According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a handheld remote control physical triggering device capable of receiving instruction control and performing fixing and key actions on a handheld remote control to control the handheld remote control to output a control signal to a controlled device. Hereinafter, a specific structure of the hand-held remote controller physical triggering device according to the present invention will be described in detail.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a hand-held remote controller physical triggering device, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, comprising: the positioning mechanism is used for fixing the remote controller; a trigger mechanism 2 for triggering a control key of the remote controller; and a control mechanism capable of controlling the positioning mechanism and the triggering mechanism 2 to perform corresponding actions. The positioning mechanism, the triggering mechanism 2 and the control mechanism are integrated in the shell 1 of the triggering device, so that the space can be saved to facilitate the use of users.
In order to make the structure, features and advantages of the triggering device more obvious, in this embodiment, a handheld remote controller is set as a car remote key (hereinafter referred to as car key), and correspondingly, a controlled device is set as a car, so as to describe the structure and principle of the triggering device. However, the forms of the remote controller and the controlled device corresponding thereto are not limited thereto as long as they can be mated with each other.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the trigger device in the present embodiment is provided with a housing 1 formed in a rectangular parallelepiped-like shape, an upper end of the housing 1 is formed as a remote controller placement case portion 10, and a positioning chamber 12 opening toward the outside of the housing 1 is formed at a top of the housing 1, so that a user can easily place a remote controller, i.e., a car key, into the positioning chamber 12. It should be noted that, the shape and size of the positioning cavity 12 should be adapted to the shape and size of the remote controller, so as to achieve the positioning effect of the positioning cavity 12 on the remote controller. It should be further noted that the above positioning function means: when the remote controller is positioned in the positioning cavity 12, the positioning cavity 12 can fix the remote controller so as to prevent the remote controller from falling off; at the same time, the remote controller can be limited so that control keys on the remote controller can be in one-to-one correspondence with the triggering parts 210 described below, thereby ensuring accurate triggering of the triggering mechanism 2. In addition, as shown in fig. 1 to 2, the positioning cavity 12 is located at the left side of the remote controller placing shell 10, and the triggering mechanism 2 is disposed in the other side of the remote controller placing shell 10, so that the triggering portion 210 can be conveniently contacted with the remote controller, and the layout of each mechanism in the triggering device can be further optimized, so that each mechanism is more compact to save space, and thus the use of users is convenient.
In addition, a hollow structure 120 penetrating into the remote controller placing shell 10 is formed on the side of the positioning cavity 12 near the triggering mechanism 2, and the triggering end of the triggering piece 21 described below can extend into the positioning cavity 12 through the hollow structure 120 so as to trigger a control key of the remote controller placed in the positioning cavity 12. Based on this function, the shape, position, size, etc. of the hollow structure 120 should be determined according to practical situations, such as the layout of the control keys of the remote controller and the position, size, etc. of the trigger end of the trigger piece 21.
However, the specific form of the positioning mechanism is not limited to this, that is, the positioning mechanism may be provided with other structures capable of achieving the above technical effects, for example, the positioning mechanism may be formed as a positioning jaw, which is capable of clamping and fixing the remote controller; alternatively, the positioning mechanism may be formed as a positioning hoop or flexible positioning strap, which is then capable of binding and securing the remote control; alternatively, the positioning mechanism may be formed as a positioning attachment such as a magnet or a suction cup, and in this case, the positioning attachment can attach and fix the remote control. That is, as long as the positioning mechanism can achieve the above-described positioning function, and the compactness and the convenience of use of the overall structure of the present trigger device can also be ensured.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, the trigger mechanism 2 is used to perform a key operation on a remote controller. The triggering mechanism 2 comprises a driving member 20 and a triggering member 21, and the driving member 20 and the triggering member 21 are correspondingly connected so that the driving member 20 can drive the triggering member 21 to move. Specifically, the triggering member 21 includes a triggering portion 210 for triggering the control keys of the remote controller fixed to the positioning mechanism, and a connecting portion 211, based on which the triggering portion 210 is arranged along the arrangement direction of the control keys of the remote controller; the latter is used for connecting the triggering part 210 with the driving end of the driving member 20, so as to achieve the technical effect that the triggering part 210 can press the corresponding control key.
Further, the connection portion 211 includes a connection arm 2110, both ends of which are respectively connected to the driving ends of the trigger portion 210 and the driving member 20, so as to facilitate the key-pressing operation of the trigger portion 210 and the driving of the driving member 20. In this embodiment, the connection arm 2110 is provided in two ways, and when only one connection arm 2110 is provided at the connection portion 211, one end of the connection arm 2110 is connected to the driving end of the driving member 20, and the other end is connected to the trigger portion 210; when the connection portion 211 is provided with two connection arms 2110, in order to ensure the key effect of the trigger portion 210, the two connection arms 2110 are connected to each other and the connection portion between them is used to connect the driving member 20, and the trigger portion 210 is provided at the end portion of the two connection arms 2110 away from the connection portion, so that the movement driving of the two trigger portions 210 can be respectively achieved by different movement directions of one driving member 20, thereby achieving the triggering of the two keys. Specifically, for example, the driving member 20 is a motor, and when it rotates forward, one of the triggering portions 210 is driven to trigger the corresponding key; when it is reversed, the other trigger portion 210 may be driven to trigger the corresponding key.
It should be noted that, what kind of connection portion 211 is adopted in the triggering mechanism 2 has no fixing requirement, that is, the triggering mechanism 2 may use only the connection portion 211 including one connection arm 2110, or may use two types of connection portions 211 in cooperation as in the present embodiment; similarly, the number of the triggering pieces 21 is not particularly limited, and may be one or more, but the triggering pieces 21 should be connected with the driving pieces 20 in a one-to-one correspondence, so that different triggering pieces 21 can independently execute the key action to realize multiple functions of different control keys in the remote controller. That is, as long as the triggering mechanism 2 can reasonably utilize the space of the housing 1 to facilitate the taking and placing of the user, and can realize the corresponding control of the triggering portion 210 and the control key of the remote controller.
It should be further noted that, in order to facilitate the touch control of the triggering portion 210, a certain included angle should be formed when the two connecting arms 2110 are connected, but the specific angle of the included angle is not required, and should be determined according to the actual situation, that is, the specific position of the control key of the remote controller; in addition, the length of the connection arm 2110 is not fixed. Therefore, by arranging the triggering pieces 21 of the connecting arms 2110 with different lengths or connecting angles, the triggering device can be suitable for secondary control of different remote controllers, and when the key positions of the remote controllers are changed, a user only needs to correspondingly replace the different triggering pieces 21.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 5, a recess is formed at the end of the connecting arm 2110 away from the driving member 20, so as to facilitate placement of the trigger portion 210, and the size of the recess and the specific connection position between the trigger portion 210 and the trigger portion are not limited, so long as the trigger portion 210 is ensured to be capable of protruding from the end of the connecting arm 2110, so that the trigger portion 210 can extend into the positioning cavity 12 through the hollow structure 120, and touch control of the trigger portion 210 on the remote controller is facilitated. Furthermore, the connection form of the trigger portion 210 and the connection arm 2110 is not fixed, and both may be provided as a fixed connection; alternatively, the trigger unit 210 may be rotatably connected to the control key, and the trigger unit 210 may be configured as a roller type structure, so that the control key is prevented from being damaged due to excessive force of the trigger unit 210, and the surface of the trigger unit 210 contacting the control key should be made of a flexible material, such as rubber, in order to further reduce the possibility of abrasion of the trigger unit 210 and the control key. However, not limited thereto, when the remote controller is formed as a capacitive screen, the triggering portion 210 may be made of a conductive material as long as the key effect of the triggering portion 210 can be ensured.
In addition, the driving form of the driving member 20 is not particularly limited, and the driving member 20 may drive the connection arm 2110 to rotate, and at this time, the connection point of the driving member 20 and the trigger member 21 is formed as a rotation axis, so that the trigger portion 210 approaches or moves away from the remote controller to implement a key action; alternatively, the driving member 20 may drive the connection arm 2110 to move linearly to perform the key operation of the trigger 210. Specifically, the driving member 20 may be a motor, a small hydraulic mechanism, or the like, as long as the above technical effects can be achieved.
Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the trigger mechanism 2 further includes a mounting plate 22, and a side of the mounting plate 22 facing the positioning chamber 12 is formed with a mounting recess so as to fix the driving member 20. As shown in fig. 3, in view of layout rationality, the two driving members 20 in the present embodiment are disposed on the two mounting plates 22, and the two mounting plates 22 are disposed side by side with a space left therebetween, so that the trigger member 21 connected to the driving end of the driving member 20 is disposed between the two mounting plates 22, thereby facilitating the movement of the trigger member 21. The mounting plate 22 is disposed inside the remote controller placement shell 10 and is connected with the housing 1, specifically, a mounting portion is formed on a side of the mounting plate 22 facing away from the positioning cavity 12, and a plurality of mounting positions 13 corresponding to the mounting portions are formed on the housing 1 along the placement direction of the remote controller in the positioning cavity 12, that is, the mounting plate 22 can be mounted at any mounting position 13 through the mounting portion. In this way, the application range of the trigger mechanism 2 is enlarged, and when the remote controller is replaced, in addition to the above-mentioned solution of replacing the different trigger piece 21, the trigger portion 210 can be correspondingly contacted with the control key by changing the position of the mounting plate 22.
The specific form of the mounting portion and the mounting position 13 is not limited as long as the above-described effects can be achieved. For example, in the present embodiment, the mounting portion 13 is formed as an oblong connecting hole, and the mounting portion is formed as a circular connecting hole, so that the position of the mounting plate 22 is changed by changing the connecting position of the mounting portion and the mounting portion 13. The connection mode of the mounting position 13 and the mounting portion is not particularly limited, and the mounting position can be in threaded connection or plug connection, clamping connection and the like, so long as the stability of the mounting position 13 and the mounting portion during connection can be ensured, and the mounting position 13 and the mounting portion are convenient to detach.
In addition, the triggering device is also provided with a control mechanism, and the control mechanism comprises a communication module and a control module. The communication module can receive a control signal sent by a user at a client (such as a mobile phone) and output the control signal to the control module, so that the control module controls the positioning mechanism and the triggering mechanism 2 to execute corresponding actions, namely, controls the positioning mechanism to fix or release the remote controller and controls the triggering mechanism 2 to execute triggering actions. In addition to the control signals described above, the communication module can also receive the status signals of the trigger mechanism 2 and send them to the client, so that the user can obtain the specific status of the controlled device. In addition, the control mechanism further comprises a local release module, when the positioning mechanism needs to be released, a user can directly control the local release module, and the release of the positioning mechanism can be realized without a communication module. The local release module can be an electrically controlled button or the like.
