Specifically, the top of the baffle 13 is provided with a bolt penetrating through the baffle 13, the top of the frame 11 is provided with a plurality of screw holes arranged along the length direction of the frame 11, the bolt and the screw holes can be in threaded connection, and after the baffle 13 is aligned to the corresponding screw holes, the bolt is screwed up to fix the baffle 13.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, two wheel axles 12 are provided, which are respectively installed at the head and tail of the vehicle, and the wheels 25 are provided with four wheels respectively located at two ends of the wheel axles 12, wherein one wheel axle 12 extends through the power cavity 40, and the wheel axle 12 can be in movable power connection with the first power source 41.
In one embodiment, the first power source 41 comprises a motor, a first gear is provided at the output end of the motor, a second gear is provided on the axle 12 penetrating the power cavity 40, when the mounting plate 42 moves upwards, the two gears will be engaged, and when the motor is turned on, the forward and reverse rotation of the axle 12 can be driven by the forward and reverse rotation of the motor, so as to drive the vehicle frame 11 to move forwards or backwards along the bar lamp 15.
In one embodiment, the two sides of the power cavity 40 are provided with a plurality of short slots, the short slots extend in the vertical direction, the two sides of the mounting plate 42 are provided with a plurality of small blocks which extend into the short slots, and the short slots and the small blocks are arranged to ensure that the mounting plate 42 does not turn over and deflect in the lifting process, so that the stability of the mounting plate 42 in the lifting process is improved.
In one embodiment, each of the plurality of clamping assemblies 33 includes a mounting block 38, an articulated rod 36, a plurality of wheel frames 44, a plurality of small wheels 39, and a plurality of first elastic members 45, the mounting block 38 is slidably mounted at the bottom of the frame 11, one end of the articulated rod 36 is articulated with the second rod 31, the other end of the articulated rod 36 is articulated with the mounting block 38, the plurality of wheel frames 44, the plurality of small wheels 39, and the plurality of first elastic members 45 are matched one by one, one end of the wheel frame 44 is slidably mounted in the mounting block 38, and the first elastic member 45 is disposed between the wheel frame 44 and the mounting block 38, the first elastic member 45 can provide elastic force in a direction opposite to the sliding direction of the wheel frame 44, the small wheels 39 are rotatably mounted at the other end of the wheel frame 44, and when the second rod 31 moves toward the power cavity 40, the mounting blocks 38 on both sides are driven by the articulated rod 36 to approach each other, so that at least a portion of the small wheels 39 enter the slideway of the strip-shaped lamp 15.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, after the wheel frames 44, the small wheels 39 and the first elastic members 45 are matched one by one, the wheel frames are sequentially arranged from top to bottom along the height direction of the mounting block 38, and the intervals between the adjacent wheel frames 44 are small, so that the small wheels 39 can be matched with the strip lamps 15 of different styles after arrangement.
In one embodiment, the first elastic member 45 includes, but is not limited to a spring, an air rod, etc., it should be noted that the sum of initial elastic forces of all the first elastic members 45 is smaller than the pneumatic pressure between the first rod 34 and the second rod 31, and during the process of driving the air cylinder 35 to push the first rod 34 and the second rod 31 to move, the first rod 34 and the second rod 31 are driven to move simultaneously, then the small wheel 39 abuts against the strip lamp 15, wherein a part of the small wheel 39 extends into the slideway, and the wheel frame 44 is partially retracted into the mounting block 38, the first elastic member 45 compresses back, and when the elastic force of the first elastic member 45 (if the first elastic member 45 is a spring, it can be determined according to the formula F = -kx, where K represents the elastic modulus, and X is a spring deformation variable) is larger than the pneumatic pressure between the first rod 34 and the second rod 31, the first telescopic rod 43 is driven to extend upward (the bottom of the first telescopic rod 43 is communicated with the inside of the second telescopic rod 79), so as to lift the mounting plate 42 upward, thereby enabling the power source 41 to be engaged with the gear 12 (two embodiments shown in the drawings).
Specifically, in the above embodiment, after the first power source 41 is in power connection with the wheel axle 12, the first elastic element 45 has not reached the limit, and when the small wheel 39 passes through the connection between the mounting leg 151 and the slideway, the small wheel can still be compressed continuously, so as to ensure that the wheel carrier 44 can be retracted continuously, and the small wheel 39 can pass through the connection smoothly.
In one embodiment, a plurality of adjusting grooves 37 are formed in the bottom of the frame 11, the plurality of adjusting grooves 37 are sequentially arranged along two sides of the bottom groove 32 in an array, the adjusting grooves 37 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the mounting blocks 38, the mounting blocks 38 partially enter the adjusting grooves 37, sliding rods 46 are arranged in the adjusting grooves 37, the length direction of the sliding rods 46 is perpendicular to the length direction of the first rod 34, and the mounting blocks 38 can slide along the sliding rods 46.
In one embodiment, horizontal plates 47 may be disposed on two sides of the bottom slot 32, two sides of the second rod 31 are recessed, the horizontal plates 47 extend into the recessed portion of the second rod 31 and are slidably connected to the second rod 31, and the horizontal plates 47 serve to limit the sliding direction of the second rod 31 and provide sufficient supporting force.
In an embodiment, the driving mechanism 24 includes a top plate 17 and two slide rails 27, the two slide rails 27 are respectively installed on two sides of the frame 11, at least one clamping arm 22 is slidably installed on each slide rail 27, as shown in fig. 1, a groove is installed in each clamping arm 22 and can accommodate the slide rail 27, wherein small pulleys are installed above and below the groove of each clamping arm 22, the top plate 17 is installed on the plurality of clamping arms 22, a second power source 26 is installed on each clamping arm 22, the second power source 26 is used for driving the top plate 17 and the clamping arms 22 to move along the slide rails 27, and the fetching mechanism 18 is installed on the top plate 17.
In one embodiment, the second power source 26 is a motor, and the motor can drive the small wheels 39 to rotate, so as to ensure that the clamping arm 22 and the top plate 17 can actively move along the slide rail 27, it should be noted that a motor for driving the small wheels 39 to rotate can be provided at each small wheel 39, or a motor for driving the corresponding small wheel 39 to rotate can be provided at least one of the small wheels 39 as required.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the driving mechanism 24 is provided with four clamping arms 22, and is close to one end of the frame 11, wherein two clamping arms 22 are respectively provided at two sides of the frame 11, wherein two clamping arms 22 close to the wheels 25 are directly and fixedly connected with the top plate 17, a sliding sleeve 21 is provided on top of the other two clamping arms 22 (or a sliding sleeve 21 is provided, when a sliding sleeve 21 is provided, the sliding sleeve 21 is in a "C" shape, i.e. is sleeved at the edge of the top plate 17), the sliding sleeve 21 is sleeved outside the top plate 17 and slidably connected with the top plate 17, a second elastic member 23 is provided between the clamping arms 22 at each side of the frame 11, the second elastic member 23 mainly plays a role of resetting between the clamping arms 22, only when the right clamping arm 22 in the direction of the drawing moves to the rightmost end of the slide rail 27, the left clamping arm 22 can continue to move rightmost to compress the second elastic element 23, in this embodiment, a motor for driving the small wheel 39 to rotate is usually arranged on the clamping arm 22, in this embodiment, the arrangement of the four clamping arms 22 can enhance the fixing force on the top plate 17 by utilizing the distance between the clamping arms 22, and in this embodiment, when the right clamping arm 22 moves to the rightmost end, if the movement needs to be continued, the distance between the clamping arms 22 in the length direction of the frame 11 can be changed, so that the top plate 17 can continue to move rightmost, and the taking mechanism 18 and the mounting mechanism are convenient to realize some limited working operations.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the second elastic element 23 includes four hinge rods 36, the four hinge rods 36 are hinged to each other to form a diamond shape, two opposite hinge points are hinged to the two clamping arms 22, respectively, and a spring is further disposed between the two clamping arms 22.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the air pump 19, the lifting cylinder 20, the air chamber 30, the first channel 71, and other places (including other places which need ventilation and cannot be directly connected) all need to be connected through a pipeline, wherein the pipeline can be selected from a hard pipe, a hose, an expansion hose, and the like according to requirements, and will not be described in detail below.
In one embodiment, the taking mechanism 18 includes a pneumatic assembly 48, a support plate 16, a plurality of lifting cylinders 20 and a plurality of suckers 28, the plurality of lifting cylinders 20 are installed on the top of the top plate 17, output ends of the plurality of lifting cylinders 20 all extend downward to enter the lower side of the top plate 17, that is, output ends of the lifting cylinders 20 penetrate through the top plate 17 and are slidably connected with the top plate 17, the support plate 16 is located on the lower side of the top plate 17 and is connected with output ends of the plurality of lifting cylinders 20, the connection can be directly and fixedly connected, an air cavity 30 is arranged in the support plate 16, the plurality of suckers 28 are arranged at the bottom of the lifting plate, the suckers 28 are fixedly communicated with the air cavity 30, suction ends of the suckers 28 are communicated with the outside, an opening is arranged at the top of the air cavity 30, the opening at the top is used for being communicated with the pneumatic assembly 48, the openings at the bottom are correspondingly installed with the suckers 28 one to one, the pneumatic assembly 48 is arranged on the top plate 17, the pneumatic assembly 48 can provide air source acting on the suckers 28 and/or the suckers 28, so that the suckers 28 can generate suction force for adsorbing the bar-shaped lamp 15 and/or drive the support plate 16 to lift.
In one embodiment, the plurality of suction cups 28 are arranged in an array along the length of the support plate 16, and may be arranged in one or more rows depending on the width of the support plate 16 and the diameter of the suction cups 28 (typically, the number of rows of suction cups 28 is not more than three because the strip lamps 15 have a width much less than their length).
In one embodiment, the pneumatic assembly 48 includes a base 60, an air pump 19, a small turntable 58 and a first motor 56, the base 60 is disposed on the supporting plate 16, as shown in fig. 9, the base 60 is disposed in an overhead manner so that a fourth opening 57 at the bottom thereof is not blocked by the top plate 17, the air pump 19 is disposed on the base 60, the air pump 19 includes a first air port 49 and a second air port 53, the first air port 49 is connected to the plurality of lifting cylinders 20, the base 60 includes a first opening 59, a second opening 54, a third opening 55 and a fourth opening 57, the second opening 54 is connected to the second air port 53, for the case where the air pump 19 and the base 60 are directly connected, no pipe is required to be disposed between the second air port 53 and the second opening 54, the two mounting manners may be a threaded manner, in which air tightness between the third opening 59 and the fourth opening 54 is ensured by a sealing ring, of course, the air pump 19 and the base 60 may be connected by welding, in which no sealing ring is required to be disposed, the first opening 59 is connected to the air pump 30, the third opening 55 is connected to the fourth opening 57, when the air channel 58 is in a state, the air channel 58 is formed by the first air pump 19 and the second air channel 58, when the air channel 58 is in a state, the second air channel 58 is closed state, when the air channel 58 is formed by the air channel 58, the air pump 19 and the first air channel 58 is in a second air channel 20, the second air channel 60, the second air channel 58 is in a state, the second opening 54 and the third opening 55 are communicated through another air passage 61 to form an air passage between the lifting cylinder 20 and the air pump 19, and the first motor 56 is used for driving the small rotary disc 58 to rotate so as to switch the state of the small rotary disc 58.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9, the air duct 61 is disposed in an "L" shape, and the two air ducts 61 are radially and symmetrically disposed along one of the small rotating discs 58.

In one embodiment, the support plate 16 is provided with a base plate 64 and a third power source 62 on both sides, the third power source 62 is used for driving the base plate 64 to move along the length direction of the support plate 16, and the mounting mechanisms are provided in two and respectively mounted on the two base plates 64.
Specifically, the both sides of backup pad 16 are all the indent setting along its length direction, and third power supply 62 includes motor and screw rod 63, and the motor sets up in one side of interior concave department, and screw rod 63 installs in the output of motor, and the screw rod 63 other end rotates with the opposite side of interior concave department to be connected, and base plate 64 stretches into the interior concave department of backup pad 16 and with screw rod 63 threaded connection.
In one embodiment, the mounting mechanism comprises a second motor 72, a large turntable 76, a nail placing assembly 85, a dust removing assembly 84 and a screwing assembly 86, the large turntable 76 is rotatably mounted at the bottom of the base plate 64, three second telescopic rods 79 are sequentially and annularly arranged at the bottom of the large turntable 76 along the axis of the large turntable, the nail placing assembly 85, the dust removing assembly 84 and the screwing assembly 86 are respectively mounted at the bottoms of the three second telescopic rods 79, the second telescopic rods 79 are telescopically arranged to drive the nail placing assembly 85, the dust removing assembly 84 and the screwing assembly 86 to ascend and descend, the dust removing assembly 84 is used for removing dust in holes of an outer wall, the nail placing assembly 85 is used for placing expansion bolts into the holes of the outer wall through the mounting feet 151, the screwing assembly 86 is used for screwing the expansion bolts, the second motor 72 is arranged on the base plate 64, the output end of the second motor 72 is connected with the large turntable 76, and the second motor 72 is used for driving the large turntable 76 to rotate so that the nail placing assembly 85, the dust removing assembly 84 and the screwing assembly 86 are aligned with the holes.
In one embodiment, the air pump 19 is provided with a third air port 52, the first air port 49 and the third air port 52 are respectively provided with a first electromagnetic valve 50 and a second electromagnetic valve 51, when the first electromagnetic valve 50 is closed, an air channel is formed between the third air port 52 and the second air port 53, when the second electromagnetic valve 51 is closed, an air channel is formed between the first air port 49 and the second air port 53, the base plate 64 is internally provided with a first channel 71, the third air port 52 is communicated with the first channel 71, the carousel 76 is internally provided with three second channels 87, the three second channels 87 are respectively communicated with the second telescopic rod 79, the first channel 71 can be communicated with the second channel 87, and when the first channel 71 is communicated with the second channels 87, the air pump 19 can generate air pressure to drive the second telescopic rod 79 to stretch and retract.
Specifically, the air pump 19 changes the air outlet and inlet directions of the second air port 53 and the third air port 52 (or the first air port 49) by the forward and reverse rotation of the internal worm gear fan.
In one embodiment, the top of the second telescoping rod 79 is open and in communication with the second channel 87, the bottom of the second telescoping rod 79 with the tightening assembly 86 mounted thereto is not open, and the bottom of the second telescoping rod 79 with the dust removal assembly 84 and the pin removal assembly 85 mounted thereto is open.
In one embodiment, the second telescopic rods 79 of the present invention are provided with springs, and the elastic force of the springs is just used for keeping the second telescopic rods 79 in the contracted state.
In one embodiment, the tightening assembly 86 comprises a third motor 78 and a screwdriver bit 77, the screwdriver bit 77 is mounted at the output end of the third motor 78, when the second telescopic rod 79 mounted with the tightening assembly 86 is aligned with the first passage 71 through the corresponding second passage 87, the air pump 19 can generate air to drive the second telescopic rod 79 to ascend and descend, so that the screwdriver bit 77 abuts against the tightening end of the expansion bolt, and the third motor 78 drives the screwdriver bit 77 to rotate to tighten the expansion bolt which is already placed.
In one embodiment, the dust removing assembly 84 includes an air pipe 82 and a pressure valve 83, one end of the air pipe 82 is installed at the bottom of one of the second telescopic rods 79, the air pipe 82 is communicated with the second telescopic rods 79, the pressure valve 83 is disposed in the air pipe 82, when the second telescopic rod 79 on which the dust removing assembly 84 is installed is aligned with the first passage 71 through the corresponding second passage 87, the air pump 19 can generate air to drive the second telescopic rod 79 to ascend and descend, so that the air pipe 82 extends into the drilled hole, the air pressure generated by the air pump 19 can be increased after the air pressure is abutted against the hole, and when the air pressure is greater than the opening air pressure of the pressure valve 83, the air pipe 82 can generate air to blow off dust in the hole.
In one embodiment, the nail placing assembly 85 includes a nail placing tube 75, a small plate 81 and a torsion spring 80, the nail placing tube 75 is mounted at the bottom of one of the second telescopic rods 79, the nail placing tube 75 is communicated with the second telescopic rod 79, the nail tube and the second telescopic rod 79 are coaxially arranged, the inner diameter of a short rod with the shortest diameter of the second telescopic rod 79 and the inner diameter of the nail placing tube 75 are slightly larger than the diameter of an expansion screw, it is ensured that the expansion screw can slide into the nail placing tube 75 through the second telescopic rod 79, the small plate 81 is hinged at the inner side of the bottom of the nail placing tube 75 and is mounted with the torsion spring 80, the torsion force for keeping the small plate 81 horizontal, namely the small plate 81 is provided by the torsion spring 80 to close the nail placing tube 75, when the second telescopic rod 79 mounted with the nail placing assembly 85 aligns with the first channel 71 through the corresponding second channel 87, the air pump 19 can generate air to drive the second telescopic rod 79 to lift, so that the nail placing tube 75 abuts against the outer side of the hole, at this time, the air generated by the air pump 19 can further increase the air pressure, the small plate 81, so as to drive the small plate 81 to rotate the nail placing tube 75, so that the small plate 75 is opened, and the expanded nail can fall into the nail along the nail placing tube 75.
In one embodiment, the base plate 64 is provided with a nail box 65, an expansion bolt can be placed in the nail box 65, a nail discharging piece is arranged in the nail box 65, an outlet 68 is arranged at the bottom of the nail box 65, a third channel 73 is arranged in the base plate 64, one end of the third channel 73 is communicated with the outlet 68, the other end of the third channel 73 can be communicated with the second channel 87, and when the second telescopic rod 79 provided with the nail placing assembly 85 is aligned with the third channel 73, the nail discharging piece can push out the expansion bolt to enter the nail placing assembly 85 along the third channel 73, the second channel 87 and the second telescopic rod 79.
Specifically, the top of the nail box 65 is detachably provided with a cover plate 69 (connected in a hinged manner, an inserting manner and the like), the bottom of the cover plate 69 is provided with a soft blocking sheet 70, the soft blocking sheet 70 is made of a material with resilience property (including but not limited to metal, silica gel and the like), the soft blocking sheet 70 is used for blocking the expansion bolts from moving beyond the position of the outlet 68, one side of the nail box 65, which is far away from the soft blocking sheet 70, is provided with a small air cylinder 67, the output end of the small air cylinder 67 is provided with a push plate 66, after the expansion bolts verify that the length direction array of the nail box 65 is arranged, the small air cylinder 67 pushes the push plate 66 to move, all the expansion bolts can be driven to move towards the outlet 68, the expansion bolts at the foremost side drive the soft blocking sheet 70 to deform and then fall downwards from the outlet 68, and the second expansion bolts can fall into the nail placing pipe 75 along the third channel 73 and the second expansion rod 79.
Specifically, the first channel 71 and the third channel 73 are equidistant from the axis of the large turntable 76, so that the second channel 87 can be aligned with the first channel 71 or the third channel 73 when the large turntable 76 rotates.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the two sides of the bar lamp 15 in the prior art are provided with slideways for the installation of the feet 151, and for the bar lamp 15 to have a larger heat dissipation area, the upper and lower sides of the slideways are provided with some heat dissipation channels arranged along the length direction of the bar lamp 15, and these heat dissipation channels can be arranged in the concave or convex manner on the surface of the bar lamp 15, so that part of the small wheels 39 can extend into the slideways, the concave heat dissipation channels or the convex heat dissipation channels, thereby ensuring the clamping force of the trolley on the bar lamp 15.
In one embodiment, one magnet 74 is disposed at each of the junctions between the second channel 87 of the large turntable 76 and the first channel 71 of the base plate 64, and when the two magnets 74 are aligned, the two magnets are attracted to each other, so that the magnets 74 can not only assist in aligning the first channel 71 and the second channel 87, but also prevent gas from escaping from the junctions between the two.
In one embodiment, similarly, the magnet 74 is disposed on the bottom side of the third channel 73 for attracting the magnet 74 on the top side of the second channel 87, and the third channel 73 is aligned with the second channel 87.

The working principle is as follows: before the device is used, a worker firstly drills holes on the outer wall of a building from top to bottom, then manually installs one to two strip-shaped lamps 15 on the lowest side of the outer wall of the building, then takes up the vehicle frame 11 to rotate, so that the space between the installation blocks 38 on the two sides of the bottom of the vehicle frame 11 is aligned with the installed strip-shaped lamps 15, then tightly presses the vehicle frame 11 towards the outer wall, then controls the driving cylinder 35 through a first device to drive the first rod 34 and the second rod 31 to move towards the power cavity 40, then the small wheel 39 is abutted against the strip-shaped lamps 15, wherein part of the small wheel 39 extends into a slide way and the like, the wheel frame 44 is partially retracted into the installation blocks 38, the first elastic piece 45 is compressed back, when the elastic force of the first elastic piece 45 is larger than the air pressure between the first rod 34 and the second rod 31, the first telescopic rod 43 is driven to extend upwards, so that the installation plate 42 is lifted upwards, and the first power source 41 is in power connection with the wheel shaft 12, namely, two gears are meshed.
