s2, adjusting the height positions of the supporting bases 4 on the first assembly support 2 and the second assembly support 3 which are positioned at each part of the web plate; s3, starting the bottom supporting component 42 of the supporting base 4, driving the supporting sleeve 423 to move upwards to be attached to the bottom of the web plate by a mandril 422 of the bottom supporting component 42, and comprehensively supporting the arc-shaped surface of the web plate;
s4, starting the first linear driving devices 12 at the two ends of the base support 1 to drive the first assembling support 2 and the second assembling support 3 at the two sides of the base support 1 to approach each other until webs arranged on the first assembling support 2 and the second assembling support 3 are butted;
and S5, assembling the web plates from front to back by workers, and moving the supporting bases 4 on the first assembling support 2 and the second assembling support 3 in the mounting positions downwards to release the operating space.

the supporting base (4) is L-shaped, the supporting base (4) of the first assembly bracket (2) and the second assembly bracket (3) are arranged oppositely, and a side supporting component (41) and a bottom supporting component (42) are arranged on the supporting base (4);
the side supporting component (41) is arranged at the vertical section of the supporting base (4), and the side supporting component (41) supports the side wall of the web plate;
the bottom support component (42) is arranged at the horizontal section of the bottom of the support base (4), and the bottom support component (42) supports the bottom of the web plate;

4. The wind turbine blade web assembling device according to claim 3, wherein a plurality of reinforcing ribs (44) are arranged at the bottom of the horizontal section of the supporting base (4).

a first guide rod (211) and a threaded rod (212) are arranged between the bottom plate (21) and the top plate (23), the first guide rod (211) is inserted into a first guide sleeve (45) of the support base (4), and the threaded rod (212) is spirally installed in a threaded sleeve (46);
the threaded rod (212) is coaxially connected with the working end of the first servo motor (231), and the first servo motor (231) is fixedly installed at the top of the top plate (23); the first servo motor (231) drives the threaded rod (212) to rotate to drive the supporting base (4) to move in the vertical direction.

The wind power blade web assembling device according to claim 6, wherein the vertical plates (22) of the first assembling support (2) and the second assembling support (3) are provided with at least two limiting clamping strips (221) towards one side of the support base (4), and the limiting clamping strips (221) vertically extend along the length direction of the vertical plates (22);

s4, starting first linear driving devices (12) at two ends of the base support (1) to drive the first assembly support (2) and the second assembly support (3) at two sides of the base support (1) to approach each other until webs placed on the first assembly support (2) and the second assembly support (3) are butted;
and S5, assembling the web plates from front to back by workers, and moving the supporting bases (4) on the first assembling support (2) and the second assembling support (3) in the mounting positions downwards to release the operating space.
