Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present application is further elaborated below with reference to the drawings and the embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a control method according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step 102: acquiring a first pressure value sensed by a pressure sensor on a workbench of the laundry device;
the washing equipment can be a washing machine, a dehydrator, a dryer, an integrated washing and drying machine, a dry cleaner and the like, a workbench of the washing equipment can be positioned on the top plane or the side surface of the washing equipment, a plurality of function keys can be integrated on the workbench, and different washing functions can be realized in the key areas of the function keys by pressing.
The number of the pressure sensors can be one or more, and when the number of the pressure sensors is one, the pressure sensors can comprise a plurality of pressure sensing parts, and each pressure sensing part can sense the pressure value of one key area; when the number of the pressure sensors is multiple, each pressure sensor can sense the pressure value of one key area.
The pressure sensor can be arranged beside a computer board (also called as a main control chip or a controller) of the laundry equipment and below the workbench, the pressure sensor can sense the pressure borne by the workbench of the laundry equipment, convert the sensed first pressure value into an electric signal and transmit the electric signal to the main control chip of the laundry equipment, and the main control chip judges whether the first pressure value is greater than or equal to a first pressure threshold value by using a preset algorithm; therefore, whether children touch and tap the workbench carelessly or climb to the workbench or whether weights are placed on the workbench or not can be judged according to the first pressure value.
Step 104: under the condition that the first pressure value is greater than or equal to a first pressure threshold value, judging whether the laundry equipment has started a child lock function;
wherein, the first pressure threshold value can be set at factory setting, for example, it can be set to be 15 kilograms (unit: kg), 20 kilograms, etc.; the first pressure threshold may also be set autonomously by a user who may enter a factory mode of the laundry device or may change the first pressure threshold, and the user may perform a customized function according to the weight of a specific user such as a child or an animal at home. The first pressure threshold value is set according to the weight of the specific user, so that the pressure threshold value can be set individually, and whether the specific user climbs onto the washing equipment or not can be judged more accurately.
If children, animals and the like climb onto the workbench carelessly, the children, the animals and the like may fall off from the laundry equipment, may fall into the laundry equipment, and may touch function keys of the laundry equipment, so that potential safety hazards are increased; in addition, supposing that the heavy object is placed on the workbench, the workbench may be damaged due to the placement of the heavy object, the service life of the laundry equipment is affected, and the laundry equipment is still likely to shake when the laundry equipment runs, so that the heavy object falls or vibration noise is generated, and the user experience is affected.
In order to reduce the potential safety hazard, the laundry equipment is usually provided with a child lock function, and when the child lock function is started, any functional key of the laundry equipment can temporarily lose the control function.
Step 106: and under the condition that the child lock function is not opened, opening the child lock function of the laundry equipment.
When the first pressure value is greater than or equal to the first pressure threshold value, the door lock of the laundry device can be closed while the child lock function is started, so that the condition that a child opens the door lock and enters the laundry device is further avoided; alarm information can be output, so that the user is prompted to check the state of the laundry equipment in time.
In the embodiment of the application, through the pressure size that acquires pressure sensor sensing on the workstation, open child lock function when the pressure value is greater than or equal to first pressure threshold value to can climb back to laundry equipment or when placing the heavy object on the laundry equipment at children, take certain safeguard measure automatically, thereby avoid children because of the danger that curiosity maloperation leads to, reduce because of placing the influence of heavy object to laundry equipment life-span on the laundry equipment, promote user's laundry and experience.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, after step 102, the method further comprises steps 108 and 110:
Step 108: determining a category of an object on the laundry device if the first pressure value is greater than or equal to a first pressure threshold; the categories include moving objects and fixed objects;
wherein, the object can be things appearing on the laundry equipment, the object can be human, animal, article, etc.; the moving object may be an object that can be moved, such as a person (child, elderly, etc.) that needs to be cared for, an animal (cat, dog, squirrel, etc.); the stationary object may be a stationary object such as a basin, a book, a cup, or the like.
Step 110: and outputting alarm information under the condition that the category is the moving object.
Wherein, alarm information can include reputation alarm information and characters alarm information etc. and main control chip can be judging first pressure value is greater than or equal to first pressure threshold value, and under the condition that the classification of object was the removal object on the laundry equipment, sends the warning that shows "PE", can also be the buzzer warning, buzzer sends continuous sharp-pointed buzzing sound, simultaneously main control chip can also control the lock of laundry equipment and close, reduces children and falls into the risk in the bucket of laundry equipment.
In one embodiment, corresponding alarm information may also be set according to objects of different categories.
In the embodiment of the application, through when first pressure value is great, judge that the removal object climbs to laundry equipment to output alarm information, thereby can in time indicate the user in time to inspect laundry equipment's state, thereby in time prevent the action of removal object, greatly reduced the probability that produces danger.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, after step 108, the method may further include step 112 and step 116:
step 112: judging the state of the laundry device under the condition that the category is the fixed object;
wherein, the state of the laundry device may include an operation state and a non-operation state.
Step 114: under the condition that the state of the laundry equipment is the running state, outputting alarm information;
when the laundry device is in operation, if a fixed object such as a heavy object is placed on the laundry device, the laundry device may shake, so that the heavy object falls or generates vibration noise, user experience is influenced, and the service life of the laundry device is influenced.
Step 116: and under the condition that the state of the laundry equipment is the non-running state, not outputting the alarm information.
Wherein, when the laundry equipment is not in operation, if fixed objects such as heavy object are placed on the laundry equipment, the laundry equipment can not be rocked at this moment, and the fixed objects can not fall or generate noise, so that the warning information can not be output at this moment.
In the embodiment of the application, when the fixed object is placed on the laundry equipment, whether the alarm information is output or not is determined by detecting the state of the laundry equipment, so that a user can be timely reminded to take down the fixed object only when the laundry equipment is in the running state, and the service life of the laundry equipment is prolonged; when the laundry equipment is in a non-running state, the warning information is not output, so that the resources can be saved.
In some embodiments, when the laundry device is in the non-operating state, because the fixed object may also cause the workbench to be damaged, which affects the service life of the laundry device, the warning information may also be output when the laundry device is in the non-operating state, and the output warning information may be different when the laundry device is in the non-operating state and the operating state, so that a user may determine whether to check the state of the laundry device, determine whether to take off the fixed object, and take personalized safety measures according to the warning information.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the step 108 of "determining the class of the object on the laundry device" may be implemented by the following steps 1081 to 1083:
step 1081: judging whether a pressure sensing area on the workbench corresponding to the first pressure value changes or not;
step 1082: determining the class of the object on the laundry equipment as a moving object under the condition that the pressure sensing area is changed;
step 1083: and under the condition that the pressure sensing area is not changed, determining that the object on the washing equipment is a fixed object.
In the embodiment of the application, the object type of the washing equipment is determined according to whether the pressure sensing area corresponding to the first pressure value changes, so that the object type of the washing equipment can be accurately and efficiently determined.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the pressure sensing area includes a non-key area and at least two key areas, and the first pressure value is sensed by the non-key area and/or the at least two key areas; after step 106, the method further comprises:
step 118: and responding to the sequential pressing of at least two key areas on the laundry equipment, and unlocking the laundry equipment.
The keys corresponding to the key area may include a key K1 (water level key), a key K2 (temperature key), a key K3 (speed key), a key K4 (reservation key), a start key, and the like; the K1 key, the K2 key, and the start key may be sequentially pressed to unlock the laundry device.
In the embodiment of the application, after at least two first key regions are sequentially triggered, the laundry device can be unlocked, so that children and the like can be prevented from unlocking by mistake, and the probability that the children are injured by the human body is reduced.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the method may further include the following steps 120 and 122:
step 120: acquiring the pressing duration of pressing a target key area in the at least two key areas;
step 122: and starting a first washing function corresponding to the target key area under the condition that the pressing duration of the target key area is less than or equal to a duration threshold.
The time length threshold value can be 0.5 second (unit: s), 1s and the like, and when the pressing time length is short, the first washing function can be started after the target key area is pressed and lifted. A large number of function keys on a general laundry device, such as "soak", "wash", "rinse", "spin", "start/pause", "reserve", and "power", may be a large number of washing functions on the laundry device integrated into a small number of keys, for example, may be integrated into keys corresponding to a target key region, and the laundry device may respond to different washing functions by pressing the target key region with different pressing durations and pressing force degrees.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, after step 122, the method may further include the following steps 124 to 128:
step 124: under the condition that the pressing duration is greater than the duration threshold, acquiring a second pressure value for pressing the target key area;
step 126: starting a second washing function corresponding to the target key area under the condition that the second pressure value is smaller than or equal to a second pressure threshold value;
wherein the second pressure threshold may be less than the first pressure threshold.
Step 128: and starting a third washing function corresponding to the target key area under the condition that the second pressure value is greater than the second pressure threshold value.
Wherein, when the pressing time is longer, different washing functions can be started by combining the pressing force. For example, when the pressing time length exceeds the time length threshold and the second pressure value does not exceed the second pressure threshold, the long press option may be triggered, and the second washing function corresponding to the long press option is started after the target key region is pressed and lifted. The pressure option can be triggered when the pressing duration exceeds the duration threshold and the second pressure value exceeds the second pressure threshold, and a third washing function corresponding to the pressure option is started after the target key area is pressed.
In some embodiments, the pressure determination may be performed when the pressing time period is short, so that different washing functions may be turned on when the user presses lightly (pressing time period and pressing force degree are small), when the user presses lightly (pressing time period and pressing force degree are large), when the user presses lightly (pressing time period and pressing force degree are small), when the user presses lightly (pressing time period and pressing force degree are large), and when the user presses lightly (pressing time period and pressing force degree are large).
In addition, in some embodiments, it is also possible to determine the washing function to be turned on only according to the second pressure value of the pressing.
In the embodiment of the application, based on the fact that the touch experience is increased through the pressure sensor, a plurality of washing functions can be integrated in a small number of keys, the duration and the pressing pressure value of the target key area are judged, different responses are generated by the washing equipment, different washing functions are triggered, the problems that different washing functions are integrated in a large number of function keys, operation is complex and complex, and the operation is not simple and convenient are avoided, and market complaints can be reduced.
In some child lock solutions, the child lock function is almost always manually and actively unlocked, however, many times, the user easily ignores the operation, thereby creating a safety hazard. Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the logic of the child lock can be optimized based on the pressure sensor, and the function of automatically unlocking the child lock when certain conditions are met is added. Meanwhile, the functions of the washing machine in the current market are more, so that the number of keys is synchronously increased, the cost is increased, more market hidden dangers are generated, the functions can be integrated in a small number of keys based on the pressure sensor, the force for pressing the keys is judged, different responses are generated, and the user experience is enhanced.
The embodiment of the application provides a method for enhancing experience and safety of a washing machine based on a pressure sensor, the pressure on a workbench is obtained, an electric signal is transmitted to a main control chip and judged by an algorithm, when the pressure exceeds a certain value, a door lock is automatically closed and a child lock function is opened, an alarm is given, and therefore after a child climbs on the washing machine, certain safety measures can be automatically taken, and the probability of personal injury is reduced. Meanwhile, the pressure sensor can be used for increasing touch experience, integrating a plurality of functions on a small number of keys, generating different responses by judging the force for pressing the keys and reducing market complaints.
Fig. 6 is a schematic flow chart of a child lock method based on a pressure sensor according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 6, the method includes the following steps:
step 601: starting;
step 602: judging whether a user enters a factory mode of the laundry equipment to set a first pressure threshold value; if yes, go to step 603, if no, go to step 604;
step 603: setting a self-defined threshold value as a first pressure threshold value by a user;
step 604: a main control chip of the laundry equipment sets a factory default threshold as a first pressure threshold;
Step 605: whether the pressure on a workbench of the washing equipment is greater than a first pressure threshold value or not; if yes, go to step 606, if no, go to step 610;
step 606: judging whether a door lock of the washing equipment is locked or not; if not, go to step 607; if yes, go to step 608;
step 607: locking the door lock;
step 608: alarming by using a buzzer of the laundry equipment;
step 609: judging whether the alarm is released or not; if yes, go to step 605; if not, go to step 608;
after the alarm is released, the pressure received by the workbench can be continuously sensed, and when the alarm is not released, the buzzer can be continuously used for alarming.
Step 610: and (6) ending.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a control method in a user mode of a laundry device according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 7, the method includes the following steps:
step 701: starting;
step 702: whether the user presses the key for more than 0.5 second; if not, go to step 703, if yes, go to step 704;
step 703: judging that the key behavior of the user is short key pressing;
step 704: whether the pressing force of the user exceeds a threshold value; if not, go to step 705, if yes, go to step 706;
Step 705: judging the key behavior of the user to be a long-time key pressing;
step 706: judging the key behavior of the user to be an effort key;
step 707: triggering a key function corresponding to the key behavior of the user;
and under the condition that the key behaviors of the user are judged to be short-time pressing, long-time pressing and force pressing, the key functions corresponding to the short-time pressing, long-time pressing and force pressing can be respectively triggered.
Step 708: and (6) ending.
In this application embodiment, pressure sensor can judge the pressure size that the laundry equipment workstation received to convert it into the signal of telecommunication size that corresponds, the algorithm is handled in the master control to foretell signal of telecommunication, and the acquiescence threshold value when leaving the factory is 15Kg, and when the pressure that receives was greater than 15Kg, the master control will send PE's warning, sends continuous sharp-pointed buzzing sound, closes the lock simultaneously, reduces the risk that children fall into the bucket.
In the embodiment of the application, after the PE alarm is generated, the unlocking can be realized only by pressing the K1, the K2 and the start key in sequence, so that the mistaken unlocking of children is avoided.
In the embodiment of the application, the user can enter a factory mode to set the threshold value independently, and the customized function is performed according to the weight of children at home.
In the embodiment of the application, the pressure sensor can sense the force of pressing the key by a user, so that different functions can be generated through one key.
In the embodiment of the application, after a user presses a key, the pressing duration is judged first, and when the time exceeds 0.5s, pressure judgment is started. When the pressing pressure exceeds a threshold value, a pressure-sensitive option of the key is triggered; if the press-down time exceeds 0.5s but the press-down pressure does not exceed the threshold, a long press option is triggered. The key of the basic function is effective for lifting, and the pressure option is effective for pressing.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating a connection relationship between control structural components of a laundry device according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 8, the laundry device includes: controller 801, pressure sensor 802, alarm module 803, touch module 804, lock module 805, wherein:
in one embodiment, after the user powers on the laundry device, the user enters a factory mode, and sets a pressure threshold for the PE alarm, assuming that the setting value is a. On a certain day, a user has a rest in a bedroom, a son runs in a house, the son climbs a washing machine at the moment, the weight of the child is B (B is larger than A), the pressure sensor 802 receives the pressure change of the workbench, the pressure change is converted into an electric signal value and transmitted to the controller 801, the controller 801 judges the signal, confirms that the pressure is larger than a set threshold value, then transmits an alarm instruction to the alarm module 803, sends out a buzzer sound, simultaneously transmits a door lock instruction to the door lock module 805, enables the door lock to be closed, transmits the current state of the door lock to the controller 801, determines that locking is successful, and the user in the bedroom listens to the alarm and checks the state of the washing machine, so that the behavior of the child is prevented, and the probability of danger is greatly reduced.
In another embodiment, in some models of operation interfaces, the washing time and the rinsing time can be set independently from the dewatering time, but when the washing time is set, if the default washing time is 18 minutes, the maximum washing time is 20 minutes, and the user wants to set the washing time to 10 minutes, the user can click the key 13 times, that is, the user presses twice to 20 minutes from 18 minutes and then presses once to 10 minutes from 1 minute to ten times, which is tedious and has a poor experience. The pressure sensor is used to simplify the procedure. When a user presses a key slightly hard, the pressure sensor 802 receives pressure change of the panel and transmits an electric signal value to the controller 801, the controller 801 judges the signal, if the value is larger than a default set value of the controller 801, the signal is judged to be pressed hard, meanwhile, the touch module determines the position of the pressed key by judging the touch value of each key and transmits the position to the controller 801 for processing, and the operation of the specific key can be obtained by combining the two conditions. When the washing key is pressed hard, the time is increased by 5 minutes, at this time, if the user wants to set, the user can press the button 4 times (the time is increased from 18 minutes to 20 minutes when the washing key is lightly pressed for the first 2 times, the time is increased from 1 minute to 5 minutes when the washing key is pressed for the 3 rd time, and the time is increased from 6 minutes to 10 minutes when the washing key is pressed for the 4 th time), so that the user experience is greatly improved.
