraper component is always kept to be attached to the spiral curved surface at the bottom of the pool body.
By adopting the sewage purification method for industrial production, the resistance of the sludge at the bottom of the tank to the scraper component is small, the equipment load is small, and the equipment damage is avoided.
