Referring to fig. 9 to 10, the cellophane unreeling device 5 includes an adjusting lever support 503, a first tension spring pin shaft 502 and a brake arm support shaft 507 which are mounted on the support frame 3, and a brake band 501 is disposed on the brake disc 406; an adjusting rod 505 is arranged on the adjusting rod support 503, an adjusting nut 504 is fixed at one end of the adjusting rod 505, and the other end of the adjusting rod 505 is connected with one end of the brake band 501 through an L-shaped connecting piece 512; a braking arm 510 is rotatably mounted on the braking arm supporting shaft 507, the braking arm 510 is in a V shape, one end of the braking arm 510 is connected with the other end of the braking belt 501, a paper guide roller shaft 509 is mounted at the other end of the braking arm 510, and a second paper guide roller 508 is rotatably mounted on the paper guide roller shaft 509; a second tension spring pin 511 is further mounted at one end of the brake arm 510 close to the brake band 501, and a tension spring 506 is arranged between the first tension spring pin 502 and the second tension spring pin 511.
The cellophane is launched by carry over pinch rolls 107 pulling in cellophane cutter unit 1, and cellophane unwinding device 5's effect is the rotational speed of control scroll under the different unwrapping speed of carry over pinch rolls 107, makes carry over pinch rolls 107 and scroll unwrapping linear velocity keep unanimous, avoids the scroll rotational speed to launch too fast and appears the paper tape slack too much or the scroll rotational speed is too slow to launch and appears the phenomenon that the paper tape breaks down too little. The transparent paper unwinding device 5 provides guarantee for continuous and stable paper adjustment of the practical training table cutter.
Specifically, the braking band 501 is made of a nylon sheet base band (which may be made of cowhide) commonly used in a workshop, and has an outer shape size of 605mm × 20mm. The brake belt 501 wraps the outer cylindrical surface of the brake disc 406, the wrapping angle between the belt and the belt wheel is 239.50, and the unwinding speed of the transparent paper roll 405 is controlled through the brake disc 406. One end of the brake band 501 is connected with the brake arm 510 through two screws with the diameter of M5 mm by 10mm, and the other end is connected with the adjusting rod 505 through one screw with the diameter of M5 mm by 10 mm; the purpose of using an adjusting nut 504 to connect the adjusting rod 505 is to adjust the degree of the combination of the braking band 501 and the wrapping portion of the brake disc 406 by loosening the adjusting nut 504, so that the combination is tight and the braking effectiveness is ensured.
Specifically, the adjusting rod support 503 is assembled in the mounting groove 301 of the support frame 3 through a locking screw of M8 × 25mm, and the inclined mounting groove 301 realizes the positioning of the adjusting rod support 503. An adjusting rod 505 is mounted in a mounting hole on the adjusting rod support 503, and rotating the adjusting nut 504 of M8 enables the adjusting rod 505 to move axially, and the axial movement of the adjusting rod 505 can change the braking force of the braking band 501 on the brake disc 406. In order to realize the linear motion of the adjusting rod 505 when the adjusting nut 504 rotates, a guide groove with the width of 4mm, the depth of 1.5mm and the length equal to the length of the screw rod is designed at the screw rod part of the adjusting rod 505, an M3 screw hole is designed right above the guide groove corresponding to the assembly hole of the adjusting rod support 503, and an M3 multiplied by 12 screw enters the guide groove of the adjusting rod 505 through the screw hole, so that the structure limits the circumferential motion of the adjusting rod 505. When adjustment is required, the M3 screw is only slightly loosened and the adjusting nut 504 is rotated.
Specifically, the brake arm 510 is made of 45# steel, and the support shaft is assembled on the support bracket 3 through the brake arm 510. 2 4900 needle roller bearings 513 are arranged in parallel in a middle positioning hole of the brake arm 510, so that reciprocating swing is realized by taking a supporting shaft of the brake arm 510 as a center; 4900 the needle bearing 513 is axially positioned by the retaining ring at the location where the brake arm 510 supports the shaft shoulder and the shaft head. The brake arm 510 can be regarded as a lever with a middle positioning hole as a fulcrum, one end of the brake belt 501 is connected as an execution arm, one end of the paper guide roller is installed as a control arm, an included angle of 120 degrees is formed between the execution arm and the control arm, and the length ratio of the execution arm to the control arm is 1:2. The tension spring is an important part for applying the braking force to the brake disc 406 by the brake belt 501, and the tension spring 506 with the diameter of 2mm, the middle diameter of 14mm and the free length of 68.5mm is selected as a control tension spring of the practical training platform unwinding device through reference comparison and calculation; one end of the second tension spring pin 511 is connected with the brake arm 510, the other end of the second tension spring pin 502 is mounted on the support frame 3, when the second paper guide roller 508 loses upward power, the tension spring 506 contracts, and one end of the execution arm on the brake arm 510 is controlled to swing upward to tension the brake belt 501, so that the unreeling speed of the paper roll is reduced. A paper guide roller shaft 509 is arranged at one end of a control arm on the brake arm 510, and the two are connected through a nut M8; the second paper guide roller 508 is made of an aluminum alloy material, two ends of an inner hole in the center of the roller are respectively provided with a deep groove ball bearing 514 of 6001, and the second paper guide roller 508 can freely rotate by taking a paper guide roller shaft 509 as the center through the 6001 bearing; the 6001 bearing is axially positioned by the shoulder of the paper guide roller 509 and the retainer ring at the shaft head.
Referring to fig. 11, the operation principle of the transparent paper unwinding device 5 is as follows:
a. the transparent paper roll 405 is integrally installed with the brake disc 406 through the installation seat, the pulling force of the transparent paper 8 is from the traction roller 107 in the transparent paper cutter assembly 1, and the nylon sheet base band as the brake band 501 has a good friction coefficient with the brake disc 406 made of aluminum alloy.
b. When the traction roller 107 stops, the brake band 501 tightly wraps the brake disc 406 under the action of the adjusting rod 505 and the tension spring, and the wrap angle between the brake band 501 and the brake disc 406 reaches 239.5 degrees, so that the brake disc 406 and the transparent paper roll 405 are in a stationary state. The magnitude of the braking force can be achieved by changing the axial position of the adjustment rod 505 by rotating the adjustment nut 504.
c. The braking principle of the braking belt 501 is realized by compensation of the tension spring 506 according to the fact that the sum of two sides of the triangle is larger than the third side. When the pulling roll 107 rotates, the transparent paper 8 is pulled to be conveyed downwards, and at the same time, the paper guide roll on the brake arm 510 swings upwards against the tension of the tension spring due to the action of the transparent paper, and the brake belt 501 gradually releases the braking force on the brake disc 406, so that the transparent paper is gradually unfolded from the paper roll. When the unfolding speed of the transparent paper from the paper roll is greater than the conveying speed of the traction roller 107, the upward swinging acting force applied by the transparent paper to the second paper guide roller 508 is gradually reduced, at the moment, the second paper guide roller 508 swings downwards under the action of the tension spring, meanwhile, the braking force applied to the brake disc 406 by the transparent paper is gradually enhanced by the braking belt 501, the rotating speeds of the brake disc 406 and the paper roll are reduced, the unfolding speed of the transparent paper is reduced accordingly until the unfolding speed is matched with the downward pulling speed of the traction roller 107, stable conveying of the transparent paper is achieved, and guarantee is provided for normal work of a practical training platform.
