The present embodiment provides an air aerosol sampler 10, and the air aerosol sampler 10 at least comprises a centrifugal sampling tube 100, a centrifugal fan 200, a fixed cover 300, and the like. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of the construction of an air aerosol sampler 10 according to some embodiments of the present application; FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a centrifugal sampling tube 100 of the air aerosol sampler 10 of some embodiments of the present application; FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the air aerosol sampler 10 of some embodiments of the present application with the scraper 500 positioned below; FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the air aerosol sampler 10 of some embodiments of the present application with the scraper 500 positioned above; fig. 5 is a schematic enlarged view of the region a shown in fig. 4.
Wherein the centrifugal sampling tube 100 defines a sampling chamber 110 for applying a paste, said sampling chamber 110 having an upper end opening 120, a lower end opening 130 and a side inlet vent 140.
A centrifugal fan 200 (which may be a high flow fan, and generally requires a high flow sampler for collecting a large amount of airborne particles to prevent false negative results due to its very low airborne biological particle content) is installed at the upper end opening 120 for generating an air flow spiraling upward from the side air inlet 140 in the sampling chamber 110, and the airborne particles in the air flow are captured by the paste while spiraling upward.
The fixing cover 300 is installed at the lower end opening 130, the fixing cover 300 is fixed with a screw 400 arranged in the sampling cavity 110, the screw 400 is in threaded connection with a scraper 500, the scraper 500 is used for moving upwards through threads after the paste collects the aerosol particles and scraping the paste to an accommodating space 150 at the top end of the sampling cavity 110, the accommodating space 150 is formed by the centrifugal sampling tube 100 and the scraper 500, the accommodating space 150 is provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, liquid enters the accommodating space 150 through the liquid inlet to wash out the paste, and the liquid mixed with the paste flows out of the liquid outlet.
The accommodating space 150 for forming the liquid with aerosol particles of the air aerosol sampler 10 provided by the embodiment only has a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, and is not communicated with the centrifugal fan 200, so that no matter how the air aerosol sampler 10 is placed, the liquid can not be poured into the fan, and special requirements such as unmanned aerial vehicle putting-in type sampling are met. The sampler provided by the embodiment is a sampler which has no directional requirement on placement and can output a liquid sample.
In some embodiments, the sampling chamber 110 has an upper sidewall 160, a top wall 170 extending outward in a radial direction from a lower end of the upper sidewall 160, and a lower sidewall 180 extending downward from an end of the top wall 170 away from the upper sidewall 160, the top wall 170 forming a top surface of the receiving space 150, and an upper portion of the lower sidewall 180 forming an outer side surface of the receiving space 150.
The centrifugal sampling tube 100 is directly used to form a part of the accommodating space 150, so that the whole structure is simple, no gap exists between the top surface and the outer side surface of the accommodating space 150, and liquid leakage to the centrifugal fan 200 is avoided.
Wherein the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet are disposed on the top wall 170. If the side wall is provided, the paste or liquid may flow out directly, which is not easy to control, and therefore, the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet are provided on the top wall 170.
In some embodiments, the scraper 500 includes a main body 510 and a protrusion 520 disposed above the main body 510, wherein a portion of an upper surface of the main body 510 corresponding to the top wall 170 forms a bottom surface of the accommodating space 150, and a lower portion of a side surface of the protrusion 520 forms an inner side surface of the accommodating space 150. Accordingly, no gap is formed between the bottom surface and the inner side surface of the accommodating space 150, and liquid does not leak to the centrifugal fan 200.
In some embodiments, an upper portion of the upper sidewall 160 is used for mounting the centrifugal fan 200, and a lower portion of the upper sidewall 160 is used for receiving a portion of the protrusion 520 when the receiving space 150 is formed. Therefore, the paste or liquid is prevented from leaking out from the junction of the inner side surface and the top surface.
The air aerosol sampler 10 may also include a liquid inlet tube, a liquid outlet tube, a liquid bottle, and a liquid pump. One end of the liquid inlet pipe is connected with the liquid inlet; one end of the liquid outlet pipe is connected with the liquid outlet; the liquid bottle is used for installing the liquid and is connected with the other end of the liquid inlet pipe and the other end of the liquid outlet pipe; the liquid pump is mounted to the liquid inlet tube and configured to generate a force for causing liquid in the liquid bottle to enter the receiving space 150 from the liquid inlet tube and the liquid inlet and for causing the liquid mixed with the paste to flow back to the liquid bottle from the liquid outlet tube and the liquid outlet tube.
In some embodiments, the air aerosol sampler 10 further comprises a two-position three-way valve installed in the liquid inlet pipe, and having a first state for conducting the liquid flow path between the liquid bottle and the liquid inlet, and a second state for conducting the liquid bottle and a detection device for detecting the liquid. Therefore, the detection can be directly carried out through the switching of the two-position three-way valve, and the use is convenient.
The liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe are flexible pipes, and the liquid bottle is hung on the fixing frame through the liquid inlet pipe and the liquid outlet pipe. Therefore, an additional device is not needed for fixing the liquid bottle, and the structure is simple.
The air aerosol sampler 10 may further include a motor 600, the motor 600 is mounted at an end of the fixing cap 300 facing away from the sampling cavity 110, and the motor 600 is connected to the screw 400 to drive the screw 400 to rotate, so as to drive the scraper 500 to move. Therefore, the problems that the motor 600 is installed in the sampling cavity 110, the sampling efficiency is low, the service life of the motor 600 is influenced and the like are avoided.
The fixing cap 300 is detachably mounted at the lower end opening 130, thereby facilitating operations of applying paste, cleaning, etc.
In operation, the fixing cap 300 is opened, the scraper 500 is removed, a layer (preferably 0.05-0.5mm thick) of paste (which may be water-soluble or oil-soluble paste, is applied to the particles captured by the application of the paste, thereby improving the sampling efficiency) is applied to the centrifugal sampling tube 100 by means of a brush, and then the scraper 500 and the fixing cap 300 are installed. The fan is started, air enters from the air inlet 140 at the side part of the centrifugal sampling tube 100 and enters the tube along the tangential direction to form a spiral upward high-speed airflow, air particles are gradually separated from the airflow under the action of centrifugal force and impact on the inner wall of the centrifugal sampling tube 100 and are adhered and trapped by the paste coating on the inner wall, and the particles are prevented from rebounding and being taken away along with the airflow. After the set sampling time is reached, the centrifugal fan 200 is stopped, the motor 600 is started, the motor 600 drives the screw 400 to rotate, the screw 400 and the scraper 500 are in threaded transmission, the scraper 500 is pushed upwards, and therefore the coated paste-like substances are scraped to the top. When the scraper 500 moves to the top, a closed loop (i.e., the receiving space 150) is formed with the top structure of the centrifugal sampling tube 100, and the top structure may have a protruding stopper to separate the loops and two through holes to allow one-way flow of liquid.
Then the control system starts a liquid pump and leads the two-position three-way valve to the centrifugal sampling pipe 100, liquid (water-soluble or oil-soluble liquid) in the liquid bottle is conveyed to the closed annular structure, the paste rich in target sampling particles (biological particles such as viruses and bacteria or non-biological particles such as compounds and dust) is subjected to closed-loop circulating flushing to form a liquid sample rich in the target sampling particles, then the flushing is stopped, and the two-position three-way valve is led to a detection device to analyze and detect the liquid sample.
This kind of sample thief is no matter how its direction of placing, and the liquid in the liquid bottle can all be guaranteed to this structure carries out effective output, can not irritate centrifugal fan 200, and the technical problem who samples when having solved unmanned aerial vehicle and having put in detects. And the sampler has simple and reliable structure, light weight, low cost and wider application scene than the conventional sampler. It should also be noted that, in the case of the embodiments of the present invention, features of the embodiments and examples may be combined with each other to obtain a new embodiment without conflict.
The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the scope of the present invention is subject to the scope of the claims.
