The waiting time is the time for the target vehicle to stop from the current position to the free parking space, and may be specifically set according to the parking speed limit and the distance of the parking area, and if the number of entrances is greater than 1, the waiting time of different parking areas may be set according to different entrances respectively. If the current position is 30 meters away from the idle parking space, the speed limit is 10km/h, the average speed is 6km/h, and the average speed is calculated, the time to be stopped and the redundancy is set to be 20-30 seconds. And if the signed parking area has no free parking space, the public parking area is used as a target parking area.
Optionally, the determining a target parking area according to the contract signing relationship between the target business and the building property corresponding to the parking lot specifically includes:
if the target vehicle or the user has a signing relationship with a plurality of target enterprises corresponding to the parking lot, acquiring a signing vehicle domain list corresponding to the target enterprises;
and determining the target parking area according to the pre-stored historical parking habit data of the target vehicle or the user and the signed parking area list.
Specifically, the intelligent parking system selects a signed parking area with a parking frequency meeting a parking threshold value and in the signed parking area list from historical parking habit data to serve as a target parking area, judges whether the target parking area has a free parking space, and if yes, takes the target parking area as the target parking area.
In this embodiment, if the target vehicle or the user has a plurality of target enterprises having a subscription relationship, further querying a local subscription enterprise list, obtaining a corresponding subscription vehicle domain list, further obtaining historical parking habit data of the target vehicle or the user, comparing the historical parking habit data with the subscription vehicle domain list, if there is a target subscription vehicle domain satisfying an agreed parking threshold (frequency, number of times, and the like), if there is 5 times in a week and continuously parking for 10 days, further querying a free condition of the target subscription vehicle domain, if there is a free parking space (a parking space is greater than 1 or 1 free parking space and there is no vehicle to be parked), directly taking the target subscription vehicle domain as a target parking region. If the signed parking areas in the historical parking habit data do not meet the parking threshold, further inquiring a signed parking area list, judging the waiting time for parking to each signed parking area according to the current position (usually, an entrance of a parking lot) of the target vehicle, selecting the signed parking area with the least waiting time, namely the nearest signed parking area as a destination label parking area, judging the condition that the parking space is free, if the free parking space exists, using the target signed parking area as the target parking area, otherwise, selecting the next-distance signed parking area as the destination label parking area, and repeating the steps until the target parking area is determined.
In this embodiment, if the target vehicle or the user has a plurality of target enterprises having a contract relationship, the target parking area may also be determined according to the enterprise parking rule, and if the contract vehicle areas of all the target enterprises are not free, the user is recommended to park in the public area, that is, the public vehicle area is taken as the target parking area. The business parking rule is used for describing how to select a proper parking area under the condition that a plurality of signed business parking areas are to be selected, and can relate to historical parking habit data, signed lists, idle conditions, waiting distance/time and the like.

When the target vehicle reaches the target parking area, if the target parking space is occupied, the target vehicle or the user initiates a parking request again according to the current position and the parking rule, and the step of determining whether the target vehicle or the user has a contract relation with the target business enterprise corresponding to the parking lot according to the parking request is skipped to until the target parking space is parked.
In this embodiment, if the intelligent parking system monitors that the target vehicle is parked in another non-target parking area, the corresponding parking area information is obtained, and whether the target vehicle or the user is in the corresponding local subscription information list is judged, if yes, parking is allowed; if not, prompt information that the vehicle needs to be moved is sent to the target vehicle or the user.
In this embodiment, when the smart parking system monitors that the special parking area is occupied, the vehicle/user information is first obtained, whether the current parking area is a subscriber is judged, if not, the user is prompted to move the vehicle in a limited time, and continuous monitoring of the special parking space in the special parking area or the special parking area is maintained.

The invention is based on the signing relationship, and can determine the target parking area according to the signing relationship between the user and the business or between the vehicle and the business, and between the business and the building property, thereby realizing flexible scheduling and accurate configuration of the building parking resources, meeting the parking requirements of business, enterprise and tenant in the building, and solving the problem that the existing parking method can not meet the parking requirements of business, enterprise and tenant in the building.

as shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment provides an intelligent parking system for performing the intelligent parking method, including:
a request obtaining module 11, configured to obtain a parking request;
the contract signing judgment module 12 is connected with the request acquisition module 11 and is used for determining whether a target vehicle or a user has a contract signing relationship with a target enterprise corresponding to the parking lot according to the parking request;
the parking area determining module 13 is connected with the signing judgment module 12 and is used for further determining a target parking area according to the signing relation between the target business and the building property corresponding to the parking lot when the result of the signing judgment module is yes;
and a driving route sending module 14, connected to the parking area determining module 13, for sending the driving route to the target parking area to the target vehicle or the user.

receiving a parking request which is sent by the target vehicle or the user and carries the parking code or the subscription information;
the subscription judging module 12 specifically includes:
the first judgment unit is used for judging whether the parking code or the subscription information is valid;
the second judgment unit is used for responding to the validity of the parking code or the signing information and judging whether the target vehicle or the user is the signing vehicle or the user of the special vehicle domain according to the parking code or the signing information;
and the first determining unit is used for responding to the fact that the target vehicle or the user is not a signed vehicle or a user of the special vehicle domain, and determining that the target vehicle or the user has a signed relation with a target enterprise corresponding to the parking lot.

a fourth determining unit, configured to further determine, in response to that the subscription information corresponding to the identifier information is valid, whether the target vehicle or the user is a subscription vehicle or a user in the private vehicle area;
and the second determination unit is used for responding to the target vehicle or the user which is not the contract signing vehicle or the user of the special vehicle domain, and determining that the target vehicle or the user has a contract signing relationship with the target business enterprise corresponding to the parking lot.

when detecting that a target vehicle drives into a parking lot, acquiring the parking request triggered by the target vehicle;

a seventh judging unit, configured to further judge whether there is another vehicle parked to the vacant parking space within the time to be parked if the vacant parking space in the signed area is equal to 1, and if not, determine the signed area as a target parking area, where the time to be parked is a time when the target vehicle parks from the current position to the vacant parking space;
and a fifth determining unit, configured to take a public area as the target parking area if the free parking space in the contract area is 0 or there is another vehicle parked in the free parking space within the waiting time.
Optionally, the parking area determination module 13 includes:
the second obtaining unit is used for obtaining a signed vehicle area list corresponding to a plurality of target enterprises if the target vehicles or users have signed relations with the target enterprises corresponding to the parking lot;
and the sixth determining unit is used for determining the target parking area according to the pre-stored historical parking habit data of the target vehicle or the user and the signed parking area list.
Optionally, the sixth determining unit specifically includes:
the selection unit is used for selecting a signed vehicle area, of which the parking frequency meets a parking threshold value and which is in the signed vehicle area list, from the historical parking habit data as a target label vehicle area;
an eighth judging unit, configured to judge whether an idle parking space exists in the destination label car booking area;
and the seventh determining unit is used for taking the destination label car-booking area as the target parking area if the destination label car-booking area is the target parking area.
Optionally, the driving route sending module 14 specifically includes:
the parking space determining unit is used for determining a target parking space according to the target parking area;
a route transmitting unit for transmitting a driving route to the target parking space in the target parking area to the target vehicle or the user;

The memory 21 is connected to the processor 22, the memory 21 may be a flash memory, a read-only memory or other memories, and the processor 22 may be a central processing unit or a single chip microcomputer.

the present embodiment provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the intelligent parking method in embodiment 1 described above.
The computer-readable storage media include volatile or nonvolatile, removable or non-removable media implemented in any method or technology for storage of information such as computer-readable instructions, data structures, computer program modules or other data. Computer-readable storage media include, but are not limited to, RAM (Random Access Memory), ROM (Read-Only Memory), EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory), flash Memory or other Memory technology, CD-ROM (Compact disk Read-Only Memory), digital Versatile Disks (DVD) or other optical disk storage, magnetic cassettes, magnetic tape, magnetic disk storage or other magnetic storage devices, or any other medium which can be used to store the desired information and which can be accessed by a computer.
Embodiments 2 to 4 provide the smart parking system and the computer-readable storage medium, first obtain a parking request, then determine whether a target vehicle or a user has a contract relationship with a target business entity corresponding to a parking lot according to the parking request, determine a target parking area according to the contract relationship between the target vehicle or the user and a building property corresponding to the parking lot in response to the target vehicle or the user having the contract relationship with the target business entity corresponding to the parking lot, and finally send a driving route to the target vehicle or the user, where the driving route is to be parked in the target parking area. The invention is based on the signing relationship, and can determine the target parking area according to the signing relationship between the user and the business or between the vehicle and the business, and between the business and the building property, thereby realizing flexible scheduling and accurate configuration of the building parking resources, meeting the parking requirements of business, enterprise and tenant in the building, and solving the problem that the existing parking method can not meet the parking requirements of business, enterprise and tenant in the building.
It will be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments adopted to illustrate the principles of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.

Claims (15)

1. An intelligent parking method, comprising:
acquiring a parking request;
determining whether a target vehicle or a user has a signing relationship with a target enterprise corresponding to the parking lot according to the parking request;
responding to the fact that the target vehicle or the user has a signing relationship with a target enterprise corresponding to the parking lot, and determining a target parking area according to the signing relationship of the target enterprise and the building property corresponding to the parking lot;
and sending a driving route for parking to the target parking area to the target vehicle or the user.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the parking request carries a parking code or subscription information, and the obtaining of the parking request specifically includes:
receiving a parking request which is sent by the target vehicle or the user and carries the parking code or the subscription information;
the determining whether the target vehicle or the user has a subscription relationship with the target enterprise corresponding to the parking lot according to the parking request specifically includes:
judging whether the parking code or the signing information is effective or not;
responding to the fact that the parking code or the signing information is effective, and judging whether the target vehicle or the user is a signing vehicle or a user of the special vehicle domain according to the parking code or the signing information;
and determining that the target vehicle or the user has a signing relationship with a target enterprise corresponding to the parking lot in response to the fact that the target vehicle or the user is not a signing vehicle or a user of the special vehicle domain.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the parking request carries identification information of the target vehicle or the user, and the obtaining of the parking request specifically includes:
receiving a parking request which is sent by the target vehicle or the user and carries identification information of the target vehicle or the user;
the determining whether the target vehicle or the user has a subscription relationship with the target enterprise corresponding to the parking lot according to the parking request specifically includes:
judging whether the identification information corresponding to the target vehicle or the user exists in a pre-stored local subscription information list, if so, further judging whether the subscription information corresponding to the identification information is valid;
responding to the fact that the signing information corresponding to the identification information is valid, and further judging whether the target vehicle or the user is a signing vehicle or a user of the special vehicle domain;
and determining that the target vehicle or the user has a signing relationship with a target enterprise corresponding to the parking lot in response to the fact that the target vehicle or the user is not a signing vehicle or a user of the special vehicle domain.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the parking request specifically comprises:
when detecting that a target vehicle drives into a parking lot, acquiring the parking request triggered by the target vehicle;
determining whether a target vehicle or a user has a contract relationship with a target enterprise corresponding to the parking lot according to the parking request specifically includes:
identifying the target vehicle or the user according to the parking request, and acquiring corresponding identification information, wherein the identification information comprises a parking code or identification information;
and determining whether the target vehicle or the user has a signing relationship with the target business enterprise corresponding to the parking lot according to the parking code or the identification information.
5. The method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein if the target vehicle or user is a contracted vehicle or user of a private vehicle domain, the method further comprises:
and acquiring the special vehicle area, and taking the special vehicle area as the target parking area.
6. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and if the parking code or the signing information is invalid, taking the public parking area as the target parking area.
7. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
and if the identification information corresponding to the target vehicle or the user does not exist in the local subscription information list or the subscription information corresponding to the identification information is invalid, taking a public vehicle domain as the target parking area.
8. The method according to claim 6 or 7, wherein the taking of the bus area as the target parking area specifically comprises:
acquiring historical parking habit data of the target vehicle or the user;
and taking the public vehicle domain with the highest parking frequency and the free parking spaces in the historical parking habit data as the target parking domain.
9. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the determining a target parking area according to the contract-signing relationship between the target business and the building property corresponding to the parking lot specifically comprises:
if the target vehicle or the user has a signing relationship with a target enterprise corresponding to the parking lot, acquiring a signing vehicle domain corresponding to the target enterprise according to the signing relationship of the building property corresponding to the parking lot and the target enterprise;
judging whether the free parking space of the vehicle signing area is larger than 1 or not;
if yes, determining the vehicle signing area as a target parking area;
if not, further judging whether the free parking space of the vehicle signing area is equal to 1 or not;
if the free parking space of the vehicle signing region is equal to 1, further judging whether other vehicles stopping to the free parking space exist in the waiting parking time, if not, determining the vehicle signing region as a target parking region, wherein the waiting parking time is the time of the target vehicle stopping to the free parking space from the current position;
and if the free parking space of the booking area is 0 or other vehicles stopping to the free parking space exist in the waiting parking time, taking a public parking area as the target parking area.
10. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the determining a target parking area according to the contract-signing relationship between the target business and the building property corresponding to the parking lot specifically comprises:
if the target vehicle or the user has a signing relationship with a plurality of target enterprises corresponding to the parking lot, acquiring a signing vehicle domain list corresponding to the target enterprises;
and determining the target parking area according to the pre-stored historical parking habit data of the target vehicle or the user and the signed parking area list.
11. The method according to claim 10, wherein the determining the target parking area according to the pre-stored historical parking habit data of the target vehicle or the user and the list of the car signing-up areas specifically comprises:
selecting a signed vehicle domain with a parking frequency meeting a parking threshold value and in the signed vehicle domain list from the historical parking habit data as a target label car-booking domain;
judging whether the destination label car booking domain has an idle parking space or not;
and if so, taking the destination label car-booking area as the target parking area.
12. The method according to claim 1, wherein the sending of the driving route to the target vehicle or the user to park in the target parking area specifically comprises:
determining a target parking space according to the target parking area;
sending a driving route for parking to the target parking space in the target parking area to the target vehicle or a user;
after the sending of the driving route to the target vehicle or the user to park in the target parking space in the target parking area, the method further includes:
and receiving a parking request which is retransmitted by the target vehicle or the user when the target parking space is judged to be occupied.
13. An intelligent parking system, comprising:
the request acquisition module is used for acquiring a parking request;
the contract signing judgment module is connected with the request acquisition module and used for determining whether a target vehicle or a user has a contract signing relationship with a target enterprise corresponding to the parking lot according to the parking request;

15. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the intelligent parking method according to any one of claims 1-12.
