Summary of the application
As mentioned above, some physiotherapy devices can act on the joints of the human body to play a role in maintaining the joints. However, the existing physiotherapy devices which can act on the joints of the human body still have some defects, such as difficult close fit with the human body, non-adjustable size and the like.
In particular, the shape and degree of curvature at the joint will vary with the movement of the joint. Some existing physiotherapy apparatuses perform physiotherapy on an action subject by wrapping the action subject. The target of action is, for example, a joint or a non-joint part of a limb. Some physiotherapy devices have a certain hardness to ensure their supporting performance, however, this makes it difficult for their shape to be changed with changes in the shape and degree of bending of the joint, affecting the degree of fit with the joint, and thus the physiotherapy effect.
Although some physiotherapy devices may be bent at a portion for covering a target, for example, the portion for covering a joint may be bent by an acting force applied thereto during movement of the joint, the portion for covering the joint of the physiotherapy device may be radially expanded and partially tilted by the acting force of the joint, and may be difficult to be closely attached to the joint of the human body, due to the limitation of the shape of the joint and the structural characteristics of the physiotherapy device. Particularly, when physiotherapy is performed on the knees, the knees are difficult to be closely attached.
In addition, the size of the receiving space of some physiotherapy apparatuses for receiving the subject is difficult to adjust, which makes it difficult to adapt to subjects having different sizes.
For this reason, this application proposes, at first, adopt "just interior gentle" structure in the outside to compromise the support performance of physiotherapy device and the laminating degree with the action object, and the outside adopts the great material of hardness to satisfy the support nature of physiotherapy device, and the inside is used for the cladding to have the material of predetermineeing the characteristic in the cladding portion of action object to satisfy the laminating degree between physiotherapy device and the action object. On the basis, the physiotherapy effect of the physiotherapy device is further improved by starting from the shape configuration of the physiotherapy device and the material selection of the coating part coated on the acting object. Specifically, starting from the aspect of the shape configuration of the physiotherapy device, a hollow structure corresponding to a bendable part of a joint can be provided to reduce the influence of acting force generated during joint movement on the fitting degree of the physiotherapy device and an acting object. Starting from the material selection of the coating part coated on the action object, the coating part can adopt an expandable material, such as an air bag, a gel material and the like, can be adaptively attached to the action object, and can change the size of an accommodating space for accommodating the action object so as to adapt to the action objects with different sizes.
Based on this, the present application proposes a physiotherapy apparatus, which comprises: the physiotherapy device comprises a support frame and a coating piece arranged on the inner side of the support frame, wherein the coating piece comprises at least one inner coating layer and at least one air bag positioned between the at least one inner coating layer and the support frame, so that the physiotherapy device forms a size-adjustable accommodating space on the inner side of the support frame.
Having described the basic principles of the present application, various non-limiting embodiments of the present application will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Schematic physiotherapy device
As shown in fig. 1A to 11, a physiotherapy apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application is illustrated, wherein the physiotherapy apparatus can act on joints (as shown in fig. 5A and 5B) and also act on non-joints of limbs (as shown in fig. 3), and preferably, the physiotherapy apparatus is adapted to act on legs. The physiotherapy apparatus comprises a support frame 10 and a cover 20, wherein the cover 20 is disposed inside the support frame 10. Wherein the supporting frame 10 has a certain hardness to support and protect the covering member 20. Preferably, the support frame is a rigid material having a certain hardness. The covering member 20 is used to cover the subject, and is made of a soft material so as to be self-adapted to the shape and size of the subject, thereby achieving both the support performance of the physiotherapy apparatus and the degree of attachment to the subject. Specifically, the covering member 20 comprises an inner covering layer contacting with the subject and a controllable expansion element 24 formed between the inner covering layer and the supporting frame 10, so that the physiotherapy apparatus forms a size-adjustable accommodation space 101 at the inner side of the supporting frame 10, and the physiotherapy apparatus can be adapted to subjects with different sizes, and the application range of the physiotherapy apparatus can be expanded.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present application, the supporting frame 10 has a certain curvature, and encloses to form an accommodating space 101 for accommodating the acting object. The support frame 10 supports the covering 20. Preferably, the stiffness of the support frame 10 is greater than the stiffness of the cover 20. The support frame 10 may protect the covering 20 when the physiotherapy device is hit or scratched. The support frame 10 may also form a peripheral force application portion of the covering member 20, and apply an inward pushing force to the covering member 20, so that the covering member 20 is more attached to an action object.
It is worth mentioning that, in the traditional physiotherapy device that is used for joint department, the physiotherapy device carries out comprehensive cladding to joint department, and has certain hardness in order to keep certain support performance, in the in-process of joint activity, receives the restriction of articular shape and physiotherapy device's structural feature, and the physiotherapy device of cladding in joint department receives to be radial after the effort of joint and opens, and local perk is difficult to closely laminate with the human body. In the embodiment of the present application, the support frame 10 is provided with the hollow structures 102 at the positions corresponding to the joints during the physiotherapy of the joints, so as to reduce the influence of the acting force generated during the movement of the joints on the fitting degree of the physiotherapy apparatus and the acting object.
Specifically, the supporting frame 10 has an outer edge 103 and a hollow structure 102 formed inside the outer edge 103. When the supporting frame 10 is covered on the joint, the bendable part of the joint corresponds to the hollow structure 102 of the supporting frame 10, and as shown in fig. 5A, the outer edge 103 of the supporting frame 10 at least partially covers the side of the joint. During the movement of the joint, the joint bends towards the inner side or the outer side, and because the bendable part of the joint corresponds to the hollow structure 102 of the support frame 10, no outward acting force is formed on the support frame 10, or the outward acting force formed on the support frame 10 is small. Further, the outer edge portions 103 of the support frames 10 located on the left and right sides of the joint are not substantially subjected to an outward force when the joint is bent, and the user can autonomously adjust the shape of the outer edge portions 103 to be closer to the form of the joint according to the movement of the joint.
Further, in order to make the physiotherapy apparatus more closely fit to the joint when the joint is moved, the support frame 10 includes a first bracket 11 and a second bracket 12 rotatably coupled to the first bracket 11. When the physiotherapy device is coated on the joint, the included angle between the first bracket 11 and the second bracket 12 changes along with the change of the bending degree of the joint.
In the process that the included angle between the first support 11 and the second support 12 is changed, the support frame 10 can apply acting force to the coating member 20, so that the coating member 20 is more attached to an acting object. The shape and bending degree of the covering member 20 formed at the inner side of the support frame 10 are changed according to the change of the included angle between the first bracket 11 and the second bracket 12, so that the covering member 20 is more closely attached to the joint. In one preferred embodiment of the present application, when the physiotherapy apparatus wraps around the knee, the included angle between the first bracket 11 and the second bracket 12 varies with the variation degree of the knee.
In the embodiment of the present application, the second bracket 12 is pivotally connected to the first bracket 11 by at least one pivoting member 14, and the first bracket 11 and the second bracket 12 can rotate around a first pivot axis L1 formed therebetween, as shown in fig. 4. In a modified embodiment of the present application, the second bracket 12 may be rotatably connected to the first bracket 11 by other means, for example, the second bracket 12 may be rotatably connected to the first bracket 11 by a bendable structure formed between the first bracket 11 and the second bracket 12, wherein the bendable structure has a smaller thickness than the first bracket 11 and the second bracket 12, or the bendable structure is made of a flexible material.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first bracket 11 has a first opening 1021, the second bracket 12 has a second opening 1022 opposite to the first opening 1021, and the first opening 1021 and the second opening 1022 form a hollow structure 102 of the supporting frame 10, as shown in fig. 1A. The hollow structure 102 of the supporting frame 10 may also be formed in other manners, for example, only the first bracket 11 has the first opening 1021, and the first opening 1021 forms the hollow structure 102 of the supporting frame 10, or only the second bracket 12 has the second opening 1022, and the second opening 1022 forms the hollow structure 102 of the supporting frame 10; for another example, the first bracket 11 has a first through hole, and the first through hole forms the hollow structure 102 of the supporting frame 10, or the second bracket 12 has a second through hole, and the second through hole forms the hollow structure 102 of the supporting frame 10.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first bracket 11 and/or the second bracket 12 has at least one bendable portion, so that the first bracket 11 and/or the second bracket 12 can be bent to change the size of the accommodating space 101 formed inside the supporting frame 10, thereby adapting the physiotherapy apparatus to different size subjects, as shown in fig. 2A and 2B.
Specifically, the first bracket 11 includes a first supporting body 111 and at least one first movable wing 112 rotatably connected to the first supporting body 111, and the first supporting body 111 and the at least one first movable wing 112 form at least one bendable portion. In the embodiment of the present application, the covering member 20 is disposed inside the supporting frame 10 for covering the acting object. In some embodiments of the present application, the portion of the covering member 20 opposite to the hollow-out structure 102 of the supporting frame 10 is not provided with the hollow-out structure 102, so as to act on the acting object in an all-around manner, and because the material of the covering member 20 is selected in the present application, the acting object can be attached to the covering member, and the physical therapy effect can be optimized. In other embodiments of the present application, the covering member 20 has a hollow structure 102 opposite to the hollow structure 102 of the supporting frame 10, and the shape and size of the hollow structure 10 of the covering member 20 may or may not be consistent with the shape and size of the hollow structure 102 of the supporting frame 10, for example, the size of the hollow structure 102 of the covering member 20 is smaller than the shape and size of the hollow structure 102 of the supporting frame 10.
Further, the cover 20 may be used to perform physiotherapy on a subject. Accordingly, the covering member 20 includes at least one inner covering layer and at least one physiotherapy element 23 disposed on the inner covering layer, the embodiment of the physiotherapy element 23 is not limited by the present application, and the physiotherapy element 23 may be implemented as a heating element 231, a magnetotherapy element, or the like having physiotherapy effect on the subject.
In the present embodiment, the at least one inner cladding layer includes a first inner cladding layer 21 corresponding to the first stent 11 and a second inner cladding layer 22 corresponding to the second stent 12. In some embodiments of the present application, the first inner cladding layer 21 and the second inner cladding layer 22 are of a unitary structure, that is, the first inner cladding layer 21 and the second inner cladding layer 22 are integrally connected such that the first cladding layer 21 and the second cladding layer 22 form a unitary structure, as shown in fig. 6 to 8. In other embodiments of the present application, the first inner cladding 21 and the second inner cladding 22 are of a split structure, that is, the first inner cladding 21 and the second inner cladding 22 are independent of each other, as shown in fig. 9. When the first inner cladding 21 and the second inner cladding 22 are of a split structure, the shape and size of the first inner cladding 21 may or may not be identical to those of the first stent 11, and the shape and size of the second inner cladding 22 may or may not be identical to those of the second stent 12.
Preferably, at least a part of the inner cladding layer is made of flexible material so as to be more fit with the action object when being clad on the action object.
