The limiting device is also provided with a limiting detection device 24.
The limiting device comprises a second air cylinder 8 arranged on the first partition plate 6, and the lower end of a telescopic shaft 8-1 of the second air cylinder can be clamped into the upper end of the cylinder body of the centrifugal cylinder 12.
The limiting detection device 24 comprises a spring arranged on the telescopic shaft 8-1 of the second air cylinder and a detection plate 24-4 arranged on the second partition plate 23, the spring 24-2 is connected with a pin shaft 24-3, the detection plate 24-4 is provided with a pin hole 24-5 matched with the pin shaft 24-3, and the lower end of the second clutch 11 is also provided with a sensor 25 for detecting whether the main shaft completely stops rotating.
The upper end of the dirty liquid inlet pipe 18 extends into the conical tower body, the conical tower body 28 is arranged at the lower end of the main shaft, and the upper end of the conical tower body 28 is in an open design.
The doctor blades 13 are in 1 pair. The lower end of the centrifugal cylinder 12 is provided with a dry scrap collecting port 29, and a scrap collecting vehicle (not shown) for collecting the dry scraps can be pushed into the bottom frame 20.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
firstly, starting a main motor 1, wherein at the moment, an expansion shaft 7-1 of a first air cylinder 7 is in a contraction state, a first clutch 9 and a second clutch 11 are separated, the main motor 1 drives a main shaft 21 to rotate through belt wheel transmission, a scraper shaft 22 does not rotate at the moment, simultaneously, dirty liquid enters a conical tower body 28 from a dirty liquid inlet 17, the conical tower body 28 rotates at a high speed under the driving of the main shaft 21, dirty liquid is separated for the first time, the dirty liquid after the first separation enters a centrifugal cylinder 12 from an upper port of the conical tower body 28, cuttings and dirt in the dirty liquid are attached to the inner wall of the centrifugal cylinder 12 under the high-speed rotation of the centrifugal cylinder 12, clean liquid enters a clean liquid collecting box 16 from the upper port of the centrifugal cylinder 12 and flows out from a clean liquid outlet, and the dirty liquid flows out from a lower port of the centrifugal cylinder 12, enters a dirty liquid collecting box 19 and is discharged from a dirty liquid outlet; then, the main motor 1 is turned off, the sensor 25 detects that the main shaft 21 completely stops rotating, the second air cylinder 8 is started, the telescopic rod 8-1 of the second air cylinder moves downwards and is inserted into a clamping groove reserved at the upper end of the cylinder body of the centrifugal cylinder 12, meanwhile, the telescopic rod 8-1 of the second air cylinder drives the pin shaft 24-3 to be inserted into the pin hole 24-5 on the detection plate 24-4, once the pin hole 24-5 is inserted, the rotation of the centrifugal cylinder 12 is limited, at the moment, if the sensor 25 detects that the main shaft 21 completely stops rotating, the first air cylinder 7 can be started, the telescopic shaft 7-1 of the first air cylinder is extended, and the first clutch 9 and the second clutch 11 are closed; finally, the speed reducing motor 3 is started, the speed reducing motor 3 drives the scraper shaft 22 to rotate through chain wheel transmission, the centrifugal cylinder 12 is limited to rotate at the moment, the scraper shaft 22 drives the scraper blade 13 to scrape off the cutting chips and dirt attached to the inner wall of the centrifugal cylinder 12, and the scraped cutting chips and dirt enter a chip collecting vehicle (not shown in the figure) below the underframe through a chip drying port.
