Description

Emergency plugging device, flood drainage system and plugging method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mining, in particular to an emergency blocking device, a flood drainage system and a blocking method.
Background
The tailing pond is an important generation facility of metal and nonmetal mine enterprises, and is one of important pollution sources and important danger sources of the mine enterprises. The flood drainage structure is used as an important facility of the tailing pond, and is used for ensuring that the water quality discharged outside (including backwater) of the tailing pond meets the standard under normal conditions and ensuring the flood control safety of the tailing pond under the condition of extremely heavy storm. Therefore, the normal, safe and stable operation of the tailing pond flood discharging structure is closely related to the normal production of enterprises, and more importantly, the normal operation is greatly related to the environmental protection and the life and property safety of personnel at the downstream of the tailing pond. Therefore, after the flood drainage well in each period is used, the water inlet structure of the flood drainage structure in the period must be plugged to end the flood drainage capacity.
Once the emergency occurs and the tailing pond flood drainage structure collapses, a large amount of tailings and tailing water are directly discharged to the downstream through the water inlet structure-the flood drainage tunnel, so that serious environmental pollution and personnel life safety accidents are caused.
Under normal conditions, there are two methods commonly used for plugging after the flood drainage structure of the tailing pond is completely serviced. A novel plugging method based on the principle of hydraulic reverse filtration is provided, namely, a geosynthetic material with reverse filtration is adopted, such as non-woven geotextile and the like, is combined with natural materials to perform plugging, a flood drainage structure after plugging can intercept tailing particles to enable the tailing particles to be deposited, water can permeate through the plugging material, the thickness of the sediment is increased gradually, the water permeability is poorer and worse, and the water seepage volume is gradually reduced as time goes on. The other is rigid blocking, namely, blocking is carried out by adopting rigid materials such as rubble concrete or slurry block stone and the like. The plugging technology is suitable for being used under the normal operation condition of the flood discharging structure. However, when accidents such as collapse of the flood discharging structure occur, the plugging technology cannot be implemented because personnel cannot enter the tunnel.
Therefore, a device for emergency blocking of sudden accidents of a flood discharging structure of a tailing pond is needed to solve the problems.

An embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention is to provide an emergency blocking device, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, which comprises a driving mechanism 1, a blocking body 2 and a fixed shaft 3, wherein two ends of the fixed shaft 3 are fixedly connected to a side wall of a flood discharging structure 4, a bottom end of the blocking body 2 is rotatably connected with the fixed shaft 3, the driving mechanism 1 is arranged on a bottom wall of the flood discharging structure 4, the driving mechanism 1 is connected with the blocking body 2, and the driving mechanism 1 is used for driving the blocking body 2 to rotate relative to the fixed shaft 3 so as to block the flood discharging structure 4.
Taking fig. 3 and fig. 4 as an example for specific explanation, when the flood discharging structure 4 operates under normal working conditions, as shown in fig. 3, the driving mechanism 1 is in a contracted state, the blocking body 2 is close to the bottom wall of the flood discharging structure 4, and the flood discharging structure 4 is not blocked. When the flood discharging structure 4 collapses, the arch plate falls off and other sudden accidents cause pulp leakage, an operator can control the driving mechanism 1 to start, so that the driving mechanism 1 extends, as shown in fig. 4, the blocking body 2 is pushed to rotate anticlockwise until the blocking body 2 rotates to form closed contact with the flood discharging structure 4, and then control is stopped, so that the blocking effect on the flood discharging structure 4 is realized.
The emergency blocking device provided by the embodiment of the first aspect of the invention can be immediately started when an accident happens, so that the accident influence degree is minimized, and the conventional blocking technology can be used for permanently blocking the flood discharging structure 4 after the accident is over or repairing the flood discharging structure 4 by using rescue time and space provided by the emergency blocking device. Meanwhile, the emergency plugging device can be permanently and circularly used, temporary plugging can not affect the overall operation of the flood discharging structure 4 after repairing, namely, after repairing the flood discharging structure 4, the emergency plugging device can be closed, and the flood discharging and water passing capacity of the flood discharging structure 4 can be recovered.
The following describes the drive mechanism 1 in detail:
it should be noted that, any structure capable of driving the blocking body 2 to rotate relative to the fixed shaft 3 to block the flood discharging structure 4 may be the driving mechanism 1 according to the above embodiment. For example, the driving mechanism 1 comprises a linear motion structure such as a pneumatic cylinder, a hydraulic cylinder and the like, or the driving mechanism 1 comprises a rotating motor and a transmission assembly, and the transmission assembly can transmit the power of the rotating motor to the plugging body 2, and the transmission assembly can be a gear set.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the driving mechanism 1 comprises a fixing component 11 and a telescopic component 12, wherein the fixing component 11 is used for being fixedly connected on the bottom wall of the flood discharging structure 4, one end of the telescopic component 12 is hinged with the fixing component 11, and the other end is hinged with the plugging body 2.
When in use, the plugging body 2 is driven to rotate relative to the fixed shaft 3 through the telescopic action of the telescopic component 12, and when the telescopic component 12 stretches, two ends of the telescopic component respectively rotate relative to the fixed component 11 and the plugging body 2. The driving mechanism 1 has a simple structure and a stable driving mode, and can rapidly realize the opening and closing of the plugging body 2.
The telescopic component 12 is preferably a hydraulic cylinder, a cylinder body in the hydraulic cylinder is hinged with the fixed component 11, one end of the piston is in sliding connection with the cylinder body, the other end of the piston is hinged with one side of the plugging body 2, and the plugging body 2 can be driven to be opened and closed when the hydraulic cylinder is opened and closed. The fixing component 11 can comprise a fixing seat and a bolt, the bolt penetrates through the fixing component 11 and then is screwed into the bottom wall of the flood discharging structure 4, in order to ensure the stability of the fixing component 11, the bolt of the fixing component 11 and the bottom wall of the flood discharging structure 4 can be considered to be fixed through concrete secondary pouring, and the position of the fixing component 11 is selected according to the telescopic length of the telescopic component 12.
The driving mechanism 1 may be provided in one or in two or three or more.
In at least one embodiment, in order to ensure that the plugging of the plugging body 2 is safely, quickly and stably realized, the two driving mechanisms 1 are respectively arranged at the bilateral symmetry positions of the plugging body 2, and the selection of the installation positions is determined according to the positions of uniform stress of different selections of the size of the section of the flood discharging structure 4 and the size of the plugging body 2.
The maximum rotation angle of the blocking body 2 driven by the driving mechanism 1 ranges from 45 degrees to 90 degrees, namely the blocking effect of the blocking body 2 can be realized when the blocking body 2 is driven by the driving mechanism 1 to rotate 45 degrees to 90 degrees, and the blocking effect can be 45 degrees, 50 degrees, 60 degrees, 70 degrees, 80 degrees or 90 degrees.
The structure of the occluding body 2 is specifically described below:
in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, a plurality of water permeable holes 211 are formed on the plugging body 2, so that moisture in the tailing slurry can flow downstream through the water permeable holes 211, and deposition of tailing sand is accelerated.
The shape of the water permeable hole 211 may be circular, quincuncial, rectangular, etc.
In at least one embodiment, the water permeable holes 211 are quincuncial in shape, and the distance between two adjacent water permeable holes 211 is 20-30cm.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, in order to make the sealing body 2 have a better sealing effect, the sealing body 2 includes a sealing wall 21 and a sealing strip 22, the bottom end of the sealing wall 21 is rotationally connected with the fixed shaft 3, the sealing strip 22 is mounted on the outer end surface of the sealing wall 21, and the sealing strip 22 is used for sealing a gap between the sealing wall 21 and the flood discharging structure 4, so as to ensure complete sealing of the sealing body 2.
When the sealing is performed, if the sealing wall 21 is utilized to directly seal the flood discharging structure 4, due to hard connection between the sealing wall 21 and the flood discharging structure 4, gaps are likely to appear between the sealing wall 21 and the flood discharging structure 4, the sealing effect is poor, the gaps can be effectively filled by additionally arranging the sealing strips 22, and tail mortar leakage is avoided.
The plugging wall 21 can be made of steel materials, the type of the plugging wall 21 can be set according to the section type of the flood discharging structure 4, most of the plugging wall 21 is in a horseshoe section type, the section size of the plugging wall 21 can be determined according to the section size of the flood discharging structure 4, and generally, the size of the plugging wall 21 is slightly smaller than the section size of the flood discharging structure 4 by 1-2cm, so that the plugging wall 21 can be ensured not to generate rigid friction with the flood discharging structure 4 when the plugging wall 21 is opened and closed, and the service life of a plugging system is prolonged.
The sealing strip 22 may be annular and surrounds the outer end surface of the blocking wall 21, and the sealing strip 22 may be curved to be arch-shaped as shown in fig. 5 and surrounds the top and the left and right sides of the outer end surface of the blocking wall 21.
The sealing strip 22 may be provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. Before the blocking wall 21 contacts the flood discharging structure 4, the sealing strip 22 can be in an uninflated state, after the sealing strip is contacted, the gas is supplemented into the sealing strip 22 through the pneumatic power supplementing source 7, and after the sealing strip 22 is ensured to be in full sealing contact with the flood discharging structure 4, the inflation is stopped. Compared with the sealing strip 22 always in a full state, the sealing strip 22 has larger bonding area between the outer surface of the sealing strip 22 and the flood discharging structure 4 and better sealing effect.
Specifically, in order to make the structure of the sealing strip 22 relative to the plugging wall 21 more stable, as shown in fig. 6, an installation groove is formed on the outer end surface of the plugging wall 21, and the sealing strip 22 is installed in the installation groove.
When the plugging body 2 includes the plugging wall 21 and the sealing strip 22, as shown in fig. 5, the water permeable holes 211 are opened on the plugging wall 21, and the water permeable holes 211 penetrate through both sides of the plugging wall 21.
In some embodiments, at least one side of the blocking wall 21 is covered with a back filtering component 23, and the back filtering component 23 is configured to perform back filtering on the tailing slurry after the tailing slurry floods into the flood discharging structure 4 to contact with the blocking wall 21 when a sudden accident occurs, so as to ensure that the tailing sand is blocked at one side of the blocking wall 21, and moisture can flow downstream through the back filtering component 23 and the water permeable holes 211.
Specifically, the blocking wall 21 may be covered with the filter assembly 23 on one side, or may be covered with the filter assembly 23 on both sides. In at least one embodiment, the side of the blocking wall 21 that is intended to be in contact with the tailings slurry is covered with a return filter assembly 23 that acts as a barrier to the tailings sand within the tailings slurry before the tailings slurry enters the water permeable aperture 211.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the filter assembly 23 includes the filter layer 231, the filter layer 231 may cover the entire side of the blocking wall 21, and the filter layer 231 may be a non-woven geotextile. The mode of arranging the water permeable holes 211 and fixing the non-woven geotextile is mainly used for ensuring that the plugging body 2 has the effects of plugging and reverse filtering. The characteristics of the non-woven geotechnical cloth that the water is filtered and the sand is not filtered are utilized, so that the water in the tailing slurry flows to the downstream through the blocking body 2, the tailing accumulation on one side of the blocking body 2 is increased along with the time, the tailing accumulation is gradually compact, a blocking structure is automatically formed, the blocking structure and the blocking body 2 are combined to form a double-insurance blocking, the blocking efficiency is effectively improved, and the further occurrence and the deterioration of accidents are slowed down.
Nonwoven geotextiles are generally contemplated to use a weight of 400g/m 2 The thickness is 3.0mm, and the permeability coefficient K is 10 -2 -10 -3 The specific conditions between cm/s can be adjusted and changed according to the properties of tailings in the tailing pond.
As shown in fig. 7, to enable the filter layer 231 to be firmly mounted on the blocking wall 21, the filter assembly 23 may further include a pressing strip 232 and a locking member 233, wherein the filter layer 231 covers one side of the blocking wall 21, the pressing strip 232 is located at one side of the filter layer 231 facing away from the blocking wall 21, and the locking member 233 penetrates the pressing strip 232 and is locked in the blocking wall 21 so as to press the filter layer 231 on the blocking wall 21 through the pressing strip 232.
Specifically, the pressing bar 232 may have a ring shape, and is pressed against the edge of the counter filter layer 231 by the locking action of the locking member 233, thereby defining the position of the counter filter layer 231 with respect to the blocking wall 21.
The locking members 233 are configured in a plurality, and the locking members 233 may be bolts and are sequentially spaced apart along the extending direction of the pressing bar 232. If the filter layer 231 is damaged or fails, the bolts can be removed for replacement.
In some embodiments, the side of the counter-filtration layer 231 facing away from the blocking wall 21 may be further covered with an isolation layer, the material of the isolation layer preferably being identical to the material of the counter-filtration layer 231, the isolation layer being connected to the side of the compression strip 232 facing away from the counter-filtration layer 231 and having a connection strength less than the connection strength of the compression strip 232 to the counter-filtration layer 231. Specifically, the isolation layer may be connected to the counter filter layer 231 through a gel.
During plugging, the isolating layer is directly contacted with the tailing slurry, the tailing sediment on one side of the plugging body 2 is increased along with the time, and the plugging body is gradually compacted, so that a plugging structure is automatically formed, and the plugging structure can be fixedly connected on the isolating layer. After the plugging wall 21 is closed, the isolation layer is pulled by the plugging structure and can be torn off from the compaction strip 232 to be attached to the plugging structure, so that the anti-filtration layer 231 is protected. After the primary plugging is finished, the isolating layer can be installed again.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1, the emergency plugging device further includes a cover plate 5, where the cover plate 5 is used to be fixedly installed on the bottom wall of the flood discharging structure 4, and the cover plate 5 has a notch 51 adapted to the upper outer end surface of the plugging body 2, so that when the cover plate 5 is in the closed state shown in fig. 3, the plugging body 2 is tightly matched with the cover plate 5, and then the sealing strip 22 is inflated by the pneumatic power supply source 7, so that the sealing strip 22 is fully contacted with the notch 51 on the cover plate 5, and the plugging body 2 and the cover plate 5 form a sealed supporting plate, so as to ensure that slurry leakage cannot occur during normal use.
In at least one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when the blocking body 2 is closed, the surface of the blocking body 2 facing away from the bottom wall of the flood drainage structure 4 is at the same height as the surface of the cover plate 5 facing away from the bottom wall of the flood drainage structure 4, i.e. the top surface of the blocking body 2 is coplanar with the top surface of the cover plate 5.
The arrangement can enable the top surface of the emergency plugging device to be flat when the plugging body 2 is closed, and the emergency plugging device can replace the original bottom wall of the original flood discharging structure 4.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 8, the emergency occlusion device further comprises a power supply source comprising a mechanical power supply source 6 connected to the drive mechanism 1 and a pneumatic power supply source 7 connected to the occlusion body 2.
The mechanical power supply source 6 and the pneumatic power supply source 7 can be arranged on a hillside or a flat ground which is relatively close to the tailing pond flood discharging structure 4 and is relatively high in position and convenient to pass, can be arranged differently according to the tailing pond type, can be mainly ensured to be achieved quickly when an accident occurs, can not influence the power supply source, and can be arranged in a device room.
The mechanical power supply source 6 may include a hydraulic pump station, where the pump station provides a power source for the driving mechanism 1 through a hydraulic transmission system, so that the driving mechanism 1 can be started to plug the flood discharge tunnel in the flood discharge structure 4 in time when an accident occurs. The specification selection of the telescopic component 12 in the driving mechanism 1 is matched with the power provided by the hydraulic pump station, so that the telescopic component 12 can support the pressure given by tailing slurry at one side of the plugging body 2. The hydraulic pump station can transmit hydraulic oil to the telescopic assembly 12 through a hydraulic pipeline, so that the telescopic assembly 12 can perform a starting and closing process. The hydraulic pipeline can be arranged according to the actual situation on site, for example, a small groove is formed along the inner wall of the flood discharging structure 4 to seal the hydraulic pipeline in the pump room of the power source outside the tunnel after the hydraulic pipeline passes through the main tunnel to be connected with the hydraulic pump station, or a small groove is formed along the inner wall of the flood discharging structure 4 to seal the hydraulic pipeline in the pump room of the power source after the hydraulic pipeline passes through the main tunnel to be led out of the water inlet structure of the flood discharging structure 4 applied in the next period to be connected with the hydraulic pump station.
The power provided by the mechanical power supply source 6 can be used for calculating the power source of the hydraulic pump station which is required to be adopted for verification according to the height of a water inlet structure of the tailing pond flood discharging structure 4 and the possible impact force of tailing pulp.
The pneumatic power supply 7 may comprise a high-air pump which mainly provides air for the sealing strip 22, so that when the blocking wall 21 is closed, the blocking body 2 can be tightly closed with the periphery of the flood discharging structure 4, and the tailing pulp discharged by the water inlet structure can not leak downstream through the gap. The air source pipeline used by the pneumatic power supply source 7 can be arranged in the same path and mode with the hydraulic pipeline, and finally the air pump station in the power source pump house outside the flood discharging structure 4 is connected, and the other side is connected with the sealing strip 22.
An embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention is to provide a flood drainage system, as shown in fig. 9, where the flood drainage system includes a flood drainage structure 4 and the emergency blocking device, a groove 41 for accommodating the emergency blocking device is formed in a bottom wall of the flood drainage structure 4, two ends of a fixed shaft 3 are fixedly connected to a side wall of the groove 41, and a driving mechanism 1 is fixedly connected to a bottom wall of the groove 41.
The groove 41 can form a certain operation space to facilitate the installation of the driving mechanism 1, the plugging body 2 and the fixed shaft 3, and after the installation is finished, the prefabricated special-shaped cement cover plate 5 is used for covering the redundant part, so that a sealed supporting plate is finally formed when the plugging body 2 is restored to the original position.
In at least one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, when the blocking body 2 is closed, the top surface of the blocking body 2, the top surface of the cover plate 5 and the bottom wall of the flood discharge structure 4 where the groove 41 is not provided are at the same height, so that the emergency blocking device does not affect the subsequent operation of the flood discharge structure 4.
In some embodiments, to enhance the connection between the driving mechanism 1 and the flood drainage structure 4, the driving mechanism 1 is fixed to the bottom wall of the recess 41.
Specifically, the bolts of the fixing assembly 11 and the flood discharging structure 4 can be fixed by concrete secondary pouring.
An embodiment of a third aspect of the present invention is to provide a sealing method, where the sealing method provided by the embodiment of the third aspect of the present invention uses the above-mentioned flood drainage system, including:
the driving mechanism 1 is controlled to push the blocking body 2 to rotate relative to the fixed shaft 3 to block the flood discharging structure 4;
the flood discharging structure 4 is permanently plugged by adopting the plugging structure, or the flood discharging structure 4 is repaired and then the driving mechanism 1 is used for pushing the plugging body 2 to rotate relative to the fixed shaft 3 so as to cancel the plugging of the flood discharging structure 4.
The plugging method provided by the embodiment of the third aspect of the invention is simple to operate, can timely cope with sudden accidents of the flood discharging structure, and can minimize the influence degree of the accidents.
The plugging method is specifically described in the following embodiment:
the emergency blocking device is arranged in the flood discharging structure 4 being serviced and already serviced. Before installation, the maximum ore pulp pressure possibly generated when the flood discharging structure 4 is in accident is obtained by calculating according to the known parameters such as the section size type of the flood discharging structure 4, the height of the water inlet structure of the flood discharging structure 4, and the like, and the thickness and the material of the plugging wall 21 used by the emergency plugging device, the specification and the model of the hydraulic support oil cylinder used by the telescopic component 12, the size of the hydraulic pump station used by the power supply source, and the like are selected according to the calculation result. After the equipment model is determined, grooves 41 are excavated on the bottom plate of the flood discharging structure 4 according to the section size of the flood discharging structure 4, the excavation range can meet the space required by construction, after the space with the same size as the plugging body 2 is reserved, a cover plate 5 capable of being backfilled into the residual space is processed and prefabricated.
When the flood discharging structure 4 operates under normal working conditions, the emergency plugging device is in a closed state (namely, is overlapped with the bottom plate of the flood discharging structure 4 in parallel), and normal flood discharging requirements can be ensured under flood working conditions due to unchanged section types and sizes of the flood discharging structure 4. When the flood discharging structure 4 collapses, the arch plates fall off and other sudden accidents cause pulp leakage, an operator immediately enters a pump room where a power supply source is located, the mechanical power supply source 6 is started, the power controls a hydraulic support oil cylinder in the telescopic component 12 to be started through a hydraulic transmission system, the plugging body 2 is pushed to slowly lift, and the control is stopped after the plugging body rotates until the plugging body is in closed contact with the flood discharging structure 4. And then, starting the pneumatic power supply source 7 of the power supply source to inflate the sealing strip 22, so that the sealing strip 22 can be completely contacted with the inner wall of the flood discharging structure 4 to form air seal. At this time, the opening operation of the emergency blocking device is completed, and blocking is formed on the tailing slurry leaked into the flood discharging structure 4. Because the plugging body 2 has the effect of 'flexible plugging' reverse filtration, the tailing at the front end of the plugging body 2 is more and more compact along with the time, and a front plugging body is gradually and automatically formed, so that the plugging effect is further deepened. When the accident is over, if the flood discharging structure 4 is planned to be closed and is not used any more, constructors can operate and construct at the position where the constructors enter the emergency plugging device from the main tunnel, the flood discharging structure 4 is permanently plugged in a common rigid plugging or flexible plugging mode according to design requirements, and the emergency plugging device is always in an open state and is sealed in a plugging body. If the flood discharging structure 4 is leaked with ore pulp due to the problem of falling of arch plates and the like and the flood discharging structure 4 is scheduled to be used continuously, the arch plates and the like of the water inlet structure can be repaired to ensure that ore pulp is not leaked into the flood discharging structure 4, after an interception post-treatment scheme is arranged at the outlet position of the tunnel, the sealing strip 22 of the emergency blocking device is deflated, meanwhile, the blocking body 2 is closed to be restored to the horizontal position, and the normal use of the flood discharging structure 4 is restored after the ore pulp in the flood discharging structure 4 is treated.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and not for limiting the same; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the invention.
