As shown in fig. 6, the labeling mechanism 23 includes a labeling head 231, a fixing seat 232, a moving seat 233, a clamping handle 234, a base 235, and an adjusting handwheel 236. The labeler head 231 is an outsourcing piece and is a sender of labeling actions, different brands of labeler heads can be purchased for installation according to needs, the labeler head is installed on the movable seat 233, a lead screw nut and a linear bearing seat are installed in the movable seat, and a linear bearing is installed in the bearing seat; after the clamping handle 234 is loosened, the adjusting hand wheel 236 can be rotated to adjust the position of the moving seat, so as to adjust the labeling position, and after the position is adjusted, the clamping handle 234 can be screwed down. The detection mechanism 24 is connected to the conveyor body by a support bracket 242. The support bracket 242 is provided with an arc-shaped hole. The front end of the adjusting bracket 245 is provided with a photoelectric bracket 246, and the adjusting bracket 245 is connected with the supporting frame 242 through a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod respectively. A first long hole and a second long hole are formed in the adjusting bracket 245, a first supporting rod is arranged in the first long hole, and a star-shaped handle I241 is arranged at the upper end of the first supporting rod. The upper end of the second support rod is arranged in the second long hole and connected with the star-shaped handle III 244, and the lower end of the second support rod is arranged in the arc-shaped hole of the support frame 242 and connected with the star-shaped handle II 243. By adjusting the star-shaped handle I241, the star-shaped handle II 243 and the star-shaped handle III 244, the extending distance and the swing angle of the photoelectric support 246 can be adjusted to meet the labeling requirements of bags with different sizes.
The bag discharging and pressing mechanism 25 comprises a bag discharging roller 256 and a bag discharging pressure adjusting mechanism. The bag outlet pressure adjusting mechanism comprises a threaded shaft 250, a linear bearing 251, a spring 252, a compression nut 253, an adjusting block 254 and a bag outlet wheel support 255. The bag discharging and pressing mechanism 25 is arranged at the tail end of the conveyor body 21 and plays a role of leading out bags.
The bag discharging and pressing mechanism 25 is fixed to the conveyor body by a bag discharging wheel support 255. The linear bearing 251 is arranged on the bag outlet wheel support 255. Two sides of the bag outlet roller 256 are fixed on the adjusting block 254, the adjusting block 254 is provided with a threaded shaft 250, and the upper end of the threaded shaft 250 is arranged on the corresponding linear bearing 251. Each threaded shaft 250 is provided with 2 compression nuts 253, and a compression spring 252 is arranged between each compression nut 253 and the bag outlet wheel support. The adjusting block moves up and down to rub the interior of the linear bearing 251, the whole process is stable and free of clamping stagnation, the position of the compression nut is adjusted, and the compression force between the bag outlet roller and the conveyor belt can be adjusted, so that the bag outlet roller can adapt to different bag thicknesses and different bag surface friction forces.

As shown in fig. 1, the labeling machine includes a bag feeding device 1, a labeling and conveying device 2 of embodiment 2, a bag storage device 3, and an electrical cabinet 4. The bag supply device is provided with four support legs, each support leg is provided with a caster 111 and a lifting foot plate 112, the caster can enable the bag supply device to be convenient to move and transport, and after the installation position is determined, the lifting foot plates are adjusted according to requirements to fix the position of the bag supply device.
The bag taking mechanism is used for obtaining the packaging bag and comprises a mounting frame 19 and a suction cup 110.
Traditional sucking disc formula is got bagging apparatus and is used for no membrane bag and gets a bag in-process, because of no membrane bag is high because of the gas permeability, traditional sucking disc can't establish the vacuum when getting the bag, leads to getting the problem of bag failure. In one embodiment, the suction cup may be replaced with a bag grasping assembly. As shown in fig. 15, the bag-grasping assembly includes: including a gripping drive 117, a gripping drive, and a gripping member. The grasping drive 1041 is preferably a pneumatic cylinder.
The grabbing transmission piece comprises a connecting block 118, a connecting rod assembly and a pin shaft 121. The pin 121 is a fixed fulcrum.
The connecting block 118 is connected to the output of the gripper drive 117. The linkage assembly includes a first link 119 and a second link 120 hingedly connected. The connecting rod assemblies are arranged on two sides of the connecting block 118, the first connecting rod 119 is hinged with the corresponding end of the connecting block 118, and the middle part of the second connecting rod 120 is rotatably connected with the pin shaft 121.
The grabbing piece is connected with the grabbing driving piece through the grabbing driving piece. The grasping element includes a first grasping element 122 and a second grasping element 123 disposed opposite to each other. The first grasping member 122 or the second grasping member 123 is disposed at the end of the second link 120. The first and second grasping members 122, 123 are preferably needle-like gripping teeth.
The bag taking method of the bag grabbing component comprises the following steps: when bag taking is started, the lifting cylinder 14 moves to extend until the bag grabbing component contacts the material bag, the grabbing driving component 117 moves, the first grabbing piece 122 and the second grabbing piece 123 grab the bag, the lifting cylinder 14 moves to withdraw, and the first grabbing piece 122 and the second grabbing piece 123 grab the bag to finish the bag taking action.
And the bag supply lifting mechanism is arranged on the rack, is connected with the bag taking mechanism and is used for driving the bag taking mechanism to perform lifting motion. The bag-supplying lifting mechanism comprises a guide rail seat 113, a lifting cylinder 14, a lifting drag chain 15, a lifting cylinder seat 17 and a linear guide rail 18.
And the bag supply and transfer mechanism is arranged on the rack, is connected with the bag supply lifting mechanism and is used for driving the bag taking mechanism and the bag supply lifting mechanism to perform translational motion. The bag supplying and transferring mechanism comprises a transferring cylinder 12, a transferring cylinder support 13 and a transferring drag chain 114.
Two guide rail seats 113 are respectively arranged on the main beams at the two sides of the bag supply device surface, a linear guide rail 18 is respectively arranged on each guide rail seat, a slide block is matched on each guide rail, and a lifting cylinder seat 17 is arranged between the two slide blocks in a crossing manner. The lifting cylinder 14 is fixed on the lifting cylinder seat 17, the movable end of the cylinder is connected with the sucking disc frame 19, and a plurality of sucking discs 110 are arranged on the sucking disc frame 19 as required and used for taking bags. The fixed end of the lifting drag chain 15 is connected with the lifting cylinder seat 17, and the movable end of the lifting drag chain 15 is connected with the suction cup frame 19. The fixed end of the transfer drag chain 114 is connected with the guide rail base 113, and the moving end of the transfer drag chain 114 is connected with the lifting cylinder base 17. The transferring cylinder 12 is fixed on the transferring cylinder support 13 which is fixed on the guide rail base 113, and the movable end of the transferring cylinder is connected with the lifting cylinder base 17.
The transfer operation of the bag feeder 1 is air cylinder driving. The lifting cylinder 14 extends to drive the suction cup rack 19 and the suction cup 110 to extend together, and the bag taking action is completed. The transferring cylinder 12 extends to drive the lifting cylinder 14, the lifting drag chain 15, the guide shaft 16, the lifting cylinder seat 17, the suction cup frame 19 and the suction cup 110 to extend together to complete the transferring action, the relative motion in the whole process is completed by the guide rail slide block, and the stable transferring process and no clamping stagnation are ensured.
In one embodiment, the bag supply device further comprises an empty bag detection device 115 and a side bar 116. The side stop lever 116 is fixed on the lower edge of the main beam at one side of the table-board 11 of the bag supply device, and the position is adjusted according to the width of the material bag; the empty bag detection device 115 is fixed at the lower edge of the cross arm of the table top 11 of the bag supply device, detects whether a material bag exists or not, and judges the start and stop of the bag supply process.
In one embodiment, the bag supply further comprises a guide shaft 16 and a linear bearing. In the bag taking process, the guide shaft 16 slides in a linear bearing in the lifting cylinder seat 17, so that the whole bag taking process is stable and free of clamping stagnation.
In one embodiment, the movement of the bag feeding device 1 is motor driven. Specifically, as shown in fig. 10 and 11, the bag supplying and transferring mechanism includes a transferring motor support 51, a transferring motor 52, a connecting base 53, a driving rotating arm 54, an adjusting link 55, and a joint bearing 56. The transfer motor 52 is fixed on the transfer motor support 51, the transfer motor support is fixed on the guide rail seat 113, 2 joint bearings are respectively installed at two ends of the adjusting connecting rod 55, one end of the adjusting connecting rod is connected with the lifting cylinder seat 17 through the connecting seat 53, the other end of the adjusting connecting rod is connected with the driving rotating arm 54, the adjusting connecting rod can adjust the initial position of the lifting cylinder seat 17, and when the transfer motor rotates, the connecting rod can drive the lifting cylinder seat to reciprocate to complete the transfer process.
The bag storage device 3 is a device for storing empty bags which are labeled, and when the labeled bags reach a certain number, an alarm is automatically given to remind an operator to take the bags away. As shown in fig. 8, it comprises an adjusting baffle 31, a photoelectric bracket 32 and a bag storage device table 33.
Photoelectric supports 32 are respectively arranged on two sides of the table-board 33 of the bag storage device. The photoelectric support 32 is provided with an adjusting screw, is connected to the main beams at two sides of the bag storage device surface, can adjust the distance between the photoelectric support and the bag storage device surface as required, and controls the quantity of bags stored in the bag storage device surface.
The tail end of the table-board 33 of the bag storage device is provided with a section baffle 31. The main body frame structure is taken as by storing up bagging apparatus mesa 33, stores up the stainless steel mirror plate of laying above bagging apparatus mesa 33, prevents that material bag and mesa from gluing, influences the storage bag process. The table-board 33 of the bag storage device is inclined to the ground, so that the bag can slide on the table-board 33 of the bag storage device until contacting the adjusting baffle 31, and the position of the adjusting baffle can be adjusted according to the whole length of the bag.
The table-board 33 of the bag storage device is provided with four support legs, each support leg is provided with a caster 35 and a lifting foot plate 34, the caster can enable the bag storage device to be conveniently moved and transported, and after the installation position is determined, the lifting foot plates are adjusted as required to fix the position of the bag storage device.
As shown in fig. 9, the electrical cabinet 4 is integrally installed between the support legs below the labeling and conveying device 2, and the arrangement has the advantages that the electrical cabinet does not occupy extra space, and is close to all electrical elements, so that the wiring and the pipe arrangement are convenient. The electrical cabinet contains pneumatic and electrical elements for the labeler to perform the edge pasting action, and the main elements include a vacuum filter 41, a pressure switch 42, a junction box 43, a solenoid valve set 44, a vacuum generator 45, a distributor 46 and an electrical cabinet shell 47. The vacuum filter 41, the pressure switch 42, the junction box 43, the solenoid valve set 44, the vacuum generator 45 and the distributor 46 are all installed on an installation plate inside an electric box shell 47, and the electric box shell is installed between supporting legs below the labeling and conveying device through 4 supporting lugs.
As shown in fig. 4-7, the labeling and conveying device 2 guides the bags fed by the bag feeding device 1 to the conveyor, stops or does not stop labeling, and then guides the labeled bags to the next station, namely the bag storage device 3.

As shown in fig. 12 to 14, the labeling method is implemented by the labeling machine of embodiment 2, specifically:
s100: an operator puts the material bags to be labeled in order at a W1 position (bag supply station), applies the labeling machine for the first time, and adjusts the position of the side stop lever 116 according to the size of the bags so that the bag position can be kept at a central position when the bags are put on the bag supply device;
s200: labeling is started, the lifting cylinder 14 acts to extend out to drive the 19 sucker frame and the 110 sucker to extend out together, the sucker contacts with the bag, negative pressure is generated in the sucker, the lifting cylinder retracts, the sucker picks up the bag, and bag taking is completed. The transferring cylinder 12 moves to stretch out to drive the material bag to stretch out together to complete the transferring action, and at the moment, the material bag is positioned at a W2 position (bag feeding station);
s300: after the material bag reaches the W2 position (bag feeding station), the pressing wheel cylinder 224 acts to stretch out to drive the connecting piece below to stretch out together, the 2211 bag feeding roller 2211 presses the bag, the labeling conveying device belt drives the bag feeding roller to move the bag forwards, the bag enters the position below the 2212 bag feeding roller, and the bag is conveyed to the labeling area W3 (labeling station) through flattening of the bag feeding roller, so that the labeling process is stopped or not stopped. The detection position can be adjusted by adjusting the detection mechanism 24, the clamping handle 234 is loosened, and the labeling position can be adjusted by adjusting the adjusting hand wheel 236;
s400: the material bag finishes labeling at the W3 position, the labeling conveying device conveys the material bag to move forwards, the bag enters the lower part of the bag outlet roller 256, the bag outlet roller can compact the label to enable the label to be attached more firmly, and the bag can be conveyed to the W4 position (bag storage station) in the bag storage device, so that the whole labeling process is finished.
