随着人们生活水平不断提高,对各类装修的要求也越来越高,其中,装饰膜是一种应用相当广泛的装饰材料。它除了美观作用外,还有一些其他性能,如:隔热、保暖、隔紫外线、安全防爆防盗防弹和私密性等。装饰膜种类很多,家具贴膜、地板保护膜、墙面贴膜等。
目前的装修用顶面装饰膜具有一定的机械性能,但是长时间使用后容易出现变形脱落现象,影响美观度和使用寿命,因此,有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种顶面装饰膜及其制作工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种顶面装饰膜,顶面装饰膜包括基布层和表面膜层,所述表面膜层复合于基布层上表面,所述基布层下表面复合保护层,所述基布层组分按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯乳液30-40份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维3—9份、纳米二氧化硅5-12份、纳米二氧化钛4-8份、甲壳素纤维2-4份、成布助剂2—4份、钛白粉7-12份、纳米碳酸钙9—16份。
优选的,本申请提供的一种顶面装饰膜,其中,所述基布层组分优选的成分配比包括水性聚氨酯乳液35份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维6份、纳米二氧化硅9份、纳米二氧化钛6份、甲壳素纤维3份、成布助剂3份、钛白粉10份、纳米碳酸钙12份。
优选的,本申请提供的一种顶面装饰膜,其中,所述表面膜层组分按重量份数包括将PVC树脂55-85份、聚丙烯纤维4-12份、亚磷酸二苯-异辛酯3—9份、玻璃纤维2-6份、聚四氟乙烯改性蜡4-10份、纳米氮化硅2-8份。
优选的,本申请提供的一种顶面装饰膜,其中,所述保护层组分按重量份数包括正硅酸乙酯2-4份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷4-10份、偶联剂1-3份、羧甲基纤维素2-6份、聚磷酸铵1-2份、陶瓷纤维1-3份。
优选的,本申请提供的一种顶面装饰膜,其中,其制作工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将水性聚氨酯乳液、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维、纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛、甲壳素纤维、成布助剂、钛白粉、纳米碳酸钙混合后加入搅拌机中搅拌,得到混合物A;
B、将混合物A计入密炼机中进行密炼塑化,之后加入挤出机中挤出造粒,得到塑料颗粒;
C、将塑料颗粒压延机压中压延成型,形成基布层;
D、将制备的表面膜层粘贴于基布层上表面,进行加热加压贴合;
E、将制备的保护层粘贴于基布层下表面,进行加热加压贴合;
F、最后冷却收卷,得到顶面装饰膜。
优选的,所述步骤A中搅拌机搅拌速率为1000-1800转/分,搅拌时间为30min-40min。
优选的,所述步骤B中密炼机密炼温度为160-180℃。
优选的,所述步骤B中挤出机温度为150—160℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制作工艺简单,制得的顶面装饰膜具有耐刮擦、耐热、耐酸碱、阻燃性能,与墙面附着力强,平整度好,使用安全环保,不易脱落,使用寿命长。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种顶面装饰膜,顶面装饰膜包括基布层1和表面膜层2,所述表面膜层2复合于基布层1上表面,所述基布层1下表面复合保护层3,所述基布层组分按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯乳液30-40份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维3—9份、纳米二氧化硅5-12份、纳米二氧化钛4-8份、甲壳素纤维2—4份、成布助剂2-4份、钛白粉7-12份、纳米碳酸钙9-16份。
实施例一:
基布层组分按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯乳液30份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维3份、纳米二氧化硅5份、纳米二氧化钛4份、甲壳素纤维2份、成布助剂2份、钛白粉7份、纳米碳酸钙9份。
本实施例中,表面膜层组分按重量份数包括将PVC树脂55份、聚丙烯纤维4份、亚磷酸二苯-异辛酯3份、玻璃纤维2份、聚四氟乙烯改性蜡4份、纳米氮化硅2份。
本实施例中,保护层组分按重量份数包括正硅酸乙酯2份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷4份、偶联剂1份、羧甲基纤维素2份、聚磷酸铵1份、陶瓷纤维1份。
本实施例的制作工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将水性聚氨酯乳液、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维、纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛、甲壳素纤维、成布助剂、钛白粉、纳米碳酸钙混合后加入搅拌机中搅拌,得到混合物A;
B、将混合物A计入密炼机中进行密炼塑化,之后加入挤出机中挤出造粒,得到塑料颗粒;
C、将塑料颗粒压延机压中压延成型,形成基布层;
D、将制备的表面膜层粘贴于基布层上表面,进行加热加压贴合;
E、将制备的保护层粘贴于基布层下表面,进行加热加压贴合;
F、最后冷却收卷,得到顶面装饰膜。
本实施例中,步骤A中搅拌机搅拌速率为1000转/分,搅拌时间为30min。
本实施例中,步骤B中密炼机密炼温度为160℃。
本实施例中,步骤B中挤出机温度为150℃。
实施例二:
基布层组分按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯乳液40份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维9份、纳米二氧化硅12份、纳米二氧化钛8份、甲壳素纤维4份、成布助剂4份、钛白粉12份、纳米碳酸钙16份。
本实施例中,表面膜层组分按重量份数包括将PVC树脂85份、聚丙烯纤维12份、亚磷酸二苯-异辛酯9份、玻璃纤维6份、聚四氟乙烯改性蜡10份、纳米氮化硅8份。
本实施例中,保护层组分按重量份数包括正硅酸乙酯4份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷10份、偶联剂3份、羧甲基纤维素6份、聚磷酸铵2份、陶瓷纤维3份。
本实施例的制作工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将水性聚氨酯乳液、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维、纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛、甲壳素纤维、成布助剂、钛白粉、纳米碳酸钙混合后加入搅拌机中搅拌,得到混合物A;
B、将混合物A计入密炼机中进行密炼塑化,之后加入挤出机中挤出造粒,得到塑料颗粒;
C、将塑料颗粒压延机压中压延成型,形成基布层;
D、将制备的表面膜层粘贴于基布层上表面,进行加热加压贴合;

本实施例中,步骤B中密炼机密炼温度为180℃。
本实施例中,步骤B中挤出机温度为160℃。
实施例三:
基布层组分按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯乳液30份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维9份、纳米二氧化硅5份、纳米二氧化钛8份、甲壳素纤维2份、成布助剂4份、钛白粉7份、纳米碳酸钙16份。
本实施例中,表面膜层组分按重量份数包括将PVC树脂55份、聚丙烯纤维12份、亚磷酸二苯-异辛酯3份、玻璃纤维6份、聚四氟乙烯改性蜡4份、纳米氮化硅8份。
本实施例中,保护层组分按重量份数包括正硅酸乙酯2份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷10份、偶联剂1份、羧甲基纤维素6份、聚磷酸铵1份、陶瓷纤维3份。
本实施例的制作工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将水性聚氨酯乳液、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维、纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛、甲壳素纤维、成布助剂、钛白粉、纳米碳酸钙混合后加入搅拌机中搅拌,得到混合物A;
B、将混合物A计入密炼机中进行密炼塑化,之后加入挤出机中挤出造粒,得到塑料颗粒;
C、将塑料颗粒压延机压中压延成型,形成基布层;
D、将制备的表面膜层粘贴于基布层上表面,进行加热加压贴合;
E、将制备的保护层粘贴于基布层下表面,进行加热加压贴合;
F、最后冷却收卷,得到顶面装饰膜。
本实施例中,步骤A中搅拌机搅拌速率为1200转/分,搅拌时间为32min。
本实施例中,步骤B中密炼机密炼温度为164℃。
本实施例中,步骤B中挤出机温度为152℃。
实施例四:
基布层组分按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯乳液35份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维6份、纳米二氧化硅9份、纳米二氧化钛6份、甲壳素纤维3份、成布助剂3份、钛白粉10份、纳米碳酸钙12份。
本实施例中,表面膜层组分按重量份数包括将PVC树脂70份、聚丙烯纤维8份、亚磷酸二苯-异辛酯6份、玻璃纤维4份、聚四氟乙烯改性蜡7份、纳米氮化硅5份。
本实施例中,保护层组分按重量份数包括正硅酸乙酯3份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷7份、偶联剂2份、羧甲基纤维素4份、聚磷酸铵2份、陶瓷纤维2份。
本实施例的制作工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将水性聚氨酯乳液、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维、纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛、甲壳素纤维、成布助剂、钛白粉、纳米碳酸钙混合后加入搅拌机中搅拌,得到混合物A;
B、将混合物A计入密炼机中进行密炼塑化,之后加入挤出机中挤出造粒,得到塑料颗粒;
C、将塑料颗粒压延机压中压延成型,形成基布层;
D、将制备的表面膜层粘贴于基布层上表面,进行加热加压贴合;
E、将制备的保护层粘贴于基布层下表面,进行加热加压贴合;
F、最后冷却收卷,得到顶面装饰膜。
本实施例中,步骤A中搅拌机搅拌速率为1400转/分,搅拌时间为35min。
本实施例中,步骤B中密炼机密炼温度为170℃。
本实施例中,步骤B中挤出机温度为155℃。
综上所述,本发明制作工艺简单,制得的顶面装饰膜具有耐刮擦、耐热、耐酸碱、阻燃性能,与墙面附着力强,平整度好,使用安全环保,不易脱落,使用寿命长。

1.一种顶面装饰膜,顶面装饰膜包括基布层(1)和表面膜层(2),其特征在于:所述表面膜层(2)复合于基布层(1)上表面,所述基布层(1)下表面复合保护层(3),所述基布层组分按重量份数包括水性聚氨酯乳液30-40份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维3-9份、纳米二氧化硅5-12份、纳米二氧化钛4-8份、甲壳素纤维2-4份、成布助剂2-4份、钛白粉7-12份、纳米碳酸钙9-16份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种顶面装饰膜,其特征在于:所述基布层组分优选的成分配比包括水性聚氨酯乳液35份、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维6份、纳米二氧化硅9份、纳米二氧化钛6份、甲壳素纤维3份、成布助剂3份、钛白粉10份、纳米碳酸钙12份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种顶面装饰膜,其特征在于:所述表面膜层组分按重量份数包括将PVC树脂55-85份、聚丙烯纤维4-12份、亚磷酸二苯-异辛酯3-9份、玻璃纤维2-6份、聚四氟乙烯改性蜡4-10份、纳米氮化硅2-8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种顶面装饰膜,其特征在于:所述保护层组分按重量份数包括正硅酸乙酯2-4份、苯基三甲氧基硅烷4-10份、偶联剂1-3份、羧甲基纤维素2-6份、聚磷酸铵1-2份、陶瓷纤维1-3份。
5.实现权利要求1所述的一种顶面装饰膜的制作工艺,其特征在于:其制作工艺包括以下步骤:
A、将水性聚氨酯乳液、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯纤维、纳米二氧化硅、纳米二氧化钛、甲壳素纤维、成布助剂、钛白粉、纳米碳酸钙混合后加入搅拌机中搅拌,得到混合物A;
B、将混合物A计入密炼机中进行密炼塑化,之后加入挤出机中挤出造粒,得到塑料颗粒;
C、将塑料颗粒压延机压中压延成型,形成基布层;
D、将制备的表面膜层粘贴于基布层上表面,进行加热加压贴合;
E、将制备的保护层粘贴于基布层下表面,进行加热加压贴合;
F、最后冷却收卷,得到顶面装饰膜。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种顶面装饰膜的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤A中搅拌机搅拌速率为1000-1800转/分,搅拌时间为30min-40min。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种顶面装饰膜的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤B中密炼机密炼温度为160-180℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种顶面装饰膜的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤B中挤出机温度为150-160℃。
