Description

Laundry treating apparatus and control method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of clothes treatment equipment, and particularly provides clothes treatment equipment and a control method thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, clothes treatment equipment such as a washing machine, a clothes dryer, a washing and drying integrated machine and the like become a daily household appliance in the life of people.
For a family with children, various items in the home can become children's toys. Children often mimic the daily behavior of parents due to their strong ability to mimic. For example, in daily life, children often learn parents to operate household appliances such as washing machines, which brings much trouble to users and even causes harm to the bodies of the children. For this reason, many laundry treatment apparatuses such as washing machines are provided with a child lock, and a user can perform further operation of the washing machine after pressing an unlock key. However, it is seen that the child may imitate the parent to perform corresponding operations after the parent presses the unlocking key first and performs other operations during the process of using the laundry treating apparatus, and therefore, the risk that the child operating the laundry treating apparatus brings trouble to the user and even harms the body of the child cannot be effectively reduced by only setting the unlocking key.
Therefore, there is a need in the art for a new solution to the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, i.e. to solve the problem that the existing laundry treating apparatus is not effective for reducing the risk that the operation of the laundry treating apparatus by children causes troubles to users and even harms to children's bodies, the present invention provides a control method of a laundry treating apparatus including a first switch and a second switch, the control method comprising: determining whether the first switch and the second switch are simultaneously operated in a case where the laundry treating apparatus is in a child-resistant mode; unlocking the laundry treating apparatus if the first switch and the second switch are simultaneously operated; and if one of the first switch and the second switch is operated, sending out prompt information.
When the child operates the laundry treating apparatus in imitation of the parent, there is a great difficulty in operating the first switch and the second switch simultaneously with both hands of the child due to the influence of factors such as height. Under the condition that the clothes treatment equipment is in the child safety mode, whether the first switch and the second switch are operated at the same time or not is judged, the clothes treatment equipment is unlocked when the first switch and the second switch are operated at the same time, and the prompt message is sent when one of the first switch and the second switch is operated, so that the probability that a child operates the clothes treatment equipment to start the clothes treatment equipment is reduced to a great extent, and the risk that the child operates the clothes treatment equipment to bring troubles to a user or even cause harm to the body of the child is effectively reduced.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the control method further includes: and if the first switch and the second switch are not operated all the time within a first set time length, sending out prompt information.
Through the arrangement, after the clothes treatment equipment is started, if the user does not operate the first switch and the second switch all the time, a prompt is sent to remind the user of timely operating the clothes treatment equipment or parents can timely shut down the clothes treatment equipment under the condition that children mistakenly start the clothes treatment equipment but do not perform any operation, so that the use experience of the user is optimized.
In a preferred aspect of the above control method, in a case where the laundry treating apparatus is in a child-resistant mode and one of the first switch and the second switch is operated, the control method further includes: determining whether one of the first switch and the second switch is operated within a second set time period after the other of the first switch and the second switch is operated; if yes, further acquiring an input unlocking instruction and selectively unlocking the clothes processing equipment according to an acquisition result; if not, keeping the clothes treatment equipment locked.
In a preferred technical solution of the above control method, the step of "acquiring an input unlocking instruction" specifically includes: acquiring an input voice unlocking instruction; the step of "selectively unlocking the laundry treating apparatus according to the acquired result" specifically includes: if the input voice unlocking instruction is not acquired, the clothes processing equipment is kept locked; if the input voice unlocking instruction is obtained, carrying out voice recognition on the input voice unlocking instruction; if the sound of the input voice unlocking instruction belongs to the pre-stored sound, unlocking the clothes treatment equipment; and if the sound of the input voice unlocking instruction does not belong to the pre-stored sound, keeping the clothes treatment equipment locked.
When an adult operates a first switch and a second switch of the clothes treatment equipment, if the first switch and the second switch are not operated simultaneously, the clothes treatment equipment can prompt a user to input an unlocking instruction, and performs operation of acquiring the input voice unlocking instruction, if the voice unlocking instruction is not acquired, the clothes treatment equipment is kept locked, if the voice unlocking instruction is acquired, whether the sound of the voice unlocking instruction is pre-stored sound is further judged, if yes, the clothes treatment equipment is unlocked, and if not, the clothes treatment equipment is kept locked. Through such setting, can avoid older children to imitate parental's operation action unblock clothing treatment facility, further reduce children and operated clothing treatment facility work and brought the trouble and even caused the risk of harm to children's health for the user.
In a preferred embodiment of the control method, the first switch is a first push type knob, the first push type knob is configured to be pressed and then rotated or rotated and then pressed, and a specific manner of determining that the first switch is operated is: when the first switch is pressed and rotated, the first switch is operated, and/or the second switch is a second push type knob, the second push type knob is set to be capable of being pressed and then rotated or being rotated and then pressed, and the specific mode of judging that the second switch is operated is as follows: the second switch is only operated when the second switch is both pressed and rotated.
Through such setting, the operation complexity of first switch and second switch has been increased to a certain extent to increased children and operated first switch and second switch simultaneously and made the difficulty of clothing treatment facility unblock, both reduced children and operated clothing treatment facility work and brought the trouble and even caused the risk of harm to children's health for the user, and need not to increase other sensor further discernments and further reduce the risk, manufacturing cost is lower.
In a preferred technical solution of the above control method, the prompt information includes prompt information that the current operation is incorrect and/or prompt information of correct operation content.
The prompt message is set to include the prompt message that the current operation is incorrect, when the unlocking device is used by an adult, the user can be made aware of the current operation error, the adult knows how to operate correctly so as to further perform correct operation to unlock, and children basically do not know how to unlock, so that the unlocking operation of the children can be effectively avoided. The prompt message is set to include the prompt message of the correct operation content, so that the trouble that the user needs to frequently check the instruction due to the fact that the user cannot remember the operation of correct unlocking when using the clothes treatment equipment for a plurality of times can be avoided, and the use experience of the user is optimized.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the control method further includes: in case that the child safety mode is not set in the laundry treating apparatus, the control method further includes: when the clothes treatment equipment is started, prompting a user to set a child safety mode.
Through the setting, the user can selectively set the child safety mode according to the actual use scene, and the child safety mode is suitable for different users and the use requirements of the same user in different periods.
In another aspect, the present invention provides a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus including a first switch and a second switch, the first switch and the second switch being disposed such that a distance therebetween is greater than or equal to a preset distance, the preset distance being set to ensure that the first switch and the second switch cannot be simultaneously touched by both hands of a same child, and the first switch and the second switch being disposed such that the first switch, the human body, and the second switch have directional micro-currents, the micro-currents being less than a preset current, the preset current being less than 10mA, in a state where both hands of the human body are in contact with the first switch and the second switch, respectively, the control method including: determining whether the first switch and the second switch are simultaneously operated and whether the first switch and the second switch have directional micro-current passing therethrough, in a case where the laundry treating apparatus is in a child-resistant mode; unlocking the laundry treating apparatus if the first switch and the second switch are simultaneously operated and the first switch and the second switch have a directional micro-current passing therethrough; and sending out a prompt message if one of the first switch and the second switch is operated or the first switch and the second switch are operated simultaneously but the first switch and the second switch have no directional micro-current to pass through.
Through such setting, the first switch and the second switch can not be operated by both hands simultaneously when children imitate parents to operate the clothes treatment equipment, thereby avoiding the condition that the children operate the first switch and the second switch by both hands to cause troubles to users and even harm to the bodies of the children. In addition, the condition that two children respectively operate the first switch and the second switch simultaneously can be avoided, the reliability of preventing children from unlocking is improved to a great extent, the operation of the user is relatively simple, and the user experience is better.
In a preferred embodiment of the above control method, the first switch is a first push type knob, the first push type knob is configured to be pressed first and then rotated or rotated first and then pressed, and the specific manner of determining that the first switch is operated is: when the first switch is pressed and rotated, the first switch is operated, and/or the second switch is a second pressing type knob, the second pressing type knob is set to be capable of being pressed and then rotated or rotated and then pressed, and the specific mode for judging that the second switch is operated is as follows: the second switch is only operated when the second switch is both pressed and rotated.
Further, the present invention also provides a laundry treating apparatus, comprising: a memory; a processor; and a computer program stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the processor to implement the control method of the laundry treating apparatus in any one of the above-described aspects.

For example, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus of the present invention is applicable to a pulsator washing machine, a drum washing machine, a clothes dryer, a washer-dryer, or the like. Such adjustments to the specific type of application object should not be construed as limiting the invention, but should be within the scope of the invention.
It should be noted that the terms "first" and "second" in the description of the present invention are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the term "connected" is to be interpreted broadly, e.g., as a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be directly connected or indirectly connected through intervening media, or may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Based on the problem mentioned in the background art that the existing clothes treatment equipment cannot effectively reduce the risk that the children operate the clothes treatment equipment to cause troubles and even harm to the bodies of the children, the invention provides a control method of the clothes treatment equipment.
Through the setting of two switches (first switch and second switch) and be in under the condition of children's safety mode at clothing treatment facility if first switch and second switch are operated then unblock clothing treatment facility simultaneously, if one in first switch and the second switch is operated then send prompt message, structure and operation logic's mutually support, the degree of difficulty that children unblock clothing treatment facility has been increased to a great extent, it makes its work and brings trouble or even causes the risk of harm to children's health to have reduced children's imitation father-mother and have made it work and bring the trouble to the user.
A control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in a first embodiment of the present invention, a control method of a laundry treating apparatus includes:
step S110, the clothes processing equipment is started.
Step S120, detecting a current mode of the laundry treating apparatus.
The mode of the laundry treating apparatus includes a child safety mode and a normal mode, and whether the current mode of the laundry treating apparatus is the child safety mode or the normal mode is detected. It should be noted that the modes of the laundry treating apparatus are not limited to the above two modes, and may include an elderly person mode, other suitable modes, and the like, as long as the modes of the laundry treating apparatus include a child safety mode.
Step S130, determining whether the current mode is the child safety mode, if not, performing step S140, and if so, performing step S210, step S310 and step S410.
It should be noted that, when the current mode is the child safety mode, step S210, step S310, and step S410 may be executed simultaneously, or step S210, step S310, and step S410 may be executed sequentially, and the order of steps may be adjusted arbitrarily when step S210, step S310, and step S410 are executed sequentially.
And step S140, reminding the user to set a child safety mode.
For example, a buzzer on the clothes processing device can give out a buzzing sound for setting a rule to prompt a user to set a child safety mode, a knowledge lamp on the clothes processing device prompts the user to set the child safety mode in a flashing signal mode for setting the rule, a display screen on the clothes processing device prompts the user to set the child safety mode in a text or graphic signal mode, and a voice broadcasting device can prompt the user to set the child safety mode in a voice mode or other suitable modes to prompt the user to set the child safety mode. Although not shown in the drawings, it is understood that it may be detected whether the mode of the laundry treating apparatus is reset within a set time after step S140, and if so, it jumps to step S120, otherwise, it is performed according to the current mode.
Step S210, determining whether the first switch and the second switch are not operated all the time within the first set time period, if yes, executing step S220.
For example, the first switch and the second switch are both automatic reset button switches, and are operated when pressed. When the first switch and the second switch are not pressed all the time within the first time period, step S220 is executed.
Step S220, prompting the user to turn off the laundry treating apparatus.
If the first set time length is 10s, judging whether the first switch and the second switch are not operated all the time within 10s after the current mode is judged to be the child safety mode, and if the first switch and the second switch are not operated all the time within 10s, prompting a user to turn off the clothes treatment equipment. Generally, in a case where a laundry treating apparatus is in a child-safe mode after being turned on, a user may unlock the laundry treating apparatus first, and a playing child may not unlock the laundry treating apparatus as soon as an adult turns on the laundry treating apparatus. After the clothes treatment equipment is started and under the condition that the current mode is the child safety mode, if the first switch and the second switch are not operated all the time within the first time length, the clothes treatment equipment can be judged to be started by children, and at the moment, the clothes treatment equipment is prompted to be closed by a user, so that adults can find the behavior of starting the clothes treatment equipment by the children in time and shut down the clothes treatment equipment. By means of the arrangement, the situation that power is wasted when the clothes treatment device is powered on for a long time due to the fact that a user forgets to continuously operate the clothes treatment device because other temporary things need to be handled (such as answering a telephone or needing to temporarily go out) after the clothes treatment device is started can be avoided, and the user can selectively turn off the clothes treatment device or continuously operate the clothes treatment device according to actual needs. It should be noted that the first set time period of 10s is only a specific setting manner, and may be adjusted in practical applications, for example, the first set time period may be 5s, 8s, 12s, 15s, or other suitable time periods.
Step S310, determining whether one of the first switch and the second switch is operated within a first set time period, if yes, performing step S320.
And step S320, prompting the user that the current unlocking operation is wrong, and then executing step S330 and step S410.
Step S330, determining whether another switch is operated within a second time period after one switch is operated, if so, executing step S340.
And step S340, acquiring the input voice unlocking instruction.
Step S350, determining whether an input voice unlocking instruction is acquired, if so, executing step S360, and if not, executing step S370.
Step S360, determining whether the input voice unlocking instruction belongs to a pre-stored sound, if so, executing step S420, otherwise, executing step S370.
Step S370, keeping the laundry treating apparatus locked.
Step S410, determining whether the first switch and the second switch are operated simultaneously within a first set time period, if yes, performing step S420.
Step S420, unlocking the laundry treating apparatus.
Detecting the states of a first switch and a second switch in real time within a first set time period after the current mode is judged to be the child safety mode, prompting a user of a current unlocking operation error if the first switch (or the second switch) is detected to be operated within the first time period, then continuously detecting the states of the first switch and the second switch, unlocking the clothes processing equipment if the first switch (or the second switch) is detected to be operated simultaneously within the first set time period after the first switch (or the second switch) is operated, executing the operation of obtaining an input voice unlocking instruction if the second switch (or the first switch) is operated within a second time period (such as 5 s) after the first switch (or the second switch) is operated, keeping the clothes processing equipment locked if the input voice unlocking instruction is not obtained, further judging whether the input voice unlocking instruction belongs to a prestored sound if the input voice unlocking instruction does not belong to the prestored sound, and keeping the clothes processing equipment locked if the input voice unlocking instruction belongs to the prestored sound.
It should be noted that the voice unlocking instruction refers to received sounds of the user, including a sound capable of unlocking the laundry treatment apparatus and a sound incapable of unlocking the laundry treatment apparatus. The pre-stored sound may be a sound signal of a preset text content, and the laundry processing apparatus is unlocked when the text content of the received voice unlocking instruction is the same as the preset text content. Preferably, the pre-stored sound is a sound signal of a preset text content and a preset voiceprint, and the laundry processing device is unlocked only when the text content of the received voice unlocking instruction is the same as the preset text content and the voiceprint of the voice unlocking instruction is the same as the preset voiceprint, so that the risk that the child imitates a parent to unlock the laundry processing device can be further reduced. In addition, the second time period of 5s is only a specific setting mode, and it can be adjusted in practical application, for example, the first set time period can be 8s, 10s, 15s or other suitable time period.
After the clothes treatment equipment is started, detecting whether the current mode of the clothes treatment equipment is a child safety mode, if the current mode is the child safety mode, judging whether unlocking is performed according to subsequent operation, and if the current mode is not the child safety mode, setting the child safety mode by a user. Through the setting, the user can selectively set the child safety mode according to the actual use scene, and the child safety mode is suitable for different users and the use requirements of the same user in different periods.
In another possible embodiment, the user is only reminded to set the child safety mode when the laundry treating apparatus is first powered on, and if the laundry treating apparatus sets the child safety mode, the steps after step S130 are executed each time the laundry treating apparatus is powered on, and the laundry treating apparatus is selectively unlocked or kept locked according to actual conditions.
In another possible embodiment, the child-resistant mode is set directly before the laundry treatment apparatus leaves the factory. It is required to selectively unlock or keep the laundry treating apparatus locked according to a corresponding operation during the use of the user.
When one of the first switch and the second switch is detected to be operated within a first set time length, prompting a user of a current unlocking operation error, further judging whether the other one of the first switch and the second switch is operated within a second set time length after the operation of the one of the first switch and the second switch is operated, if so, further acquiring an input unlocking instruction and selectively unlocking the clothes treatment equipment according to an acquisition result, otherwise, keeping the clothes treatment equipment locked, and further judging whether the first switch and the second switch are simultaneously operated within the first set time length after the operation of the one of the first switch and the second switch and selectively unlocking the clothes treatment equipment according to a judgment result, so that unlocking can be further performed through the unlocking instruction under the condition that the wind direction is not skillful in unlocking operation of adults and correct unlocking is not performed, the wind direction for unlocking the clothes treatment equipment by children is reduced, and the use experience of the user is further optimized.
The unlocking instruction is set to be a voice unlocking instruction, and the clothes processing equipment can be conveniently unlocked by a user. It should be noted that the voice unlocking instruction is only a preferable setting mode as the unlocking instruction, and in practical application, the voice unlocking instruction may be adjusted as needed, for example, the unlocking instruction may be set as the fingerprint unlocking instruction, and the clothes processing device may be selectively unlocked by comparing the acquired input fingerprint information with the stored fingerprint information.
In another possible embodiment, after step S320, it is possible to jump to only step S330, not to step S410.
In another possible embodiment, after step S320, step S410 is skipped without including steps S330 to S370.
A control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 2. Wherein, fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention.
The distance between the first switch and the second switch is set to be larger than or equal to a preset distance, the preset distance is set to ensure that the first switch and the second switch cannot be touched by two hands of the same child, the first switch and the second switch are set to have directional micro-current to pass through in the state that two hands of a human body are respectively in contact with the first switch and the second switch, the micro-current is smaller than a preset current, and the preset current is smaller than 10mA. Specifically, the average height of a 6-year-old child is 107-122 cm, and the preset distance is set to 125cm, 128cm or 130cm, that is, the set distance between the first switch and the second switch is greater than or equal to 125cm, 128cm or 130cm, so that the first switch and the second switch cannot be touched by both hands of the same child at the same time, for example, the set distance between the first switch and the second switch may be set to 140cm or 145 cm. The first switch and the second switch are made of conductive materials, the first switch and the second switch are respectively connected with the positive electrode and the negative electrode of the storage battery through wires, resistors and micro-current sensors are arranged on the wires, and when the micro-current sensors detect that directional micro-current flows, it is indicated that the directional micro-current flows pass through the first switch and the second switch. When the two hands of the user are respectively contacted with the first switch and the second switch, the storage battery, the resistor, the first switch, the human body and the second switch form a closed loop to form directional micro-current in the closed loop. The voltage and the resistance of the storage battery are set to be that the micro-current in the closed loop is smaller than the preset current under the condition that the human body is connected to form the closed loop, and the preset current is smaller than 10mA, so that the micro-current is not larger than the human body safety current. Preferably, the preset current is set to 0.7mA, that is, the micro-current is less than 0.7mA, so that the user can not feel the existence of the micro-current, and the use experience of the user is optimized. The first switch and the second switch may be directly fixedly disposed on the laundry treating apparatus at the production stage, and a distance between the first switch and the second switch is greater than or equal to a preset distance. Preferably, the user can select and set the distance between the first switch and the second switch according to actual needs, for example, a plurality of switches are arranged on the clothes treatment device, the user can select two of the plurality of switches to be arranged as the first switch and the second switch according to the double-arm unfolding length of the child at home, the distance between the first switch and the second switch is larger than the double-arm unfolding length of the child at home, the first switch and the second switch can also be arranged to be movable and fixed on the clothes treatment device when in use, and the user can also move the first switch and the second switch to a position where the distance between the first switch and the second switch is larger than the double-arm unfolding length of the child at home and fix the first switch and the second switch on the clothes treatment device according to the double-arm unfolding length of the child at home. Like this, along with child's growth, can adjust the distance between first switch and the second switch in good time according to child's both arms expansion length, still avoided like this that the distance between first switch and the second switch is directly set to great distance by the producer and leads to the not high condition of travelling comfort when adult operates first switch and second switch unblock clothing treatment facility, can both reduce children and unblock clothing treatment facility, can optimize user's use experience again.

Step S220, prompting the user to turn off the laundry treating apparatus.
Step S420, determining whether the first switch and the second switch have directional micro-current, if yes, executing step S430.
Although not shown in the drawings, it is understood that the user may be prompted to turn off the laundry treating apparatus, directly turn off the laundry treating apparatus, or keep the laundry treating apparatus locked in case the first switch and the second switch do not have a directional micro-current passing therethrough.
Step S430, unlocking the laundry treating apparatus.
That is, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that it is further determined whether the first switch and the second switch have directional micro-current passing in case that the first switch and the geothermal switch are simultaneously operated for the first set time period, and it is further determined whether the first switch and the second switch have directional micro-current passing in case that the inputted voice unlocking instruction belongs to a pre-stored sound, and the laundry treating apparatus is unlocked in a state that the first switch and the second switch have directional micro-current passing. Through such setting, the condition that two children respectively operate the first switch and the second switch to unlock the clothes treatment equipment is avoided, and the reliability of preventing children from unlocking is further improved.
It can be understood that, the step S320 in the above embodiments may be replaced by sending out prompt information of correct operation content, for example, the prompt information may be sent out in a form of voice broadcast, or sent out in a form of characters through a display screen. Of course, an unlocking operation error may be issued, and a prompt message of correct operation content may be issued.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiments, preferably, the first switch is a first pressing type knob, the first pressing type knob is configured to be pressed and then rotated or rotated and then pressed, and a specific manner of determining that the first switch is operated is as follows: when the first switch is pressed and rotated, the first switch is operated, the second switch is a second pressing type knob, the second pressing type knob is set to be capable of being pressed and then rotated or rotated and then pressed, and the specific mode for judging that the second switch is operated is as follows: the second switch is only operated when it is both pressed and rotated. It should be noted that, the first switch and the second switch are both configured as the push type knobs only in a specific configuration, and in practical applications, only one of the first switch and the second switch may be configured as the push type knob.
