Referring to fig. 9-10, the transparent paper unreeling device 5 comprises an adjusting rod support 503, a first tension spring pin 502 and a brake arm supporting shaft 507, which are installed on the supporting frame 3, and a brake belt 501 is arranged on the brake disc 406; an adjusting rod 505 is arranged on the adjusting rod support 503, an adjusting nut 504 is fixed at one end of the adjusting rod 505, and the other end of the adjusting rod 505 is connected with one end of the braking band 501 through an L-shaped connecting piece 512; a brake arm 510 is rotatably mounted on the brake arm supporting shaft 507, the brake arm 510 is V-shaped, one end of the brake arm 510 is connected with the other end of the brake belt 501, a paper guiding roller shaft 509 is mounted at the other end of the brake arm 510, and a second paper guiding roller 508 is rotatably mounted on the paper guiding roller shaft 509; a second tension spring pin shaft 511 is further installed at one end, close to the brake belt 501, of the brake arm 510, and a tension spring 506 is arranged between the first tension spring pin shaft 502 and the second tension spring pin shaft 511.
The transparent paper is pulled and unfolded by the traction roller 107 in the transparent paper cutter assembly 1, the transparent paper unreeling device 5 controls the rotation speed of the paper roll under different unfolding speeds of the traction roller 107, so that the linear speeds of the traction roller 107 and the paper roll are kept consistent, and the phenomenon that paper tapes are loosened due to too high and too slow of the rotation speed of the paper roll or broken due to too low of the rotation speed of the paper roll is avoided. The transparent paper unreeling device 5 provides a guarantee for continuous and stable paper adjustment of the training table cutters.
Specifically, the brake band 501 is made of nylon sheet base band (which may also be made of cowhide) commonly used in workshops, and has an external dimension of 605mm×20mm. The brake band 501 is wrapped on the outer cylindrical surface of the brake disc 406, the wrap angle of the band and the belt wheel is 239.50, and the unreeling speed of the transparent paper roll 405 is controlled by the brake disc 406. One end of the brake belt 501 is connected with the brake arm 510 through two M5X 10mm screws, and the other end is connected with the adjusting rod 505 through one M5X 10mm screw; the purpose of connecting the adjusting rod 505 by using one adjusting nut 504 is to adjust the combination degree of the brake band 501 and the wrapping part of the brake disc 406 by loosening the adjusting nut 504, so that the combination is tight, and the braking effectiveness is ensured.
Specifically, the adjusting lever support 503 is assembled in the mounting groove 301 on the supporting frame 3 through an m8×25mm locking screw, and the inclined mounting groove 301 realizes the positioning of the adjusting lever support 503. The adjusting rod 505 is installed in an assembly hole on the adjusting rod support 503, the adjusting nut 504 of the rotation M8 can realize axial movement of the adjusting rod 505, and the axial movement of the adjusting rod 505 can change the braking force of the braking belt 501 on the braking disc 406. In order to realize the rotation of the adjusting nut 504 and the linear movement of the adjusting rod 505, a guide groove with the width of 4mm and the depth of 1.5mm and the length equal to the length of the screw rod is designed at the screw rod part of the adjusting rod 505, a screw hole of M3 is designed right above the assembly hole of the adjusting rod support 503 corresponding to the guide groove, and a screw of M3 multiplied by 12 enters the guide groove of the adjusting rod 505 through the screw hole, so that the circumferential movement of the adjusting rod 505 is limited by the structure. When adjustment is needed, the adjustment nut 504 is rotated by just slightly loosening the M3 screw.
Specifically, the brake arm 510 is made of 45# steel, and is supported by the brake arm 510 and is mounted on the support frame 3. 2 4900 needle bearings 513 are arranged in parallel in the middle positioning hole of the brake arm 510, so that reciprocating swing is realized by taking the support shaft of the brake arm 510 as the center; 4900 needle bearing 513 relies on brake arm 510 to support the shaft shoulder and collar at the shaft head location to effect axial positioning of brake arm 510. The brake arm 510 can be regarded as a lever with a middle positioning hole as a fulcrum, one end of the connecting brake belt 501 is an executing arm, one end of the mounting guide roller is a control arm, an included angle of 120 degrees is formed between the executing arm and the control arm, and the length ratio of the executing arm to the control arm is 1:2, so that the defect that the mounting space of the support frame 3 is narrow and is unfavorable for free swinging of the brake arm 510 is overcome, and meanwhile, when the second guide roller 508 swings upwards, the unreeling control of the transparent paper roll 405 can be realized by overcoming the tension of the tension spring with a small force. The tension spring is an important part of the braking band 501 for applying braking force to the braking disc 406, and the tension spring 506 with the diameter of 2mm, the intermediate diameter of 14mm and the free length of 68.5mm is selected as a practical training platform unreeling device for controlling the tension spring through reference comparison and calculation; one end of the tension spring 506 is connected with the brake arm 510 through a second tension spring pin shaft 511, the other end of the tension spring is arranged on the support frame 3 through a first tension spring pin shaft 502, when the second paper guide roller 508 loses upward power, the tension spring 506 contracts, one end of an executing arm on the brake arm 510 is controlled to swing upwards to tighten the brake belt 501, and therefore the unreeling speed of paper rolls is reduced. One end of a control arm on the brake arm 510 is provided with a paper guide roller shaft 509, and the paper guide roller shaft 509 and the paper guide roller shaft are connected through a nut of M8; the second paper guide roller 508 is made of aluminum alloy material, two ends of the inner hole of the roller center are respectively provided with a deep groove ball bearing 514 of 6001, and the second paper guide roller 508 can freely rotate by taking the paper guide roller shaft 509 as the center through the 6001 bearings; 6001 bearing relies on the retainer ring at the shoulder and axle head position of paper guide roller 509 to achieve axial positioning.
Referring to fig. 11, the operation principle of the transparent paper unreeling device 5 is as follows:
a. the transparent paper roll 405 is integrally installed with the brake disc 406 through the installation seat, the tension of the transparent paper 8 is derived from the traction roller 107 in the transparent paper cutter assembly 1, and the nylon sheet base band serving as the brake band 501 has good friction coefficient with the brake disc 406 made of aluminum alloy.
b. When the traction roller 107 stops, the brake band 501 tightly wraps the brake disc 406 under the action of the regulating rod 505 and the tension spring, and the wrap angle between the brake band 501 and the brake disc 406 reaches 239.5 degrees, so that the brake disc 406 and the transparent paper roll 405 are stationary. The magnitude of the braking force can be achieved by rotating the adjusting nut 504 to change the axial position of the adjusting rod 505.
c. The braking principle of the braking band 501 is realized by the compensation of the tension spring 506 according to the fact that the sum of the two sides of the triangle is larger than the third side. When the traction roller 107 rotates, the transparent paper 8 is pulled to be conveyed downwards, and at the moment, the paper guide roller on the braking arm 510 swings upwards against the tension of the tension spring due to the action of the transparent paper, and the braking belt 501 gradually releases the braking force on the braking disc 406, so that the transparent paper is gradually unfolded from the paper roll. When the unwinding speed of the transparent paper from the paper roll is greater than the conveying speed of the traction roller 107, the upward swinging acting force exerted by the transparent paper on the second paper guide roller 508 is gradually reduced, at the moment, the second paper guide roller 508 swings downwards under the action of the tension spring, and meanwhile, the braking belt 501 gradually strengthens the braking force on the braking disc 406, so that the rotating speed of the braking disc 406 and the paper roll is reduced, the unwinding speed of the transparent paper is reduced along with the rotating speed of the braking disc 406, and the unwinding speed of the transparent paper is matched with the pulling-down speed of the traction roller 107, so that smooth conveying of the transparent paper is realized, and the normal work of a practical training platform is ensured.
