7. The atomized refreshing liquid according to claim 6, wherein the tobacco tar-based liquid is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight:
51 parts of propylene glycol, 11.5 parts of glycerol, 5.5 parts of leaf salt, 1.1 parts of sweetening agent and 6.2 parts of cooling agent.
