Abstract
一种强渗透高活性木材防腐材料及其制备方法,原料配方由以下重量份数的组分组成:乙酸酐1‑50份;咪唑型离子液体10‑50份;树皮渗透剂2‑10份;所述咪唑型离子液体的制备方法包括:1‑甲基咪唑与溴乙烷在55‑65℃条件下,反应10‑14小时,然后加入乙酸钾,在68‑72℃条件下反应1.5‑2.5h,反应结束后得到咪唑型离子液体。本发明使用了树皮渗透剂,使得本发明制得的强渗透高活性木材防腐材料更容易渗透入树皮内。

技术领域
本发明涉及防腐材料技术领域,特别涉及一种强渗透高活性木材防腐材料以及这种木材防腐材料的制备方法。
背景技术
木材是天然的有机复合体,其组成分是微生物的营养物质。在一定条件下,木材易腐败降解,为延长木材使用年限,已经应用了多种木材防腐剂,这些常规防腐剂成分,对防止木材腐朽是有效的,但其毒性会引起环境污染,危害人畜。因此,非毒性防腐处理的研究已日益引起重视。木材经乙酰化处理后,其组成分会发生结构上的变化,全纤维素和木素的羟基为乙酰基所取代,这种处理可消除真菌酶的活动处所,抑止木材生物降解反应,可起到很好的防腐效果,因此木材乙酰化处理在木材防腐工艺中得到了非常广泛的应用。
目前木材乙酰化的方法多采用浸泡法,就是直接将木材浸泡在乙酰酐溶液中进行处理,但现有的乙酰防腐溶剂存在一定的缺陷,就是其渗透性较差,在进行浸泡时需要浸泡很长的时间防腐溶剂才能进入到木材的深处,有时木材的中心部位甚至会渗透不到,在这种情况下就会对木材的防腐处理效果造成影响,但如果浸泡时间过长,则有可能会对木材的活性造成影响。再有,现有的乙酰化处理需要外加超临界甲苯以及其他催化剂,成本也比较高,因此有必要研发一种成本低、强渗透高活性木材防腐材料来解决上述技术问题。
公开号为CN111823344A的发明专利公开了一种强渗透高活性木材防腐材料,其具有以下重量份数的组分组成:乙酰化试剂80-120份;离子液体10-20份;相容剂2-3份;所述乙酰化试剂为乙酰酐或乙酸乙烯酯,所述离子液体为吡啶型离子液体或咪唑型离子液体,相容剂为马来酸酐接枝相容剂。该强渗透高活性木材防腐材料包括乙酰化试剂和离子液体,离子液体具有润胀、溶解木质纤维及酯化催化特征,这样可使木材更加具有活性,这样就能使乙酰化试剂更容易的渗入到木材的深处,增强乙酰化试剂的渗透性,同时可使进行防腐处理的木材更具有活性,可有效提高木材的防腐处理效果。该发明使用的离子液体为1-己基-3-乙烯基咪唑型离子液体或1-辛基-3-乙烯基咪唑型离子液体,由于分子量大,造成与木的分子结合力弱。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术中的不足,本发明目的在于提供一种强渗透高活性木材防腐材料及其制备方法。
本发明提供的技术方案是:一种强渗透高活性木材防腐材料,原料配方由以下重量份数的组分组成:
乙酸酐 1-50份;
咪唑型离子液体 10-50份;
树皮渗透剂 2-10份;
所述咪唑型离子液体的制备方法包括:1-甲基咪唑与溴乙烷在55-65℃条件下,反应 10-14小时,然后加入乙酸钾,在68-72℃条件下反应1.5-2.5h,反应结束后得到咪唑型离子液体。
优选的技术方案为,1-甲基咪唑与溴乙烷的摩尔比为1:0.8-1.2。
本发明提供的技术方案是:一种制备权利要求1或2所述的强渗透高活性木材防腐材料制备方法,将咪唑型离子液体与乙酸酐混合均匀,然后加入树皮渗透剂,混合均匀后即得强渗透高活性木材防腐材料。
上述技术方案具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明使用了树皮渗透剂,使得本发明制得的强渗透高活性木材防腐材料更容易渗透入树皮内。
2、本发明制得的咪唑型离子液体,分子量小,更容易与酯键之间形成氢键,将极性官能团连接至木材表面,降低木材的表面极性,提高木材尺寸稳定性和防腐性及离子液体特性,开发强渗透高活性木材防腐材料。

实施例一:强渗透高活性木材防腐材料及其制备方法
一种强渗透高活性木材防腐材料,原料配方由以下重量份数的组分组成:
乙酸酐 25份;
咪唑型离子液体 30份;
树皮渗透剂 6份;
所述咪唑型离子液体的制备方法包括:1-甲基咪唑与溴乙烷在50℃条件下,反应12小时,然后加入乙酸钾,在70℃条件下反应2h,反应结束后得到咪唑型离子液体。
反应方程式如下:
1-甲基咪唑与溴乙烷的摩尔比为1:1。
将咪唑型离子液体与乙酸酐混合均匀,然后加入树皮渗透剂,混合均匀后即得强渗透高活性木材防腐材料。
使用后:
咪唑环与木材分子的酯键之间形成氢键。
实施例二:强渗透高活性木材防腐材料及其制备方法
一种强渗透高活性木材防腐材料,原料配方由以下重量份数的组分组成:
乙酸酐 50份;
咪唑型离子液体 50份;
树皮渗透剂 10份;
所述咪唑型离子液体的制备方法包括:1-甲基咪唑与溴乙烷在55℃条件下,反应14小时,然后加入乙酸钾,在72℃条件下反应1.5h,反应结束后得到咪唑型离子液体。
1-甲基咪唑与溴乙烷的摩尔比为1:0.8。
强渗透高活性木材防腐材料制备方法,将咪唑型离子液体与乙酸酐混合均匀,然后加入树皮渗透剂,混合均匀后即得强渗透高活性木材防腐材料。

3.一种制备权利要求1或2所述的强渗透高活性木材防腐材料制备方法,其特征在于:将咪唑型离子液体与乙酸酐混合均匀,然后加入树皮渗透剂,混合均匀后即得强渗透高活性木材防腐材料。
