背景技术
甲醛是一种高挥发性的有机污染物。尤其是在室内装修中材料会释放多种气态污染物污染室内环境,其中的甲醛就是最典型、危害最大的污染物之一。甲醛在室内的含量越来越高,远大于室外空气中甲醛的浓度。长期接触甲醛容易引起慢性呼吸道疾病、鼻咽癌、结肠癌、脑癌、白血病等疾病。根据流行病学调查表明,非工业环境的人群(如室内居民)长期暴露在低浓度甲醛环境下,会发生眼部刺激、上呼吸道刺激、头痛和咳嗽等症状。如果长期吸入高浓度甲醛气体,还可能引发支气管哮喘,甚至会导致人体肿瘤与癌症。
目前用的除甲醛的方法主要有以下几种:(一)生物酶法。通过微生物的繁衍生产生物酶,在微生物和生物酶的双重作用下,可以将甲醛分解为二氧化碳和水,该方法有效时间较短,持续性较弱。(二)光触媒法。通过可见光活化的光触媒能够在有光线的地方持续不断地分解甲醛。氧化钛具有高的催化活性、良好的稳定性、能够降解有机污染物以及廉价无毒等优点,因此广泛应用于涂料添加剂用于去除其中的甲醛。然而,在涂料添加除醛应用中,基于氧化钛的光降解材料只能在紫外线下有较高的效率,在可见光下效率低下,严重限制氧化钛的应用。
发明内容
发明人考虑到室内环境同时存在的除甲醛和杀菌的实际需要,本发明合成一种新型的具有杀菌功能的甲醛清除剂,不受紫外线照射应用条件限制,在可见光环境下也具有良好反应活性的除醛添加剂。
本发明的实施例通过以下技术方案实现:

该带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将1-氯甲酰基-2-咪唑烷酮和N,N-二乙基亚丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷作为起始原料,并加入有机溶剂进行反应,反应完毕后,除去溶剂和未反应物,然后采用有机溶剂重结晶,真空干燥得到有机硅季铵盐。
最重要的是,本发明提出一种包含上述有机硅季铵盐的甲醛清除剂,即本发明提出的甲醛清除剂按重量份数计,包括:带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐1-5份、无机铵盐1-15份、亚硫酸钠1-5份、改性纳米二氧化钛1-5份、活性炭1-5份、纳米碳纤维1-10份及去离子水70-90份。
所述无机铵盐包括磷酸二氢铵、磷酸氢二铵、氯化铵、硫酸铵、乙酸铵或硝酸铵中的一种或几种混合。

本发明提出的带有咪唑分子结构的有机硅季铵化合物,该化合物既具有灭杀细菌的作用,又能与甲醛相互反应,是一种多功能的甲醛清除剂。本发明还提出了一种包括该带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵化合物的甲醛清除剂,该化合物同时具有杀菌功能和清除甲醛的功能;其该化合物中光触媒分散的更均匀,且可增强甲醛清除剂的整体稳定性,使得光触媒药剂能够持续除醛。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。实施例中未注明具体条件者,按照常规条件或制造商建议的条件进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市售购买获得的常规产品。
下面对本发明实施例提供的带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐及其制备方法和含有其的甲醛清除剂进行具体说明。
一种带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐,其结构如式Ⅰ所示:

一种带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将1-氯甲酰基-2-咪唑烷酮和N,N-二乙基亚丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷按照物质量1:1-2的比例,并加入到有机溶剂中进行反应,通入氮气,并在在40-70℃条件下,搅拌回流60-90h;反应完毕后,采用旋转蒸发法除去溶剂和未反应物,然后采用有机溶剂重结晶几次,真空干燥得到有机硅季铵盐。
进一步地,有机溶剂包括无水甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丙酮或环氧氯丙烷中的一种或几种。
一种具有杀菌作用的甲醛清除剂,按重量份数计,包括:带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐1-5份、无机铵盐1-15份、亚硫酸钠1-5份、改性纳米二氧化钛1-5份、活性炭1-5份、纳米碳纤维1-10份及去离子水70-90份。
进一步地,所述改性纳米二氧化钛包括纳米二氧化钛及盐酸多巴胺。
进一步地,所述改性纳米二氧化钛的制备方法为:用盐酸多巴胺在碱性条件下与纳米二氧化钛进行反应,即制得改性纳米二氧化钛
本发明利用多巴胺的粘附效应,能够附着并包覆于纳米二氧化钛表面,从而减少所得的纳米二氧化钛颗粒的团聚,提高光触媒的分散均匀性,使得最终制得的甲醛清除剂的除醛效果更充分;并利用活性炭进行物理吸附,使得甲醛清除剂可全天进行更有效的吸附作用,除此之外,发明人利用纳米纤维的网格结构可将改性纳米二氧化钛更均匀的填充于纳米碳纤维之间的网格之中,进而使得改性纳米二氧化钛可更均匀更大比表面积的暴露于体系表面,从而高效的与自然光接触,使得有效光触媒物质分布更加均匀,更高效的分解甲醛等有机物;另一方面纳米碳纤维的网状分子链作用加强了体系中各组分之间的联系,增强了甲醛清除剂的整体稳定性,使得光触媒药剂能够持续除醛。

一种带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐,其结构如式Ⅰ所示:

实施例1中该带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
添加丙酮作为溶剂,升温到60℃,按照1:1的物质量之比添加1-氯甲酰基-2-咪唑烷酮和N,N-二乙基亚丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,同时通入氮气,回流状态下磁力搅拌72小时,旋转蒸发去除溶剂和未反应物,得到蜡状固体,采用丙酮重结晶五次,真空干燥得到白色粉末固体有机硅季铵盐。
实施例3
实施例1中该带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
添加无水甲醇作为溶剂,升温到70℃,按照1:2的物质量之比添加1-氯甲酰基-2-咪唑烷酮和N,N-二乙基亚丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,同时通入氮气,回流状态下磁力搅拌72小时,旋转蒸发去除溶剂和未反应物,得到蜡状固体,采用甲醇重结晶五次,真空干燥得到白色粉末固体有机硅季铵盐。
实施例4
实施例1中该带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
添加乙醇作为溶剂,升温到50℃,按照1:2的物质量之比添加1-氯甲酰基-2-咪唑烷酮和N,N-二乙基亚丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,同时通入氮气,回流状态下磁力搅拌72小时,旋转蒸发去除溶剂和未反应物,得到蜡状固体,采用乙醇重结晶五次,真空干燥得到白色粉末固体有机硅季铵盐。
实施例5
实施例1中该带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
添加异丙醇作为溶剂,升温到70℃,按照1:1的物质量之比添加1-氯甲酰基-2-咪唑烷酮和N,N-二乙基亚丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,同时通入氮气,回流状态下磁力搅拌48小时,旋转蒸发去除溶剂和未反应物,得到蜡状固体,采用异丙醇重结晶五次,真空干燥得到白色粉末固体有机硅季铵盐。
实施例6
实施例1中该带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
添加环氧氯丙烷作为溶剂,升温到70℃,按照1:1的物质量之比添加1-氯甲酰基-2-咪唑烷酮和N,N-二乙基亚丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,同时通入氮气,回流状态下磁力搅拌72小时,旋转蒸发去除溶剂和未反应物,得到蜡状固体,采用环氧氯丙烷重结晶五次,真空干燥得到白色粉末固体有机硅季铵盐。
实施例7
一种具有杀菌作用的甲醛清除剂包括:实施例1中的带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐50g、硫酸铵150g、亚硫酸钠50g、改性纳米二氧化钛50g、活性炭50g、纳米碳纤维100g及去离子水900g;所述改性纳米二氧化钛的制备方法为:5g/L的盐酸多巴胺溶于pH为9的氢氧化钠溶液中,然后在上述溶液中加入一定量的纳米二氧化钛,超声搅拌使纳米二氧化钛均匀分散,并在25℃下震荡搅拌8小时,高速离心分离,即得改性纳米二氧化钛。
甲醛清除剂的制备方法为:先称去离子水,加入有机硅季铵盐,溶解,接着加入硫酸铵、亚硫酸钠、改性纳米二氧化钛、活性炭、纳米碳纤维及去离子水,搅拌溶解均匀,得到甲醛清除剂。
实施例8
本实施例与实施例7的区别在于:甲醛清除剂包括实施例1中的带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐10g、磷酸二氢铵100g、亚硫酸钠10g、改性纳米二氧化钛20g、活性炭20g、纳米碳纤维30g及去离子水700g。
实施例9
本实施例与实施例7的区别在于:甲醛清除剂包括实施例1中的带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐20g、氯化铵100g、亚硫酸钠30g、改性纳米二氧化钛20g、活性炭30g、纳米碳纤维40g及去离子水800g。
实施例10
本实施例与实施例7的区别在于:甲醛清除剂包括实施例1中的带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐30g、磷酸氢二铵80g、亚硫酸钠40g、改性纳米二氧化钛30g、活性炭40g、纳米碳纤维90g及去离子水850g。
对比例1
本对比例与实施例7的区别在于:甲醛清除剂中的纳米二氧化钛未改性。
对比例2
本对比例与实施例1的区别在于:甲醛清除剂中不含纳米碳纤维。
实验例1
对实施例7-10制得的甲醛清除剂,以及对比例1-2制得的甲醛清除剂,分别喷在具有同样浓度(初始浓度为0.50 mg/m3)的甲醛测试空间内,分别进行性能测试:
需要说明的是,其检测标准依据:《居室空气中甲醛的卫生标准》规定:居室空气中甲醛的最高容许浓度为0.08mg/m3。

由表1数据可知,本发明实施例得到的甲醛清除剂的除甲醛性能均优于对比例,且均优于《居室空气中甲醛的卫生标准》规定的标准,并且再第10天即可达到规定标准。
而对比例1中使用的是普通纳米二氧化钛而未改性,其无法使得二氧化钛分散均匀,对比例2中甲醛清除剂中不含纳米碳纤维,无法增强甲醛清除剂的整体稳定性,使得光触媒药剂无法持续除醛,从而使得最终的除甲醛的效果均不理想。

1.一种带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐,其特征在于,其结构如式Ⅰ所示:

2.一种根据权利要求1所述的带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
将1-氯甲酰基-2-咪唑烷酮和N,N-二乙基亚丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷作为起始原料,并加入有机溶剂进行反应,反应完毕后,除去溶剂和未反应物,然后采用有机溶剂重结晶,真空干燥得到有机硅季铵盐。
3.根据权利要求2所述的带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐的制备方法,其特征在于,所述1-氯甲酰基-2-咪唑烷酮和N,N-二乙基亚丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷,按照物质的量1:1-2的比例进行反应。
4.根据权利要求2所述的带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐的制备方法,其特征在于,有机溶剂包括无水甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丙酮或环氧氯丙烷中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐的制备方法,其特征在于,在反应过程中,通入氮气,并在40-70℃下搅拌回流60-90h。
6.根据权利要求2所述的带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐的制备方法,其特征在于,在反应完毕后,采用旋转蒸发法除去溶剂和未反应物。
7.一种具有杀菌作用的甲醛清除剂,其特征在于,包括权利要求1所述的带有咪唑结构的有机硅季铵盐;还包括无机铵盐、亚硫酸钠、改性纳米二氧化钛、活性炭、纳米碳纤维及去离子水;所述改性纳米二氧化钛包括纳米二氧化钛及盐酸多巴胺,其制备方法为:用盐酸多巴胺在碱性条件下与纳米二氧化钛进行反应,即制得改性纳米二氧化钛。
