技术领域
本申请涉及制冷工作介质技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种用于冷冻机油的抗磨剂,还涉及包含该抗磨剂的冷冻机和工作流体组合物。
背景技术
制冷剂的发展过程始终围绕环境安全性能和制冷性能两个方面来进行的。CFC和HCFC制冷剂由于含导致地球臭氧层被破坏的氯元素而被限制使用,而环保无毒的HFCs、HFOs成为关注点。随着冷冻空调技术的发展,要求冷冻机油具有高耐磨性、高稳定性来达到节能降耗以满足日益严格的要求。
在现有技术中,作为一种可选的技术路径,对冷冻机油的的耐磨剂进行改进,来实现高耐磨性和高稳定性的需求。例如公开号为CN112126495A的发明专利提出含双硫原子的特定抗磨剂,但含硫元素抗磨剂的极压性能好,但长久耐磨性一般,不能满足压缩机性能要求;再如公开号为CN113166669A的发明专利中冷冻机油组合物的抗磨剂为二硫代磷酸酯及其酸性胺盐,但酸性胺盐不稳定、会造成压缩机金属材料腐蚀;再如公开号为CN109072114A发明专利提出含磷元素特定结构的抗磨剂,其具有长久耐磨性性能但可能会存在不稳定、易分解等问题,造成金属材料腐蚀。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,即如何改善冷冻机油的耐磨性及稳定性,本申请提供了一种用于冷冻机油的抗磨剂、冷冻机油及工作流体组合物。
为了实现上述目的,根据本技术方案的第一个方面,本技术方案提供了一种用于冷冻机油的抗磨剂。
根据本发明实施例提供的用于冷冻机油的的抗磨剂的化学结构式如式【I】所示,

进一步地,所述烃基为烷基、芳基或芳烷基。
进一步地,所述抗磨剂包括式【II】所示的化合物A、式【III】所示的化合物B和式【IV】所示的化合物C,
进一步地,以质量百分比计,所述抗磨剂包括20%-50%的化合物A、10%-20%的化合物B和40%-60%的化合物C。
进一步地,以质量百分比计,所述抗磨剂包括30%-40%的化合物A、12%-15%的化合物B和45%-58%的化合物C。
为了实现上述目的,根据本技术方案的第二个方面,本技术方案还提供了一种冷冻机油。
根据本申请实施例的冷冻机油,其包括基础油和添加剂,所述添加剂包括本发明实施例第一方面所提供的抗磨剂。
进一步地,以所述冷冻机油的总量基准计,所述抗磨剂的含量为1.0%wt-2.0%wt。
进一步地,以所述冷冻机油的总量基准计,所述抗磨剂的含量为1.2%wt-1.8%wt。
进一步地,所述基础油为矿物油、烷基苯、聚α-烯烃、酯以及醚中的至少一种。
进一步地,所述添加剂还包括抗氧剂、酸捕捉剂、金属减活剂和抗泡剂中的至少一种。
为了实现上述目的,根据本技术方案的第三个方面,本技术方案还提供了一种工作流体组合物。
根据本申请实施例的工作流体组合物,其包括含有本申请第二方面提供的冷冻机油和制冷剂。
本发明实施例提供的抗磨剂的结构为磷酸酯类,冷冻机油应用该抗磨剂后具有长期优异的耐磨性,并且结构中P-O键直接连接苯环基团,与直接连接直链或支链烷基相比,结构更稳定。

以下,对本发明适宜的实施方式进行详细地说明。
本发明实施例提供的冷冻机油包括基础油和添加剂,其中添加剂包括抗磨剂,抗磨剂的结构如实【I】所示,
在式【I】中,其中,其中R1、R2、R3分别独立地表示H或C1-C10的烃基。所述烃基可以为烷基、芳基或芳烷基。本发明实施例提供的抗磨剂的结构为磷酸酯类,冷冻机油应用该抗磨剂后具有长期优异的耐磨性,并且结构中P-O键直接连接苯环基团,与直接连接直链或支链烷基相比,结构更稳定。
作为一种可选的实施方式,抗磨剂包括式【II】所示的化合物A、式【III】所示的化合物B和式【IV】所示的化合物C。具体的,当式【I】中的R1、R2、R3均选择为H时,得到式【II】所示的化合物A,为磷酸酯类化合物;当式【I】中的R2、R3均选择为H、R1选择为叔丁基时,得到式【III】所示的化合物B,为叔丁基磷酸酯类化合物;当式【I】中的R1选择为H时,R2、R3均选择为叔丁基时,得到式【IV】所示的化合物C,为对叔丁基磷酸酯类化合物。
在苯环上连接叔丁基后,分子结构中的P原子由于共轭体系二形成共振杂化体,更加容易与金属材料形成金属有机膜,使金属材料间不直接接触,提升抗磨作用;上述三种具体结构的化合物组成的抗磨剂能够达到协同作用、提升抗磨效果,并且结构中P-O键直接连接苯环基团,与直接连接直链或支链烷基相比,不易高温断裂,结构更稳定。
为了达到较优的协同作用,提升抗磨效果和稳定性,优选地,所述抗磨剂包括20%-50%的化合物A、10%-20%的化合物B和40%-60%的化合物C,更为优选地,以质量百分比计,所述抗磨剂包括30%-40%的化合物A、12%-15%的化合物B和45%-58%的化合物C。
冷冻机油的基础油选自矿物油、烷基苯、聚α-烯烃、酯以及醚中的至少一种,优选为酯类油。冷冻机油的基础油最优选为多元醇与脂肪酸酯化形成的多元醇酯。作为多元醇,优选季戊四醇或双季戊四醇;作为脂肪酸,优选碳数4~9的直链或支链饱和脂肪酸,具体可列举例如正丁酸、2-甲基丙酸、正戊酸、2-甲基丁酸、3-甲基丁酸、正己酸、2-甲基庚酸、3-甲基庚酸、4-甲基庚酸、5-甲基庚酸、3-乙基己酸、4-乙基己酸、正壬酸、2-甲基辛酸、3-甲基辛酸、4-甲基辛酸、2-乙基庚酸、3-乙基庚酸、4-乙基庚酸、3,5,5-三甲基己酸等。基础油含量以冷冻机油的总量为基准,优选为90wt%以上,更优选为95wt%以上。
抗磨剂以冷冻机油的总量基准计,含量优选1.0wt%-2.0wt%,更加优选1.2wt%-1.8wt%t,进一步优选含量为1.5wt%;抗磨剂含磷酸酯类化合物、叔丁基磷酸苯酯类化合物、对叔丁基磷酸苯酯化合物三种化学成分。以抗磨剂的总量基准计,其中磷酸酯类化合物质量占比优选20wt%-50wt%,进一步优选30wt%-40wt%,叔丁基磷酸苯酯类化合物质量占比优选10wt%-20wt%,进一步优选12wt%-15wt%,而对叔丁基磷酸苯酯化合物质量占比在40wt%t-60wt%,进一步优选45wt%-58wt%。当抗磨剂的三种化学成分比例在优选范围时抗磨剂能够显示优异的抗磨、稳定性能;若抗磨剂的三种成分含量占比不在上述的特定范围内,冷冻机油的抗磨性能有所降低。
在本发明实施例中,使用的添加剂用于进一步改善组合物的性能,降低压缩机的损耗,添加剂除了抗磨剂至外,还包括但不限于抗氧剂、酸捕捉剂、金属减活剂和抗泡剂中的至少一种。
抗氧剂可以为酚型抗氧剂中的一种或几种、胺型抗氧剂中的一种或几种,还可以为两种类型抗氧剂的组合物。酚型抗氧剂可以为2,6-二叔丁基酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲氮基对甲酚、对苯二酚等,胺型抗氧剂可以为二苯胺、苯基-α-萘胺、二异辛基二苯胺、N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺等。以冷冻机油的总量为基准计,抗氧剂的含量可以为0.1wt%~2wt%。
酸捕捉剂可以为甘油醚、甘油醚酯类环氧化合物和碳二亚胺类化合物中的一种或几种。具体而言,酸捕捉剂可以为新癸基缩水甘油酯、叔丁基苯基缩水甘油酯、3-乙基己基缩水甘油醚、碳化二亚胺、2-乙基己基缩水甘油及醚、双(二丁基苯基)碳化二亚胺等。以冷冻机油的总量基准计,酸捕捉剂的含量可以为0.5wt%~2wt%。
金属减活剂可以为苯丙***衍生物、噻二唑衍生物等,以冷冻机油的总量基准计,金属减活剂的含量优选为0.01wt%-0.1wt%;
作为抗泡剂,可以列举硅型抗泡剂和非硅型抗泡剂两类。作为硅型抗泡剂,如二甲基硅油。作为非硅型抗泡剂,可以列举例如丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯的均聚物或共聚物,也可使用两种或两种以上抗泡剂组成的复合抗泡剂。以冷冻机油的总量基准计,抗泡剂质量含量优选为10ppm-100ppm。
本发明实施方式所提供的冷冻机油通常在冷冻机中以与制冷剂混合而成的冷冻机用工作流体组合物的形式存在。其中制冷剂可以选用饱和氟代烃(HFC)制冷剂,例如优选C1-C3的饱和氟代烃、更优选为C1-C2的饱和氟代烃。其包括但不限于二氟甲烷(R32)、三氟甲烷(R23)、五氟乙烷(R125)、1,1,2,2-四氟乙烷(R134)和1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(R134a)中的一种或其中两种以上的混合物。工作流体组合物中冷冻机油的含量并没有特别限制,相对于100质量份的制冷剂,优选采用1~500质量份的冷冻机油,更优选为2~400质量份的冷冻机油。
本发明实施方式所涉及的冷冻机油和工作流体组合物可优选地用于具有往复移动式或旋转式的密闭型压缩机的空调、冰箱、开放型或密闭型的车载空调、除湿器、冷藏库、冷冻库、冷冻冷藏库、自动售货机、陈列柜等的冷却装置、具有离心式压缩机的冷冻机等。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请方案,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本申请保护的范围。
其中,在实施例和比较例中,在实施例和比较例中,部分物质说明如下:
抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚;酸捕捉剂为新癸酸缩水甘油醚酯;抗泡剂为2-甲基硅烷;金属减活剂为Irgamet 39;化合物A为式【II】所示的化合物;化合物B为式【III】所示的化合物;化合物C为式【IV】所示的化合物;化合物D为亚磷酸三乙酯,化合物E为式【V】所示的环氧丙基磷酸苯酯。
针对本发明各实施例和比较例的冷冻机油,实施以下耐磨性实验和稳定性试验。各实施例和比较例中采用基础油为季戊四醇酯,是通过季戊四醇、异辛酸和异壬酸按照特定比例反应合成的。
1)Falex环块试验
通过冷冻机油与制冷剂组合物的Falex环块试验进行评价,通过块试样上磨痕宽度和磨损体积大小来评价磨耗性,磨痕宽度和磨损体积越小,耐磨性越好。
试验依据:ASTMD2714;
试验材料:钢块、铸铁环;
试验开始温度:25℃;
试验时间:1小时;
转速:1000rpm;
负荷:150lbf。
2)四球摩擦磨损试验
上述试验通过下钢球的磨斑直径大小来评价耐磨损性,磨斑直径越小,耐磨损性越好。
试验依据:SHT 0189;
试验温度:75℃;
试验时间:1小时;
负荷:392N。
3)水解稳定性试验:本试验方法模拟了一定的压缩机实际运行工况。向冷冻机油中加入一定量的蒸馏水,混合均匀,直至含水量为1000ppm,取30g上述含水冷冻机油加入高压釜中,封入催化剂(铁棒、铜棒、铝棒),用真空泵抽尽釜内空气,然后封入15g制冷剂(如R32),在175℃下恒温反应168h。测定并计算试验后油样的酸值(mg KOH/g)及观察金属外观是否发生变化。
4)抗泡性能试验:按照GB/T12579-2002润滑油泡沫特性测定法进行泡沫倾向试验。200ml润滑油试样放入量筒并置于24℃水浴中,用恒定流速94mL/min的空气吹气5min,然后静置、记录试样中泡沫消失所用时间。取第二份试样,在93.5℃水浴条件下进行试验,用恒定流速的空气吹气5min,同样记录泡沫消失所用的时间。以泡沫消失所用的时间来评价润滑油的抗泡性能。

对比例1-10分别代表不同方案的冷冻机油组合物。对比例1-4、对比例7-9分别代表抗磨剂化学成分的质量占比不在上述的特定范围内的组合物,而对比例5为不添加任何抗磨剂冷冻油组合物。与对比例5相比,实施例1-7及对比例1-4、7-9冷冻油组合物的抗磨性能较优,表明添加此种结构抗磨剂均能够提高冷冻油的耐磨性,但耐磨性能提高程度不同。实施例1-7冷冻油组合物环块的磨痕宽度、磨斑直径在800-900μm、0.8-0.9mm范围内,而对比例1-4、7-9磨痕宽度、磨斑直径在1055-1198μm、1.100mm范围内,表明实施例具有良好的耐磨性,三种成分在特定比例范围内抗磨性能优异。
对比例6中抗磨剂为亚磷酸三乙酯,此组合物的磨痕宽度、磨斑直径为865μm、0.905mm,抗磨性能优,而水解稳定性试验后金属材料有腐蚀现象,表明此组合物的稳定性差。而本发明中的抗磨剂组合物除优良的抗磨性外,同时兼具良好的稳定性能,试验后金属触媒无变色、无腐蚀现象发生,酸值变化较小,因为抗磨剂结构中P-O键连苯环基团、与直链或支链烷基相比,结构更稳定;与本专利实施例1-7相比,对比例10中抗磨剂为环氧丙基磷酸苯酯,此冷冻油组合物的磨斑宽度、磨斑直径稍大,抗磨性能有一定程度下降;通过比较例11可以看出,在不添加抗泡剂和抗磨剂的情况下,冷冻机油的抗磨性、稳定性和抗泡指标都比较差,比较例5在比较例11的基础上添加了抗泡剂,其抗泡性能相对于比较例11显著提升,说明抗泡剂可以起到抗泡效果,实施例1与比较例5相比,冷冻机油的抗泡性能有略微的提升,说明实施例1中抗磨剂的引入可以小幅度的提升抗泡剂的抗泡性能;比较例10采用化合物E作为抗磨剂使用,比较例10的抗泡性能相对于比较例5出现了明显的劣化,说明化合物E与抗泡剂产生拮抗作用,化合物E与抗泡剂同时使用会降低抗泡剂的效果。此外,技术人员通通过其它的磷酸酯类化合物与抗泡剂共同使用进行测试,发现当磷酸酯结构中的三个P-O键均直接连接苯环基团时,冷冻机油的抗泡性能相比较于不添加抗磨剂而添加抗泡剂的情况相当或略有提升,当磷酸酯结构中的存在P-O键直接直链或支链结构时,冷冻机油的抗泡性能相比较于不添加抗磨剂而添加抗泡剂的情况出现显著的下降。
本说明书中部分实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

Claims (8)
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗磨剂,其特征在于,以质量百分比计,所述抗磨剂包括30%-40%的化合物A、12%-15%的化合物B和45%-58%的化合物C。
3.一种冷冻机油,包括基础油和添加剂,其特征在于,所述添加剂包括权利要求1-2任一项所述的抗磨剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的冷冻机油,其特征在于,以所述冷冻机油的总量基准计,所述抗磨剂的含量为1.0%wt-2.0%wt。
5.根据权利要求3所述的冷冻机油,其特征在于,以所述冷冻机油的总量基准计,所述抗磨剂的含量为1.2%wt-1.8%wt。
6.根据权利要求3所述的冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述基础油为矿物油、烷基苯、聚α-烯烃、酯以及醚中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求3所述的冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述添加剂还包括抗氧剂、酸捕捉剂、金属减活剂和抗泡剂中的至少一种。
8.一种工作流体组合物,其特征在于,包括:
权利要求3-7任一项所述的冷冻机油;以及
制冷剂。
